Action TRT Reviews: What Patients Say, What It Really Costs, and What to Ask First
Action TRT reviews are positive in the listings we checked. The price is the catch: $199 for initial labs and a consult, then plans from $399 a month. Twelve months plus the initial fee totals $4,987 before unconfirmed extras. It may fit local, cash-pay care; get the treatment agreement before you prepay.12
Those published reviews repeat the same themes: time, attention, and a team that answers. What reviews can't tell you is what you'll actually pay, which pharmacy fills your prescription, or how you'd cancel. We went looking for those answers. One thing we found in the terms linked from Action TRT's consultation request form is the reason the cancellation question on our checklist exists. More on that below.
Best for, based on the clinic's stated model: Orange County men who want the same clinician on every decision, frequent lab checks, and the option to sit down in person — and who can budget about $400+ a month.
Not for you if:
- You need care in a state Action TRT cannot confirm it serves
- You need a clinic that bills your insurance directly
- You want the lowest monthly price
- You're trying to have a baby in the next year or so
- You'd rather start with a standard workup through your own doctor

What we actually verified
Date checked: October 20, 2026
Sources: Action TRT's homepage, TRT page, About page, clinician bio, Terms, and the terms linked from its consultation form; Birdeye and Regenerated listings and the clinic's review displays; the certification issuer's directory and curriculum; the California PA Board; the Endocrine Society's 2018 guideline and July 2026 statement; DEA telemedicine rules; Male Excel's and Hone Health's official pricing pages.
Confirmed in published sources: The listed address, the operator name used in the terms, the advertised prices, the free-call-then-$199-labs process, the clinic's insurance stance, and the Society's listing of Stanley as a Certified Testosteronologist. We found no treatment-plan cancellation or refund terms in the pages reviewed.
Clinic-stated, not independently confirmed: Academic degrees, the "1 of 28 worldwide" count, lab schedules, the biomarker count, and which testosterone it typically prescribes.
Not confirmed: Tyler Stanley's current license record, the supervising physician, whether your testosterone is FDA-approved or compounded, the dispensing pharmacy, and whether repeat lab panels are inside the $399 price.
How: Public pages and records only. We didn't book, pay, or talk to the clinic. This page is editorial research, not a medical review.
Educational information, not medical advice. A licensed clinician decides whether testing or treatment is right for you. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, sudden weakness, or other emergency symptoms, call 911.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to explore online-care options, then use this page's checklist for the questions to ask before you pay.
What do Action TRT reviews actually say?
The claimed Birdeye listing displays 5.0 from 207 imported reviews; Regenerated records 5.0 from 257, with data last synced May 15, 2026. Reviewers keep praising the same three things: unhurried visits, a responsive staff, and direct access to Tyler Stanley. Those service comments do not establish medical results, and several listings reproduce the same original reviews.23
Where the reviews come from
Here's something most people don't notice. Several "review sites" for Action TRT aren't collecting their own reviews. They import them from the same maps listing. So three listings don't mean three independent review samples.
We found the same review from a patient named Steven on Action TRT's homepage, on Birdeye, and on Regenerated. That doesn't mean anything shady is going on. It just means you're reading one source over and over.
The three themes that keep coming up
1. Time. Patients say visits aren't rushed. A review credited to Steven and dated February 27, 2026 on Regenerated puts it simply: "I never feel dismissed or overlooked."3
2. A team that answers. David and Laura are named in the reviews we checked. Regenerated credits a review dated January 25, 2026 to Steven L.: "the team is very responsive whenever I have questions." Birdeye shows the same text under Steven W.32
3. Switchers. Some reviewers say they switched from another TRT provider. One review on the clinic's TRT page describes a previous protocol that felt wrong; a Birdeye reviewer describes an easy transition.12
What a perfect 5.0 can't tell you
A perfect score is great for a small clinic. But it doesn't prove the treatment is safe or that it works for you. It doesn't tell you how billing disputes get handled, either. Our checks did not establish a complete complaint record. We did not identify a BBB profile for this exact Santa Ana clinic in our October 20 searches. That's not the same as "zero problems." We did not authenticate reviewers or establish whether any review was incentivized.
Read reviews for one thing: how it feels to be a patient there. For everything else, use the rest of this page.
How much does Action TRT cost in the first year?
Action TRT charges $199 for labs and a clinical consult, then plans start at $399 a month with medication and check-ins included. Paying for 12 months at that starting price, the initial fee and plan total $4,987 before unconfirmed extras. The clinic says some plans cost more after evaluation, and some costs aren't published.1
The year-one math
We built this from Action TRT's own published prices.
Those illustrations average about $376 to $416 a month before unconfirmed extras; the lowest figure assumes the prepayment discount is offered again.
What's included — and what isn't clear
Included, per the clinic: Your medication and your check-ins with Tyler. The clinic also lists 90-day full lab rechecks among "what the money buys."1
Not clearly answered in the pages we reviewed:
- Whether those 90-day lab panels cost extra
- What makes a plan cost more than $399
- Whether hCG (a separate hormone medicine discussed below) or other add-ons are extra
- Supplies and shipping
Don't count an unknown as zero. Ask, and write the answer down. Our checklist below has room for it.
Is local care worth the extra cost?
Here's the honest trade-off.
Action TRT does not compete on price. If the lowest bill is your top priority, an online program like Male Excel is worth comparing. Its listed first-year charges work out to about $2,500 to $2,750 before shipping and unpriced extras, depending on which advertised medication offer applies. Action TRT's stated model combines the same clinician making clinical decisions, the option to sit across a desk from him in Santa Ana, and medication rolled into one monthly price. Male Excel also advertises continuity with one provider; the local office and billing structure are the clearer differences.145
The clinic says this itself. Its own TRT page admits that if you want the cheapest route to a prescription, they aren't it.
So the real question isn't "is it expensive?" It is. The question is whether the local option is worth the difference in your complete written quotes.
If that sounds like what you want, the first step costs nothing. Request Action TRT's free consultation and confirm the $199 lab-and-consult terms before paying for labs. Get your personalized plan price before paying for treatment.
If the price is a dealbreaker, skip ahead to better options if Action TRT isn't your fit. Or compare full costs across care routes on our TRT cost guide.
Who actually treats you at Action TRT?
The clinic describes founder Tyler Stanley as having physician-assistant training and lists a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree; a DMSc is not an MD or DO degree. The clinic says he personally builds every plan, reads every lab, and makes every adjustment. The Society lists him as a Certified Testosteronologist, a society-issued training credential rather than an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) specialty or subspecialty certificate.6789
What the letters mean
- PA (physician assistant): A licensed clinician who can diagnose and prescribe. The clinic's terms identify the operator as "Action TRT by Tyler Stanley Physician Assistant Inc."
- MPAS: Master of Physician Assistant Studies; the clinic uses these initials after Stanley's name.
- DMSc: Doctor of Medical Science, listed on his bio as an advanced clinical doctorate. It does not make him an MD.
- PhD in Health Science: Also listed on his bio.
California PAs work under a practice agreement with a supervising physician. The Action TRT pages we reviewed don't name that physician, so ask who it is.10
What "1 of 28 Certified Testosteronologists" means
This credential comes from the Testosteronology Society, founded by Thomas O'Connor, MD. The Society lists Stanley as certified and publishes a training curriculum covering testosterone and anabolic-androgenic steroid care. It isn't an ABMS specialty or subspecialty certificate like those in urology or endocrinology.8119 The "1 of 28 worldwide" number comes from the clinic. We couldn't confirm it.
That focus matters for one group. Action TRT lists men recovering from steroid-induced low testosterone as one of its patient groups. If that's you, that's a relevant stated focus to discuss.12
Check the license yourself
You shouldn't have to take anyone's word for it, including ours.
- Go to the California Department of Consumer Affairs License Search.
- Choose the Physician Assistant Board and search "Stanley."
- Check that the license is current and look for any listed discipline.
We did not obtain a matching current license record in this review, so we can't confirm the license status here. That is a verification gap, not a finding of a license problem. Ask for the license number and match the identity in the relevant California board's records.
How you'd reach someone
Action TRT says you deal with Tyler for every clinical decision and with David, Kevin, and the health team between visits. Its TRT page contrasts that with other clinics' "portal message, 3–5 business days." We did not find a stated response-time commitment, so ask what's typical.1
How does Action TRT test for low testosterone, and how often are labs repeated?
Action TRT advertises a $199 panel and monthly plan review; its pages use both 23+ and 25+ marker counts. It says it re-runs the full panel about every 90 days. The Endocrine Society calls for symptoms or signs plus consistently low results, confirmed with at least two early-morning, fasting tests, so ask how the clinic confirms a first low result.1713
The pages we reviewed do not identify where or how the sample is collected or which laboratory processes it. Ask whether the assessment price includes collection and processing as well as any repeat sample.11214
What the medical standard says
The Endocrine Society is a professional organization for hormone medicine and research. In its July 2026 statement, it said:
- Symptoms alone don't diagnose low testosterone. Tiredness and low sex drive have many causes.
- Diagnosis needs symptoms or signs plus at least two early-morning, fasting tests with consistently low results.
- The lab matters. Different tests can call the same blood "low" or "normal." The Society recommends assays certified by the CDC's Hormone Standardization (HoST) program.
- Reversible causes come first. Clinicians should rule out things like obesity and certain medicines first. For low testosterone tied to excess weight with no other cause, weight loss is usually the first treatment.
Where Action TRT's marketing differs
One line on Action TRT's TRT page says a single blood test answers the question. That's simpler than the guideline. The clinic's process may well include a second test in practice. Its page just doesn't say so.
So ask directly: "Will you confirm a low result with a second early-morning, fasting test before I start?" A good clinic will have a clear answer. Learn more in our guide to blood tests before TRT.
To be fair, the clinic also says some men who complete bloodwork aren't candidates, and that Tyler will tell them so. That's the right attitude.
Three different lab schedules on one website
We compared the homepage, TRT page, and About page. Here's what they say about lab timing.
Sources: homepage, TRT page, and About page, checked October 20, 2026.
These may describe different stages of care. But they don't add up to one clear schedule. "Reviewing your labs" and "drawing new blood" are also different things.
Ask: "What's my lab schedule, which tests are in each draw, and which ones are included in my monthly price?"
What monitoring should cover
Once someone is on testosterone, guidelines call for regular checks. These include testosterone levels, hematocrit (the share of your blood made of red blood cells, which testosterone can raise), blood pressure, and prostate-cancer risk assessment. PSA (prostate-specific antigen) testing depends on age, risk, and decisions made with the clinician.1516 Action TRT says it tracks heart, metabolic, and blood markers over time. Ask how often each one is checked in your plan.
What medication and pharmacy would Action TRT use?
Action TRT says it most often prescribes injectable testosterone, typically testosterone cypionate, and may consider other forms. The pages we reviewed do not identify the exact FDA-approved or compounded product or the dispensing pharmacy for a patient's plan. Ask both questions before you start.12
Why "FDA-approved or compounded" matters
Testosterone cypionate comes two ways:
- FDA-approved products: brand and generic vials made by drug companies under FDA review.
- Compounded testosterone: prepared by a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility. The FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA doesn't review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they're sold.17
Compounding can meet a medical need when an approved product cannot. FDA recommends an available FDA-approved product when a patient can use it. You deserve to know which one you're getting.1718 For comparison, Male Excel's website openly says its testosterone is compounded and not FDA-approved. The Action TRT pages we reviewed don't say either way. Compare TRT treatment formats if you need a specific product or route.412
Ask: "What's the exact product, who makes or compounds it, and which pharmacy ships it to me?"
Peptides and other add-ons are separate
Action TRT also offers peptides, GLP-1 weight-loss medicines such as tirzepatide, shockwave therapy, and IV drips. None of these is testosterone therapy. BPC-157, which Action TRT lists on its peptide page, has no FDA-approved product.1920 If an add-on comes up, ask what it's for, what evidence supports it, whether it's FDA-approved, and what it costs on its own.
Can you use Action TRT if you don't live near Santa Ana, and does it take insurance?
Action TRT is a California practice with an office in Santa Ana and virtual visits. The homepage assessment asks whether you live in California, and Stanley's Society profile lists California telehealth; we did not confirm treatment availability in other states.78 It doesn't bill insurance, but it can give you a superbill, a receipt you can send to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Location
- In Orange County: You can choose in-person or virtual. The clinic serves Santa Ana, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Tustin, and Orange.
- Elsewhere in California: Virtual visits may work. Ask whether you'd ever need to come in.
- Outside California: We did not confirm Action TRT treatment availability in other states. Confirm before you book, or use an option licensed where you live.
Telehealth rules for testosterone
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. That means federal law treats it as having some potential for misuse, and you need a valid prescription for it.21 Federal rules let DEA-registered clinicians prescribe controlled medicines like testosterone through qualifying audio-video telemedicine visits, without a first in-person visit, through December 31, 2026, if all required conditions are met. State rules still apply, including authority to treat you where you are physically located, and the federal rule could change after that date.2223 Being able to book a virtual call doesn't guarantee a prescription.
Insurance
Action TRT says it runs as a private, cash-pay practice. It gives superbills, not direct billing. Call your insurer before counting on any money back. Ask whether out-of-network clinician visits, labs, and the medication are covered.
If you need insurance to pay, an insurance-covered visit with your primary care doctor, a urologist, or an endocrinologist may lower your out-of-pocket cost; check your deductible and coverage for visits, labs, and medication. See our breakdown of online TRT vs. local care.
What if you want kids?
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, sometimes a lot. The Endocrine Society recommends against starting testosterone in men planning to have children in the near term. Action TRT says it discusses fertility up front and may add hCG when appropriate; if a baby is in your plans soon, see a urologist or reproductive urologist first.1215
Why this happens
Your brain tells your testicles to make both testosterone and sperm. When testosterone comes from outside your body, your brain gets the signal that there's "enough." It turns down that message, and sperm production (called spermatogenesis) can drop.
Action TRT acknowledges this on its About page. It says it may add hCG, a medicine that mimics one of those brain signals, "when clinically appropriate." That's a reasonable conversation to have. hCG is not testosterone. For example, Pregnyl is FDA-approved for selected cases of male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, where the hormone signals that drive testosterone production are too low. Using hCG alongside testosterone specifically to preserve fertility is off-label, meaning it is not an FDA-approved use.24 But hCG isn't a guarantee, and no clinic can promise your fertility will be protected or come back on a set schedule.
Our take: If you want children in the next year or so, a TRT clinic shouldn't be your first stop. Start with a reproductive urologist, who can test your semen and talk through options other than testosterone. Read more in TRT and fertility.
When someone else should go first
Talk to your doctor or a specialist before any TRT clinic if you have:
- Very abnormal labs, or a possible pituitary or testicular problem
- A history of prostate or breast cancer
- A high hematocrit
- Severe sleep apnea that isn't being treated
- A recent heart attack or stroke
That's not a judgment on Action TRT. These situations need a fuller medical workup, with specialist input when appropriate.15
How do cancellation, refunds, and contracts work at Action TRT?
We couldn't find a cancellation, refund, or renewal policy for Action TRT's treatment plans in the pages reviewed. The terms linked from its consultation request form still contain unfinished setup instructions and generic goods-sales clauses; they do not clearly explain the monthly treatment plan.25 Before you prepay six months, get the actual patient agreement in writing.
What we found — this is the surprise
Action TRT has two sets of terms.
1. The main website Terms (updated April 22, 2026). These address the website, services, and text messages. They say medical services depend on a clinical assessment, that California law governs, and that disputes go to Orange County courts. They state a liability cap of the service fees paid in the three months before a claim, subject to California law. They say nothing about cancelling a treatment plan or getting a refund on prepaid months.26
2. The terms linked from the consultation request form. These open with instructions the clinic was supposed to remove, including a line in capital letters: "DELETE THIS SECTION PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR A2P REGISTRATION!" The rest reads like a generic online-store contract. It talks about returning "Goods" in their original packaging and says goods are "subject to a one-time payment."25
The visible setup instructions do not establish intent or clinical quality. But the terms linked from the consultation request form leave the cancellation, renewal, and prepaid-month rules for a $399-a-month treatment plan unresolved.
What that means for you
- Paying monthly: Less money paid ahead than a six-month prepayment, but the minimum term and cancellation rights still need confirmation. Ask how much notice is required.
- Prepaying six months for the 10% discount: Get these answers in writing first. What happens to unused months if you stop, move, or turn out not to be a candidate? Does the discount renew? Is there a minimum term?
- Texting STOP: The published instruction ends text messages; it does not establish how to cancel your care plan or billing.
Ask: "Can you send me the patient financial agreement that covers my monthly plan, including cancellation and unused prepaid months?"
Switching clinics later
If you leave, you'll want your lab results, visit notes, and prescription history. Ask how to get them, whether there is a fee, and how long it takes. We did not confirm a clinic-specific refill timeline or records-transfer process. Ask when refills must be requested, what checks are required, and which secure channel to use; the public contact form says not to send personal health information there.14 Don't stop or change testosterone on your own while switching. Work out the timing with both clinicians.
What should you ask Action TRT before you pay?
Ask two rounds of questions. Before the $199 labs, confirm what the panel includes, how a low result gets confirmed, and what happens if TRT isn't right for you. Before a monthly or prepaid plan, get your exact price, medication, pharmacy, lab schedule, and the written cancellation terms.
Print this, or copy it into your phone. Fill in the answers as you go. The free intro call is the perfect time to start.
Checkpoint 1: Before you pay $199 for labs
Checkpoint 2: Before you start a monthly or prepaid plan
My confirmed 12-month total: __________
Costs still unknown: __________
Want to send it in writing? Here's a message you can copy:
Before I pay for the initial labs, can you tell me what the $199 includes, how you confirm a low result, whether you accept outside labs, and what happens if TRT isn't right for me? If you recommend treatment afterward, I'd like an itemized monthly price, the exact medication and pharmacy, my lab schedule, and the written cancellation and prepayment terms before I commit. Thank you.
Does Action TRT's model sound like the right fit for you? Request your free consultation with Action TRT and take this checklist into the call. The clinic says the intro call costs nothing, needs no card, and carries no obligation to continue to labs or treatment.112
Better options if Action TRT isn't your fit
Action TRT's stated model fits Orange County men who want hands-on, in-person-capable care and can pay about $400+ a month. If Action cannot serve your state, the full quote is beyond your budget, you need direct insurance billing, or you're trying to conceive, a different care route may serve you better. Here's how to match your situation to the right starting point.
Find your situation
How the costs compare
Male Excel's two illustrations use different advertised offers: $99 + 12 × ($99 + $99) = $2,475, or $99 + 12 × ($99 + $120) = $2,727. Its homepage lists testosterone from $99 a month; its pricing page lists injections with thyroid medication from $120 a month, with a 60-day supply billed every other month. Thyroid medicine is separate from testosterone and needs its own clinical reason; the bundle is a price comparison, not a recommendation to take it. Male Excel says its medication price varies with the prescribed dose; get your exact quote from each provider.45
Hone Premium's TRT calculation is $65 + $25 + (12 × $155) = $1,950 before medication. Hone also offers a $135/month Plus TRT plan with separate starting tests and medication. Its official pages disagree on the at-lab confirmation fee—$45 versus $50—so compare the exact testing path and quote. Premium is not its lowest-priced TRT tier.272829
The figures above do not include assumed insurance reimbursement or unpriced charges. Hone lists California for both men's Plus and Premium. Its Premium lab schedule changes after the first year, and canceling membership does not automatically cancel a pending prescription shipment.303132
When Male Excel is worth comparing
If you're in California and price is what's stopping you, Male Excel is one lower-cost online option to compare. It serves California. It publishes its membership price. It says plainly that its testosterone is compounded.4
It also offers a 90-day guarantee for new members that can refund the first three months of membership fees—$297 at the current price—if the terms are met. It requires continuous participation and adherence, and a claim within 30 days after the 90-day period; medication, testing, and shipping are outside that membership-fee refund.33
What changes: you lose the local office, and medication is billed separately from the membership. Male Excel also notes that federal and state law may require an in-person exam before you start.
One point needs a direct answer: Male Excel's homepage says its clinicians may prescribe before lab results arrive. That statement does not establish what happens for every patient, but it leaves a material question: how will your clinician confirm the diagnosis and review baseline and repeat testing before testosterone treatment? A lower price does not resolve that question.413
If an online program fits your life better, start Male Excel's free online assessment to begin its intake, then ask about that testing process before paying for a plan. The assessment is a starting point. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is right for you.

How we checked Action TRT
We built this profile from Action TRT's own pages and terms, public review listings, current medical guidance, and federal rules, all checked on October 20, 2026. We kept what we confirmed separate from what the clinic says about itself. We worked out the year-one cost from published prices; we did not become patients or contact the clinic.
We follow How We Review TRT Providers. That method looks at clinical eligibility, testing, clinician access, state availability, treatment formats, medication and pharmacy transparency, fertility handling, monitoring, total cost, cancellation, support, and claims transparency. It separates four kinds of information:
- Verified facts: things we confirmed in public records or official pages
- Clinic-stated facts: what Action TRT says, credited to Action TRT
- Customer-experience signals: what reviewers report, labeled as such
- Editorial conclusions: our judgment, based on the facts above
We don't give Action TRT a numeric score or star rating in this profile. If Action TRT's prices, policies, or disclosures change, we'll update this page and the "Last verified" date. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll check it. Our editorial standards explain authorship and review, and our privacy policy explains site data practices.

Action TRT FAQ
These answers cover the main details to confirm before a consultation or paid plan. Published prices and reviews are useful starting points; the treatment decision and plan terms still need a personal assessment and a written agreement.
Is Action TRT legit?
Action TRT has a public Santa Ana clinic presence, a named founder, an operator identified in its terms, a listed address, and published prices. Its claimed Birdeye profile displays 5.0 from 207 imported reviews; the Society lists Stanley as a Certified Testosteronologist. We did not obtain a matching current state-license record in this review. You can check it yourself at the California DCA License Search.142628
How much does Action TRT cost per month?
Plans start at $399 a month, with medication and check-ins included, after a $199 lab and consult fee. The clinic says some plans cost more after evaluation. Paying 6 months up front takes 10% off.
How much does Action TRT cost per year?
The initial fee plus 12 months at the starting price is $4,987 paying monthly. It's $4,508.20 if you prepay both 6-month blocks and the discount is offered again. Add-ons and any extra lab fees aren't included in those numbers.1
Is Tyler Stanley a medical doctor?
The clinic describes Stanley as having physician-assistant training and lists DMSc, MPAS, and a PhD in Health Science. A DMSc is not an MD or DO degree. This review did not verify his current state license or academic degrees.67
What is a testosteronologist?
It's a private training credential from the Testosteronology Society, founded by Thomas O'Connor, MD. Its curriculum covers testosterone therapy and anabolic-androgenic steroid care, and the Society lists Stanley as certified. It isn't an ABMS specialty or subspecialty certificate. The clinic says Tyler Stanley is one of 28 people who hold it; we did not confirm that worldwide count.8119
Does Action TRT take insurance?
No. Action TRT is cash-pay and doesn't bill insurance. It can give you a superbill to send to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Check with your plan before counting on money back.
Is Action TRT online or in person?
The clinic offers in-person consultations in Santa Ana and virtual consultations. Stanley's Society profile lists California telehealth. We did not confirm treatment availability in other states; ask about your location and any required office visit.148
Can I cancel Action TRT?
We couldn't find treatment-plan cancellation or refund terms in the pages reviewed. The terms linked from its consultation request form retain setup instructions and generic goods-sales clauses, without clear treatment-plan cancellation terms.25 Ask for the actual patient agreement in writing, especially before prepaying six months.
Does Action TRT use compounded testosterone?
The clinic says it typically prescribes testosterone cypionate, but the pages we reviewed do not identify the exact FDA-approved or compounded product for a patient's plan.12 Ask for the exact product and pharmacy before you start.
How does Action TRT diagnose low testosterone?
The clinic advertises a $199 panel and consult with Tyler Stanley, using both 23+ and 25+ marker counts across its pages. The Endocrine Society calls for symptoms or signs plus consistently low results, confirmed with at least two early-morning, fasting tests.1713 Ask whether the clinic confirms a first low result with a second test.
Will Action TRT affect my fertility?
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production. Action TRT says it discusses fertility up front and may add hCG when appropriate, but no clinic can guarantee fertility outcomes. If you want children soon, see a reproductive urologist first.
Can I start TRT the same day at Action TRT?
The published process does not promise same-day treatment. You start with a free intro call, then pay $199 for labs, then have a clinical consult to review results. Treatment, if appropriate, comes after that.
Does Action TRT treat men coming off steroids?
The clinic lists men recovering from anabolic steroid–induced low testosterone as one of its patient groups. The Society's published training covers this area, and it lists Stanley as certified.118 Talk through your full history openly at the consultation.
Where is Action TRT located?
3000 W MacArthur Blvd, Suite 600, Santa Ana, CA 92704, near South Coast Plaza. The main contact-page phone number is (714) 217-1231.14
Why do review sites show different numbers of reviews?
Many listings import reviews from the same source and update at different times. The claimed Birdeye listing shows 207. Regenerated shows 257 as of its May 15, 2026 sync. The clinic says 260+. These displays overlap, so don't treat them as separate review sets or add them together.231
