Lifeforce TRT Cost: What You'll Really Pay in Year One (2026)
Lifeforce TRT cost starts at $25 or $49 for the first month, depending on which Lifeforce page you land on. After that it's $99 a month for labs, visits, and monitoring. Testosterone is billed separately and priced at your clinician visit. Program fees alone come to $1,114–$1,138 in year one. 1 2
Lifeforce TRT is worth a look if: you're paying cash anyway, and you want your labs, clinician visits, and medication handled in one place, with more than just testosterone checked.
Look elsewhere first if: you need insurance to cover the medication, you're trying to have a baby soon, or you won't pay anything until you've seen a medication price in writing.
One line on Lifeforce's own help pages can change how you count medication bills. We'll show you where it is and the questions that settle your budget.
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.
This guide covers low-testosterone evaluation and care for adult men in the U.S. Educational information, not medical advice. A licensed clinician has to evaluate your situation. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, or signs of a stroke, call 911.
Lifeforce TRT cost at a glance
Lifeforce's first-year membership fees total $1,114 with the $25 introductory month or $1,138 with the $49 introductory month, assuming eleven later $99 payments. Medication and additional required charges are separate. A complete treatment total requires an individual quote. 1 2
How we did the math: One intro month, then 11 monthly charges of $99. No cancellation, no price change. These are membership subtotals. Add the actual prescription invoices and any extra required charges; the medication-budget method is explained below.

If $99 a month plus medication fits your budget, the next step is cheap. You can see Lifeforce's current starting price and what it covers before you pay anything.

How much does Lifeforce TRT cost per month?
Lifeforce charges $99 a month for its TRT program after a first month that costs $25 or $49, depending on the offer. Lifeforce says the $99 covers scheduled lab work, clinician visits, and ongoing monitoring. Testosterone medication is a separate charge, priced at your clinician visit and billed on its own schedule. 1 2 15
So your real monthly number has two parts:
- The program fee: $99. It covers the scheduled blood tests, clinician visits, and check-ins used to monitor treatment.
- The medication bill: separate. This is the testosterone itself, if a clinician prescribes it.
Here's Lifeforce's advertised timeline. Appointment, testing, and prescription timing can vary.
Timeline from Lifeforce's TRT campaign and its prescription help article. Rhode Island's collection listing does not establish TRT availability there; see the state list below. 1 15
One useful detail: The medication doesn't order itself. Lifeforce's help center says recommended prescriptions appear in your cart after your visit, and you have to buy them yourself. That applies to the initial prescription purchase; check the renewal terms of any subscription you start. 15
Why does Lifeforce show different prices on different pages?
Lifeforce sells testosterone care through several offers on different pages: a $25 campaign, a $49 main TRT page, a $149-a-month general membership, a $599 annual plan, and product pages that mention a $599 diagnostic. For TRT, the $25 or $49 start followed by $99 a month is the program built for it. 1 2 4 7
We found six Lifeforce prices that a man shopping for TRT could run into. Here they are side by side, as they appeared on October 7, 2026. 1 2 4 5 6
Our read: If you want testosterone treatment, the $25 or $49 → $99 TRT program is the one to look at. The $149 plans are a bigger health program with more blood draws and coaching. The dedicated TRT offer does not list either broader plan as a required add-on; confirm the terms on your order.
The Core Annual plan looks cheap at $599, but be careful. It includes one clinician visit a year. One section of Lifeforce's TRT campaign describes a check at 3 months and then every 6 months. We found nothing that says Core covers that. Don't buy Core expecting a full year of TRT care. 1 4
The product-page catch
Here's the trap. Lifeforce's prescription product pages (injection, cream, Kyzatrex, clomiphene) carry a different rule. They say medication is only for members of the $149/month membership who also buy the $599 diagnostic. 7 8 9 10
That rule doesn't match the TRT program. If you followed it for a full year, the program fees alone would be $2,387 ($599 + 12 × $149). That's $1,273 more than the $25 TRT program, before medication. This assumes the $599 diagnostic plus twelve $149 payments; it is not a tested checkout total.
What to do: Start from the TRT program page, not the product catalog. Before you pay, ask Lifeforce: "If I join the TRT program, will I ever be required to buy the $599 diagnostic or the $149 membership?" Then go by the terms on your actual order screen.
About the $25 price
Lifeforce calls the $25 start a limited-time "Kickoff Savings Event," with a countdown clock. We can't tell you when it ends. The main TRT page separately shows $49 today; we could not establish an offer end date or guarantee either price later. Either way, the price that matters most is the $99 that follows. 1 2
Not sure Lifeforce is your route?
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
What does the $99 a month include, and what costs extra?
Lifeforce says the $99 monthly fee covers scheduled lab work, clinician visits, and monitoring. Its TRT campaign gives conflicting testing descriptions, including three panels a year and a check at 3 months followed by every 6 months. Medication is extra, and some details, like visit length and how many markers are tested, differ from page to page. 1 2
Sources for the included-service table: Lifeforce’s current program pages and shipping policy. 1 2 18
What the first blood test checks
Lifeforce's campaign lists 10 tests or panels; CBC and CMP each contain several measurements. In plain English: 1 37
- Total testosterone: all the testosterone in your blood. 41
- SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin): a protein that holds onto testosterone. A high SHBG can leave less testosterone free for your body to use. 40
- Estradiol: a form of estrogen. Men make some too. 43
- LH and FSH (luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone): signals from your brain that tell your testes to work. They help show why testosterone might be low. 26
- PSA (prostate-specific antigen): a prostate-related blood test. Age, risk, the prescribed medicine's labeling, and a discussion with your clinician guide prostate monitoring. 26 29
- CBC (complete blood count): includes hematocrit, the share of your blood made of red blood cells. TRT can push it up, so it gets watched. 29 39
- CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel): a group of tests related to kidneys, liver, blood sugar, and body chemistry.
- IGF-1 and DHEA-S: other hormone markers.
These tests serve different jobs. LH and FSH help investigate the cause of low testosterone; testosterone and hematocrit are used in monitoring. A longer panel does not establish that low testosterone has been confirmed. 26
Where Lifeforce's pages don't agree
We don't want you surprised later. Here's what we found that doesn't line up:
These differences can matter for both your care and your bill. Ask for your plan's schedule in writing: how many blood draws and visits year one includes, and what an extra test costs if your clinician orders one. 1 2
How much is Lifeforce testosterone medication?
Lifeforce's current TRT campaign doesn't publish a medication price. It says your clinician will go over the cost at your visit. An older official page carries conflicting $80 and $89 figures that cannot establish today's medication cost. 1 3
This is the biggest unknown in the Lifeforce TRT cost. Here's what we know and how to plan around it.
What Lifeforce offers
Sources for the treatment-format table: Lifeforce’s program and product pages; FDA approval record for Kyzatrex. 1 7 8 9 28
Two words you need to know:
- FDA-approved means the FDA reviewed that exact product for safety, effectiveness, and how it's made before it could be sold. 27 28
- Compounded means a pharmacy or another authorized compounder prepared the medicine to meet a specific medical need. The FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they're sold. 27 42
Here's why it matters for Lifeforce. Its TRT campaign says medication is billed "through our licensed compounding pharmacy." Its pharmacy page lists three partners: Tailor Made Compounding (Kentucky), GoGoMeds (Kentucky), and Precision Pharmacy (New York). 1 11
But one answer on that same campaign says its doctors prescribe "FDA-approved testosterone through licensed compounding pharmacies." FDA approval applies to the exact medicine; the type of pharmacy alone does not establish what you will receive. A compounded medicine isn't FDA-approved. Kyzatrex is FDA-approved. For the injection and cream, ask: "What's the exact product and manufacturer, or is it compounded?" Get the answer before you buy. 27 28
The 25-day detail that changes your yearly cost
This is the billing detail we promised. Lifeforce's help center says pharmaceuticals "follow a 25-day renewal schedule." That article was last updated in August 2024, so confirm whether it applies to your prescription. 15
- 365 days ÷ 25 days = 14.6 renewal intervals, not an actual year's invoice count.
- Your number of charges depends on the first purchase date, the billing dates, and the amount of medicine supplied. A 30-day schedule is also different from calendar-month billing.
Before you buy, ask: "What is my price per fill, how many days does it supply, and on which dates will I be charged?" Don't assume 12 medication payments just because the membership is monthly.
Lifeforce's prescription help also says recurring retests are required for continued prescription access. Ask for the testing and refill requirements before switching providers or relying on the next shipment. 15
Build your year-one estimate
Start with the confirmed program fee, then add your own prescription invoices and any required extras. The public medication prices are not complete enough to fill those lines for you.
Why not assume 15 medication charges? The public pages do not establish your first purchase date or billing calendar. Count the invoices due between enrollment and the day before your first anniversary, and note any prepaid medicine that covers time after that period.
Year two, if the $99 rate stays the same, has $1,188 in program fees. Add that year's actual prescription invoices and extra charges, then subtract any confirmed credits. 1 2 15
The medication quote should state the exact product, quantity, price per fill, and days' supply. Different prescriptions can produce different budgets.
The honest trade-off
Lifeforce does not publish a current medication price on the TRT pages we checked; it says that price is discussed at your clinician visit. If seeing medication starting prices before paying matters most to you, Male Excel publishes injection packages from $120 a month and cream packages from $132 a month, plus a $99 monthly membership. Those are starting prices, and your prescribed plan can cost more. 1 19
Male Excel also says its providers may prescribe before lab results arrive when clinically appropriate. If you are seeking a new low-testosterone diagnosis, ask how the clinician confirms it with repeat morning, fasting tests before TRT and whether confirming tests cost extra. 21 26
The $25 or $49 pays for evaluation, not a guaranteed prescription or a complete treatment budget. If the quote doesn't work for you, Lifeforce says canceling before the first month ends avoids the first $99 membership renewal. Check the actual renewal date as soon as you join, and ask what happens if your clinician visit has not taken place by then. 1 12 14
Does that sound like a fair trade for you? Start the evaluation and make the medication quote your first question at the visit.
Start Lifeforce's TRT evaluation with your pricing questions ready → Prescription only if a clinician finds TRT appropriate. Cancel before your first $99 membership renewal if you do not want to continue; check any prescription subscription separately.

Is Lifeforce cheaper than other TRT options?
Current public prices do not establish whether Lifeforce costs less than Male Excel in year one, because Lifeforce's medication quote is missing. Male Excel publishes starting prices, while Hone and Taurus use different fee structures. Compare the services, actual prescription invoices, and extra charges before choosing on price.
Sources: current official offers, Male Excel's starter and product disclosures, Hone's membership help, and Taurus's terms. These are price-structure comparisons, not verified patient quotes. 1 2 19 20 21 22 23 24
Male Excel math: $99 + (12 × $99) + (12 × $120) = $2,727. The cream calculation substitutes $132 and totals $2,871. These illustrations assume twelve unchanged monthly membership charges and twelve advertised monthly medication equivalents. Male Excel describes 60-day supplies billed every other month; six such supplies cover 360 days, so confirm the actual invoices and supply needed for your first 365 days. Shipping and any additional required testing or visits must be added. Prices checked October 7, 2026.
What the numbers mean for you
- If you're paying cash and want the lowest price, compare written totals for the care you need. Lifeforce's membership fee alone cannot settle the comparison.
- If you want published medication starting prices first, Male Excel provides them. Its advertised packages include thyroid tablets, while its homepage says thyroid is used when clinically appropriate. That's a different treatment plan, not just a different price, so ask your clinician whether it fits you. 19 21
- If you have insurance that covers testosterone, price a covered clinician, the required labs, and the exact medicine through your plan. We could not confirm Lifeforce's direct insurance billing or your coverage.
Taurus Meds does publish a TRT price, but its offer and general terms need to be reconciled before treating $149 as a complete monthly bill. Ask whether the $17.99 fee applies and when the first medication charge begins. See our Taurus Meds cost guide for the offer and quote questions. 23 24 25
Does Lifeforce take insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We could not confirm direct health-insurance billing or coverage for Lifeforce TRT from the public pages checked. Lifeforce publishes HSA/FSA documentation guidance, but eligibility depends on the charge and your account's rules. Its help center describes prescription invoices and medical-necessity paperwork for some other charges. 16 36
Here's how it works, per Lifeforce's help article (updated January 30, 2026): 16
- Medication: Download the itemized invoice from your account (Orders & Subscriptions → Order History). Lifeforce says to submit it to your FSA administrator; HSA reimbursement follows the rules below.
- Membership and lab fees: Lifeforce says most FSA plans also want a letter of medical necessity. That’s a note from a clinician saying the service is for a medical reason. Lifeforce works with a company called Truemed for these. You fill out a short survey, and Lifeforce says qualifying users can receive a letter in about 48 hours.
- HSA: You can reimburse yourself for qualified medical expenses. Keep the receipts and avoid claiming an expense already reimbursed elsewhere. 36
What this means in dollars: Eligible HSA/FSA spending can receive tax advantages, but it does not change the provider's bill or guarantee a particular saving. Check the exact charge with your account administrator before you count on it. 36
If insurance is what makes TRT affordable for you, start with a covered primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist. Check your plan's drug list for testosterone. Our TRT cost guide compares cash and insurance routes side by side.
Can you cancel Lifeforce, and do you get a refund?
Lifeforce says you can cancel online anytime, with no contract or cancellation fee. Its campaign says canceling before the first month ends avoids the first $99 membership renewal; use the renewal date in your account. Refunds have timing and service-use conditions, and prescriptions are generally not refundable. 1 12 14
How to cancel
Lifeforce's help center lists these steps: 14
- Log in at mylifeforce.com.
- Go to Orders & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Click Cancel under your renewal date.
Check each subscription. Lifeforce treats the membership and each medication as separate subscriptions. Canceling one may not cancel the others. Make sure every one you want stopped says canceled, and save the confirmation. 14 15
What gets refunded
Lifeforce's refund policy (updated January 1, 2026) says:
- Unused membership fees may qualify for a refund if you ask within 30 days of buying, or within 15 days of placing your first lab order, whichever comes first, and you haven't used any services.
- If you've used labs or a visit, Lifeforce may grant a partial refund at its discretion.
- Prescriptions generally can't be refunded or returned. 12
What that means for the TRT program: Once your blood is drawn, you've used a service. Don't budget on getting the $25 or $49 back after using the evaluation; ask how the refund policy applies to that charge. Lifeforce's campaign says canceling before the first month ends avoids the next membership charge. Check your account's actual renewal date and each prescription subscription separately. 1 12 14 15
Leaving without losing your records
Lifeforce's medical privacy notice says you can ask for copies of your medical records and that it may charge a reasonable copying or postage fee. Ask for your labs and visit notes before you cancel if you're moving your care somewhere else, and ask whether portal access continues afterward. Don't stop or change testosterone on your own. Work with a clinician on any change. 13
If knowing how to leave makes this easier, check the terms before committing.
See Lifeforce's enrollment and renewal terms → Read the refund policy before you pay.
Is Lifeforce TRT available in my state?
Lifeforce's TRT campaign lists 28 states where it offers TRT. If your state isn't listed, Lifeforce says its clinicians may suggest other treatments instead. Some medications may not be available in every listed state, so confirm both your state and your treatment before you pay. 1
States Lifeforce lists for TRT, as of October 7, 2026:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming. 1
A few things to know:
- Rhode Island shows up for at-home blood draws but isn't on the TRT list. Getting a blood draw in a state doesn't mean you can get testosterone there.
- If your state isn't listed, current TRT availability is not established by this list. Ask Lifeforce before paying. Our Find My TRT Path tool can help you find another route.
- Lifeforce names these affiliated medical practices: Lifeforce Medical NJ, P.C. (New Jersey), Lifeforce Medical KS, P.A. (Kansas), Van Maele Medical, P.C. (California), and Lifeforce Medical, P.A. for other states. 2
Will you ever need an in-person visit?
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. That's a federal category for drugs with medical use and some risk of misuse, so it always needs a valid prescription. 33
Right now, a temporary federal rule lets DEA-registered clinicians prescribe controlled substances such as testosterone after a qualifying audio-video evaluation without a prior in-person visit, when the rule’s conditions are met. That rule runs through December 31, 2026. State rules still apply. Ask Lifeforce: "If the rule changes, will I need an in-person visit, and who pays for it?" We'd hold off on prepaying for months past December 31 until you have that answer. 34

How does Lifeforce decide if you qualify for TRT?
Lifeforce says its clinicians look at your symptoms, your lab panel, and your health history, not one number. The Endocrine Society's guideline says low testosterone should be diagnosed only when symptoms or signs are paired with consistently low testosterone on repeat morning, fasting blood tests. Ask Lifeforce whether it confirms with a second test before prescribing. 1 26
Here's how Lifeforce's published process lines up with the Endocrine Society guideline.
Our take: Lifeforce's published panel includes LH, FSH, PSA, and a blood count. The open question is the second test. Ask: "Will you confirm low testosterone with a second morning, fasting test before prescribing, and does that cost extra?" One reading can be thrown off by the time of day or being sick. That's why the guideline asks for a repeat. 1 26
Who needs closer medical review first: The Endocrine Society recommends against starting TRT in men with prostate or breast cancer, elevated hematocrit, untreated severe sleep apnea, or a heart attack or stroke within the past six months, among other conditions. A history of treated cancer or unusual lab results also needs individual review. Your clinician should decide whether specialist care or an in-person examination is needed. 26
Can the medicine require extra monitoring?
Yes. Kyzatrex's current label calls for testosterone checks early in treatment, hematocrit checks about every three months, periodic blood-pressure checks, and prostate evaluation including PSA before and during treatment. Ask whether those checks are included in your selected plan or cost extra; a general membership schedule does not settle every prescribed medicine's monitoring needs. 29
Does Lifeforce TRT affect fertility?
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, and the Endocrine Society recommends against starting TRT in men who plan to have children soon. Lifeforce says it may suggest clomiphene or enclomiphene instead. Those are different medicines, not TRT, and neither guarantees your fertility is protected. 1 26 30
Here's what that means:
- Testosterone from outside your body tells your brain to slow down your own production. That can drop your sperm count, sometimes a lot. 26 30
- Clomiphene has FDA-approved tablets for ovulation problems in women seeking pregnancy. Using it in men is "off-label," meaning a doctor uses it for something it isn't officially approved for. 30 31 Approval of those tablets does not make a compounded preparation FDA-approved. 27
- Enclomiphene is not an FDA-approved drug in the U.S. 32 38
If having kids in the next year or two matters, talk to a urologist or reproductive urologist before you pick a TRT plan based on price. Read our guide on TRT and fertility first.
Who should choose something other than Lifeforce?
Lifeforce isn't the right first step for everyone. If you need confirmed insurance coverage, are trying to conceive soon, or want every price in writing before paying, a different route will likely serve you better. Incomplete testing calls for proper clinical evaluation before a treatment decision.
On that last row, one Lifeforce member summed it up after canceling the broader membership: "I don’t need to pay for the extra support with Life force." (Reddit user u/Familiar-Zombie3778, r/Biohackers). That comment was about the general membership, not the TRT program. It's still a fair test for you: will you actually use the follow-up care you're paying for? It is one person's account, not evidence that prescribed TRT monitoring is unnecessary.

What we actually verified
TRT Provider Guide checked Lifeforce's public prices and policies on October 7, 2026, and recalculated the cost tables. Provider statements about services are labeled as such, and medical and regulatory claims use the primary sources listed below.
Date checked: October 7, 2026.
What we read: Lifeforce's current TRT campaign, its main testosterone page, an older Lifeforce TRT page, the general membership and Core Annual offers, the at-home TRT membership page, the standalone diagnostic page, four prescription product pages, the pharmacy page, the refund and shipping policies, the medical privacy notice, and help articles about cancellation, prescription subscriptions, HSA/FSA, and pharmacy transfers. We also read Male Excel's pricing, starter, and product disclosures, Hone Health's membership help, Taurus's offer and terms, the Endocrine Society guideline, FDA sources, current drug labels, the DEA's drug schedules, and the federal telemedicine rule.
What we confirmed in public sources: The advertised Lifeforce prices ($25, $49, $99, $149, $199, $599), the published 28-state list, the named tests and panels, the written refund rules and cancellation steps, the HSA/FSA documentation guidance, the pharmacy partners Lifeforce names, and Male Excel's published starting prices. The membership arithmetic is our calculation.
What Lifeforce states but we couldn't confirm independently: Free shipping, visit lengths, the monitoring schedule, HSA/FSA eligibility for your specific plan, and its outcome numbers. We don't repeat Lifeforce's outcome numbers in this guide.
What we couldn't confirm at all: Today's Lifeforce medication price for any format, the exact product and approval status of the injection or cream a patient would receive, an individual's prescription billing calendar, whether a second confirming test is included, ordinary insurance billing or coverage, and the cost of extra tests or visits.
What we didn't do: We didn't buy a plan, receive care, test cancellation, or check individual clinician or pharmacy licenses. This is a cost guide based on public sources, not a hands-on review.
Our process follows How We Review TRT Providers. It separates verified facts, provider statements, customer experiences, and our own conclusions, and it adds up total cost instead of repeating a teaser price.
Your Lifeforce quote checklist
Lifeforce prices medication at your clinician visit, so the smartest move is to walk in with your questions ready. Fill in this checklist as you go; anything you can't fill in is a cost you don't know yet. Don't count it as zero.
Ask before you pay the starting fee
- If I join the TRT program, will I ever have to buy the $599 diagnostic or the $149 membership?
- Is the TRT program available in my state for the treatment format I want?
- Will you confirm low testosterone with a second morning, fasting test before prescribing? Is that included?
- What is my first membership renewal date, and what happens if my clinician visit has not happened by then?
For questions before joining, Lifeforce lists (855) 656-1266 and support@mylifeforce.com, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET. We did not test its response time. 2
Ask at your clinician visit
- What's the exact medication, strength, and amount per fill?
- Is it an FDA-approved product (which manufacturer?) or compounded?
- Which pharmacy fills it?
- What's the price per fill, how many days does it supply, and on which dates will I be charged?
- How many blood draws and visits does the $99 include this year? What does an extra test cost?
- If I cancel the membership, does my medication subscription stop too?
- Are collection, shipping, supplies, or taxes extra? Are any credits confirmed?
Your year-one budget
Count payments due from enrollment through the day before your first anniversary. Note any prepaid medication that supplies a later period, and keep optional purchases separate.
If B or C is still unknown, write "Known so far" next to your total. You don't have the full number yet.
Frequently asked questions
Lifeforce's starting fee, membership renewals, and prescription orders are separate parts of the bill. Confirm the offer, medication quote, and renewal dates together before committing to ongoing care.
How much does Lifeforce TRT cost per month?
After a first month of $25 or $49, it's $99 a month for labs, visits, and monitoring. Medication is a separate charge, priced at your clinician visit. 1 2
What does the $25 or $49 Lifeforce TRT fee cover?
Your first lab panel, a video visit with a clinician, and a personalized plan. It also starts your membership, which renews at $99 after the first month, on your account’s renewal date unless you cancel. 1 2
Is medication included in the Lifeforce TRT price?
No. The $99 covers labs and care. Testosterone is billed separately if it's prescribed. 1
How much is Lifeforce testosterone cream or Kyzatrex?
The current product pages we checked do not publish usable medication prices. Ask at your visit. 8 9
Is Lifeforce $99 or $149 a month?
The dedicated TRT offer renews at $99. The $149 price is for Lifeforce's broader health membership, which includes more blood draws and coaching. 1 4 5
Do I need the $599 Lifeforce diagnostic for TRT?
The TRT program doesn't list it. Lifeforce's product pages mention it. Ask before you pay, and go by the terms on your order screen. 1 7 8 9
Can I use bloodwork I already have?
Acceptance of outside tests and any fee reduction were not established in the current public offer. Ask which results and collection dates the clinician accepts, and whether another morning test is required, before assuming you can skip the evaluation fee.
Does Lifeforce take insurance?
We could not confirm direct insurance billing or coverage for Lifeforce TRT. Lifeforce publishes HSA/FSA documentation guidance, but your account administrator must confirm the relevant charges. 16
Can I use my local pharmacy with Lifeforce?
Maybe. An older help article (2024) said prescriptions can't be transferred. Lifeforce's newer pharmacy page (December 2025) says you can request a different pharmacy, if that pharmacy can fill your medication. Ask about your prescription. 11 17
Is Lifeforce testosterone FDA-approved?
Kyzatrex is FDA-approved. For the injection and cream, Lifeforce's TRT page says medication comes through its compounding pharmacy. Compounded medicines aren't FDA-approved. The pharmacy type alone does not establish approval status; ask for the exact product you would receive. 1 27 28
Can I cancel Lifeforce anytime?
Lifeforce says yes, online, with no cancellation fee. Cancel before your first $99 membership renewal if you do not want to continue, and check any prescription subscription separately. After you use labs or a visit, a partial refund is at Lifeforce's discretion. 1 12 14 15
What if the clinician says I don't need TRT?
You've paid the $25 or $49 for your labs and visit. Cancel before your first $99 membership renewal if you don't want to stay. Lifeforce says its clinicians may suggest other options. 1 12
How fast does Lifeforce ship testosterone?
Lifeforce says prescriptions ship within 7–10 business days after you buy them. 15
What does Lifeforce TRT cost in year two?
Program fees are $1,188 if the $99 monthly rate stays unchanged. Add that year's actual medication invoices and extra charges; current public prices do not establish a complete treatment total. 1 2
Is Lifeforce cheaper than Male Excel?
Current public information does not settle that comparison. Lifeforce's medication quote is missing, while Male Excel advertises starting prices that can vary with the prescription. Compare complete written quotes for the care you need. 1 19
The bottom line
The Lifeforce TRT cost comes down to three numbers: $25 or $49 to start, $99 a month for care, and a medication price you'll get at your visit. Program fees alone are $1,114–$1,138 in year one under the introductory offers; medication and extra charges still need to be added. Ask for the actual prescription invoice dates before you total the year. 1 2 15
If you want labs, a clinician, and monitoring bundled together and you're paying cash, Lifeforce's evaluation can be a reasonable next step when you accept the starting fee and the missing medication quote. Check your first renewal date as soon as you join. If you decide not to continue, cancel before the next membership charge and check any prescription subscription separately.
