No complete state-by-state Taurus TRT list was established from the public pages checked on September 10, 2026. A general nationwide-service statement appears on its enclomiphene page, but that does not confirm access to testosterone treatment in your state.^{1 2 4 5}

Public pages. No confirmed TRT state list. The missing answer is your actual care arrangement, not just whether the website accepts your ZIP code.

Say this out loud before you go further: "not confirmed" does not mean "not available." We are not telling you Taurus can't serve your state. We're telling you the public evidence doesn't answer it, and we're about to hand you the questions that close that gap.

A published list and a current written answer do different jobs. Neither replaces a clinical decision or the required licensing checks.

Why are you actually asking two different state questions?

Answer: Where you physically sit during the video visit decides which state's medical and prescribing laws apply. Where the medication ships decides which pharmacy is legally allowed to send it. Those can be two different states, and they are governed by two different sets of rules.^{17 32}

Almost everybody asks this as one question. It's two.

Most of the time these are the same state. But if you're working out of a second home, driving a truck, deployed, at school, or splitting time between two states, this detail can change the arrangements you need.

What to do about it: give Taurus your real visit location, even if your billing address is somewhere else. Don't use a different address to get around a restriction. It can leave you without a lawful prescribing or delivery arrangement; a refund is a separate question.^{17 30}

What are the four gates that decide Taurus Meds state availability?

Four separate access checks have to fit: a prescriber authorized where you are, the applicable state prescribing rules, a pharmacy authorized to dispense to you, and a lawful federal prescribing pathway. Passing these checks does not establish that testosterone is clinically appropriate or that an appointment is available.^{17 18 27 32}

Gate 3 is a real legal requirement, not just paperwork. California treats an outside pharmacy shipping controlled substances or other covered prescription drugs into the state as a nonresident pharmacy that needs a Board of Pharmacy licence.¹⁶

A published number is a starting point. Check the licence status, dispensing location, and any additional authority required for the exact prescription with the relevant state board—not just the pharmacy's own list.^{16 32}

Can state law change whether online TRT is available to you?

Yes. State rules can add conditions even while the federal temporary exception is in force. Alabama's Board describes an in-person-encounter requirement for controlled-substance telehealth prescribing, but also a qualifying assisted-video way to satisfy it.^{13 14 18}

These are specific findings and limits from this check, not a complete review of every state's prescribing rules.

Not every "no" is a law — and that changes your options

Here's the part that gets missed: a provider's service list and a state's prescribing rules are different things.

Hawaii shows why the exact rule matters. The current provision above concerns opiates; testosterone is a different controlled drug. That does not establish that a particular company can prescribe or ship it to you.^{15 19}

Why you should care: if a provider turned you away, ask whether the reason is the law, its clinician coverage, the medication, or the pharmacy. A different provider may be able to serve you in the exact same state. Don't quit after one no.

If your required visit cannot be arranged

Do not pay a remote-only program on the assumption that it will sort out an unresolved examination requirement later. Ask for the actual plan first.

A primary care physician, urologist, or endocrinologist may be the right starting point for an evaluation and a coordinated follow-up plan. In Alabama, confirm the arrangement with the prescribing practice; an examination by just any local clinician does not automatically satisfy every prescribing requirement.^{13 14 27}

Which pharmacy fills a Taurus Meds prescription, and where can it ship?

Taurus's Terms of Service name four partner pharmacies: RedRock in Utah, HealthWarehouse in Kentucky, Precision Compounding in New York, and Triad Rx in Alabama. Their public service claims differ, and the general partner list does not tell us which one would fill your prescription.¹

The useful question is not just “which pharmacies do you work with?” It is “which location will fill my exact prescription?”

Taurus's Terms of Service lists its partner pharmacies by name, address, and phone number. Once you have those four names, you can compare their public claims with the relevant official licence records.^{1 32}

Read that table again and notice what it means. A pharmacy may handle compounded preparations, commercial products, or both. The partner list does not prove that Taurus offers an FDA-approved testosterone option, assigns a particular pharmacy, or can ship your prescription.^{1 8 9 23}

One address mismatch to resolve: Taurus lists RedRock's St. George suite as #220; RedRock's current contact page lists Unit 320. Ask for the exact dispensing location rather than treating the partner address as a verified current licence match.^{1 7}

That is not an accusation. It is a question you are entitled to ask, and we'll give you the words to ask it.

RedRock's published pharmacy licences, state by state

RedRock is one of the pharmacies named by Taurus, not a confirmed assignment for your prescription. RedRock publishes its licence numbers openly. We transcribed that roster on September 10, 2026 so you can look yours up with your own state board.^{1 6}

A few notes before you read it. These are pharmacy-published numbers—not licence statuses independently confirmed with the issuing boards. We preserve the extra identifiers shown by RedRock, but do not certify what each authorizes. A dash in the State-law note column means this guide does not establish that state's current prescribing rule. It does not mean no rule exists.

The Male Excel column records only whether its current FAQ excludes that state from hormone treatment. “Not excluded” is not confirmation of an appointment, a prescription, or Taurus access. All three columns were assembled from different sources; none can stand in for the others.^{6 31 32}

What this table does and does not prove. It does not prove Taurus serves any particular state. It records which numbers and exclusions the named companies publish. It cannot tell you that the actual dispensing location is currently authorized, that the exact medication can ship, or which part of your care arrangement remains unresolved.^{6 31 32}

One gap worth naming: Arkansas. It is the only U.S. state absent from RedRock's published licence roster, and RedRock's contact page excludes it. But Precision's map marks Arkansas as licensed. Neither statement establishes Taurus access; it shows why one partner's exclusion cannot be turned into a ban covering every partner or prescriber.^{6 7 11}

Is it testosterone — and is it FDA-approved or compounded?

These are not the same question, and the answer changes what you're buying. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they go to market; enclomiphene is not testosterone and is not interchangeable with it.^{23 25}

Taurus's homepage advertises FDA-approved medications. Its TRT campaign also contains compounding language, but refers to “Excel Advantage HRT” and repeats an injection description under different treatment headings. That inconsistent product copy does not identify what would be prescribed to you. What it means for you is simple: you should not assume, you should ask.^{2 4}

Three categories, and they need to stay separate in your head:

• FDA-approved testosterone. A finished drug product reviewed and approved by the FDA. Approval applies to the specific product; it does not mean every use of that product is within its approved label. A clinician may prescribe an approved drug off-label when medically appropriate.²⁴
• Compounded testosterone. Made to order by a compounding pharmacy. Not FDA-approved. There can be sound clinical reasons to compound. It is still a different regulatory category, and it is not "the same," "generic," "safer," or "more natural."²³
• Non-testosterone options such as enclomiphene or clomiphene. These are different drugs that work differently. They are not TRT. Do not let anyone describe them to you as "natural TRT," and do not treat a statement about one product's availability as a statement about another's.²⁵

This matters for state availability too. Compounded preparations and FDA-approved products may travel through different pharmacies with different state footprints. Same company, same you, different answer.^{8 9 23}

The approval distinction for alternatives: clomiphene is FDA-approved for ovulatory dysfunction in women; prescribing it for male testosterone deficiency is off-label. Enclomiphene alone is not FDA-approved. The hCG product Pregnyl has a labeled use for selected cases of male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism—a condition involving insufficient hormone signals to the testes—not a blanket approval to preserve fertility during TRT.^{25 26}

If you specifically want FDA-approved testosterone

Say so at intake, in writing, and ask which pharmacy would fill it. If the answer is HealthWarehouse, its FAQ says Schedule III–V prescriptions must be mailed in as originals or faxed by the prescriber. That is its published policy, not a universal legal requirement or a verified delivery timeline; ask which method applies to your prescription.⁸

Can you complete Taurus’s required testing and follow-up where you live?

Taurus’s campaign names Labcorp and Quest and describes an at-home kit when its more-than-50-mile distance condition is met. That is a provider-stated arrangement, not confirmation that a local site will accept your order or that every required repeat test is included.⁴

Ask for the collection site, the actual lab order, and whether early-morning appointments are available. If the home-kit offer matters to you, have Taurus confirm that it applies to your location and offer before paying. We did not verify a local appointment or a home-kit shipment.

For adult men being evaluated for testosterone deficiency, testing is not a one-number pass/fail screen. The Endocrine Society’s July 2026 statement calls for an appropriate clinical diagnosis and at least two early-morning, fasting testosterone tests, with accurate methods. Symptoms alone do not establish the diagnosis.²⁸

Ask which baseline and follow-up tests the clinician needs, whether those costs are included, and what has to happen before each refill. No fixed Taurus repeat-testing, monitoring, or refill schedule was established in this check. That is an unanswered access-and-cost question, not evidence that the service omits care.

What happens to your money if your state does not clear?

Taurus's general Terms make shipped medications and blood work non-refundable. They also describe a $17.99 fee per billing period unless stated otherwise at purchase, while its $49/$149 TRT campaign advertises no membership fee. Neither document clearly settles a refund specifically because your location cannot be served.^{1 4 30}

Straight from the Terms of Service, as published and checked September 10, 2026:

• Section 8 — Returns/Refunds. All sales on shipped medications are final and no refund will be issued. There are no refunds on blood work tests, because the order goes to the lab partner immediately on payment.¹
• Section 28 — Healthcare member fees. A recurring membership fee of $17.99 per billing period applies unless otherwise stated at purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Ask whether this fee applies to your offer and how long its billing period is.¹
• Section 7 — Subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew without asking you each cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.¹

Those terms make the order you do things in important. A general refund promise does not answer the specific question: “What happens if you take payment but cannot provide my care arrangement?”

A policy gap worth resolving: Taurus's separate refund policy says the first month is charged when intake is completed and requires cancellation at least 72 hours before the billing date. It discusses medical disqualification, but does not clearly define location-related lack of access as that category. Its TRT campaign also advertises a 90-day guarantee that excludes lab and pharmacy fees. Get the terms for your exact purchase; do not assume a full access-failure refund.^{4 30}

The order that protects you

Use this sequence to reduce the chance of paying before the access questions are answered:

1. Ask about your state first. Confirm the visit location, available clinician, testing, and pharmacy—not just a dropdown entry.
2. Send the six questions. Get the answers in writing, with a date.
3. Add up the full first-year cost, not the sticker price — intake, medication, membership fee, lab work, follow-up testing, shipping, and what happens at renewal.
4. Understand the test charge before accepting it. Taurus's general Terms make blood work non-refundable. Clarify access and your offer's refund terms before paying; do not delay medically needed testing to follow a shopping sequence.^{1 4 30}

A written answer cannot guarantee a refund. It can make the commitment clearer before it becomes your bill.

What the advertised prices add up to

Taurus’s live campaign lists $49 for blood work and a consultation, followed by $149 per month if treatment is prescribed, and says there is no membership fee. These are advertised terms, not a verified individual bill.⁴

The complete first-year cost remains unresolved until Taurus confirms the exact offer, billing periods, required repeat and monitoring labs, follow-up or in-person fees, shipping, any supplements or other prescribed items, and any minimum commitment. The honest downside, and what it's actually worth

We could not confirm a complete public Taurus TRT state list. That's a real cost to you: the public pages do not let you settle your state-specific question before an exchange with the company. If a published exclusion list is what you need first, Male Excel publishes one, and we've put it below.³¹

There is no verified upside to that missing list. We did not establish that Taurus's intake runs a real-time licensing check or prevents payment when access is unavailable. The useful next step is a written answer, not confidence in an untested form.

What if you move or travel?

Answer: Tell your provider before your location changes, not after. The state you're physically in during a visit determines whose licensing rules apply, and the state you receive medication in determines which pharmacy can legally ship it. A move can affect both.^{17 32}

Three situations worth planning for:

• Traveling when a visit comes up. Confirm arrangements before the appointment. Don't assume an existing relationship automatically covers you in a state you happen to be visiting.
• Moving permanently. Ask whether the same practice can keep treating you, whether you'll be assigned a different clinician, and how visits, labs, and refills will be handled during the switch. Get it sorted before you run low.
• A mailing address in a different state from where you live. Keep the two questions separate and answer both honestly. Using a different shipping address to get around a restriction isn't a shortcut—it does not establish a lawful prescribing or dispensing arrangement.^{17 32}

We're not going to give you instructions for changing, starting, or stopping medication. That's your clinician's job, and it's an important one.

What changes after December 31, 2026?

The current broad federal exception for prescribing controlled substances by telemedicine without a prior in-person examination is temporary. It took effect January 1, 2026 and expires December 31, 2026; it does not establish the rules that will apply in 2027.^{18 20}

The DEA and HHS published the Fourth Temporary Extension of COVID-19 Telemedicine Flexibilities for Prescription of Controlled Medications at 90 Fed. Reg. 61301. It lets a DEA-registered prescriber issue a Schedule II–V prescription by telemedicine without having done an in-person exam first, provided the required conditions are met.¹⁸

Two details that matter for testosterone specifically:

Audio-only does not count when a new testosterone prescription relies on this temporary exception without a prior in-person examination. The audio-only provision concerns qualifying Schedule III–V narcotic treatment for opioid use disorder; testosterone is not included. The testosterone encounter under this exception must use live, two-way audio-video communication.^{18 20}

A questionnaire alone does not satisfy that exception. Ask directly which prescribing pathway and visit format apply to your care. OpenLoop's general telehealth consent describes video, phone, and asynchronous care across its services, while Taurus's campaign describes a video consultation. Those are service descriptions, not an observed TRT visit.^{4 18 21}

A prior in-person evaluation by the same prescriber can change whether this particular federal exception is needed. It does not waive state requirements, clinical standards, or other federal rules.¹⁸

We're not going to predict what 2027 looks like. Ask how your care would continue under the rules in force when your next prescription is due. A deadline is a reason to plan, not a reason to rush into a purchase.

If Taurus cannot serve you, where should you go?

A no from one platform is not automatically a no from every care route. Find out whether the barrier is a required examination, clinician availability, testing, a medication, or a pharmacy before choosing the next step.

If you want a provider that publishes its state list

Male Excel publishes one on its own FAQ. As of our check on September 10, 2026, it prescribes hormone treatment in all states except Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.³¹

If you're outside those eleven, your state is not on that published exclusion list. That is useful screening information, not confirmation that Male Excel can treat you or that it is the best clinical fit.

And if you're inside those eleven — don't stop reading. Look back at the RedRock roster above. RedRock publishes a pharmacy licence in ten of those eleven states: Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Only Arkansas is missing.^{6 31}

That doesn't prove Taurus serves you. It also does not prove the pharmacy is clear: the active licence, dispensing site, controlled-substance authority, exact product, clinician, and other applicable rules still need to fit. A number on a partner's website cannot close those questions.^{16 17 18 32}

If low testosterone hasn't been confirmed

Do this before you shop for a provider. The Endocrine Society's guideline requires compatible symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone, measured with accurate tests. Its July 2026 statement calls for at least two early-morning, fasting testosterone tests; the clinician must also assess possible causes. No single cutoff, including 300 ng/dL, is a diagnosis by itself.^{27 28}

Total testosterone is the total amount of the hormone circulating in your blood, both bound and unbound. One number, on its own, on a random afternoon, is not a diagnosis. Neither is a symptom quiz. Neither is anything on this page — we can't and won't interpret your labs.^{27 28}

Get properly evaluated first.

If fertility is on your mind

Exogenous testosterone — testosterone from outside your body — can suppress spermatogenesis, the process of making sperm. That is a real and well-documented effect, and it's the reason this question belongs at the front of the conversation instead of the back.²⁹

We're not going to tell you it will make you infertile. We're not going to tell you your fertility will be preserved or come back on any timeline. Nobody can promise you either.^{27 29}

What we will tell you: if you're trying to conceive now or expect to within a few years, raise it before you start anything, and start with a urologist, reproductive urologist, endocrinologist, or another fertility-aware clinician rather than a general online TRT program. And be careful with the language you see in ads. Enclomiphene, clomiphene, and hCG are different drugs from testosterone, they are not TRT, and none of them is a guarantee about your fertility.^{25 26 27 29}

• Your actual visit format. Taurus describes a video consultation; no patient encounter was observed.
• Your complete bill and access-failure refund. Public $49/$149 prices exist. The exact offer’s fee exception, billing period, all required costs, commitment, and location-related refund outcome remain unresolved.
• Your required testing and continuity plan. Local order acceptance, repeat-test inclusion, monitoring cadence, refill timing, support response time, and records-delivery process were not tested.
• Every state’s prescribing law. Current Connecticut and Arkansas prescribing conclusions were not established for this guide. Dashes elsewhere in the roster do not mean those jurisdictions have no restrictions.

Is Taurus Meds available in all 50 states?

We could not confirm that for TRT from public sources. Taurus’s enclomiphene page contains a general nationwide-service claim, and OpenLoop advertises a 50-state network. Neither establishes the actual testosterone program, clinician, examination, testing, and pharmacy arrangement for you.^{5 22}

What states does Taurus Meds not serve?

Is it legal to get testosterone prescribed online?

It can be lawful when the prescriber, visit, patient location, and prescription meet all applicable requirements. Testosterone is Schedule III and requires a valid prescription. The current federal temporary exception allows qualifying prescribing without a prior in-person examination through December 31, 2026; it does not waive state law or establish clinical suitability.^{17 18 19}

Which pharmacy does Taurus Meds use?

Taurus's Terms of Service name four: RedRock Pharmacy in Utah, HealthWarehouse.com in Kentucky, Precision Compounding Pharmacy in New York, and Triad Rx in Alabama. The general partner list does not identify your actual dispensing location or prescription. Ask before you commit—it affects both what you receive and whether it can ship to your state.^{1 32}

Is Taurus Meds' testosterone FDA-approved or compounded?

We could not establish the exact product a Taurus clinician would prescribe to you. The homepage advertises FDA-approved medications, while the TRT campaign contains inconsistent compounding and product copy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Ask for the exact medication, format, approval status, and dispensing pharmacy.^{2 4 23}

Do I lose the intake fee if my state isn't covered?

The public policies do not clearly settle a refund specifically because your location cannot be served. General Terms make shipped medications and blood work non-refundable, while other offer and refund language discusses medical disqualification and guarantees. Get the answer for your exact charge and offer in writing before paying.^{1 4 30}

What happens if I move to another state?

Tell Taurus before you move, not after. The state you're physically in during a visit determines whose rules apply to the prescriber, and the delivery state determines which pharmacy can lawfully ship to you. Ask whether the same practice can continue your care, whether a new clinician is needed, and how visits and labs will be handled during the transition.^{17 32}

Does completing the intake mean I'll get a prescription?

No. Being able to access a service is not the same as being clinically appropriate for treatment. Testosterone is a controlled prescription medicine, and whether it's right for you is a clinical decision made after proper evaluation. Payment is not approval, and no online tool — ours included — can determine that for you.^{18 19 27}

How can I check whether a telehealth company is legitimate?

Start with the assigned clinician and pharmacy, not a badge. Check the clinician's applicable state authority and the actual pharmacy's licence with the issuing board; FDA provides links to state pharmacy checks. A claimed certification or accreditation is an additional item to verify with its issuer, not a substitute for those checks or proof of good clinical care.^{17 32}

Does this confirm access in Washington, D.C., or U.S. territories?

No. RedRock publishes a District of Columbia number, and HealthWarehouse describes broad territory shipping, but neither establishes a Taurus TRT care arrangement there. Ask about the exact jurisdiction, clinician, and medication.^{6 8}

Is enclomiphene availability the same as testosterone availability?

No. Enclomiphene is not testosterone or TRT, and its stand-alone drug product is not FDA-approved. A service statement for it does not confirm access to testosterone treatment.²⁵

Where should you go from here?
