Lifeforce TRT Reviews: What You Really Pay, What You Get, and Who Should Skip It
If you're reading Lifeforce TRT reviews, the catch is the full bill. Membership totals $1,114–$1,138 for twelve months before medicine; one offer estimates medicine at about $80 a month. It may fit men seeking remote care in its 28 listed states. Insurance or near-term fertility needs can change the right starting point.123
That's the quick answer. The longer one is more interesting. When we lined up Lifeforce's pages and related records side by side, we found 15 differences to resolve before paying — on price, testing, who treats you, and refunds. One of the three pharmacies it names also has a public federal record. Neither is a reason to panic. Both are reasons to know exactly what you're buying before you type in a card number. We'll show you how.
Lifeforce TRT at a glance
Offer and service descriptions are Lifeforce statements, not a tested checkout or service guarantee. Membership math assumes the first payment covers month one, followed by eleven unchanged $99 charges. Medicine, required extras, and actual billing dates need confirmation.12345
Lifeforce is likely a good fit if you:
- Want TRT plus a wider health check; confirm whether your panel includes cholesterol, blood sugar, PSA, and blood counts
- Live in one of its 28 TRT states
- Are paying cash, or have confirmed that your HSA/FSA plan covers the expense
- Don't mind walking into a Quest lab
Skip Lifeforce (for now) if you:
- Want your insurance to pay → see low testosterone treatment options
- Are trying to have a baby soon → see does TRT affect fertility
- Want to start testosterone before the diagnosis has been properly confirmed → see do you need two tests for TRT
- Cannot confirm TRT availability in your state → jump to Lifeforce vs Male Excel vs Hone

What we actually verified (October 7, 2026)
How: We read Lifeforce's offer and product pages, help-center articles, and policies. We checked federal records (FDA, Department of Justice, Federal Register, and OIRA), state pharmacy-board records, the current Kyzatrex drug label, clinical guidelines, and Lifeforce's Trustpilot profile and selected public reviews. We did not sign up, get tested, or receive medicine.
Verified from primary sources:
- Lifeforce's published prices, plans, policies, pharmacy names, and 28-state list, as they appeared on October 7, 2026
- Tailor Made's historical FDA warning letter, 2020; federal sentencing, 2021; and recall notice, 2022
- Current Oklahoma nonresident pharmacy licenses for all three listed pharmacies, and Precision's active Ohio license and December 2025 settlement
- Kyzatrex's FDA approval and current label (revised August 2026; DailyMed updated August 26, 2026)
- The federal telehealth rule for controlled drugs (in force through December 31, 2026)
Provider-stated only (not independently confirmed): Lifeforce's outcome numbers (like "94% hit their target range"), member counts, "in-house MDs," and the LegitScript seal shown on its site.
We could not confirm: your assigned clinician's license; which pharmacy fills a given prescription; the exact injection or topical product and its approval status; any separate home-draw or coaching charge; whether repeat pretreatment testing is included; and the exact medicine charge schedule for your plan.
Want to see the offer first? See Lifeforce's current TRT offer → (Lifeforce site). Before you pay, make sure the checkout shows the same price you expected. Section 3 explains why.
1. What do Lifeforce TRT reviews actually say?
Lifeforce has a 4.2 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot from 205 reviews as of October 7, 2026. About 7 in 10 reviews are 5-star and about 1 in 8 are 1-star. Selected reports praise clinician communication or raise problems with scheduling, billing, and support; they do not measure TRT outcomes.5
Here's how Trustpilot displays those 205 reviews, using rounded percentages:
Source: Trustpilot, checked October 7, 2026.5
Three things to know before you trust any rating:
- These reviews cover the whole company. Lifeforce sells longevity memberships, weight loss, menopause care, and supplements. The profile does not identify a defined TRT-only sample.
- Lifeforce asks customers to leave reviews. Trustpilot shows a claimed profile, a paid subscription, review invitations, and a 100% response rate to negative reviews when checked. That is a platform snapshot, not a promise of support speed.5
- A review tells you about service — not about whether TRT works or is safe for you.
What selected reviewers reported
The selected reviews below illustrate clinician communication and service problems.
The good story is the clinician. One man who had tried other online providers wrote that his clinician walked him through each result and added, "She didn't try to upsell me on additional services" — George Cordova, posted July 2, 2026; experience June 23, 2026; labeled Unprompted.5
The bad story is the gap around the clinician. A September 2026 reviewer wrote that Lifeforce is "ready to charge your credit card every month but they make you wait" — Mary Figueiredo, posted September 15, 2026; experience September 1, 2026; labeled Unprompted. Another reviewer who described being a long-time member said, "I was prescribed 30 tablets but received only 17" in one shipment — reviewer "HA," posted and experienced June 11, 2026; labeled Unprompted. The medicine in that report was not identified as TRT. Lifeforce replied publicly to both and said it was following up.57
What that means for you: these examples include praise for how a clinician explained results and complaints about service logistics. They do not measure clinical quality or how often a problem occurs. If you start, book your lab the day you sign up and note your actual renewal date. Section 12 shows how.
2. Is Lifeforce TRT legit?
Yes. Lifeforce is a real company, and its patient agreement names the medical practices providing care. Tony Robbins is a co-founder, and the company raised a $12 million funding round in 2023.89
"Legit" doesn't mean flawless, though. Its pages give different descriptions, and selected customer reviews report service problems.
Here's who's who behind the brand, according to its legal documents and company announcement:8109
That last row matters. Some Lifeforce pages promise "in-house MDs." Its legal patient agreement says your care may come from several kinds of licensed clinicians. Reviewers mention doctors, a nurse practitioner, and a physician assistant. Neither is a problem by itself. Just ask who your prescriber is, then look up their license on your state medical or nursing board's website. The listed clinical roles do not all carry the same prescribing authority.
Is Tony Robbins your doctor? No. He co-founded the company. One TRT page quotes him telling a story about a man with low testosterone who lost 36 pounds. That's a story, not evidence about what TRT will do for you.3
3. How much does Lifeforce TRT really cost in year one?
Lifeforce's first 12 membership months total $1,114 or $1,138 under its $25 and $49 offers, assuming eleven later $99 charges. One offer estimates medicine at about $80 per month, but it does not establish a price per fill or your complete first-year treatment bill.123
Stopping at "$49 to start, $99 a month" leaves out the medicine. Here's the membership math, plus an illustration using Lifeforce's approximate monthly medicine estimate:
Offer prices checked October 7, 2026. The membership calculation assumes month one is covered by the first payment and the recurring fee stays at $99. The medicine illustration assumes twelve months at the approximate $80/month estimate; that estimate appears on the $49 offer page and is not a quote for every plan or medicine. Actual treatment start, charges, and required extras may differ.123
Why does the medicine billing schedule matter?
One Lifeforce offer estimates medicine at about $80 a month. But an August 2024 help article describes a 25-day renewal schedule. A monthly estimate does not establish a price per fill, and we did not confirm that the older schedule applies to every current prescription.311
Count the actual charges within the same twelve-month window. For example, a charge every 25 days starting on day 0 produces 15 charges during days 0–364; the same cycle starting on day 30 produces 14. Those are billing examples, not Lifeforce's confirmed schedule. Ask before you pay (it's question 4 in our worksheet).
Which costs still need confirmation
- Home blood draws. The TRT campaign says these are required in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. Confirm whether a separate collection charge applies to your selected plan; no separate price was established. Rhode Island is absent from the TRT state list.23
- Health coaching. One page says it's included, another says it's a paid add-on, and the same TRT campaign also says "coming soon."312
- Shipping. The $49 offer advertises free shipping. Make sure that matches your medicine quote.3
- Other medicines your clinician may add.
- Dose changes. If your dose goes up, your medicine bill may too.
What if you're placed in a different plan?
Lifeforce also runs a $149-a-month TRT membership page with quarterly home draws and 45-minute visits. Its product pages say medicine requires a $149 membership plus a $599 diagnostic. Those pages do not establish one first-year total, and their included services differ. So confirm your plan name, initial charge, and next billing date on the checkout screen. The general membership page also lists a $199 start with $149 monthly fees and a separate $599 Core Annual plan; do not assume those are the requirements for the dedicated TRT offer.12131415
What if you aren't prescribed TRT?
Then your membership/evaluation charge can be $25 or $49 if you cancel before renewal and incur no other charges. The $49 offer says there is no commitment to continue and that the $99 monthly fee begins after 30 days unless you cancel. Write that renewal date down the day you sign up.23
What does the ongoing budget look like? The $99 membership plus the approximate $80 monthly medicine estimate adds to about $179 a month before any required extras. That is an illustration, not an all-inclusive quote. Our side-by-side table compares the fee components and different care models.3 For a wider price comparison, see TRT cost.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

4. Why do Lifeforce's own pages give different answers?
On October 7, 2026, we found 15 differences to resolve across Lifeforce's pages and related records. Some are conflicting descriptions; others concern different plans, old policies, or details that do not establish the same thing. Check the selected plan, checkout terms, prescription quote, and refund policy, and save those records.
Here's the honest catch, and it's the biggest one on this page. Lifeforce does not keep its marketing pages in sync. We counted three different starting amounts across its TRT offer and membership pages. If one clean, consistent price sheet is your top priority, get the full written quote before choosing a plan.
But here's the flip side. A $99 membership and a broad testing offer may still suit you once you know what is included. The comparison below shows exactly what to ask; it cannot guarantee the full bill or prevent every billing problem.
The 15 differences to resolve
Sources: Lifeforce TRT program page, two TRT campaign pages, TRT membership page, membership landing page, product pages, help center, refund policy, patient agreement, and pharmacy page — all checked October 7, 2026.
What this means for you: none of these is proof of bad care. The public offer pages do not tell one consistent story. But a few rows decide your money and your medicine: rows 1–3 (price), 11 (what drug you get), and 12 (refunds). Get those three answered in writing.
Have those answers in writing? Review Lifeforce's TRT offer — screenshot the price before you pay → (Lifeforce site)
5. Is Lifeforce TRT available in my state?
Lifeforce's TRT campaign page lists 28 states as of October 7, 2026. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled drug, and the current federal temporary extension permits qualifying audio-video prescribing without a prior in-person exam through December 31, 2026, subject to other federal and state requirements. A permanent special-registration rule remains under review.2202122
The 28 states Lifeforce lists for TRT: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Not on the list: big states like Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Missouri, among others. If you live there, do not assume Lifeforce can provide TRT; confirm current eligibility before paying. The alternatives in the comparison also have state limits.
One odd detail: Lifeforce says home blood draws are required in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. But Rhode Island isn't on its TRT state list. If you're in Rhode Island, ask before you pay.
Will you need an in-person visit?
That depends on your state, prescriber, and clinical situation. "Schedule III" means testosterone is a controlled drug. It needs a valid prescription, and federal rules limit how it can be prescribed online. Here's where things stand:
Lifeforce's patient agreement also says you may be asked to get in-person care if telehealth isn't enough. Ask Lifeforce what happens to your prescription if federal or state rules change after December 31, 2026. If you will travel, ask how your location affects telehealth visits and prescription access.82122
6. What testosterone will Lifeforce prescribe — and is it FDA-approved?
Lifeforce lists three testosterone options: injections, a cream, and Kyzatrex, an FDA-approved oral capsule. A compounding pharmacy can also dispense approved products, so its business type does not establish the status of your medicine. Ask which exact finished product you'll receive.1423152416
First, two words you'll need:
- FDA-approved means the FDA reviewed that exact product's safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing before it could be sold.
- Compounding means combining, mixing, or altering ingredients to make a medicine for a patient's needs. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The FDA doesn't review them for safety, effectiveness, and quality before they're sold.16
Non-testosterone treatment listed by Lifeforce:
About Lifeforce's "bio-identical" wording: Lifeforce calls its injection and cream "bio-identical." Testosterone cypionate is an ester, a modified form of testosterone. That marketing word says nothing about whether the finished product is FDA-approved or compounded. Don't let it stand in for that answer.14231625
About the cream: testosterone on the skin can rub off onto partners and children. See testosterone cream transfer risk.28
What Kyzatrex's label says (and what FDA requested)
Kyzatrex is the named testosterone product on Lifeforce's menu we could confirm is FDA-approved. Its current label (revised August 2026; DailyMed updated August 26, 2026) says:2024
- Doctors should confirm low testosterone with morning blood tests on at least two separate days before starting it.
- It can raise blood pressure. It isn't recommended for uncontrolled high blood pressure. (The boxed warning was removed in July 2025, but the warning remains in the label.)
- The prescriber should arrange testosterone testing at least 7 days after starting or changing the dose, timed as the label specifies, and periodically thereafter.
- Check hematocrit (the share of your blood made of red cells) before starting and about every 3 months.
- Its safety and effectiveness in "age-related" low testosterone haven't been established.
That last point is in motion. On June 18, 2026, the FDA asked testosterone makers to remove that age-related limit from labels, citing the large TRAVERSE heart-safety trial. As of its August 2026 label, Kyzatrex still listed it. Check the current product label; the FDA's request does not establish when each manufacturer's labeling will change.2029
Ask Lifeforce: "If I'm on Kyzatrex, are the label-required testosterone and hematocrit checks included in my $99, or billed separately?"
7. Which pharmacy fills a Lifeforce prescription?
Lifeforce names three pharmacies: Tailor Made Compounding and GoGoMeds in Kentucky, and Precision Pharmacy in New York. It doesn't say which one fills a given prescription. Exact-address board records show current nonresident licenses; Tailor Made has historical FDA and federal court records, and Precision has a December 2025 Ohio settlement.18303132333435
Sources: FDA, U.S. Department of Justice (Eastern District of Kentucky), California, Oklahoma, and Ohio pharmacy boards, and Lifeforce's pharmacy page (updated December 1, 2025). These are nonresident licenses in the named states; they do not verify every shipping state. Kentucky and New York home-state permit status was not independently confirmed.
Keep this in proportion:
- The FDA letter listed substances like peptides and glutathione. It did not mention testosterone.30
- The 2022 recall did list testosterone products, including cypionate and enanthate formulations. The notice does not identify Lifeforce patients.37
- The pharmacy's unapproved-drug distribution count covered conduct from October 2018 to April 2020.31 The current Oklahoma license names TMC Acquisition LLC; the federal case named Tailor Made Compounding LLC.32
- The 2022 recall notice said no patient harm had been reported at that time.37
- On October 7, 2026, FDA's compounding-action index listed the 2020 warning letter and a March 2022 inspection record under Tailor Made's name. That index is not a finding about today's product quality or license status.38
- We don't know whether this pharmacy fills any Lifeforce TRT prescriptions today.
Still, it's a fact a reasonable buyer would want. These historical records do not establish which pharmacy will fill your prescription today.
Can you use a different pharmacy?
Maybe. Lifeforce's older help article (June 2024) says prescriptions can't be moved to a local pharmacy. Its newer pharmacy page (December 2025) says you can request a different pharmacy by emailing its clinical team. But you're responsible for making sure that pharmacy can fill every prescription. An August 2024 help article also says medicine ships within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. That is a dispatch window, not an arrival guarantee.181119
Check the pharmacy before you accept the prescription:
- Ask Lifeforce: "Which pharmacy will fill my testosterone?"
- Look up that pharmacy's license on its state board of pharmacy website.
- Search the pharmacy's name on FDA's warning-letter page.
8. How does Lifeforce decide if you need TRT?
Lifeforce describes an initial blood panel and a review of symptoms and health history to assess whether TRT fits. Major guidelines call for compatible symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone confirmed with repeat early-morning testing. The public pages reviewed do not establish a universal repeat-test policy before prescribing, so ask.33928
Here's what the experts say, in plain words:
A few terms you'll see on your Lifeforce results:
- Total testosterone: all the testosterone in your blood.
- Free testosterone: the small part not bound to proteins, ready to use.
- SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin): a protein that holds onto testosterone.
- LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone): brain signals that tell the testicles to make testosterone and sperm.
- PSA (prostate-specific antigen): a protein measured in a blood test used to assess prostate health.41
- Male hypogonadism: impaired testosterone production and/or sperm production because the testicles or their hormone signals are not functioning properly.28
Good news here: Lifeforce's $49 campaign lists testosterone, SHBG, PSA, a blood count, a metabolic panel, estradiol, LH, FSH, IGF-1, and DHEA-S; other TRT descriptions list total and free testosterone. That's broader than a testosterone-only test. The AUA says LH should be measured when testosterone is low (Statement 6). Lifeforce lists it, but confirm the panel for the offer you choose.1339
The gap: a broad panel taken once is still one test. Ask, "Will you repeat my early-morning testosterone before prescribing?" One number on one day isn't a diagnosis. The clinician should also assess the cause, including reversible contributors such as medicines or obesity; free testosterone can help when total testosterone is borderline or SHBG is altered.28 Learn more about how low testosterone is diagnosed and how to prepare for your blood test.
Can you use labs you already have? Lifeforce's help center says not to upload outside labs unless your clinician asks. Your clinician may review them if they're useful. Ask whether they replace any required testing or change the price.42
Get medical assessment before considering TRT if: you have headaches or vision changes with low testosterone, a history of prostate or breast cancer, a high red-blood-cell count already, untreated severe sleep apnea, or a recent heart attack or stroke. These findings can change whether TRT is appropriate and may require specialist evaluation and in-person testing. See TRT safety and screening.28
9. What happens after you start: refills, labs, and support?
After you're prescribed TRT, one Lifeforce offer lists a check-in around 3 months, then labs about every 6 months, while other text promises quarterly checks. An August 2024 help article describes 25-day prescription renewals and shipment within 7–10 business days; confirm the schedule for your prescription. Lifeforce states a 1–2-business-day response for general medication or protocol questions, with complex concerns routed to the clinician.31143
Plan your refill buffer. Confirm the days supplied, charge date, dispatch time, and delivery time together; a renewal interval alone does not establish when medicine will run out. Reviewers report scheduling delays. Ask how Lifeforce handles a gap.115
What your monitoring should cover. On TRT, doctors watch for a rising hematocrit, which can thicken blood. They also assess symptoms, side effects, testosterone levels, blood pressure, and prostate health as appropriate to age, risk, and product labeling. Lifeforce says it checks estradiol, hematocrit, and heart-and-metabolism labs. If you're on Kyzatrex, the label calls for more frequent checks than the six-month schedule advertised on some Lifeforce pages. See how often you need bloodwork on TRT, TRT and high hematocrit, and TRT and PSA levels.132028
Lifeforce is not urgent care. For chest pain, trouble breathing, or signs of a stroke, call 911. New one-sided leg swelling needs prompt medical assessment.6
10. Does Lifeforce TRT take insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We did not confirm current insurance billing or coverage for Lifeforce; budget as self-pay unless Lifeforce and your plan confirm otherwise. Lifeforce describes HSA/FSA reimbursement through itemized invoices and, when eligible, a letter of medical necessity from Truemed. Ask your plan administrator before counting on reimbursement.4
How it works:
- Invoices: Download them from your account under Orders & Subscriptions → Order History.
- Letter of medical necessity: Lifeforce says most FSA plans require this plus an invoice for membership or diagnostic reimbursement. Truemed assesses eligibility through a short survey and, if eligible, sends the letter in approximately 48 hours.
- Prescriptions: Lifeforce says these usually need only the invoice.
If you have good insurance: check your plan's covered clinicians, medicines, prior-authorization rules, and out-of-pocket costs before paying for a membership. If covered care matters most, compare an in-network doctor or urologist with Lifeforce's written quote. See low testosterone treatment options.
Want your insurance to do the heavy lifting? Use Find My TRT Path to map an insurance-first care route →
11. What if you want kids someday?
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, and the AUA says it shouldn't be prescribed to men currently trying to conceive. Lifeforce lists clomiphene, a different medicine that is not TRT and does not guarantee preserved fertility. If a pregnancy is the goal soon, see a reproductive urologist first.392627
Here's why. When testosterone comes from outside your body, your brain may stop sending LH and FSH, the signals your testicles use to make sperm. The medical word for sperm production is spermatogenesis. The Kyzatrex label warns that treatment may reduce sperm production.20
Lifeforce's TRT page says its clinicians discuss fertility goals and may suggest clomiphene or enclomiphene. That's a reasonable conversation. But a general online TRT program isn't the best first stop if conception is close. See does TRT affect fertility.13928

12. How do you cancel Lifeforce, and can you get a refund?
You cancel Lifeforce online through Orders & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions, using the cancellation link under your membership renewal date. Membership refunds have deadlines, partial refunds after service use are discretionary, and prescriptions generally aren't refundable. That is narrower than the satisfaction-refund promise on one Lifeforce offer page.31747
How to cancel (Lifeforce's published steps)
- Go to mylifeforce.com and log in.
- Open Orders & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Click cancel under the renewal date for your membership.
- Check for a separate medicine subscription and cancel that too.
- Screenshot the confirmation.
What can you get back?
Lifeforce's separate medical-services agreement says no refund is owed once an episode of care begins or medical services have been paid in full. That is distinct from the membership policy's discretionary refund provision.178
The fine print that trips people up: One Lifeforce TRT page advertises a full-refund satisfaction promise. The refund policy is much narrower. If that promise matters to you, email support before you pay and ask: "Does the 30-day money-back guarantee apply after my labs are drawn?" Save the reply.
Protect yourself:
- If you're not moving forward, give yourself a two-day buffer before the actual renewal date. That is a practical buffer, not Lifeforce's stated deadline.
- Download your lab results before you cancel. Lifeforce doesn't say how long you keep portal access afterward. If you plan to move care, request your full treatment record, including prescriptions and visit notes, from the medical practice.
- If you're on TRT, don't stop without talking to a clinician. See can you stop TRT.
13. Who should choose Lifeforce TRT — and who should choose something else?
Choose Lifeforce if you want TRT inside a broader health check, can confirm care in your state, and can cover the full quoted bill. A different route may fit better if insurance, near-term fertility, or more frequent scheduled check-ins matters most. Kyzatrex is an FDA-approved option on Lifeforce's menu, so wanting an approved product does not by itself rule Lifeforce out.131524

14. Lifeforce vs Male Excel vs Hone: how do they compare?
Lifeforce's $99 monthly membership is lower than Hone Premium's $155 and matches Male Excel's $99, but medicine and initial fees change the full bill. The published medicine prices cover different products and billing units, so they do not establish a cheapest provider for your prescription. The bigger differences are check-in frequency, support hours, states, and how clearly each names its medicine and pharmacy.3485253
All prices and service descriptions are provider-published, checked October 7, 2026. Lifeforce's illustration uses its first payment plus eleven $99 charges and $960 for medicine. Male Excel's uses $99 + 12 × ($99 + $120 or $132). Hone's uses $65 + $25 + 12 × $155. These budget examples use different packages and do not establish the charges that fall within your first 365 days: intake, membership, and prescription start dates still need confirmation. Trustpilot scores are customer-experience signals, not proof of medical quality.
Male Excel: the closer-contact option
Choose it if Male Excel's stated 60-day reviews and same-provider care fit what you want. It publishes support contact hours seven days a week.48
Know before you go:
- Get a complete quote. Its published medicine bundles include thyroid medicine as well as testosterone; ask what you actually need and what that prescription costs.52
- Its cream is a Lipoderm preparation, which is a compounded product, not an FDA-approved one.55
- Its TRT page says it considers symptoms and labs. Symptoms also matter under clinical guidelines; ask how it confirms low testosterone with repeat early-morning testing.392848
- Its fine print says DEA and state law may require an in-person exam.48
If 60-day check-ins fit your needs: Review Male Excel's TRT program and fees → (provider site · commercial partner)
Hone Health: the scheduled-lab option
Choose it if you want Premium's published lab and follow-up schedule at months 3, 6, 9, and 12, then 18 and 24.51
Know before you go:
- Its $155 Premium membership costs more per month than Lifeforce's $99, and medicine is extra. The $135 Plus plan also offers men's TRT.5354
- Its help center lists testosterone cypionate from $28 per vial and compounded cream or troches at $60 a month. Ask for your exact product, days supplied, dispenser, and total price before you pay.5356
If that lab schedule fits your needs: Review Hone Health's Premium fees and inclusions → (Hone Health site)
15. Before you pay Lifeforce: the 10-question quote worksheet
Before you pay Lifeforce, get ten answers in writing: your plan, charges, exact medicine and pharmacy, repeat testing, monitoring, prescriber, state requirements, refund terms, and exit plan. Use the worksheet to identify what is included and what still needs a clinical decision or a price quote.
Copy this, email Lifeforce support (support@mylifeforce.com) or call (855) 656-1266, and fill in the blanks:
Then add it up:
Your year one = first payment + membership charges not already covered by that payment + all medicine fills charged in the same 12-month window + extra lab, visit, collection, coaching, and shipping fees
For the membership illustration above, we used eleven $99 charges after the first payment. For your quote, count each actual charge date in the same twelve-month window. Do not treat the advertised ~$80 monthly estimate as a price per fill.

16. How we researched this Lifeforce TRT review
We reviewed Lifeforce's public pages, policies, help center, pharmacy list, and customer reviews on October 7, 2026, and checked medical and legal claims against FDA records, state pharmacy boards, the Department of Justice, the Federal Register, OIRA, the AUA, and the Endocrine Society. We did not enroll, get tested, or receive medicine.
We followed How We Review TRT Providers, our documented method. It looks at clinical eligibility, testing, clinician access, state availability, treatment formats, medicine and pharmacy transparency, fertility handling, monitoring, total cost, cancellation, support, and how honest a provider's claims are. It never turns those into a score. We keep four kinds of information separate:
What we assembled for this review: the 15-point offer-and-policy comparison, the cost model and billing illustrations, the pharmacy record check, the 28-state list with its Rhode Island mismatch, and the worksheet.
When we'll update this page: monthly for prices and states, quarterly for policies and pharmacies, and right away if the federal telehealth rule changes or if Lifeforce or a reader shows us something we got wrong. See our editorial standards for sourcing rules and the corrections process.
Lifeforce TRT FAQ
Lifeforce's headline price covers membership, while the exact prescription, testing requirements, and refund rules can change the decision. These answers bring together the main points to confirm before you pay.
Is Lifeforce TRT worth it?
It can be, if you want a broad lab panel with your TRT and can confirm care in your state. Twelve membership months total $1,114–$1,138 under the stated assumptions, before medicine. One offer estimates medicine at about $80 a month; a complete quote still needs the exact prescription and any extras. If you want to use insurance or are trying to conceive soon, compare the appropriate care route first.12339
How much is Lifeforce TRT per month?
$99 a month after a $25 or $49 first payment, plus a provider estimate of about $80 a month for medicine on one offer. That is roughly $179 a month before any unconfirmed extras, not a guaranteed all-in price. Some Lifeforce pages show a $149 monthly plan instead, so confirm yours at checkout.12312
Is medicine included in Lifeforce's $99 a month?
No. One Lifeforce offer estimates medicine at about $80 a month, billed separately. An August 2024 help article describes 25-day renewals; that does not establish an $80 charge per fill or the schedule for your prescription.311
Is Lifeforce testosterone compounded?
The exact injection or topical preparation is not established by the pages reviewed. A compounding pharmacy can also dispense approved drugs, so its name alone does not answer the question. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved; Kyzatrex, the named oral testosterone capsule on Lifeforce's menu, is FDA-approved. Ask which exact product you'll get.1423152416
Who owns Lifeforce?
Lifeforce Digital, Inc. runs the membership. Its agreement names separate medical practices, including Lifeforce Medical, P.A. Tony Robbins is a co-founder, per Lifeforce.8109
Is Lifeforce the same as Tony Robbins' book Life Force?
No. The book and the company share a name and Tony Robbins, but the book is a book. Lifeforce is a telehealth membership company.
Do I have to go to a lab for Lifeforce?
In most listed states, yes — you walk into a Quest Diagnostics lab. Lifeforce says home blood draws are required in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, but Rhode Island is absent from its TRT state list. Confirm both availability and any collection charge before paying.23
How long do Lifeforce lab results take?
Lifeforce's January 2026 help article says results typically take 10–14 business days after your draw. It says to contact the diagnostic team if results are still missing after 14 business days.44
Does Lifeforce prescribe testosterone injections?
Yes. Its menu lists testosterone cypionate injections, a testosterone cream, and Kyzatrex capsules. Your clinician decides if any of them fits you.142315
Can I get TRT from Lifeforce without an in-person visit?
Through December 31, 2026, the temporary federal extension allows qualifying audio-video telemedicine prescribing of Schedule III testosterone without a prior in-person exam, subject to its conditions and other applicable laws. State rules and your clinician may still require a visit. OIRA listed the proposed final special-registration rule as pending review when checked October 7, 2026.2122
How do I cancel Lifeforce?
Log in, go to Orders & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and click cancel under your renewal date. Cancel any medicine subscription separately and screenshot the confirmation.4711
Can I get my money back from Lifeforce?
Only in limited cases. Unused membership may be refunded if requested within 30 days of purchase or 15 days of placing the first lab order, whichever is earlier. After service use, a partial refund is discretionary. Prescriptions generally aren't refundable.17
Lifeforce vs Hone — which is cheaper?
Lifeforce's $99 monthly fee is lower than Hone's $135 Plus or $155 Premium plan, but that does not settle the full bill. Lifeforce publishes an approximate monthly medicine estimate; Hone lists some prices per vial and others per month. Compare full written quotes for the exact product, tests, and billing period.35354
