Gameday Men's Health TRT Cost in 2026: What You'll Really Pay
Compare local pricing, billing intervals, included care and first-year examples before requesting a written quote from your Gameday clinic.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Gameday Men's Health TRT cost needs a local quote: we could not verify one nationwide monthly price. For cash-pay, in-person care, compare the renewal price, billing interval, required labs, and medication charges before paying. A free first test is not free ongoing care, and a four-week bill is not a monthly bill. 1, 2, 4

The longer answer comes down to one question to ask at the front desk — and it can add a full extra payment to your year. We'll get to it in a minute.
Gameday is a good fit if you want local, in-person care, you'll pay cash, and there's a location you can reach easily. Its pages advertise on-site testing and clinic or home injection options; confirm what your location offers. 3, 7, 11
Look elsewhere if you need insurance to pay. Pause enrollment if you're trying to have a baby soon or low testosterone hasn't been confirmed with proper testing. You can still seek an evaluation; don't commit to treatment just to get an answer. 11, 14, 16

What we actually verified — September 29, 2026: We checked public provider pages, local offer terms, billing documents, and medical sources. We could not verify a national Gameday membership rate or your local clinic's complete first-year bill. We did not visit a clinic, buy a plan, or contact Gameday staff. See the evidence table and limits.
Your clinic sets your real number. If you're ready to get it, find your nearest location and ask for the quote in writing. Bring the questions at the bottom of this page. → Find a Gameday clinic near you (Gameday's official location finder. Not an affiliate link.)
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.
This page is educational information, not medical advice. It doesn't diagnose low testosterone or tell you whether treatment is right for you. For chest pain, severe trouble breathing, fainting, or stroke symptoms, get emergency help. A new painful, swollen leg needs prompt medical assessment; breathing symptoms or chest pain with it are an emergency. 38, 39
How much does Gameday Men's Health TRT cost per month?
Gameday does not provide a current national monthly rate we could verify from its treatment page. Because each Gameday clinic is independently owned, get your clinic's price, inclusions, and billing interval in writing. A local promotion is not a guaranteed renewal price. 1, 4
Here's what we found when we lined up the national page, local cost pages, and one marketplace offer.
The national treatment page. Gameday lists testosterone cypionate injections, testosterone pellets, and Clomid/enclomiphene at select clinics. We could not verify a current $199 price for any of them on that page. Clomid and enclomiphene do not contain testosterone and are not TRT. 1, 36
The fine print. Gameday's site says prices and services may vary by location and may change without warning. That's not a trick. It's how franchises work. Its terms identify Ream Franchise Group LLC in Carlsbad, California, as the website operator. The national site says medical services come from independently owned and operated clinics. Gameday says there are more than 400 of them in the U.S. and Canada. 1, 5, 45
What the Stone Oak clinic publishes now. The San Antonio clinic's current page advertises on-site testing and care, but we could not confirm the $199 all-inclusive offer or the no-long-term-contract promise from the previously cited pricing article; that article was unavailable when checked. Ask the clinic for its current terms instead of treating an old offer as a benchmark. 3
What a Houston clinic's listing shows. A Groupon listing for Gameday's Eldridge/West Oaks clinic sells intro packages in four-week blocks. The listing showed $249 as a reference value and $134.10 as a promotional price, before any further checkout code, when checked. It also says a quarterly lab fee is required for ongoing treatment, and home delivery of medication costs $15 per shipment. The lab amount and ongoing renewal price are not stated. 4
So is it $199 or $249? Neither number is a confirmed ongoing quote for your clinic. That's the point.
One bit of good news. Gameday's Roseville cost page says its month-to-month plan isn't tied to your testosterone dose. If your clinician changes your dose, that page says the plan price stays the same. Confirm that with your clinic. 2
What does the Gameday TRT price include?
Gameday advertises a free first consultation and testosterone test, but that does not establish which later charges are included. Your local quote needs to separate medication, visits, repeat diagnostic testing, and ongoing monitoring. We could not verify one national all-inclusive package. 2, 3, 4
Gameday promotes fast, in-person visits and on-site testing. Its injection page says shots can be done in the clinic or at home. A fast first visit does not replace repeat diagnostic testing on a separate morning when needed. 3, 7, 14
That choice can change your cost. The Houston listing says in-clinic shots cost nothing extra, while shipping medication home adds $15 each time. 4
Have the clinic mark each item included or extra
- First consultation and an in-house blood draw
- A visit with a clinician; ask for their name and license
- The testosterone itself
- Ongoing monitoring and clinician-directed dose adjustments
Ask before you assume it's included
- Follow-up labs. How often, which tests, and the price of any extra draw. One Gameday patient reported paying about $200 each for two extra lab draws on a prepaid plan. That is a customer report, not a verified fee schedule. 25
- Outside lab results. One reviewer said a San Diego clinic wouldn't accept his recent Labcorp results and required new in-house labs for a fee. Ask your clinic's rule. 25
- Add-on medicines. Things like hCG or anastrozole, if your clinician suggests them.
- Shipping and supplies if you inject at home.
- Other menu items. Gameday clinics also sell peptides, vitamin shots, IV therapy, shockwave, and weight-loss programs. Those are separate services. Don't let them ride into a TRT quote unless you asked for them. 45
Is the testosterone at Gameday compounded?
It depends on how you get care, and we could not verify the exact product used for in-clinic injections. Two terms first:
- FDA-approved means the FDA reviewed that exact product for safety, effectiveness, and quality before it was sold. 12
- Compounded means a drug is made or changed to meet a particular medical need. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they're sold. 12
Gameday's telehealth FAQ says its telehealth service uses only compounded medications. It lists contacts for Belmar Pharmacy in Odessa, Florida, and OpenLoop Health in Des Moines, Iowa. That contact list does not establish which licensed pharmacy would dispense your prescription, and it is not enough to identify OpenLoop itself as the dispensing pharmacy. For in-clinic injections, ask the clinic for the exact product and dispenser. 6
Kyzatrex, an oral option Gameday advertises, is a brand-name FDA-approved testosterone product. Its approval does not apply to a compounded testosterone preparation, and its price needs a separate local quote. 9, 13
Ask this, word for word: "Is my testosterone a compounded preparation or a commercial FDA-approved product, and which pharmacy fills it?"
Walk in knowing what to ask. Our free quote checklist helps turn a sales visit into a written quote you can compare. It's four numbers and ten questions. → Jump to the Gameday quote checklist
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
Find My TRT Path is educational. It doesn't diagnose low testosterone, decide if you qualify for treatment, or guarantee a prescription.
What will Gameday TRT cost in the first year?
Your first-year cost depends on your clinic's written price and the dates it charges you. For illustration, a $199 calendar-month payment totals $2,388 across 12 payments, while 13 four-week payments total $2,587 for 364 days of care. Those are billing examples, not verified Gameday rates; separate required charges still belong in the total.
Here's the question we promised. Ask your clinic: "Is this billed monthly, or every four weeks?"
It sounds like the same thing. It isn't.
A calendar year is not exactly 52 weeks. Thirteen four-week periods cover 364 days, while 12 four-week periods cover only 336 days. That's an extra payment compared with 12 calendar-month payments — and advance billing can put one more charge just before the anniversary. One Trustpilot reviewer reported three-to-four-week billing, and the Houston listing sells four-week packages; neither establishes your renewal schedule. 4, 25
Example costs by billing pattern — not a Gameday price list
| Billing pattern in a hypothetical quote | Price per charge | Payments modeled | Cost for the stated period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calendar-month billing | $199 | 12 monthly payments | $2,388 for 12 months |
| Four-week billing | $199 | 13 four-week payments | $2,587 for 364 days |
| Four-week billing | $249 | 13 four-week payments | $3,237 for 364 days |
These are our arithmetic examples, not a national Gameday range or a complete first-year quote. Use your own recurring rate. Separate labs, shipping, add-ons, and optional services are not included.
One more wrinkle with four-week billing
Count the enrollment payment as day 0. If you pay the first four weeks up front, renewals land on day 28, 56, 84, and so on. The 14th charge lands on day 364 — still inside your first 365 days. That means your bank account can see 14 charges in your first 365 days: $2,786 at a hypothetical $199 per charge, or $3,486 at $249.
To be fair, that 14th payment mostly buys care for the start of year two; it is not a second charge for the same care. But if you're budgeting cash, plan for it. Ask the clinic to list actual charge dates, not just multiply a four-week price by 12.
Your complete cash budget: Add startup charges, every recurring invoice due before your first anniversary, and each required extra for labs, visits, medication, supplies, and shipping. Do not count a bundled service twice. Keep optional services separate, and label the result a known subtotal until every required charge has a price.
Prepaid blocks and auto-renewal
A prepaid block needs its own renewal check. In a February 2026 Trustpilot review, Haciel Cervantes wrote that he paid close to $1,200 for six months and was charged again at month six under an automatic-renewal clause. We did not see his agreement. 25
That's one person's report, not proof of every clinic's policy. Gameday's published service terms separately provide for automatic subscription charges on the schedule shown at checkout. Before you prepay, ask for the renewal date in writing and put it in your calendar. 5
Paying with HSA or FSA money
Gameday says it accepts HSA and FSA funds and describes medically necessary TRT as generally eligible. Its treatment pages note that your plan may require a prescription or a letter of medical necessity, a note from your clinician explaining why you need the treatment. Keep itemized receipts. 8, 10
HSA and FSA funds can provide tax advantages for qualified medical expenses; your actual benefit depends on the account and your tax situation. Check IRS Publication 502, IRS Publication 969, or your plan administrator before you assume a bundled membership qualifies in full.
Got a quote with blanks in it? Blank lines aren't free lines. Plug in what your clinic told you and see your known subtotal. Keep missing required costs visible instead of entering zero. → Estimate your total with our TRT cost calculator
What are you actually paying for at Gameday?
A medication-only price is not the price of a care plan. Gameday's local-care model also involves visits, testing, staff, and follow-up, but we cannot verify how today's fees are divided. A pharmacy coupon and a historical franchise report show different parts of the business, not your clinic's current margin. 2, 22, 23
This isn't a knock on Gameday. It's just useful to know what you're comparing.
The drug alone has a separate price. On GoodRx, a 10 mL vial of generic testosterone cypionate (200 mg/mL) showed a coupon price of $48.79, checked September 29, 2026. How long a vial can be used depends on the prescription and the product's use and discard instructions, so it's not a monthly number. The coupon does not include clinical visits or tests, and it does not tell us what Gameday pays for medication. 22
A historical look at the clinic model. According to Franchise Chatter's summary of Gameday's 2023 franchise disclosure document — the document franchisors give to people buying a franchise — pharmacy and medication was 14.6% of gross revenue at three company-affiliated California clinics in 2022. TRT injections made up 75% to 86% of each clinic's revenue. The summary describes TRT as a monthly membership. That's 2022 data from three clinics, so treat it as a window into the model, not today's numbers everywhere. We read the published summary, not the original filing; those percentages do not show what share of your bill pays for care, overhead, or profit. 23
The free test is the front door. A franchise-marketing page for Gameday on FDD Source says free tests and consultations "allow for large conversions." In plain English, the offer is being pitched to franchise buyers as a way to turn visits into paid business. That's normal business. It just means you should walk in with your questions ready. 24
So what's the takeaway? You're comparing a care plan, not just a vial. If you'll use in-person care — the exam, the on-site labs, a person who gives your shot — those services have value to you. If you don't need local visits, compare an online plan's full cost and follow-up instead. Home injections alone do not mean you have no use for a local clinician. That's the online question, and we answer it below.
Does Gameday Men's Health take insurance?
Gameday describes its care as cash-pay, and its published service terms say the participating practices do not accept commercial insurance or bill Medicare or Medicaid. That does not settle how an outside laboratory or pharmacy would bill you. If you need insurance to cover testosterone therapy, start with an in-network primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist. 5, 11
Gameday's terms put it plainly: you are responsible for the program's charges. They also say claims will not be submitted to Medicare or Medicaid for the covered services. Read the agreement for your selected clinic before paying. 5
Why Gameday skips insurance. Its own blog pitches cash-pay care as a way to avoid insurer approval delays. That is a billing-model claim, not proof that same-day treatment is appropriate. Skipping insurance does not skip the need for a proper evaluation and repeat early-morning testing. 11, 14, 15
When insurance may cost you less. Ask your insurer which clinician visits, diagnostic tests, monitoring, and FDA-approved testosterone products it covers. Then check your deductible, copay or coinsurance, and any prior-authorization rules. Compare that estimate with Gameday's complete local quote, not a medication coupon alone. Our TRT cost guide walks through what to ask your insurer.
Can you get a superbill from Gameday? A superbill is an itemized document you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We did not find a promise that Gameday supplies one. Ask your clinic and insurer; having the document does not guarantee payment. A superbill is not the same as the clinic billing your insurance.
Can you cancel Gameday, and are payments refundable?
Gameday's published service terms provide for automatic billing, a purchase-specific cancellation cutoff, and limited refunds. They also contain arbitration provisions, but not an unconditional one-year deadline for every possible claim. Get the agreement that actually applies to your clinic and plan before paying. 5
Here's what Gameday's terms of service (updated January 31, 2026) and telehealth FAQ say, in plain English. These published platform terms do not replace the separate agreement an independently operated clinic may ask you to sign. 5, 6
| What the terms say | What it means for you | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Subscriptions renew on the schedule shown at checkout | Billing dates depend on the purchased plan | "What's my billing interval and next charge date?" |
| Cancellation must meet the cutoff disclosed at purchase | A late request may not prevent the next charge | "What's my cutoff, and how do I cancel — phone, email, or in person?" |
| Fees are generally non-refundable unless another applicable refund policy says otherwise | Check exceptions before prepaying | "Is any part of a prepaid block refundable if treatment does not proceed or I leave?" |
| Telehealth prescription sales are final; the FAQ provides an error-contact process | Do not assume a medicine return is available; report order errors promptly | "When is medication shipped or charged?" |
| Terms specify individual arbitration and a class-action waiver, with exceptions | Small-claims and other legal exceptions may apply | Keep every receipt and email; get legal advice for a dispute |
| A one-year notice requirement appears in the arbitration provision, to the extent law allows | It is not a universal deadline for every claim | Preserve dates and seek timely advice about the agreement that applies |
Month-to-month vs. prepaid blocks. A monthly price is not proof of a month-to-month commitment. A customer reported a six-month plan that renewed itself; we did not verify that contract. Ask which arrangement you're signing and request the written refund policy. The Houston marketplace offer, for example, separately says certain refund requests are honored before service — not after every kind of payment. 4, 25
Already charged and didn't expect it?
Take a breath. Here's what to do:
- Find your signed agreement or checkout receipt. Look for the renewal and cancellation terms.
- Ask the clinic, in writing, for the clause that allowed the charge and your cutoff date.
- If you're stopping treatment for a medical reason, tell the clinic and your own doctor.
- If you think a charge wasn't authorized, your card company has a dispute process.
- Don't stop or change testosterone on your own. Talk to a clinician about any treatment change; canceling billing is a separate decision.
How do I get my records if I leave?
Ask for copies of your lab reports, visit notes, and prescription details, and the process for transferring them to your next clinician. Gameday's service terms describe requesting a telehealth record transfer with your consent through its support contact. For an in-person clinic, ask that clinic for its records process, any charge, and expected timing; we did not test fulfillment. 5
Is Gameday cheaper than online TRT?
You cannot tell whether Gameday is cheaper than online TRT without its local quote. Online providers publish useful starting prices, but fees, medication quantities, testing, and billing dates can still change the total. Compare the same period of care and the same required services before picking a price winner.
We used public prices for the starting injection plans, checked September 29, 2026. We did not complete a checkout with any of them. The figures below are disclosed-price subtotals or quote inputs, not verified all-in first-year bills.

The math and the missing pieces:
- Taurus: $49 + $149 × 12 = $1,837. Its terms add $17.99 per billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase. If that is charged on top of each of 12 payments, the subtotal becomes $2,052.88. Ask whether the fee applies and whether all required repeat tests, supplies, and shipping are included. 26, 27
- Hone: $65 + $25 + $155 × 12 = $1,950 before medication. Its Premium pages list a $25 confirmation panel, but another help page says clinically necessary retesting or confirmation has no extra charge. Without that fee, the subtotal is $1,925 before medication. The drug page advertises testosterone from $28/month, while the current Premium menu says $28/vial. A $2,261 annual estimate works only if the $28 monthly figure applies, the confirmation test adds nothing, and no other required charge is missing; it is not a confirmed total. 28, 29, 30, 31
- Male Excel: $99 + $99 × 12 + $240 × 6 = $2,727 before shipping at the listed starting medication price. But six 60-day supplies cover 360 days, not a full 365-day year. If medication is charged every 60 days starting on day 0, a seventh $240 charge falls on day 360, making that cash subtotal $2,967 before shipping. The page also calls billing every other month; get the actual schedule and dose-dependent price in writing rather than treating those descriptions as identical. 32
The honest tradeoff
Gameday doesn't publish one complete national price or one local contract you can apply everywhere. Your clinic's quote matters. If you need a firm, written price before you walk in anywhere, ask the clinic for it before booking. A posted online starting price gives you more information to begin with, but it is not automatically a complete quote.
Gameday's local-care option can offer something an online-only visit cannot: an in-person examination and on-site services. Online providers can arrange laboratory testing, too. The difference is where you receive care and what is included — not whether one model can skip proper evaluation. 3, 7, 14
If that in-person care is what you want, the right move is simple: get your clinic's quote in writing and compare it to the same services elsewhere.
Find your fit
- You want in-person care and a clinic nearby, and you'll pay cash → Keep Gameday on your list. Get the written quote first.
- You want a posted online starting price and a standard blood draw at Labcorp or Quest → Review Taurus Meds. Ask it to confirm in writing whether the $17.99 terms fee applies to you.
- You want a published follow-up testing schedule and a video visit with a physician → Review Hone Health's Premium plan. Resolve the confirmation-fee and medication-price questions first.
- You want care at home with one dedicated provider relationship → Review Male Excel's provider-stated model and full fees. Ask whether the thyroid medicine bundled into its listed plans is actually needed for you.
- You want insurance to pay → Your own primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist.
- You're trying to conceive, or low testosterone hasn't been confirmed → This isn't a price decision yet. See who should wait.

The links below open TRT Provider Guide's provider guides. Those guides may contain paid referral links, with disclosures. Each provider still requires testing and a clinician's decision. Paying never guarantees a prescription.
Want to check Taurus's posted price? Taurus Meds advertises a $49 initial test offer and treatment at $149 a month. Our cost guide walks through the separate fee question before you commit. 26, 27 → Review Taurus Meds' pricing and extra-fee question
Want follow-up labs built in? Hone's Premium plan publishes included follow-up testing and a physician video visit. Read the plan details and resolve the conflicting confirmation-test charge before paying. 29, 30, 31 → Compare Hone Health's plan, testing, and costs

What Gameday patients say about cost
We checked the 13-review Trustpilot profile at gamedaymenshealth.com. It is labeled Gameday Mens Health Fairfield CT, although some reviewers describe other locations. Trustpilot says the company has not recently invited reviews, and this small, mixed-location set is not representative of the whole network. Two reports illustrate different experiences: 25
"they didn't try to get me to buy anything" — Michael O. (Michael Onorato), Turnersville clinic, Trustpilot, published October 17, 2025. 25
"Charge me every 3-4 weeks" — Thomas H. (Thomas Henson), Trustpilot, published April 8, 2026. 25
Other reports describe extra lab charges, renewal disputes, and shipping delays; some also raise care or communication concerns. We did not verify those events. These are individual customer reports. They don't prove any clinic's policy or what your experience will be. That's exactly why the written quote matters. 25
Can I use Gameday by telehealth in my state, and how do refills work?
Gameday's public pages conflict on telehealth coverage, so they do not establish whether its remote service is available to you. Its FAQ says Florida only, while its terms describe a broader group of states. Confirm your location, clinician, testing, and refill process before paying. 5, 6
The terms exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, North Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C. That does not make the remaining states a verified availability list when the FAQ says something different. Ask which visits must be in person and whether the clinician is authorized to treat you where you will be during the visit. 5, 6, 19
The federal rule is temporary, not a guaranteed prescription. As of September 29, 2026, federal flexibility permits eligible DEA-registered clinicians to prescribe controlled medicines by qualifying telemedicine without a prior in-person evaluation through December 31, 2026, subject to the rule's conditions. State requirements still apply. An in-person visit does not exempt a clinic from prescribing law, and the temporary end date does not predict an individual's next refill. 18, 19
Before relying on home delivery, ask: Which tests and follow-up visits are needed before each refill? When should you request it? Which pharmacy ships it, what are the delivery charges, and who handles a delayed or incorrect order? We could not verify one Gameday-wide refill timetable or guarantee of clinician response times. The telehealth FAQ's expected shipping time is not a promise that every refill arrives within that window. 6
For local care, ask the clinic who manages clinical questions between visits and how to reach that team. A booking line is not proof of round-the-clock clinical support.
What do testosterone pellets, oral TRT, and Clomid cost at Gameday?
Gameday advertises pellets, oral Kyzatrex, and Clomid/enclomiphene, but we could not verify current national prices for them. Local pellet-cost wording is too unclear to turn into a reliable treatment total. Clomid and enclomiphene are not testosterone, and they aren't the same as TRT. 1, 2, 8, 9, 36
Testosterone pellets
Pellets are small implants placed under the skin that release testosterone slowly. Gameday's pellet page describes insertion every three to six months, but your clinician sets the schedule. Local Gameday cost pages — including Roseville, Huntsville, Central Scottsdale, and South Ogden — use a $400 to $1,000 figure with wording that calls it a per-pellet charge. We could not confirm whether that unit is accurate or what a complete insertion costs. 2, 8, 42, 43, 44
Do not multiply that unclear figure by a pellet count to make a budget. Ask: "Does the quoted price include the pellets and the insertion procedure? How often will I need a new insertion, and what would changing treatment involve after insertion?"
Oral testosterone (Kyzatrex)
Kyzatrex is a brand-name, FDA-approved oral testosterone capsule containing testosterone undecanoate. Gameday advertises it but does not post a price on its oral TRT page. Get your clinic's number in writing, including the medicine and follow-up. Do not use an injection-plan price as the price of oral treatment. 9, 13
Clomid and enclomiphene — not TRT
These are pills that can stimulate your own body's testosterone production in selected patients. They don't contain testosterone. 16, 36
- Clomiphene (Clomid) is FDA-approved to help women ovulate. Using it in men is off-label, meaning a clinician prescribes it for a use the FDA didn't approve. 35, 36
- Enclomiphene has no FDA-approved product in the U.S. Compounded enclomiphene is not an FDA-approved alternative to TRT. 36
Gameday markets these for "hormone balance" and to "support fertility." If having a child soon matters to you, don't pick a pill off a price list. See a fertility-focused doctor first. Our fertility guide explains why. Those marketing phrases do not establish that a treatment will preserve or restore fertility. 1, 16
Other services on the menu
Gameday clinics also sell peptides, vitamin and IV shots, shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction, P-Shot, and weight-loss programs. They're separate from TRT. Make sure any quote lists them separately — or not at all. 45
Who should skip Gameday — and maybe TRT — for now?
Pause the price decision if you're trying to have a baby soon or low testosterone hasn't been properly confirmed. Cancer history, a high red blood cell count, untreated severe sleep apnea, or a recent heart attack or stroke need a clinician's assessment before a treatment decision. Those situations need the right clinician first. 14, 16
We'd rather lose you as a reader today than watch you pay for the wrong path. Here's who should wait.
You're trying to conceive now or soon. Testosterone from outside the body can lower spermatogenesis — the body's sperm production. It isn't birth control, and there's no promised timeline for sperm counts to recover after stopping. Start with a urologist who specializes in fertility (a reproductive urologist). Our fertility guide covers the questions to bring. Raise future fertility plans too, even if you are not trying right now. 13, 16
Low testosterone hasn't been properly confirmed. A free testosterone test is a screen, not a diagnosis. The Endocrine Society says diagnosis needs symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone, confirmed with repeat early-morning fasting testing using an accurate assay. Its July 2026 statement describes at least two early-morning fasting tests and notes that thresholds commonly fall near 300 ng/dL. Total testosterone is all the testosterone in your blood. But that number alone doesn't diagnose anyone. Our blood test guide explains the process. 14, 15
You have a complicated health history. Prostate or breast cancer, a high hematocrit (the share of your blood made of red blood cells), untreated severe sleep apnea, or a recent heart attack or stroke need careful assessment before anyone talks treatment. The Endocrine Society guideline lists several reasons not to start testosterone, including elevated hematocrit, untreated severe sleep apnea, and a heart attack or stroke within the past six months. A past cancer diagnosis needs an individual discussion with the relevant specialist; it is not a decision a price page can make. 14
Monitoring is part of the care bill. Testosterone products can raise blood pressure, and follow-up may include blood pressure, blood counts, testosterone testing, and other checks your clinician selects. Ask which monitoring your plan includes and what happens if extra tests are needed. FDA labeling changes do not make those checks optional. 13, 14, 37
One more thing to know. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the U.S. That means federal law limits how it's prescribed. Legitimate care always requires a clinician's evaluation and a valid prescription. A free test or a paid visit doesn't guarantee one. 17

What should you ask before you sign at Gameday?
Ask your Gameday clinic for four numbers in writing: what you pay today, your total for the first 12 months, what repeats each billing period, and what you'd still owe if you stop. Then ask ten short questions about labs, billing, medication, and canceling. A clinic that can't answer them in writing isn't ready for your card.
This is the part that can catch missing costs. Screenshot it, print it, or pull it up on your phone at the front desk.
The 4 numbers
| Number | The question it answers |
|---|---|
| Due today | What leaves my account before treatment starts? |
| First-year total | What will I pay in 12 months, counting every required charge? |
| Ongoing cost | What repeats every billing period after that? |
| Exit cost | What could I still owe if I stop or cancel? |
The 10 questions
- Is this price billed monthly or every four weeks?
- Is this month-to-month or a prepaid block? When does it renew?
- What's my cancellation cutoff, and how do I cancel?
- Which lab tests are included, including repeat early-morning diagnostic testing, how often, and what does an extra draw cost?
- Will you accept my recent Labcorp or Quest results?
- Is my testosterone compounded or a commercial FDA-approved product? Which pharmacy fills it?
- Will I get shots at the clinic or at home? Does the price change?
- Are hCG, anastrozole, supplies, or shipping extra?
- Can I get itemized receipts for my HSA or FSA?
- How do I get copies of my labs, visit notes, and prescription if I leave?
Short on time? Start with #1, #2, and #4. But don't pay until every required charge and the cancellation terms are clear.
Copy and send this before you pay
Hi — before I enroll, please send me a written, itemized quote for the plan you're recommending. Please include: what I'd pay today; the billing interval (monthly or every four weeks); the renewal price and date; every required charge for my first 12 months, including lab tests, visits, medication, supplies, and shipping; whether my testosterone is compounded or a commercial FDA-approved product and which pharmacy fills it; any minimum commitment; the cancellation cutoff and how to cancel; refund terms; and how I can get my records if I leave. Please list any optional services separately. Thank you.
An unknown line isn't a free line. If a clinic answers "it depends," ask what it depends on.

What did we actually verify?
This is a public-source cost guide, not a hands-on review. On September 29, 2026, we checked the sources below and recalculated the billing examples. We didn't visit a clinic, buy a plan, contact Gameday staff, or verify an individual clinician's or pharmacy's license.
Last verified: September 29, 2026
Published-price evidence: what the source can actually prove
Reading an offer verifies what was published, not what a clinic will charge or deliver. This table keeps the source, scope, and unresolved buying question together.
| Source checked | What we could confirm on the page | What still needs a written answer |
|---|---|---|
| National treatment and product pages 1, 8, 9 | Services advertised; no current national membership rate verified | Your location's exact product, availability, and ongoing price |
| Roseville, Huntsville, Central Scottsdale, and South Ogden cost pages 2, 42, 43, 44 | Local cost descriptions, including unclear pellet-price units | A complete current treatment quote, not a general article range |
| Stone Oak current clinic page 3 | Current clinic information and service advertising | Current price, inclusions, and minimum commitment; old price article unavailable |
| Eldridge/West Oaks merchant listing 4 | Introductory package, reference value, shipping charge, and required quarterly lab fee | Renewal price and dollar amount of that lab fee |
| Published service terms and telehealth FAQ 5, 6 | Written platform policies; inconsistent telehealth coverage descriptions | Which agreement, state access, cancellation process, and dispensing pharmacy apply to you |
| Current Taurus, Hone, and Male Excel pages 26–34 | Advertised price inputs and the conflicts explained above | Final charges, billing dates, product, repeat tests, and state-specific care requirements |
| Official clinical, FDA, and federal rule sources 12–19, 35–37 | Diagnosis, fertility, product-status, monitoring, and current federal conditions | Your diagnosis and treatment plan, which require your clinician |
Provider-stated (Gameday says it; we didn't test it): free initial consultation and testosterone test, on-site services, the Roseville plan's dosage-independent pricing, and HSA/FSA acceptance. Tax eligibility and a clinician's diagnosis cannot be established by marketing copy. 2, 3, 10, 21
Customer-experience signals (individual reports, not proof of policy): three-to-four-week billing, six-month auto-renewal, extra lab charges, shipping delays, and positive comments about staff and no hard sell. We did not verify the underlying events or treat the sample as representative. 25
One conflict we couldn't resolve: Gameday's Florida-only telehealth FAQ and broader terms do not provide one dependable state-availability answer. Get confirmation for your state and selected care program before paying. 5, 6
What we could not confirm: a national Gameday price; the exact in-clinic injection product and pharmacy; your clinic's billing interval, repeat-test inclusion, lab schedule, refill timing, and Kyzatrex price; the assigned clinician's license; or cancellation, support, and records access in practice.
Not used as proof of a current policy or medical result: star ratings, testimonials, and forum posts. The historical franchise figures come from a secondary summary, not an original filing we inspected. Our cost models are arithmetic, not actual checkout bills.

What else should you know about Gameday TRT pricing?
A local quote is useful only when it names the plan, included services, billing interval, and renewal terms. These answers separate the initial offer from what you could owe later.
How much does Gameday Men's Health TRT cost per month?
We could not verify a current national monthly rate. Ask your clinic for its written recurring price and billing interval. A local marketplace reference value or introductory discount is not proof of what renewal will cost. 1, 4
How much does Gameday TRT cost per year?
You need a local quote to calculate a complete bill. As examples only, $199 paid monthly totals $2,388 across 12 payments; $199 paid every four weeks totals $2,587 for 13 periods, or 364 days. Upfront four-week billing can put 14 payments within your first 365 days. Add every separately billed required charge.
Is the Gameday consultation free?
Gameday advertises a free first consultation and testosterone test. Ask your clinic exactly what the free visit includes and whether anything costs extra if you don't sign up. 2, 3
Does Gameday Men's Health take insurance?
Gameday describes its care as cash-pay. Its service terms say participating practices do not accept commercial insurance or bill Medicare or Medicaid. Ask separately about any outside lab or pharmacy charge. 5, 11
Can I use my HSA or FSA at Gameday?
Gameday says it accepts HSA and FSA funds, but the charge must meet qualified-medical-expense rules. Your plan may require supporting documentation. Keep itemized receipts and check a bundled membership's components rather than assuming everything qualifies. 8, 10, 21
Are labs included in Gameday's price?
Do not assume all labs are included. A free initial test does not establish the price of repeat diagnostic testing or later monitoring. The Eldridge/West Oaks offer requires an ongoing quarterly lab fee without giving its amount. 2, 4
Does Gameday bill monthly or every four weeks?
Get the interval from your clinic's agreement. Thirteen four-week periods cover 364 days; that differs from 12 calendar months. If the first payment is upfront and renewals occur every 28 days, the 14th payment falls on day 364, inside the first 365-day cash budget.
Does Gameday require a contract?
We could not verify one national minimum term. Ask whether your local plan is month-to-month or prepaid, when it renews, and how to cancel. A monthly advertised amount does not answer those questions.
How do I cancel Gameday Men's Health?
Gameday's published service terms refer to the cutoff given at purchase. Get your own plan's cutoff and cancellation method in writing, then keep proof of your request. Refund rights and exceptions depend on the applicable agreement and law. 5
Why is my Gameday clinic's price different from the website?
Gameday clinics are independently owned franchises, and Gameday's site says prices and services may vary by location and can change without warning. 1, 45
Does Gameday offer TRT by telehealth?
Its FAQ says telehealth is available only in Florida, while its terms list a broader group of states. Those conflicting statements do not verify access where you live. Ask the program to confirm your state, clinician, and any in-person requirements. 5, 6
Is testosterone from Gameday compounded?
Gameday's telehealth FAQ says that service uses only compounded medications. We could not verify the exact in-clinic injection product. Ask for the medicine's manufacturer or compounding pharmacy; compounded products are not FDA-approved. 6, 12
How much are testosterone pellets at Gameday?
We could not verify a current national pellet price. Some local pages use a $400–$1,000 figure with unclear per-pellet wording. Ask for the full price of each insertion, including the product, procedure, and follow-up; do not build a budget from that unclear unit. 2, 42
Is Gameday cheaper than online TRT?
That cannot be settled without your Gameday quote. The online prices in our comparison are starting inputs or conditional subtotals, not guaranteed full-year bills. Compare included testing, medication, billing dates, required visits, and contract terms before deciding.
Will TRT at Gameday affect my fertility?
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production. If you want children soon, talk to a fertility-focused urologist before starting any testosterone treatment. Future fertility plans also belong in that discussion. 16
Is Gameday Men's Health legit?
Gameday has identifiable clinic locations and an active public service offering, but that alone does not verify the clinician or pharmacy handling your care. Ask for the assigned clinician's name and check the relevant state licensing board. Get your quote and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. 1, 3, 19
