Ways2Well TRT Reviews: Real Cost, State Limits, and Who It's Actually For (2026)
Ways2Well TRT reviews show a cash-pay option for broad bloodwork and clinician visits, with a key price gap. Clarity costs $499 once; Core costs $1,499 a year before medication. Published exclusions cover 17 states. It may fit readers who value that care bundle; insurance needs, near-term fertility plans or a firm upfront treatment budget change that answer.
That's the fast answer. The useful one takes a few more minutes, because a major number is missing: what Ways2Well would charge you for testosterone. Below, we show you how to get it, add the other required costs, and compare the whole bill.
Ways2Well may fit you if: you live in a state where it prescribes testosterone, you want deep bloodwork and real time with a clinician, and you can budget for a care plan plus medication.
Look elsewhere first if: you live in one of the 17 excluded states, you need insurance to pay, you want the lowest known yearly cost, you want to use lab results you already have, or you're hoping to have children soon.
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.

The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
The tool is educational and non-diagnostic. It does not decide medical eligibility or guarantee a prescription.
This page is educational information, not medical advice. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, sudden weakness, or other emergency symptoms, call 911.
The clinical guidance below concerns U.S. adult men being evaluated for testosterone deficiency. Care for women, adolescents and gender-affirming hormone needs uses different guidance; this page does not cover bodybuilding or performance use.
Can you get testosterone from Ways2Well in your state?
Ways2Well lists 13 states where testosterone is unavailable and four more where it does not yet offer general care, as of October 7, 2026. Those exclusions leave 33 states plus Washington, D.C. by subtraction; confirm testosterone service for your actual visit location before paying. The 13 testosterone exclusions are Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and West Virginia; the four general-service exclusions are Missouri, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island.4
Check this first. It's the fastest way to save yourself money.
Here's why it trips people up. Ways2Well's homepage says its care is "available in 46 states." That's true for its general care. It is not true for testosterone. Buried in a footnote on its own Covered States page is a separate list of states where "testosterone prescriptions are currently unavailable." Its FAQ adds a third version: it says "45 covered states," but the list under it has 44 states plus D.C.
So we did the math the site doesn't do for you:
Sources: Ways2Well homepage, Covered States, FAQ and Hormone Optimization pages, checked October 7, 2026.3478
Eight of those 13 states also carry a second note saying controlled-medicine prescriptions are "restricted under current regulations." Ways2Well doesn't explain the details, and we won't guess. What matters for you: if your care would take place there, don't buy a plan expecting testosterone prescribing.
One more rule. You have to be physically in an eligible state during each video visit. Ways2Well asks you to confirm your location before every appointment.4
Ways2Well can't prescribe testosterone in my state. Who can?
We checked the published state lists for Ways2Well and two online providers with public pricing, Male Excel and Hone Health. Here's how their men's hormone-service lists compare in the 17 states where Ways2Well doesn't currently offer testosterone.
"Yes" means the provider publishes the relevant men's hormone service in that state. It is not a promise of a prescription. Sources: Ways2Well Covered States page; Male Excel FAQ; Hone Health state availability article (updated September 4, 2026). Checked October 7, 2026.4910
In six states — Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Louisiana, New Hampshire and Rhode Island — none of these three lists men's testosterone care. If that's you, a local primary care doctor, urologist or endocrinologist is one starting point; other providers may also serve your state. Local in-network care also gives you a route to check insurance coverage for testing. Our guide to online vs. local TRT care walks through that choice.
Your state is not among these exclusions? Check Ways2Well's published testosterone restrictions before you buy anything, since the list can change.
Your state is excluded but Male Excel serves it? That includes Georgia, Michigan, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, West Virginia, Missouri, New Jersey and New York. Check Male Excel's state list and published starting charges, then ask for the total for your prescribed plan.
In Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Oklahoma, West Virginia or Missouri and want another published hormone-care option? Check Hone's men's plans for your state before comparing the plan-specific fees.
How much does Ways2Well TRT cost?
For the Core plan, budget $1,499 paid annually, or $1,500 for twelve $125 payments, before testosterone and any required extras. Clarity is a separate $499 evaluation option, and the terms do not require everyone to join Core. A complete TRT quote still needs medication, extra care and fulfillment charges.12
You're not imagining it. A Reddit user considering a switch to Ways2Well put it simply:
"I haven't been able to find a cost for the actual Testosterone."
— u/No-Scarcity-9956, r/Testosterone, “Anyone try Ways2Well?”, accessed October 7, 2026.11
Neither could we. Here's what is public.
What do Ways2Well's care plans include?
Source: Ways2Well Care Plan page, checked October 7, 2026.1
What does ongoing care require? Ways2Well's Terms of Service say that for ongoing testosterone refills, you need comprehensive labs at least every six months and a video visit with a provider at least once every 12 months. Core bundles those types of tests and visits, but your clinician may require more. Clarity is a one-time snapshot. The terms also allow repeated standalone Clarity purchases and describe a Continuum plan after Clarity; we did not verify its current price. Ask which arrangement fits your care.2
Two more facts from Ways2Well's own Care Plan FAQ:
- A plan doesn't include or guarantee a prescription. A clinician decides based on your history, labs and visit.
- Unused benefits generally don't roll over. Book your labs and visits inside your plan year.1
The terms also allow medication-related service or processing charges, which may include a margin. Ask whether those charges and the member discount are already reflected in your written quote.2
The break-even line: how high can Ways2Well's testosterone price go?
We took each option's published prices and added up the known charges for a twelve-month comparison. These are listed-price scenarios; a complete quote must also settle the medication quantity, billing dates and every required extra.
Provider-published inputs, checked October 7, 2026. The arithmetic assumes twelve membership payments. Male Excel describes 60-day medication supplies billed every other month; confirm the actual charge dates for your first year. Its listed medication packages include thyroid medicine, which requires its own clinical reason. A testosterone-only quote may differ.129
Hone's September 29 Plus page lists $45 for at-lab confirmation; its linked TRT lab schedule lists $50. Both list $80 for home confirmation. Its Plus and Premium plans include the stated follow-up labs, consultations and shipping. The detailed price for testosterone cypionate injections is from $28 per vial, which does not establish how many vials your prescription would require or what a month costs.131415
Now flip it around. The gap between Male Excel's $2,727 starting-price example and the $1,499 annual Core fee is $1,228 a year, or $102.33 a month. That is a difference between listed charges, not a guaranteed break-even point.
Math: ($2,727 − $1,499) ÷ 12 = $102.33.
If every other charge were equal, a Core member's average monthly medication cost below that figure would make the Core scenario cheaper. Extra Ways2Well costs lower that threshold; extra Male Excel costs raise it. Hone's per-vial price and separate testing fees mean its threshold must come from a complete quote.
For a complete comparison, use:
Monthly medication threshold for annual Core = (the other provider's complete written twelve-month quote − $1,499 − your other required Ways2Well charges) ÷ 12.
Compare that threshold with your quoted average monthly medication cost after any applicable discount. If the threshold is zero or less, annual Core's care fees and other charges already use up the competing budget before testosterone. This compares spending; the care packages and medications may differ.
So the single most useful thing you can do before paying Ways2Well is ask: "What will my testosterone cost per month as a Core member?" Then add every other required charge before comparing totals. Ask for the exact medication, supply period, discount and processing charges in the same written quote.
The honest catch — and why some men still pick Ways2Well
Ways2Well does not publish a testosterone price on the care pages we checked. If knowing your exact monthly bill before you pay is your top priority, get a written quote before buying a plan. Male Excel gives you published membership and starting medication charges to compare, but prices vary and shipping is extra. Because Ways2Well doesn't sell a flat-fee TRT package, its Core plan can spend your money on something else: three lab panels and four 40-minute clinician visits a year. That's a defined package of lab testing and scheduled visits — and bloodwork explanations are something some of its reviewers praise.112616
If deep bloodwork and real visit time are worth paying for, see Ways2Well's current care plans and start with the free 20-minute Connect call.
If you'd rather compare published price components first, see Male Excel's current pricing.
Can you use insurance, HSA or FSA at Ways2Well?
No insurance. Yes to HSA and FSA cards. Ways2Well says it isn't contracted with any insurance company. Its FAQ also says it can't provide procedure codes (CPT) or diagnosis codes (ICD-10). Those codes are what insurers usually need to reimburse you, so don't count on getting money back from your plan.3
HSA or FSA card acceptance does not guarantee that every expense qualifies under your plan; check with your plan administrator.
If insurance coverage matters, a local in-network doctor is usually the better route. Our TRT cost guide shows how insured and cash-pay costs compare.
Is Ways2Well legit?
Yes—Ways2Well is a cash-pay telehealth service operated by Integrative M.D., LLC, with named clinicians, physical clinics in Austin and Houston, Texas, and published terms. "Legit" doesn't mean it's the right fit or the best value. Its terms distinguish the platform from the treating professionals, and its public care pages leave the testosterone price and support for some marketing claims unresolved.257
Who's behind Ways2Well?
Ways2Well lists the following leadership and credentials:15
- Founder: Brigham Buhler. Ways2Well's About page describes him as the owner of Revive Rx Pharmacy, a Houston compounding pharmacy. (More on why that matters below.)
- Chief Clinical Officer: Danese Rexroad, MSN, APRN, FNP-C — a nurse practitioner.
- VP of Clinical Operations: Julie Grieco, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC — also a nurse practitioner.
- Chief Scientific Officer: Dr. Ian White, PhD.
Your prescriber may be a nurse practitioner. That's normal in telehealth. Ask for your treating clinician's name and credentials, and which state license covers you.
What about Joe Rogan and the celebrity names?
You've probably seen them. Ways2Well runs a dedicated "JRE" page and shows names like Joe Rogan, Aaron Rodgers, Jon Jones and Brett Favre on its homepage. A famous name tells you whom the brand features. It tells you nothing about your price, your state or your results.8
What Ways2Well says vs. what we found
This table checks what the company publishes against the scope of the supporting evidence. The 80–90% figure is an unsupported provider claim on the inspected page, not a success rate we verified.2345786
None of this makes Ways2Well a scam. It does mean you should verify the details that affect you — in writing — before you pay.
What do Ways2Well TRT reviews actually say?
On Trustpilot, Ways2Well scored 2.5 out of 5 from just over 100 reviews on October 7, 2026, with about half one-star and about a third five-star. The accounts we inspected include billing and appointment frustrations, as well as praise for bloodwork explanations and clinicians. These reviews cover the whole business, not just testosterone care.616
That split matters. This isn't a brand where everyone is lukewarm. But the reviews describe different services and experiences; they cannot tell you the chance of a good TRT outcome.
Three short excerpts from public Trustpilot accounts:
"scheduling my blood draw was easy" — Christian Herdelin, Trustpilot, published June 29, 202616
"rescheduled for over 2 weeks out" — Joe K, Trustpilot, experience dated October 2, 20266
"having to use Revive RX Pharmacy" — Thomas, Trustpilot, updated August 2026; experience June 30, 20266
Thomas's review concerned a peptide order and also said another pharmacy was offered at a higher price. It does not establish an exclusive pharmacy rule for testosterone.
The platform labels these accounts unprompted; we did not independently authenticate them. These are individual experiences, not typical results, and they don't prove anything about safety or how well treatment works. Some Ways2Well reviews describe its other services, like peptides, IV therapy or weight loss.
Ways2Well's own website shows more glowing quotes. We left those out. They're chosen by the company, and the hormone ones use first names and last initials.7
What happens before Ways2Well prescribes testosterone — and how long does it take?
Ways2Well estimates 5–7 business days for lab results and describes a clinician report about two weeks after results are complete. Those stages do not establish a reliable total from blood draw to prescription, because appointment access and any repeat testing still matter. A prescription is never guaranteed.37
The Ways2Well process, step by step
Source: Ways2Well FAQ and Hormone Optimization page, checked October 7, 2026. These are provider estimates, not response times we measured; the appointment-delay example is an individual review.376
For comparison, Hone Health estimates 3–4 business days to process a follow-up home sample after its lab receives it. Male Excel says about five business days after its lab receives your kit. Neither figure measures the full time from enrollment to prescription or delivery.179
Can you use blood work you already have?
No. Ways2Well's FAQ says it can't accept outside labs. If your own doctor just ran your testosterone, Ways2Well still requires its own testing pathway; ask what your chosen care purchase includes.3
Does a big lab panel prove you have low testosterone?
No. A long list of biomarkers isn't the same as a diagnosis.
Low testosterone (also called hypogonadism) means your body doesn't make enough testosterone. Medical guidelines are clear on how it should be confirmed:
- The Endocrine Society recommends diagnosing it only in men with symptoms and signs that fit, plus testosterone levels that are low consistently — confirmed by repeating a fasting morning test.18
- The American Urological Association (AUA) uses a total testosterone level below 300 ng/dL, measured on two separate early-morning blood draws, together with symptoms or signs, as a reasonable cutoff.19
That cutoff is not a diagnosis by itself. The lab method, reference range, health history and symptoms matter.
Total testosterone is all the testosterone in your blood. Free testosterone is the small part that isn't attached to proteins and is ready to use. SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin) is a protein that grabs onto testosterone, so it changes how much is free.
One test is not enough. We didn't find a public Ways2Well page explaining how it confirms a low result before prescribing. That doesn't mean its clinicians skip it. Ask. Our guide to blood tests before TRT explains what a full workup should include.
Ask whether a second early-morning testosterone measurement is required, how it is timed, and whether it is included in your plan or billed separately. We did not verify those Ways2Well details.
If the first steps sound right for you, book Ways2Well's free 20-minute Connect call — and bring the questions in our checklist further down this page.
Who fills Ways2Well prescriptions — and is the testosterone compounded?
Ways2Well says it doesn't dispense medicine and can send prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. Its founder is described on its own site as the owner of Revive Rx Pharmacy, a Houston compounding and mail-order pharmacy. We did not verify a current list of testosterone products or the exact product and approval status a patient would receive, so ask before you pay.2520
FDA-approved vs. compounded: what's the difference?
- FDA-approved testosterone products went through FDA review for safety, effectiveness and how they're made before they were sold.
- Compounded testosterone is mixed by a pharmacy for a patient. According to the FDA, compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold.21
They are not the same thing. Neither label alone tells you which one Ways2Well would prescribe you. Ask for the exact product name and form.
Ask for the manufacturer or compounding pharmacy, concentration and prescription label too. An ingredient name alone does not establish that the dispensed product is FDA-approved. Our testosterone treatment options guide explains how the formats differ.21
Why the Revive Rx connection matters
Three things are true at once:
- Ways2Well's Terms say you can choose your pharmacy.
- Ways2Well's older Credit Policy (effective January 1, 2024) tells customers to go to ReviveRX directly for returns and problems with "products related to ReviveRX, including medications."22
- Revive Rx has an FDA record you should know about.
These records don't show a testosterone recall. They don't show that any particular patient's medicine was unsafe. And we couldn't confirm from public records whether the issues have been fixed.23242526
What they do give you is a fair question to ask: "Which pharmacy will fill my prescription — and can I use a different one?" Ways2Well's Terms say yes. Ask what each option would cost and whether the pharmacy can fill your exact prescription.2
What's current on testosterone safety labels?
In February 2025, the FDA announced removal of boxed-warning language about higher heart-attack and stroke risk from testosterone product labels, based on a large trial called TRAVERSE. At the same time, it required labels to warn that testosterone can raise blood pressure. In June 2026, the FDA asked makers to update labels again, including changes about age-related low testosterone and prostate conditions.2728
A request isn't the same as every label already changing. Read the label for the exact product you're offered. And none of this means testosterone is risk-free for you.
Who handles your follow-up care, refills and questions?
Ways2Well's Terms set a minimum for ongoing testosterone: comprehensive labs at least every six months and a provider video visit at least once a year. Core includes two comprehensive panels, one targeted panel and four 40-minute visits a year, but your clinician may require additional care. The app offers team messaging between visits; a response time and same-clinician continuity were not verified.12
Good monitoring on testosterone usually tracks how you feel, side effects, testosterone levels, blood pressure and hematocrit (how much of your blood is made of red blood cells — testosterone can push it up). Depending on your age and history, it may include PSA (prostate-specific antigen, a prostate blood test). Your clinician decides the timing. Ways2Well's minimum is a floor, not a promise that you'll only be checked twice a year. See our guide to TRT bloodwork frequency.1827
Is the app the same as talking to a clinician?
Not exactly. Ways2Well's app includes ALLEN, an AI "healthcare concierge" that's available 24/7 to explain your data. That's software, not your prescriber. Ask which messages a human clinician answers, and how fast.1229
Ways2Well lists phone support at (281) 742-0993, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; the page does not specify a time zone. That is a published contact window, not a promise of immediate clinical care.29
Can you visit a Ways2Well clinic in person?
Ways2Well has clinics in Austin and Houston for services like IV therapy and body scans. But its FAQ says clinician consults are telehealth only, including your lab review. Its hormone page also refers generally to a physical examination, so confirm any examination requirement for your own care rather than assuming every step can stay online.357
Can you get your medical records if you leave?
The app gives access to lab results, but we did not verify a complete medical-record download or transfer process. Ask how to obtain the original lab reports, visit notes, medication list, refill history and a transfer-of-care summary, including any fees or access limits after cancellation. Ways2Well's privacy policy describes records it may hold for clinicians; use its support channel to ask for the correct records request process.30
Can you cancel Ways2Well, and do you get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel, but cancellation does not automatically refund paid fees. Annual plans stop at the next renewal and stay active until then. Monthly Core requires at least two billing cycles and charges the next scheduled payment after your cancellation request.2
These are the provider's published terms, subject to applicable law and any express written exception.2
The next-payment rule is not a universal three-payment minimum. Cancel after one paid $125 cycle and the next payment brings the care-fee total to $250; cancel after two paid cycles and it brings the total to $375. Other purchases are separate.
Core renews automatically unless canceled. The terms describe annual renewal notices beginning about 45 days before renewal. They allow cancellation through the available account/app method or customer support; keep the confirmation and final charge date.2
There's a wrinkle. Ways2Well's older Credit Policy, dated January 1, 2024, says bloodwork, consultations and tests are refundable if you cancel before the service happens. The current Care Plan FAQ and Terms are stricter. They don't directly cancel each other out, but they don't match neatly either. Get the refund rules for your exact plan in writing before you pay. The current terms also say a refund is not due merely because you do not qualify for medication or another clinical outcome.222
Two more things in the fine print:
- Arbitration. The terms generally require binding arbitration and waive class actions, but preserve individual small-claims cases where permitted.2
- Your prescription after canceling. We didn't find a public answer to what happens to an active testosterone prescription if you leave. Ask. And don't stop or change testosterone on your own — talk to a clinician first. See can you stop TRT.
Want the money details pinned down? Ask Ways2Well to confirm your full quote and cancellation timing in writing before you enroll.
Fertility, safety and the 2026 telehealth rules: what to know before you start
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, so tell any prescriber if you might want children. We didn't find a public Ways2Well fertility protocol. Separately, a temporary federal extension allows eligible testosterone prescriptions through audio-video visits without a prior in-person examination through December 31, 2026, subject to other prescribing requirements.1831
If you want kids, this comes first
Testosterone from outside your body can tell your body to make less of its own — and less sperm. Making sperm is called spermatogenesis. The Endocrine Society recommends against starting testosterone in men who plan to have children in the near term.18
We couldn't find a public Ways2Well page explaining its approach to fertility. If children are in your plans, ask directly — or start with a urologist or reproductive urologist instead. Medicines used in some fertility-focused treatment plans, like hCG or enclomiphene, are not the same as testosterone therapy, and none of them guarantee fertility. Read our TRT and fertility guide.
Approval also differs. FDA-approved hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) products have specific uses, including selected cases of low testosterone caused by weak hormone signals to the testicles. Using an approved clomiphene product in men is off-label—outside its approved use for certain ovulation problems in women. Compounded clomiphene or enclomiphene is not FDA-approved; that is different from off-label use of an approved product.323321
When you may need specialist or in-person care first
Arrange a clinical evaluation before testosterone if any of these apply to you; the clinician can decide whether you need an in-person examination or specialist care:
- A history of prostate or breast cancer, or prostate symptoms that worry you
- A high hematocrit
- Untreated, severe sleep apnea
- A heart attack or stroke recently
- Very abnormal lab results, or signs of a pituitary or testicle problem
These aren't a self-test. They're reasons the right first stop may be primary care, urology or endocrinology. See who should not take TRT.18
Is online testosterone prescribing still allowed?
Yes, for now. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the U.S. — a drug with legal limits on how it's prescribed — and you need a valid prescription. On December 31, 2025, the DEA and HHS published a fourth temporary extension allowing DEA-registered practitioners to prescribe Schedule II–V medicines through qualifying audio-video visits without a prior in-person exam, through December 31, 2026. Prescriptions must still be for a legitimate medical purpose and meet other applicable requirements. State rules and each provider's own limits still apply. We'll update this page when the federal rule changes.313435
Ways2Well alternatives: who's a better fit if Ways2Well isn't?
If Ways2Well doesn't serve your state, or you want more published price components or an at-home testing option, Male Excel and Hone Health are the two online alternatives compared here. Each has trade-offs. In six states none of these three lists men's testosterone care, so local care is one route to consider alongside other providers.
Sources: each provider's own website, checked October 7, 2026. This is a comparison of the two alternatives used in the state and cost tables above, not a ranking of every provider. The cost scenarios use twelve membership payments; the detailed table above explains starting prices, the Hone confirmation-fee conflict and excluded charges. Medication schedules are provider descriptions, not instructions for your care. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on the expense and your plan.12341293637131410153839404142
Read the Male Excel guarantee as well as its general terms. Eligible new members must complete 90 continuous days and meet the program's requirements; a qualifying claim covers the first three months of membership fees, not medication. The request must be made within 30 days after that 90-day period. If that guarantee matters to you, get its application to your purchase confirmed in writing.3637
At Hone, canceling membership does not automatically cancel a pending prescription. An unprocessed medication order may be refundable; processed or shipped orders are not. Keep separate confirmation for each cancellation.38
The non-testosterone options in the last row are not TRT. Ask about the exact product's approval status, intended use and fertility plan; no listed option promises preserved fertility. For a closer look at the two alternatives, read our Male Excel vs. Hone Health comparison.
Which should you choose?
Do published starting charges sound like what you're missing at Ways2Well? Review Male Excel's membership and medication pricing and check its state list, then ask for the whole bill. Just know going in that its cream is compounded; confirm the exact injection product and the schedule your clinician would use.
Want to compare home testing with a lab-based plan? Review Hone Plus and Hone Premium, then check which is offered in your state.
How we checked Ways2Well
We read Ways2Well's care plan, FAQ, covered states, hormone, About, Terms and Credit Policy pages on October 7, 2026, checked FDA, DEA and HHS records, and compared Ways2Well with alternatives' own published prices and state lists. We didn't buy a plan, receive treatment or test response times ourselves.
What we actually verified — October 7, 2026
Sources checked: Ways2Well's Care Plan page, FAQ, Covered States page, Hormone Optimization page, About page, Terms of Service, Credit Policy, contact page and privacy policy; Trustpilot and the quoted Reddit thread; Male Excel's pricing, FAQ, terms and guarantee; Hone Health's plan, testing, state, pharmacy and cancellation pages; FDA's 2023, 2025 and 2026 Revive Rx records; FDA and HHS testosterone labeling announcements; the current federal telemedicine rule and DEA announcement; Endocrine Society guidance, AUA's published diagnostic recommendations and current guideline listing; prescribing information for hCG and clomiphene.
Verified as published: Care Plan prices and what they include; testosterone state exclusions; the testosterone refill rule; lab, visit and payment policies; cancellation, refund and arbitration terms; displayed clinical leadership and credentials; the founder's stated ownership of Revive Rx; Revive Rx's June 2023 untitled letter, September 2025 warning letter and March 2026 inspection observations; the federal extension's scope and end date. We recalculated the listed-price scenarios and compared the three providers' published men's hormone-service lists.
Provider-stated, not independently confirmed: "Pharmacy of your choice"; clinician licensing in covered states; turnaround times and service delivery. The inspected page did not supply evidence for its "80–90%" success claim; we do not treat it as a verified outcome.
Customer-experience signals: Trustpilot rating and three short quotes, labeled with names and dates.
Not confirmed: Ways2Well's complete TRT price, exact product, formulation and approval status; dispensing pharmacy for a given patient; repeat early-morning confirmation process and included cost; fertility protocol; patient-specific clinician license and availability; refill processing and delivery times; real support response times; full medical-record access and transfer process; and whether Revive Rx's FDA issues are resolved.

Ways2Well TRT reviews: FAQ
Ways2Well offers paid evaluation and care plans, but its public pages do not settle the full price or exact testosterone prescription for you. These answers cover the main checks before you pay, including state limits, testing, pharmacy choice and cancellation.
Is Ways2Well legit?
Yes. Ways2Well is a cash-pay telehealth service operated by Integrative M.D., LLC, with named clinicians and clinics in Austin and Houston. Its terms distinguish the platform from the treating professionals. Its reviews are mixed: 2.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot as of October 7, 2026.256
How much does Ways2Well TRT cost per month?
The Core plan is $125 a month or $1,499 a year. Testosterone and any required extras are billed on top; we did not find a current public TRT quote. Core advertises 15% off prescriptions. The $499 Clarity evaluation is a separate option, and Core is not a universal requirement in the terms.12
Does Ways2Well take insurance?
No. Ways2Well isn't contracted with any insurance company. It accepts HSA and FSA cards, but it can't give you the billing codes most insurers need for reimbursement. Check which expenses your HSA or FSA plan allows.3
What states can't get testosterone from Ways2Well?
Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and West Virginia. Ways2Well also doesn't serve Missouri, New Jersey, New York or Rhode Island yet.4
Does Ways2Well use Revive Rx pharmacy?
Ways2Well's About page describes its founder as the owner of Revive Rx Pharmacy, and its Credit Policy sends medication questions about ReviveRX products to ReviveRX. Its Terms say you can use the pharmacy of your choice. Ask which pharmacy will fill yours.2522
Can I use my own blood work with Ways2Well?
No. Ways2Well's FAQ says it can't accept outside labs. You'll get new labs through Quest.3
Do I have to go to a Ways2Well clinic?
Ways2Well describes routine Care Plan clinician consults as video visits. The Austin and Houston clinics offer other services, like IV therapy and body scans. Confirm whether your own evaluation or applicable rules require an in-person examination.3731
How long does it take to start testosterone with Ways2Well?
A reliable total was not verified. Ways2Well estimates 5–7 business days for results and a clinician report about two weeks after results are complete; appointment access, repeat testing and fulfillment add separate steps. A prescription is never guaranteed.37
Can I cancel Ways2Well anytime?
You can cancel, but monthly Core has a two-payment minimum and also charges the next scheduled payment after your request. Annual cancellation stops the next renewal, with access through the paid term. Paid amounts are not automatically refunded just because you cancel.2
Is Ways2Well the Joe Rogan clinic?
Ways2Well features Joe Rogan on its homepage and runs a dedicated JRE page. That's marketing — it doesn't tell you anything about your cost, eligibility or results.8
Who prescribes testosterone at Ways2Well?
A treating clinician connected through Ways2Well makes prescribing decisions. The clinical leaders listed above are nurse practitioners. Ask for your treating clinician's name, credentials and state license; we did not independently verify the license of a clinician who would treat you.25
Does Ways2Well offer enclomiphene or hCG?
We did not verify current availability on the pages checked. Ask on the Connect call who can answer that clinical question. These medicines aren't the same as testosterone therapy, and none guarantee fertility.
Is Ways2Well cheaper than Male Excel?
It depends on the complete quotes. Before extras, Male Excel's $2,727 injection-with-thyroid starting-price example leaves $102.33 a month above Ways2Well's $1,499 annual Core fee. That is not a guaranteed price cutoff: medication quantity, other charges and the care plan can change the result. Use the worksheet above.112
Are "Ways to Well" and Ways2Well the same company?
Yes. People search "ways to well TRT reviews," but the company spells it Ways2Well, at ways2well.com.
