Everlife Sermorelin Reviews: Is Everlife MD's Sermorelin Worth It in 2026?

Everlife sermorelin reviews are glowing — 4.9 stars from 2,659 Trustpilot reviews — but that company-wide score does not prove tablet results. Everlife names its partner pharmacy. The catch: we did not verify a human study of its exact tablets, and the $95/month starting offer does not establish your renewal price. Sermorelin is not TRT.

That's the short answer. The longer one is more useful. We read six Everlife sales pages, its FAQ, its full terms, FDA records, and the science Everlife cites. We found different displayed prices, reused testimonial names and wording across different product pages, and an FDA warning letter about a disclosed partner pharmacy. None of that means Everlife is a scam. It means you should know it before your card gets charged for a recurring plan.

What changes the answer for you: whether you want blood work before you start, whether the quoted renewal price fits your budget, and whether your symptoms need a testosterone or other medical evaluation.

Best for you if: You want to discuss a needle-free prescription option with a clinician, accept the gaps in tablet evidence, and can get clear answers on labs and renewal costs before paying.

Not for you if: You need proven results from this exact tablet. You need a known long-term price and have not received one. You have a health condition that needs evaluation before you choose a hormone treatment. You're really trying to fix low testosterone — sermorelin isn't TRT.

What we actually verified — October 20, 2026

We checked: Everlife's sermorelin, Sermorelin GHK, 1,000 mcg offer, and treatments pages; its FAQ, How It Works page, and full Terms & Conditions; its pharmacy and state disclosures; Trustpilot's Everlife profile; FDA's 2023 warning letter to Curexa; FDA's 2013 Federal Register notice on Geref; FDA's list of compounding substances with safety concerns; Hone Health's and Taurus Meds' sermorelin pages; and the studies Everlife cites.

Confirmed public displays and records: published prices; product formats and labeled strengths; pharmacy name and address; named medical groups; stated billing, cancellation, and refund rules; Trustpilot figures; reused testimonials across product pages; a duplicated citation link; and the historical FDA warning letter. This confirms what the sources say, not how an individual patient's care or cancellation will be handled.

Everlife says, but we could not confirm: "100,000+ patients," same-day approval, 24/7 clinical support, free rush shipping, and that prescribers are licensed in your state.

Still unknown: your exact renewal amount and complete first-year cost; the labs and monitoring included in this offer; the clinician, medical group and pharmacy assigned to you; human absorption of Everlife's exact tablet; and current conditions at the pharmacy.

What we did not do: buy medication, take it, test a batch, complete a checkout or consultation, contact support, or test cancellation. We traced the research references and checked accessible abstracts or full texts; one linked PDF could not be opened.

Our method: How We Review TRT Providers

What do Everlife sermorelin reviews actually tell you?

Everlife's reviews include praise for customer service, but they do not establish that sermorelin works. The featured previews praise support and intake, and one discusses a different product. Some visible posts were written before an initial medication delivery arrived.

The numbers look great. On October 20, 2026, Trustpilot showed 2,659 reviews with a 4.9 score. Ninety-three percent were five stars. Two percent were one star. Trustpilot listed replies to 100% of negative reviews, typically within 24 hours. That's real effort, and it shows.

But read what the reviews are about. Here are the four review previews Trustpilot itself chose to feature on Everlife's profile that day:

Everlife sermorelin review table 2: What do Everlife sermorelin reviews actually tell you?
Reviewer (date) What the review is about What the visible preview establishes
Michael Paul Banyar (Oct 1, 2026) Still waiting for his first 1,000 mcg tablets; praises support Support before the initial tablet delivery; no post-use result shown
trackerhotmail.com (Oct 4, 2026) Restora-Z, a sleep product Different product: Restora-Z
Robert (Sep 17, 2026) Just starting; praises the intake Intake experience; exact product and post-use result not established
FELICITY (Oct 6, 2026) Fast answers about a subscription Support/subscription; exact product and outcome not established

These four previews do not establish a result from Everlife's sermorelin tablets. That's not a knock on Everlife. It's a reminder that a company star score is not a clinical measure of what a tablet does. This is a platform-selected preview sample, not a representative sample of all reviews.

Two things worth knowing about how these reviews were collected

Trustpilot's own page says Everlife hasn't invited customers to review it recently, so the reviews "may not be representative." It also shows Everlife pays for a Trustpilot business subscription. Neither means the reviews are fake. These labels do not tell us how representative the reviewers are or why they posted.

What reviewers say about results

A result described by one reviewer is not a timetable for another patient. One Trustpilot reviewer, Ricci Carole King, described Sermorelin GHK 1,000 mcg in a post displaying September 1, 2026 as the experience date: "It takes about 4 weeks to begin to notice a difference." That is a blend-specific personal report, not a tested timeline for plain sermorelin tablets.

Even Everlife's own website shows a "Verified User" quote that admits, "I can't say I feel a huge difference yet." And another review displayed on Everlife's site flags the price: "It's refill time and 189 is steep."

Both are anonymous, provider-hosted testimonials. The refill account also says support applied a 20% email-code discount; the card does not identify the strength, supply period or date. The no-large-difference-yet quote is also a displayed testimonial, not an outcome we verified.

Customer reviews describe one person's experience. They can't tell you whether sermorelin is safe or effective, or what result is typical.

The testimonial problem on Everlife's own site

This one we found by reading Everlife's pages side by side.

Everlife's sermorelin page shows three named testimonials. Its Sermorelin GHK page shows the same three names, with nearly the same words, labeled as a different product:

Everlife sermorelin review table 3: The testimonial problem on Everlife's own site
Name On the Sermorelin page On the Sermorelin GHK page
James M., 5 months Labeled "Injectable." Sleep was "unrecognizable" by week three. Labeled "Sermorelin GHK." Sleep was "unrecognizable" by week three.
Rachel L., 7 months Labeled "Sublingual." Needle-free, energy and focus better. Labeled "Sermorelin GHK." Needle-free, skin and energy better.
David T., 1 year Labeled "Injectable." "Leaner, stronger, sleeping like a teenager again." Labeled "Sermorelin GHK." Identical words.

We're not saying these people don't exist. We're saying the cards reuse the same names and durations across different product labels, so they do not let us confirm which preparation each account describes. Look for a dated review that identifies the exact product, and keep testimonials separate from clinical evidence.

Do Everlife's sermorelin tablets actually work?

We did not verify a published human study of Everlife's exact tablets in the sources checked. Its cited material includes injected-treatment studies and reviews of growth-hormone biology. That doesn't prove the tablets fail — it means their benefit is unproven by these sources.

This is the question behind Everlife sermorelin tablets reviews, so let's be straight about it.

What sermorelin is, in plain words

Your brain sends a signal that tells your pituitary gland — a pea-sized gland at the base of your brain — to release growth hormone. That signal is called growth hormone-releasing hormone, or GHRH. Sermorelin is a lab-made copy of the first part of that signal. It doesn't give you growth hormone. It asks your body to make more of its own. Growth hormone then raises IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor 1), a blood marker doctors use to see whether the growth hormone system is responding. That describes the ingredient's mechanism; it does not establish that Everlife's tablet delivers an effective amount. Sources: FDA's historical Geref discussion and Endocrine Society.

Why the tablet question matters

Sermorelin is a protein-like molecule made of 29 building blocks called amino acids. Geref, the historically approved sermorelin product, was an injection. A tablet that dissolves under the tongue still needs evidence showing how much medicine crosses the mouth's lining into the bloodstream.

Has anyone measured how much of Everlife's tablet gets into your blood? We did not verify human absorption data for Everlife's exact tablet in the pages and research we checked. A tablet dissolving is not the same as the medicine being absorbed, and absorbed is not the same as working.

What the science Everlife cites actually tested

Everlife lists six "supporting studies" on its sermorelin pages. We traced each reference and checked the abstracts or full texts we could access:

Everlife sermorelin review table 4: What the science Everlife cites actually tested
Source Everlife cites What it actually studied Does it test Everlife's tablet?
Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone Treatment in Normal Aging (Merriam et al., 2001) An article whose abstract summarizes two six-month studies of injected GHRH(1–29) in healthy older adults No — injections. The abstract reports that sleep quality was not improved.
Beyond the androgen receptor (2020 review) A review of growth-hormone-boosting compounds drawing on varied populations, including men with and without low testosterone No — a broad review
GH therapy and bone density meta-analysis Growth hormone itself in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis No — different drug, different people
The effects of growth hormone on adipose tissue How growth hormone affects body fat, in general No — background biology
Central Regulation of Metabolism by Growth Hormone How growth hormone affects metabolism, in general No — background biology
Sermorelin Medical Evidence (PDF from an anti-aging company, linked by Everlife) Could not be opened Unknown

The 2001 article deserves a closer look. Its abstract summarizes two six-month studies of nightly injections in healthy older adults. It reports an average IGF-1 increase of 30% in men and an average body-fat reduction of 5–8%, with responses differing between groups. But the same researchers said sleep didn't improve, effects on physical function were mixed, and their formula was too short-acting to work as well as hoped. Everlife's pages promise deeper sleep. The injected-treatment findings in that citation do not support that sleep claim or establish tablet benefits. Read the abstract.

One more detail: on Everlife's main sermorelin page, the 2001 aging study and the 2020 review both link to the same web address. One of those two citations doesn't go where it says it goes.

What this means for your choice

The injected treatment has evidence that cannot simply be transferred to a tablet. That does not establish that Everlife's injection is the right treatment for you. Ask the prescriber which formulation, if any, is justified for your condition, and what benefit and follow-up would support continuing it.

Ask your prescriber which symptoms, outcomes and tests — including IGF-1 if appropriate — would be assessed and when. Feelings shift week to week. An IGF-1 change alone does not prove a meaningful health benefit or show that the tablet caused it.

Everlife lists both formats. Ask the clinician to explain the evidence and monitoring for the exact preparation being considered.

Is your real question about low testosterone? If you're tired, gaining weight around the middle, or losing your drive, a clinician should assess the cause. Those can come from many things, including low testosterone. Sermorelin works on growth hormone — it is not testosterone replacement.

The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

The tool is educational and doesn't diagnose anything. It doesn't decide whether you can get sermorelin, and it doesn't guarantee a prescription.

Is Everlife sermorelin FDA-approved?

No, Everlife's sermorelin is compounded and is not FDA-approved. Sermorelin was historically approved as Geref injections. That old approval doesn't cover today's tablets.

Compounding means combining, mixing or altering drug ingredients to meet a patient's needs. A compounded preparation is not FDA-approved: FDA does not verify its safety, effectiveness or quality before it is marketed. Compounding is allowed when the applicable rules are met; that does not make the product FDA-approved. FDA explanation.

Everlife says this itself, in small print: sermorelin "is not FDA-approved for anti-aging, body composition, or performance enhancement," and use is "off-label." Calling a use off-label does not make the compounded product FDA-approved.

What happened to Geref

Here's the history, from the FDA's own Federal Register notice:

  • 1990: Geref injection approved to test how well the pituitary releases growth hormone.
  • 1997: A second Geref injection approved for idiopathic growth hormone deficiency in children with growth failure — meaning no known cause had been found.
  • 2008: The maker, EMD Serono, notified FDA that it was discontinuing both.
  • June 18, 2009: FDA withdrew the approvals at the company's request.
  • 2013: FDA formally determined the products were not withdrawn for safety or effectiveness reasons.

That 2013 finding concerns why those Geref products left the market. It is not an approval of a modern tablet, a compounded blend, or anti-aging use.

One odd detail on the Everlife product pages we checked

The Everlife product pages we checked include a footer that says their statements "have not been evaluated by the FDA" and that their products are "not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease." That's standard wording for dietary supplements. FDA explains that disclaimer. Everlife sells supplements too, so it may simply be a shared footer. But on a prescription-drug page, it's confusing. Sermorelin is a prescription drug, not a supplement.

How much does Everlife sermorelin really cost?

Everlife advertises sermorelin from $95 a month, but its own catalog lists $135 for tablets or injection and $149.99 for Sermorelin GHK without a billing interval beside those amounts. These displays do not establish your renewal amount or complete first-year cost. At an unchanged $95 monthly price, twelve payments would total $1,140 before any other charges.

Here's every sermorelin price we found on Everlife's own website on October 20, 2026:

The Everlife price map

Everlife sermorelin review table 5: The Everlife price map
Product Price shown Where Everlife shows it
Sermorelin tablet, 500 mcg "As low as $95/Month" with "GET 65% OFF NOW" Promo landing page
Sermorelin tablet, 1,000 mcg "As Low As $95.00/Month" with "GET 65% OFF NOW!" Double-strength offer page
Sermorelin tablet (500 or 1,000 mcg) "Starting at $95/mo." Main sermorelin page
Sermorelin injection (15 mg per 5 mL vial) "Starting at $109/mo." / "GET 59% OFF NOW" Sermorelin, GHK and promo pages
Sermorelin tablet "As Low as $135"; billing interval not shown Treatments catalog

Sermorelin GHK tablet "Starting at $148.99/mo." Sermorelin GHK page
Sermorelin GHK tablet "As Low as $149.99"; billing interval not shown Treatments catalog
Anonymous refill testimonial Mentions 189 before an email-code discount A review displayed on Everlife's own site; strength, supply period and date are not given

Notice the gap. $135 is $40, or about 42%, above $95. The catalog does not establish that these are equivalent offers. The "65% off" banners suggest the $95 is a discount off a higher number. Everlife's Terms also say the company can change fees with advance notice and can limit initial offers to new subscribers. Neither the banners nor that clause proves that this $95 offer expires after month one.

Confirm how long your starting offer lasts and what the next charge will be.

What twelve equal monthly payments would total

Everlife sermorelin review table 6: What twelve equal monthly payments would total
If you pay… Every month for 12 months You'd spend
The $95 tablet starting price, unchanged for all 12 payments $95 $1,140
The $109 injection starting price, unchanged for all 12 payments $109 $1,308
$135 only if your written quote makes this a monthly amount; the catalog does not $135 $1,620
The $148.99 Sermorelin GHK starting price, unchanged for all 12 payments $148.99 $1,787.88

These are advertised-price subtotals and one explicitly hypothetical catalog scenario, not complete-care quotes. They assume twelve equal monthly payments with no price changes. The anonymous 189 refill account cannot establish a yearly total because its supply and billing periods are unknown.

Everlife says the consultation and shipping are free. We could not confirm bloodwork requirements or fees for this exact sermorelin offer from the public pages. How to lock in your real price

Before you pay, email support@everlifemd.com and ask: "What will I be charged for months two through twelve for this exact product, strength and supply?" Save the reply. One testimonial displayed by Everlife says support applied an email-code discount to a refill — but that's not a policy, and you shouldn't count on it.

Use the before-you-pay checklist further down to keep track of the answers.

Plain sermorelin, Sermorelin GHK, or the injection — which Everlife option fits?

Plain sermorelin tablets have the lowest advertised starting price among these three Everlife options. The GHK page lists a three-ingredient tablet from $148.99 a month, while plain injections start at $109 a month. The cited injected-treatment research does not establish the tablets' results.

What GHK-Cu is — and what the FDA said about it

GHK-Cu is a small copper-carrying peptide found naturally in your body. Original research. FDA's injectable GHK-Cu entry cites potential immune reactions from peptide clumping or impurities and limited human safety information. Everlife's GHK product is a tablet, not an injection, so that specific FDA concern is about a different route. FDA's May 14, 2026 list places GHK-Cu for noninjectable routes in Category 1, under evaluation. That is not approval of this tablet. We did not verify a published human study of Everlife's three-ingredient tablet in the sources checked.

Check the strength on your label

On Everlife's GHK page, the product card shows "Sermorelin 1000mcg" in one spot and "Sermorelin 500mcg" in another for the same product. You can pick either strength, so this may just be page design. The page also uses both "GHK" and "GHK-Cu" ingredient labels. But read your prescription label when it arrives and make sure it matches what you ordered. Ask the pharmacist or prescriber about any mismatch before taking it.

Tell the clinician about needle aversion, budget and your treatment goals. Ask what supports the exact formulation being offered. If you mostly want better skin or hair, we did not verify human evidence for this blend's skin or hair benefits in the sources checked.

What happens after you sign up with Everlife?

You take a short online health quiz, verify your ID with a photo and selfie, and a licensed clinician reviews it — usually within a few hours, Everlife says. Everlife says some medications or states require a short live visit. If you're approved, a partner pharmacy fills and ships the medication; Everlife estimates 3–5 business days for most deliveries, with extra preparation time possible for custom compounds.

Here's the path, step by step, based on Everlife's FAQ and product pages:

  1. Health quiz. About three minutes, on your phone or computer.
  2. ID check. You upload a photo ID and a selfie to help verify your identity.
  3. Clinician review. An independent physician or nurse practitioner reviews your answers. Everlife says this usually takes a couple of hours.
  4. Video visit, sometimes. Everlife says some medications and some states require a live 10–15 minute call before a first prescription. It's included in the price, according to its FAQ.
  5. Charge after approval and pharmacy processing. Everlife says you're charged only when a clinician approves you and the pharmacy starts filling it. If treatment is not approved, Everlife says there is no medication charge. Its Terms allow card preauthorization, which can place a temporary hold before a final charge.
  6. Pharmacy fills and ships. Everlife says a partner pharmacy ships in plain packaging and most orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Custom compounds may take extra preparation time.
  7. Follow-up. You can message your clinician through the portal. Everlife says follow-up messages are free.

No prescription is guaranteed. A clinician decides whether sermorelin is appropriate for you.

The testing gap you should know about

Everlife's public sermorelin pages do not settle which labs you will need or what they cost. Its FAQ allows testing when required, and its About Us page describes testing when warranted. A quiz-led product page is not proof that every patient can skip blood work.

Everlife's general How It Works page describes 100+ biomarkers reviewed, testing through Labcorp or Quest, a written results review, and a retest at 12 weeks, then twice a year. That page doesn't list a price. We could not establish whether that schedule and testing are included in this sermorelin offer. Ask which parts apply to your prescription and what each will cost.

If that process still fits what you want, review Everlife's intake steps and get the lab questions answered before paying.

Who fills Everlife's prescriptions?

Everlife names Curexa, a compounding pharmacy at 3007 Ocean Heights Avenue in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, as its partner pharmacy. In 2023, the FDA sent Curexa a warning letter after a 2022 inspection found insanitary conditions. That's a historical record — it doesn't tell you what the pharmacy looks like today.

Everlife deserves credit for naming its pharmacy. That also means you can look it up — and we did. We checked FDA records but could not independently confirm Curexa's current New Jersey license status through the state lookup during this review.

What the FDA found

From August 29 to September 9, 2022, FDA investigators inspected Curexa – East, LLC at the same New Jersey address Everlife lists. On September 13, 2023, the FDA sent a warning letter. It said drug products there were prepared under insanitary conditions. The examples included residue buildup in production equipment and an air conditioner above the production area, and cleaning steps that weren't shown to prevent cross-contamination between hazardous drugs.

The FDA reviewed Curexa's response. It said some fixes couldn't be fully evaluated because supporting documents were missing, and some were deficient.

What it does and doesn't mean

This letter is three years old. Pharmacies can and do fix problems. We did not find evidence that Everlife's current sermorelin is contaminated, and we're not saying it is. But a reasonable buyer would want to know. It's fair to ask Everlife: "Has Curexa resolved the issues in FDA's 2023 warning letter, and can you share current quality testing for my product?"

Who prescribes

Everlife LLC says it is not a healthcare provider. Its Terms name M & D Integrations as a medical group. Its telehealth consent form names Junction and OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and related practices. The disclosures do not establish which group would prescribe for you. Ask which one will write your prescription and look up your clinician's license with the appropriate state licensing board.

Can you cancel Everlife and get a refund?

You can cancel online, by email, or by phone, but the payment deadline is not the only cutoff. Everlife's Terms require at least 48 hours before the next payment and bar cancellation or refund once a prescription is processed and at the pharmacy; the FAQ also names the shipment date. Earlier refund eligibility and a two-week damage-reporting window are set out below.

This is where subscriptions bite. Everlife's FAQ and its Terms describe the rules a little differently, so we put them side by side:

Everlife sermorelin review table 8: Can you cancel Everlife and get a refund?
Question Everlife's FAQ says Everlife's Terms say What to do
When must I cancel? "Before your next shipment date" "At least 48 hours before your next payment" Confirm payment and shipment dates and whether processing has begun; meet every applicable cutoff
Can I get a refund? No refunds on prescription products once shipped Eligible for a full refund if you cancel before a telehealth visit or aren't approved; no cancel or refund once "processed and at pharmacy" Confirm when approval becomes pharmacy processing
What if it arrives damaged? Contact support and they'll "make it right" Replaced if reported within two weeks of delivery Photograph it and report it right away
How do I cancel? Account tab after logging in Account tab, email support@everlifemd.com, or call (800) 591-0354 Use one, then save written confirmation

These are Everlife's published policies, not a cancellation we tested. Read its FAQ and Terms for the applicable plan.

Billing happens automatically every month or every two months, depending on the plan you choose. If your card fails, your subscription may be paused or ended.

How to cancel without getting charged again

  1. Find your next charge date in your account.
  2. Allow at least 48 hours before payment, check the shipment date, and confirm that the next prescription has not already been processed.
  3. Cancel in your account, or email support@everlifemd.com.
  4. Screenshot the confirmation or save the reply.
  5. Check your card statement for "Everlifemd.com" the next cycle.

The arbitration clause, in plain English

Everlife's Terms call for private, one-on-one arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, with Florida law otherwise applying. They include a class-action waiver, while qualifying small-claims cases and other listed exceptions remain available. Section 20(k) gives a 30-day opt-out window after accepting the Terms; follow its written-notice requirements and mailing instructions. Read Section 20.

Your records

Everlife's Terms say medical records are kept for at least five years, longer where law requires. A separately accessible medical-group privacy notice, dated November 15, 2024, describes a written request to the applicable medical group through support@everlifemd.com; copying fees may apply. Confirm the current request process with your medical group. If you switch providers, request your records first, and ask whether your prescription can move. Everlife notes some compounded products are only available through its partner pharmacy. Terms · Medical-group notice dated November 15, 2024.

Is sermorelin safe, and who shouldn't take it?

Historical Geref injections had reported side effects, including headache, flushing, dizziness and injection-site reactions. Those reports do not establish the safety profile of Everlife's tablets. Before starting, have the prescriber review your health history, other medicines and monitoring needs.

"Natural" is a marketing word. Sermorelin is a lab-made prescription drug, and Everlife's version is compounded, so it has not undergone FDA's premarket approval review for safety, effectiveness or quality. FDA's explanation of compounded-drug risks.

Side effects reported

FDA's discussion of historical Geref use describes injection-site reactions and other symptoms. The adult diagnostic and pediatric treatment uses differed, and these reports do not establish adverse-event rates for Everlife's tablets. The 2001 article's abstract describes generally mild fluid retention in the injected-treatment studies it summarizes. Ask the prescriber and pharmacist about risks for the exact preparation being offered. FDA Geref discussion, Section 2.4 · 2001 abstract.

Who should get checked first

Tell the prescriber about your full health history, including:

  • Untreated hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) or other thyroid disease.
  • A history of cancer.
  • Diabetes or high blood sugar.
  • Epilepsy or other seizures.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding.

This isn't a complete list, and it isn't a diagnosis. Tell any prescriber about every condition and medication you have. Include supplements, too. Ask whether your history calls for more testing or specialist advice before considering treatment. These are questions for an individual assessment. The list does not decide whether this tablet is safe for you.

What about fertility?

Sermorelin doesn't contain testosterone. That alone does not establish that Everlife's preparation preserves fertility. Testosterone therapy can suppress sperm production. If you're trying to conceive, talk with a urologist or reproductive specialist. Endocrine Society guidance.

Is sermorelin a replacement for TRT?

No, sermorelin is not testosterone replacement therapy. In adult men, a low-testosterone diagnosis requires compatible symptoms or signs plus consistently low, accurately measured testosterone, confirmed with at least two early-morning fasting tests. If that's your real concern, start with proper testing, not a growth-hormone peptide.

If you're wondering, "I want the benefits of TRT without the risks — is sermorelin the safer version?" it isn't a version of TRT at all.

Everlife sermorelin review table 9: Is sermorelin a replacement for TRT?
Sermorelin Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
Hormone it targets Growth hormone (signals your pituitary) Testosterone (replaces it directly)
How the deficiency is diagnosed Adult growth hormone deficiency usually requires special stimulation testing Compatible symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone on repeat early-morning fasting tests
FDA-approved options today Everlife's preparations are compounded and not FDA-approved; Geref approval was historical Several FDA-approved products
U.S. federal controlled-substance status Sermorelin is not listed in DEA's controlled-substance list Testosterone is Schedule III; requires a valid prescription
Effect on sperm production Fertility effects of this preparation are not established by its different mechanism Can suppress sperm production

Sources: adult growth hormone deficiency guideline, testosterone guidance, FDA testosterone statement and DEA's August 27, 2026 list. Everlife's sermorelin still requires a prescription. A growth hormone deficiency diagnosis does not by itself establish that this compounded preparation is appropriate.

The Endocrine Society's guideline for men says low testosterone should be diagnosed only when there are compatible symptoms or signs and testosterone is consistently low on repeated early-morning fasting tests. It also recommends against starting testosterone in men planning to have children soon.

Everlife's FAQ says its clinicians don't prescribe controlled substances. Its homepage mentions "TRT" in a hormone-therapy process illustration. If testosterone is what you're after, confirm directly whether Everlife can provide it before you sign up.

Not sure whether this is a growth-hormone question or a testosterone question? Sort that out before you spend money on either.

Who should choose something else?

If Everlife cannot meet your testing or budget needs, compare the specific care steps and full quote before choosing another service. Hone publishes a blood-test and physician-video process; Taurus Meds advertises a lower starting price but leaves more details to confirm. A known or suspected hormone disorder calls for a clinical evaluation.

Here's how Everlife compares with two other online sermorelin programs, checked October 20, 2026:

Everlife sermorelin review table 10: Who should choose something else?
Everlife Hone Health Taurus Meds
Formats Tablet, injection, GHK tablet Injection Confirm at intake
Published sermorelin price From $95/month tablets, $109/month injection or $148.99/month GHK; catalog figures have no stated billing interval $175/mo (labeled "Premium Tier") $79/mo (shown against $179)
Blood work before prescribing Requirements and fees for this offer were not established Its published process starts with a 50+ marker test, $65 (listed at $165) Requirements and fees not established on the offer page
Clinician visit Quiz; live visit for some medications or states, Everlife says Private 1:1 video with a physician, Hone says Online clinician review, Taurus says; confirm live-visit requirements
Pharmacy named on the page checked Yes — Curexa, a disclosed partner Not on its sermorelin page Not on its peptides page
Conditional twelve-payment subtotal, not a complete quote $1,140 at $95/month; $1,308 at $109/month; $1,787.88 at $148.99/month, if unchanged $2,165 for twelve $175 payments plus one $65 test, if required membership is included $948 for twelve $79 payments, if that price continues; additional fees unconfirmed
FDA status Compounded, not approved Hone describes its preparation as compounded and not approved Exact preparation and compounding disclosure not established from this offer

Provider sources: Everlife, Hone Health and Taurus Meds. These are published offer comparisons, not matched prescriptions or tested care experiences.

A few honest notes on this table. Hone's memberships cost $25 (Basic) or $155 (Premium) a month; ask whether the $175 sermorelin price includes membership before you budget. If the $155 Premium membership is extra for all 12 months, it adds $1,860, bringing that illustration to $4,025 before any further charges. Taurus shows $79 against a crossed-out $179; the page does not establish how long that offer lasts. Treat a starting price as an offer whose duration and renewal terms need confirmation.

What to ask Everlife before you pay

Get the exact product, the price for every month, the prescriber's name, and the cancel deadline in writing before your first charge. If Everlife can't answer something important, that's your sign to wait.

Copy this checklist. Fill it in from Everlife's emails and checkout screen. Leave a blank where you don't have an answer — a missing cost is not a free cost.

Your before-you-pay checklist

Everlife sermorelin review table 11: Your before-you-pay checklist
Question Your answer
Exact product: plain tablet, injection, or Sermorelin GHK?
Strength on my prescription (mcg or mg) and exact ingredients
Quantity supplied and how many treatment days the prescription covers
Amount charged today, including any prepaid supply $
Amount and date of each charge for months 2 through 12
Billing every month or every two months?
Any minimum commitment or required prepaid period?
Initial lab tests required and their cost $
Repeat tests, schedule and cost $
Any consultation, membership or follow-up fees not already included? $
Any shipping, supplies or taxes not already included? $
How long does my offer or discount last?
Name, credential and license state of my prescriber
Which medical group wrote the prescription?
Pharmacy filling it (and its address)
Is this prescription available in my state?
What monitoring will I need, including IGF-1 if appropriate, and when?
When must I request a refill or complete a follow-up to avoid a gap?
My next charge date and shipment date
My confirmed cancel-by date, including fulfillment cutoffs
When does my order become non-refundable?
How do I request my medical records, and is there a fee?

To figure out your first-year cost: add every charge you'll see in the first 12 months, plus any lab or visit fees. Include separate membership, shipping, supplies and taxes where they apply, and subtract only confirmed discounts. Count prepaid amounts once; do not add the same covered months again. If one of those numbers is missing, your total isn't complete yet.

Five questions to send Everlife support

  1. What will I pay each month after the first, for this exact product, strength and supply? Is there a minimum commitment or prepaid period?
  2. Which medical group and which clinician will write my prescription?
  3. Has Curexa resolved the issues in FDA's 2023 warning letter? Can you share current quality testing for my product?
  4. Is there any published study showing how much of your sublingual tablet is absorbed?
  5. What monitoring does the clinician recommend, including IGF-1 if appropriate, and what will it cost?

Got clear answers and still want to go ahead? That's a decision you made with your eyes open.

How we checked Everlife

We read Everlife's sales pages, catalog, FAQ, How It Works page, and full terms on October 20, 2026. We read its medical-group disclosures, checked the disclosed pharmacy against FDA records, reviewed its Trustpilot profile, and traced its research citations through accessible abstracts or full texts. We did not buy or take the product.

This page follows How We Review TRT Providers. That method separates four kinds of information, and so did we:

  • Verified facts — things we confirmed in an official source, like FDA records and the prices and terms Everlife displays. Confirming a published statement does not independently confirm that a service is delivered as described.
  • Provider-stated facts — things Everlife says that we couldn't independently check, like "100,000+ patients."
  • Customer-experience signals — what reviewers report. Useful for spotting patterns. Not proof of safety or results.
  • Our editorial conclusions — judgments like "injected-treatment findings do not establish tablet benefits," based on the facts above.

We also calculated clearly labeled payment scenarios, checked the underlying abstracts and available full texts, and compared the same named testimonials across Everlife's own pages.

Limits of this review

We didn't complete a checkout, so we could not establish the renewal price for a specific offer. We didn't test a product batch, contact support, or test cancellation. One linked PDF could not be opened, and some journal sources were available only as abstracts. Our four-preview comparison came from Trustpilot's featured reviews, not a random sample. We also read the specific attributable posts and provider-hosted cards discussed above. We did not verify an assigned clinician's active license, a patient-specific pharmacy assignment or state-by-state availability of each preparation. Prices and policies can change after the date above.

Read our Editorial Standards and Privacy Policy, or send a correction with the source and date.

Everlife sermorelin FAQ

Everlife's public pages answer some buying questions, but they do not settle your exact renewal price, testing plan or the tablets' benefits. These answers separate the company's stated process from the evidence for the product.

Is Everlife MD legit?

Everlife has an active public telehealth offering. Its pages require a prescription, name a partner pharmacy (Curexa in New Jersey), and name medical groups in its terms. Those are checkable disclosures, not independent verification of the clinician assigned to you or proof that the tablet works. "Legit" doesn't mean the product works or the price is final — check those separately. Everlife FAQ · Terms.

Is Everlife sermorelin FDA-approved?

No. Everlife's sermorelin is compounded and not FDA-approved. Geref was historically approved as an injection; that does not approve today's compounded tablets. Everlife's own fine print says sermorelin is not approved for anti-aging, body composition, or performance. FDA compounding guidance · Geref history.

How much is Everlife sermorelin after the first month?

We could not establish the renewal amount for a specific offer from the public pages reviewed. Its catalog lists sermorelin at $135 and Sermorelin GHK at $149.99 without a billing interval; those are not confirmed renewal rates. An anonymous testimonial mentions 189 at refill before a discount, but does not identify the supply period or current renewal terms. Ask support for your exact renewal price in writing. Price map.

Do sermorelin tablets work as well as injections?

The sources we checked did not establish that Everlife's tablets work as well as injections or verify human absorption for the exact tablet. Ask the prescriber what evidence supports the preparation being offered. The study comparison explains why injected-treatment results do not settle the tablet question.

What is in Everlife Sermorelin GHK?

Everlife's page lists sermorelin (500 or 1,000 mcg), GHK/GHK-Cu (2 mg), and L-citrulline (50 mg) in one under-the-tongue tablet. It uses both GHK and GHK-Cu labels, so confirm the exact ingredient form and selected strength on the prescription. It's a compounded blend, and we did not verify a published human study of the exact blend in the sources checked. Everlife GHK page.

Do I need blood work for Everlife sermorelin?

We could not confirm the bloodwork requirements or fees for this exact offer. Everlife's FAQ allows labs when required; its general How It Works page describes testing and follow-up, but does not establish that those services are included in this sermorelin price. Ask which tests your clinician requires and what initial and repeat testing will cost. Testing details.

How long does sermorelin take to work?

Everlife says some people notice changes in 1–2 months and bigger changes in 3–6 months. That's the company's claim. The reviewer quoted above described roughly four weeks for Sermorelin GHK, not a tested timeline for plain tablets. The 2001 article summarized six-month injection studies; it does not establish a reliable timeline for Everlife's tablets. Everlife's claim · Reviewer · Research abstract.

How do I cancel my Everlife subscription?

Cancel in your account, email support@everlifemd.com, or call (800) 591-0354 — at least 48 hours before your next payment. Also check the shipment date and whether processing has begun: the Terms bar cancellation or refund once a prescription is processed and at the pharmacy. Save written confirmation. Cancellation table.

Can I use HSA or FSA money for Everlife?

Everlife says most treatments are HSA/FSA-eligible and provides itemized receipts. Your plan administrator makes the final call on reimbursement. Everlife FAQ.

Which pharmacy fills Everlife prescriptions?

Everlife names Curexa, at 3007 Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, as a partner pharmacy. Confirm which pharmacy will fill your prescription. The FDA sent that facility a warning letter in 2023 about insanitary conditions found in a 2022 inspection. That historical letter does not establish current product conditions. Pharmacy record.

Does Everlife ship to every state?

Everlife lists all 50 states plus Washington, DC for its services. That is a provider-stated service area, not confirmation that every sermorelin preparation is available in every state. Everlife says some medications or states require a short live visit; confirm your location and exact prescription before paying. Everlife FAQ.

Is sermorelin the same as HGH?

No. HGH is growth hormone itself. Sermorelin signals your pituitary gland to release more of your own growth hormone. They're different drugs with different rules.

Can I take sermorelin with TRT?

Only under a clinician who knows about both and is monitoring you. They work on different hormones. Don't combine them on your own.

Is a consultation a guarantee I'll get a prescription?

No. A clinician decides whether sermorelin is appropriate for you. Everlife says there is no medication charge if treatment is not approved; its Terms permit card preauthorization. Everlife FAQ · Terms.

What is the verdict on Everlife sermorelin?

Everlife publishes a prescription service with a named partner pharmacy and strong company reviews, but we did not verify human evidence for its exact tablets. The $95 price is a starting point, not a promise. Its disclosed partner pharmacy has a historical FDA warning letter, and your exact renewal, testing and monitoring plan still need confirmation.

If you still want to discuss Everlife with a clinician, get the renewal price and testing plan in writing, then ask what supports the exact formulation for you. If Everlife cannot answer a question that matters to you, you can wait or use the alternatives above. If your real question is testosterone, start there instead.
