Sermorelin Online: Best Providers, Real Costs & What to Verify

Yes, you can get sermorelin online through telehealth programs that require clinician review and, if prescribed, use compounded sermorelin. No FDA-approved sermorelin product is currently marketed in the U.S. We checked five current online programs on October 9, 2026; calculable year-one estimates ran from about $1,428 to $3,485, depending on the provider and care level.

Hone also publishes different sermorelin prices depending on whether you use its standalone async route or a membership route.

The right pick changes if you want the lowest price, want labs first, want to avoid needles, or haven't had your testosterone checked. If you have a cancer or tumor history, diabetes or thyroid disease, are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, or compete in drug-tested sport, don't treat a comparison page as clearance to start — those issues need clinician review, and WADA prohibits sermorelin in tested sport.

Best for: adults who want a clinician-prescribed growth-hormone-releasing peptide, understand the evidence is limited, and are paying cash.

Not for you if: you're really trying to fix low testosterone (see our TRT treatment options), you're trying to diagnose growth hormone deficiency yourself, you compete in drug-tested sport, or you were planning to buy "research use only" vials. If you have a cancer or tumor history, diabetes or thyroid disease, or are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to become pregnant, get individual medical guidance before considering sermorelin.

TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.

Sermorelin is not TRT. We cover it because several men's-health platforms sell it right next to testosterone — which makes the two easy to confuse.

Can you legally get prescription sermorelin online?

Telehealth programs currently offer clinician-prescribed compounded sermorelin, but a prescription alone does not prove that every compounded product complies with every federal and state compounding rule. FDA rules for drug compounding under sections 503A and 503B limit when pharmacies and outsourcing facilities may compound from bulk drug substances. We therefore compare the care pathway and disclosures, but we do not certify a pharmacy's legal compliance from a marketing page alone.

A typical telehealth pathway looks like this:

  1. You fill out an intake. Health history, medications, goals.
  2. A licensed clinician reviews it. Sometimes by video, often by message only.
  3. If it's appropriate, they write a prescription. Approval is never guaranteed.
  4. A pharmacy compounds and dispenses it. The pharmacy, shipping and storage details depend on the program and product.
  5. You get follow-up. Messaging, check-ins, sometimes repeat labs.

Why "research peptide" sermorelin is a different product

Some websites sell sermorelin vials stamped "for research use only" or "not for human consumption." There's no prescriber, no patient-specific pharmacy and no one checking whether it's right for you.

The label by itself does not shield a seller when the surrounding evidence shows intended human use. In a December 10, 2024 warning letter to Xcel Research LLC, the FDA listed "SERMORELIN" among products it said were unapproved new drugs offered for human use.

A $40 vial with no prescriber isn't a cheaper version of what we compare here. It's a different risk.

Why clinics sell sermorelin instead of growth hormone

Federal law specifically restricts distribution of human growth hormone for unapproved uses (21 U.S.C. §333(e)). The FDA also states that it has not authorized HGH for anti-aging, bodybuilding or athletic enhancement (FDA Import Alert 66-71). Sermorelin is a GHRH analog that signals the pituitary to release growth hormone; it is not itself HGH. That HGH-specific statute does not make sermorelin FDA-approved or validate anti-aging claims.

Before you go further: is this really a sermorelin question?

A lot of men land on sermorelin while trying to fix tiredness, low drive, poor sleep or a growing waistline. Those symptoms overlap heavily with low testosterone, which has its own tests and its own FDA-approved treatments.

The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

Is sermorelin FDA-approved?

No FDA-approved sermorelin product is currently marketed in the U.S. Geref had FDA approvals for pediatric growth-hormone deficiency and for diagnostic testing — not adult anti-aging use — and both approvals were withdrawn effective June 18, 2009 at the sponsor's request. The telehealth prescription products compared here are compounded, and FDA does not approve compounded drugs before marketing the way it approves finished drug products.

Several pages that rank for this search get this wrong. Here's the record, straight from the source documents.

Sermorelin regulatory status card

Sermorelin online table 2: Sermorelin regulatory status card
Question Answer Source
Is any sermorelin FDA-approved today? No. Geref had two approvals: a diagnostic product (approved December 28, 1990) and a treatment for growth hormone deficiency in children (approved September 26, 1997). FDA withdrew both effective June 18, 2009. Federal Register, 78 FR 14095 (2013), citing 74 FR 23407 (2009)
Was it pulled for safety reasons? No. In 2013 the FDA determined Geref was not withdrawn for safety or effectiveness reasons. The maker stopped selling it; nobody has brought an approved version back. Same
Was it ever approved for adults or anti-aging? No. Pediatric treatment and diagnostic testing only. Same
Is it federally scheduled as a controlled substance? We found no sermorelin listing on the DEA's federal schedules as of October 9, 2026. Testosterone, by contrast, is Schedule III. DEA controlled substance schedules
Is it allowed in sport? No. It's named on the World Anti-Doping Agency's 2026 Prohibited List (section S2.2.4) and banned at all times. WADA Prohibited List

Three claims you'll see that aren't true

  • "Sermorelin is an FDA-approved peptide." It was — for children, until 2009. It isn't now.
  • "Sermorelin is FDA-approved for adult growth hormone deficiency." It never was.
  • "Sermorelin is federally scheduled like testosterone." We found no sermorelin listing on the DEA schedules in our October 9, 2026 check.

If a site gets these wrong, be careful trusting the rest of what it tells you.

What "compounded" means, in plain English

A compounded drug is prepared under federal and state compounding rules rather than marketed under an FDA approval for that finished product. Section 503A and 503B place different limits on which bulk drug substances may be used and under what conditions. FDA-approved means the FDA reviewed that finished drug product for safety, effectiveness and manufacturing quality for its approved use. Compounded sermorelin has not gone through that finished-product approval process, so nobody can honestly call it "FDA-approved," "generic Geref" or "the same as" an approved drug.

Best sermorelin providers online: how the programs compare

No single program wins on everything. Strut Health shows the lowest listed-price 12-month estimate for injections among the programs in this table. Sermorelin.com is the only program we checked that names its dispensing pharmacy and its medical group. Hone Health is the only one that lets you start without a membership and later add labs or broader hormone care on the same platform. Taurus shows the lowest sticker price but leaves out the details you'd need to judge it.

We compared every program on the same questions. Here's the detail behind the quick table.

How much does sermorelin cost online?

Online sermorelin stickers run $79 for an introductory month to $199 month to month, while the verified year-one totals we could calculate ranged from $1,428 to $3,485. The gap reflects intro pricing, memberships, labs, plan length and what care is bundled; medication strength and format may differ too. None of the programs in our comparison presents itself as an insurance-billed sermorelin program, and some say HSA or FSA funds may be usable.

Year-one cost ledger

Basis: 12 months on the listed plan, plus any required start-up or membership fee shown on the provider's own page. Hone, Strut, AgelessRx and Sermorelin.com state that shipping is free. We did not confirm a Taurus shipping charge, so no shipping amount is added to its estimate. Taxes are excluded.

Sermorelin online table 4: Year-one cost ledger
Program and route The math Year one
Strut Health — injection, auto-refill $119 listed starting price × 12 $1,428 at the starting price; final consultation price may vary
AgelessRx — 3-month plan $99 first month + $149 × 11 $1,738
Sermorelin.com — 6-month plan $149 × 12 $1,788
Hone — Basic membership $50 start + $25 × 11 + $130 × 12 $1,885
Sermorelin.com — 3-month plan $169 × 12 $2,028
Hone — no membership (async) $175 × 12 $2,100
Sermorelin.com — monthly $199 × 12 $2,388
Hone — Premium membership $220 start + $155 × 11 + $130 × 12 $3,485
Taurus — using the page's $79 first month and $179 displayed regular price $79 + $179 × 11 About $2,048 + any fees not shown

What this tells you: the cheapest month isn't always the cheapest year, and the price gap reflects both plan structure and what care is wrapped around the medication. Hone's Premium route costs the most in this ledger because it includes comprehensive labs every six months and live physician consults. Strut shows the lowest calculable year for its listed injection price.

The same treatment, multiple Hone prices

Here's the Hone situation we mentioned at the top. Hone's current product page lists $175/month. Its async-care help article lists $175/month without membership and $130/month with membership, while Hone's medication-availability page says sermorelin is available through Basic and Premium membership. The storefront also shows a $130 Sermorelin Subscription.

None of this is hidden. It's spread across different parts of Hone's site. The practical point is simpler than the draft made it sound: Hone has a standalone $175 async path and a lower published $130 member price, while the membership itself adds a separate monthly fee. Compare the full care path, not just the medication line.

Sermorelin.com $149/mo headline $149 requires the 6-month plan; monthly is $199 "What are the refund terms if I stop early?"
Strut "Starting at $119" on auto-refill, "Save 18%" The price without auto-refill, and the price at higher doses "What's my price at the dose you'd prescribe?"
Taurus $79 first month; $179 also shown The page does not spell out the full renewal, lab or cancellation path "Is $179 my month-two price, and what other required fees apply?"

Hone Health sermorelin: the most flexible platform we checked

Hone sells compounded sermorelin injections through a $175/month no-membership async path and publishes a $130/month member price, with membership fees billed separately. It's the only program we checked where you can start with medication only and later add comprehensive labs, live physician visits or testosterone care without switching companies.

Here's the honest tradeoff. Hone's no-membership route does not include labs or a live video visit — a Hone-affiliated physician reviews your written intake, and that's it. If testing before treatment is your priority, Hone's own Basic membership ($25/month, labs every six months) or your primary care doctor is the better fit. But because the no-membership route skips those steps, you aren't charged unless a physician approves you, there's no membership to cancel, and approved orders ship within four business days.

What Hone verifies on its own pages

  • Medication: sermorelin, subcutaneous injection, clearly labeled as compounded and not FDA-approved.
  • No-membership (async) route: buy, verify your ID, complete the intake, physician review. No payment until approval. Approved orders ship within four business days.
  • Membership routes: Basic $25/month (labs every six months; live consults optional at $75 for men) and Premium $155/month (labs and live consults included) are the membership tiers Hone's medication-availability page lists for sermorelin. Plus is a TRT-focused tier. Medications are billed separately.
  • Contraindications Hone lists: men with a history of epilepsy, untreated hypothyroidism or high blood sugar should avoid it. Hone also warns about cancer history, diabetes and untreated thyroid disorders, and says sermorelin may worsen insulin resistance or cause fluid retention and joint pain.
  • Timeline Hone states: effects are usually felt in two to six months. That's Hone's claim, not a guarantee.
  • State availability: varies by medication. Check Hone's state list before you start.

What to confirm before you pay

  1. What your total monthly charge will be after the medication price and membership fee are combined.
  2. Whether sermorelin is available in your state today.
  3. Which pharmacy will compound and ship it.
  4. When your next charge hits and how to cancel before it.

If one platform for sermorelin now — and labs or hormone care later — fits what you're after, check Hone's sermorelin availability in your state and start the intake →

Taurus sermorelin: lowest first-month partner price, but get the full renewal path

Taurus currently lists sermorelin at $79 for the first month and also displays $179 as the regular price. Its current sermorelin page identifies the product as an injection in its page images, says it ships from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and now carries an explicit disclaimer that these therapies are not FDA-approved. That is clearer than the version reflected in the earlier draft.

The remaining gap is the full care and renewal path. The page does not name the dispensing pharmacy, spell out required labs or visits, or clearly state the complete month-two-and-beyond charge and cancellation terms in the copy we could verify. Using the displayed $179 as the renewal price would put a 12-month medication estimate at about $2,048, before any other required fees.

If you're already a Taurus patient or the first-month price is the deciding factor, get three answers in writing before paying: your month-two price, any required lab or visit fees, and the pharmacy that will fill the prescription. More context: Taurus Meds reviews · Taurus cancellation policy.

The non-partner programs worth knowing

Three programs we don't earn from deserve a close look. Strut has the lowest listed-price 12-month estimate. Sermorelin.com is the most transparent about who's involved. AgelessRx has clear disclosures and a clean sermorelin-specific setup. We link to them plainly because, for some readers, they're the better fit.

Strut Health — lowest listed-price 12-month estimate

  • Injectable sermorelin from $119/month on auto-refill ("Save 18%"). An oral lozenge is sold separately.
  • Free online MD visit, free follow-up care, free shipping, cancel anytime (all provider-stated).
  • Clearly says compounded medications aren't FDA-approved. One line in its disclaimer says "active ingredients used are FDA approved," which doesn't fit sermorelin, whose approvals ended in 2009.
  • Not for anyone under 18.

Sermorelin.com — most transparent about who's involved

  • $199/month, $169 on a 3-month plan, $149 on a 6-month plan. Injection and oral dissolving tablet are the same price.
  • Names its pharmacy (SmartScripts / PerfectRx, Flower Mound, Texas) and its medical group (Wasef Health, PC). No other program we checked did both.
  • Not charged unless a doctor approves. Money-back guarantee on the 6-month plan (covers months two through six — read the terms).
  • Says it serves all U.S. states.
  • Heads-up: its own testimonials include weight-loss and body-change claims. Treat those as stories, not evidence.

AgelessRx — clean, sermorelin-specific setup

  • $99 for the first month, then $149/month on the 3-month plan, billed in full. A sermorelin nasal spray starts at $149/month.
  • 100% online with an in-house U.S.-licensed provider; unlimited messaging and dose adjustments; free shipping; pause or cancel anytime.
  • Clear statement that compounded products aren't FDA-reviewed or approved.
  • Only for adults 30 and older.
  • Its "90% saw noticeable results" figure comes from a self-reported survey of 392 approved customers — useful as customer feedback, not proof the medicine works.

Injection vs. oral, troche, sublingual or nasal: which works?

The human efficacy studies cited in this guide used injections under the skin. During this audit, we did not identify comparable published human efficacy evidence showing that the oral, troche, sublingual or nasal products sold by these telehealth programs raise GH or IGF-1 to the same degree as the studied injected GHRH analogs.

That does not prove non-injected forms do nothing. It means the evidence base for those provider-sold forms is much thinner than for the injected forms studied in the older literature.

If needles are the dealbreaker, ask any program selling an oral or nasal form two questions:

  1. "What human data shows this form raises IGF-1?" (IGF-1, or insulin-like growth factor 1, is the blood marker most often used to see whether growth hormone signaling went up.)
  2. "Will you check my IGF-1 to see if it's doing anything?"

A program that can't answer either is asking you to pay on faith.

Does sermorelin actually work?

Small studies of older adults found that injected GHRH or GHRH analogs can raise growth hormone and IGF-1. In the 1997 randomized trial cited below, 16 weeks of a GHRH analog increased lean body mass and insulin sensitivity in men but not women, while sleep quality was unchanged in both groups. The research is small, old and not a direct trial of today's compounded telehealth products. No large trial establishes sermorelin as an anti-aging treatment or guarantees better energy, sleep or body composition.

Here's what the studies actually measured.

Sermorelin online table 7: Does sermorelin actually work?
Study Who What they got What changed What didn't
Corpas et al., 1992 Healthy older men GHRH(1-29) injections twice a day for 14 days Growth hormone and IGF-1 rose toward young-adult levels Too short to measure body changes
Khorram et al., 1997 Older men and women Nightly injections of a GHRH analog for 16 weeks Skin thickness up in both sexes; lean body mass and insulin sensitivity up in men only Weight, blood pressure, bone density and other body measures unchanged
Review in Endocrine Normal aging GHRH and related secretagogues Can raise IGF-1 and lean mass over months Physical function not consistently better; one short-acting regimen didn't improve sleep. The authors concluded the results don't yet support routine use in normal aging.

Our read: injected GHRH analogs can move GH and IGF-1 markers, but translating that into a reliable consumer outcome is a much weaker claim. Provider timelines such as “you may notice X in Y weeks” should be treated as provider claims, not guaranteed trial-backed outcomes.

How long programs say it takes (all provider claims): Hone says two to six months. AgelessRx says some people notice changes in four to six weeks, with more pronounced changes at three to six months. Strut says weeks for some effects and many months for body changes.

How do you know if low growth hormone is actually the problem?

Fatigue, slow recovery, poor sleep or a bigger waist don't diagnose growth hormone deficiency. Growth hormone is released in pulses, so a single random blood level means very little. Real adult growth hormone deficiency is usually diagnosed with stimulation testing — a supervised test that measures how your pituitary responds — ordered by an endocrinologist.

That's the standard in the Endocrine Society's adult growth hormone deficiency guideline and in lab reference guidance from Labcorp, which notes random GH levels are generally not useful for diagnosis. A normal or low IGF-1 on its own doesn't settle the question either.

We did not find growth-hormone stimulation testing in the public care pathways of the online programs we checked. Their wellness-prescribing process is therefore not the same thing as a formal adult growth-hormone-deficiency diagnosis. Know which question you are paying to answer.

See an endocrinologist first if you have:

  • A known pituitary or brain tumor, or past pituitary surgery
  • Radiation to the head
  • More than one pituitary hormone problem (thyroid, adrenal, reproductive)
  • Childhood growth hormone deficiency
  • A serious head injury

Not sure which specialist? See urologist vs. endocrinologist for hormone problems.

Sermorelin side effects — and who shouldn't take it

The programs we checked list injection-site pain or redness, headache, flushing, dizziness and nausea among possible side effects. Their safety pages also flag blood-sugar issues, thyroid interactions and cancer or tumor concerns. These are provider safety statements, not a current FDA-approved sermorelin label. If any of those issues apply to you, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to become pregnant, get individual medical guidance rather than relying on a provider comparison. Tested athletes should also know that WADA prohibits sermorelin at all times.

Sermorelin online table 8: Sermorelin side effects — and who shouldn't take it

Injection-site pain, redness or swelling; headache; flushing; nausea; dizziness Hone, Strut, AgelessRx

These are the companies' own safety lists, not an FDA label — because there is no current FDA label for sermorelin.

Get emergency help right away if you have hives with trouble breathing, or swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat after a dose. Those are signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Fertility: the programs we checked tell women not to use sermorelin during pregnancy or when trying to conceive. None published guidance on men's fertility. If you're trying to have a child, raise it before you start — and if you're weighing testosterone instead, read how TRT affects fertility first, because testosterone can lower sperm production.

Sermorelin vs. TRT vs. HGH: which one do you actually need?

They're three different things. Sermorelin is a GHRH analog that signals your pituitary gland to release growth hormone. TRT replaces testosterone and has FDA-approved products for specific testosterone-deficiency indications. Prescription HGH has FDA-approved uses, including certain cases of adult growth hormone deficiency, while federal law restricts distribution of HGH for unapproved uses such as anti-aging.

Sermorelin online table 9: Sermorelin vs. TRT vs. HGH: which one do you actually need?
Sermorelin TRT (testosterone) Prescription HGH
What it does Signals your pituitary to release growth hormone Replaces testosterone Replaces growth hormone directly
FDA status today No approved product; compounded only FDA-approved products exist; compounded versions also sold FDA-approved for specific diagnoses
Diagnostic standard Online sermorelin wellness programs use their own clinician-evaluation criteria; that is not the same as diagnosing GHD Guidelines call for compatible symptoms/signs plus consistently low testosterone confirmed with appropriate repeat morning testing Suspected adult GHD usually requires stimulation testing, with limited exceptions
Federal scheduling / distribution Sermorelin is not listed on DEA's federal controlled-substance schedules as of this check Testosterone is Schedule III HGH is not scheduled under the Controlled Substances Act, but federal law separately restricts distribution for unapproved human uses

8 questions to ask any sermorelin program before you pay

These eight questions separate a real medical program from a checkout page. If a program can't answer most of them in writing, keep looking.

  1. What form is it — injection, oral, troche, sublingual or nasal — and what human data supports that form?
  2. What's my total monthly price at the dose you'd prescribe, including any membership?
  3. Is the first-month price an intro? What's month two?
  4. Which labs do you run before prescribing, and how often after?
  5. Which pharmacy compounds it, and is it a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility?
  6. Will I talk to a clinician live, or is it a written intake review?
  7. How do I cancel, and how many days before renewal?
  8. If I have side effects, who do I contact, and how fast do they answer?

Sermorelin prices and plans shown by Hone, Strut, AgelessRx, Sermorelin.com and Taurus; that we found no current Male Excel sermorelin offer; that we found no Henry Meds sermorelin page; each program's compounded/FDA disclosure wording; Hone's async and membership pricing in its help center; Sermorelin.com's named pharmacy and medical group; the Federal Register Geref withdrawal record; the FDA warning letter naming sermorelin; FDA's current 503A/503B compounding rules; WADA's 2026 list Benefits and result timelines; "cancel anytime," "free MD visit" and money-back terms; state coverage; physician credentials; side-effect and contraindication lists The dispensing pharmacy for Hone, Strut, AgelessRx and Taurus; state-by-state sermorelin availability for most programs; Taurus's complete renewal, lab and cancellation path

What we didn't do: we didn't enroll as patients, receive or test any medication, or verify anyone's results. Where a company doesn't publish a fact, we say so instead of guessing.

We also checked several other programs that sell sermorelin. We left them out of the tables because we couldn't confirm their current prices on their own pages as of October 9, 2026.

How we compared online sermorelin programs

We used How We Review TRT Providers and applied the same evidence-first rules to sermorelin. That method keeps four kinds of information separate: verified facts, provider-stated facts, customer-experience signals and our editorial conclusions. It calculates complete cost instead of repeating a teaser price. We compared each program on the clinician step, labs, calculated year-one cost, medication form, compounding disclosure, pharmacy transparency, support, cancellation and how accurately it describes sermorelin. We don't give star ratings or numeric scores. Found an error? Tell us.

Frequently asked questions

Can you get sermorelin online?

Yes. Telehealth programs connect you with a licensed clinician who reviews your health information and, if appropriate, prescribes compounded sermorelin that a pharmacy ships to you. Approval isn't guaranteed.

Do you need a prescription for sermorelin?

The telehealth programs compared here require clinician review and a prescription before a pharmacy dispenses compounded sermorelin. A "research use only" seller with no prescriber is not equivalent to that medical pathway, and the FDA has named sermorelin in a warning letter to one seller whose products it found were intended for human use.

Is sermorelin FDA-approved?

No. Geref, the only approved sermorelin, was approved for children and for diagnostic testing, and the FDA withdrew both approvals effective June 18, 2009. Today's sermorelin is compounded and not FDA-approved.

Is sermorelin a controlled substance or a steroid?

Sermorelin is not listed on the DEA's federal controlled-substance schedules as of this check, and it is not an anabolic steroid. It is a peptide that signals the pituitary gland.

Is sermorelin the same as HGH?

No. HGH is growth hormone itself. Sermorelin prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone.

Is sermorelin TRT?

No. TRT replaces testosterone. Sermorelin works on the growth hormone system. Some platforms sell both, but one doesn't replace the other.

How much does sermorelin cost per month?

In our October 2026 check, provider pages showed $79 as a first-month price at the low end and $199 for a monthly plan at the high end among the programs compared. Calculable 12-month estimates ran from about $1,428 at Strut's listed starting price to $3,485 for Hone's Premium route, before any unconfirmed fees.

Does insurance cover sermorelin?

None of the programs in our comparison presents its sermorelin service as an insurance-billed benefit. Several advertise cash-pay pricing and some say HSA or FSA funds may be usable. Your own plan administrator decides whether a particular expense is eligible.

Does oral sermorelin work as well as injections?

The human efficacy studies cited in this guide used injected GHRH or GHRH analogs. We did not identify comparable published human efficacy evidence for the provider-sold oral, sublingual or nasal forms during this audit, so we would not assume they work the same.

How long does sermorelin take to work?

Programs claim anywhere from a few weeks to six months. Those are marketing timelines, not trial results, and some people notice little or nothing.

What labs should I get before sermorelin?

There's no official lab checklist for sermorelin in healthy adults. Programs that test usually check IGF-1, blood sugar, thyroid and general health markers. Diagnosing true growth hormone deficiency takes stimulation testing with an endocrinologist.

Can I take sermorelin with TRT?

Some platforms offer both. Whether it makes sense for you is a decision for your prescriber, who should know about every medication you take.

Can women take sermorelin?

Some programs prescribe it to women. This page compares programs mainly from a men's-health angle. Strut and AgelessRx tell patients not to use their sermorelin programs during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or when trying to conceive; anyone in those situations should get individual medical guidance.

Is sermorelin banned in sports?

Yes. It's named on the World Anti-Doping Agency's 2026 Prohibited List and banned at all times.

Do I have to cycle sermorelin?

Programs handle this differently. Your prescriber decides your schedule; we don't give dosing or cycling instructions.

What's the cheapest sermorelin option in this comparison?

In our October 9, 2026 check, Strut Health had the lowest listed-price 12-month injection estimate at $1,428 using its $119 starting price, although Strut says final pricing is determined after consultation. Taurus showed a lower $79 first-month price and a $179 regular price, which would be about $2,048 over 12 months if that regular price is the renewal price.
