Keeps TRT Reviews: Who Runs It, What It Really Costs, and the Fine Print to Read First
Keeps TRT reviews, in short: Keeps TRT is a real online program from Thirty Madison. Its homepage advertises $49 for evaluation; its injectable campaign shows a $99 promotion. Confirm your renewal bill, diagnosis and fertility plans before paying: membership uses an 84-day clock, and Keeps discloses non-FDA-approved medicines and cancellation by email. 1 2 3 6
That last part is easy to overlook. So is the gap between the price on the ad and the clock your card is actually charged on. We read the terms so you don't have to. Below is what we found, what it means for your wallet, and who should pick something else.
Three things change the answer for you:
- No proper diagnosis yet? Diagnosis needs symptoms that fit and consistently low testosterone on at least two early-morning, fasting tests, not one panel or a quiz. Start there. 17
- Want biological children now or in the future? Testosterone from outside your body can lower sperm production. See a urologist before any TRT. 25
- Need insurance or a specific FDA-approved product? Keeps is cash-only and its medicines are compounded. A clinician and pharmacy that can confirm coverage and the exact product are the better route. 3 19
This review covers care for adult men with possible low testosterone in the U.S.
Educational information, not medical advice. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, or signs of a stroke, call 911.
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.
Keeps TRT is a good fit if…
- You want a bundled price and will get written confirmation of medication, labs, clinician visits and shipping before paying.
- You'd like the choice of an at-home lab kit or a Quest or Labcorp visit.
- You're comfortable with compounded medication and cash pay.
- You'll set a calendar reminder for your billing dates, and you're fine canceling by email.
Keeps TRT is probably not for you if…
- You need insurance to pay for treatment.
- You want an FDA-approved testosterone product.
- You want to see one clear, consistent price before you share any health information.
- Fertility is a current or future priority.
- You need a self-serve cancellation option confirmed before enrolling.

Keeps TRT at a Glance (Verified October 2026)
Keeps' homepage advertises a $49 evaluation, while a separate injectable campaign shows a $99 promotional monthly price with medication, baseline labs, a clinician consult and shipping. Its terms bill membership every 84 days and medication separately, initially when prescribed and then every 12 weeks. Keeps discloses compounded medicines, cash-only payment and email cancellation instructions; the offer and renewal charges still need to be reconciled. 1 2 3
Sources: Keeps homepage and the retrieved injectable campaign; Terms of Service and Telehealth Consent (both updated May 11, 2026); medication disclosures. Checked October 7, 2026. These are document checks, not tests of patient care. 1 2 3 4 6 7
Is Keeps TRT Legit? Who Actually Runs It
Yes: Keeps TRT's terms name Thirty Madison, Inc., doing business as Keeps. That's the same parent company behind Keeps hair loss, Cove and Nurx. Prescribing decisions are made by clinicians at affiliated medical groups, not by Keeps itself, and a prescription is never guaranteed. 3 4 30
The main keeps.com site sells hair-loss and ED treatment. Its homepage navigation does not list the TRT program. The TRT program lives on its own subdomain, trt.keeps.com. The same site also loads at jointitan.com. A May 2026 affiliate press release named "Titan Meds Platform LLC" as the operator, which makes checking the current legal documents useful. 8 9 13
So we went to the legal documents. They identify the contracting company, clinical groups and privacy-policy entities:
Our read: We verified that jointitan.com currently displays Keeps TRT branding, but did not verify a corporate rebranding history. A February 2026 advertorial marketed "Titan TRT" with a $49 start offer. For the current program, use the contracting and clinical entities in Keeps' own documents; branding and legal paperwork do not certify your assigned clinician, pharmacy or treatment plan. 3 4 5 9 14
Is Keeps TRT the same as Keeps hair loss?
Same parent company, different program. TRT has its own website and terms; its posted consent names KMG groups also used elsewhere in Thirty Madison's services. That matters when you read reviews. A hair-loss customer's experience concerns that service, not proof of how testosterone care works. 4 10
Does paying $49 mean I'll get testosterone?
No. Keeps' Telehealth Consent says plainly that there's no guarantee you'll get a prescription. That decision rests with the clinician. On the injectable page, Keeps also advertises a full refund if a clinician decides you're not eligible. Ask which charges that covers before you pay, and whether it applies to the offer you selected. 2 4
Who's in charge if something goes wrong medically?
Your clinician, through the affiliated medical group. Keeps' consent form says its providers don't handle emergencies; call 911 for those. It also says some services may need to happen in person, and that you should ask your provider whether that applies to you. 4

How Much Does Keeps TRT Cost?
Keeps' homepage advertises $49 for a blood panel, a clinician consult and a treatment plan. Its injectable campaign displays $199 alongside a $99 promotional monthly price, including medication, baseline labs, the consult and shipping; we could not verify its duration or renewal charge. Keeps' terms bill membership on an 84-day clock, so get your exact charges in writing rather than joining separate offers into one plan. 1 2 3
Selected Keeps and third-party price reports
The table distinguishes Keeps' published offers from prices reported by customers and third-party articles. The historical Titan advertorial does not establish that Titan and the current Keeps program are one continuous service.
What this tells you: The public offers and historical reports do not supply one verified renewal price. That's not proof of anything shady; promotions change. But it means no article, including this one, can tell you your price. Get your written quote and enrollment terms before paying.
The catch: Keeps doesn't bill by the month
Keeps does not bill on a simple monthly calendar, even though its ads talk in monthly prices. Here's what its Terms of Service actually say: 3
- Your membership fee is charged every 84 days.
- Your first medication fee is charged when your clinician writes your first prescription.
- After that, medication is charged every 12 weeks, when your next supply is prepared.
Eighty-four days is 12 weeks. That's not three calendar months, and it's not a quarter. A year has about 4.35 of these cycles. Assuming uninterrupted membership with an initial payment on day zero, the payment events fall on day 0, 84, 168, 252 and 336. That's five payment events in the first 365 days, not four. The initial charge may differ from later charges.
Here's what that looks like if you started on October 7, 2026:
Your medication charges run on their own 12-week clock, which starts on the day your prescription is written. Map that one separately.
What a year of Keeps TRT could cost
We could not establish a reliable first-year total from the public offers. A monthly display does not tell us what each membership and medication charge will be, whether the entry fee overlaps with an included service, or which extra tests will be billed. 1 2 3
Use this worksheet with the quote for your actual plan:
First-year cash paid = each required payment charged in the first 365 days, counted once, minus credits received in that window.
Do not multiply the advertised monthly rate by 13.04 or assume every 12-week charge equals three advertised months. A payment near year-end may also buy care or medication that extends into year two. Until each required line is known, a complete first-year total needs a written quote.
Use your real quote: Enter the quoted fees, number of billing periods, medication fills and other required costs in TRT Provider Guide's first-year cost calculator. Use the calendar above to list your actual charge dates separately. No health information needed.
Does Keeps TRT take insurance, HSA or FSA?
No insurance. Keeps' terms say the program is cash pay only. We couldn't find a Keeps statement on HSA or FSA eligibility, so ask support and your plan administrator before you count on it. 3 If insurance coverage is your priority, see our guide to TRT providers that take insurance.
Our one real knock on Keeps, and who it actually helps
Keeps' public offers and terms do not establish one clear, reconciled bill for the plan you will receive. If seeing the full menu before you sign up is your priority, get a written price breakdown before choosing. We compare the published line items from Male Excel and Hone later in this review.
Keeps' injectable promotion says it bundles medication, baseline labs, a clinician consult and shipping. Male Excel and Hone list medication separately from membership. If you'd rather have one number and fewer line items, that tradeoff can work in your favor—but only if the written quote confirms the care you need and the renewal price. Just get it in writing. 2 32 37 38
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

What Medications Does Keeps Prescribe? Are They FDA-Approved?
Keeps' own disclosures say the medications prescribed through its affiliated clinicians have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA, and its terms call them compounded. Keeps' pages describe injectable testosterone and enclomiphene, and its safety FAQ discusses dissolving tablets. We did not identify the dispensing pharmacy in the public pages checked. 3 6 7
What "compounded" means, in plain English
An FDA-approved drug went through FDA review for safety, effectiveness and how it's made. A compounded drug is made by combining or altering ingredients to meet a patient's medical needs. The FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. That means the FDA doesn't check them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold.
That doesn't make compounded medicine illegal or bad. You do not get FDA premarket review of the finished product; state and federal oversight still applies. That's why the pharmacy's name matters. 19 20
Two statements, side by side
Keeps' homepage describes a "clinically tested, pharmaceutical-grade formulation." On the same site, its disclaimer says its medications "have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA for quality, safety, or effectiveness." Both statements are Keeps' own. Read them together. 1
Testosterone preparations (TRT)
Other medicines Keeps discusses (not TRT)
Can you use your own pharmacy?
Keeps' Telehealth Consent says that if you're prescribed medication, you have the right to choose your pharmacy. If you want a specific FDA-approved product, ask your clinician whether that's possible before you pay. And if insurance coverage for a brand-name or generic product matters most, an in-network clinician and a pharmacy that can confirm coverage are the simpler route. 4
Want to compare formats first? See testosterone injections vs. creams vs. oral options and enclomiphene vs. TRT.
Does Keeps TRT Require Blood Work Before Prescribing?
Yes: Keeps' membership includes lab testing and a live clinician consultation before any prescription, with an at-home kit or a Quest or Labcorp visit covering 12-plus biomarkers. The Keeps pages we checked did not establish whether it requires a second, confirming testosterone test. The Endocrine Society says diagnosis should rest on compatible symptoms and consistently low results from at least two early-morning, fasting tests. 1 3 17
What a real low-T diagnosis needs
Total testosterone is all the testosterone in your blood. Free testosterone is the small share not bound to proteins and ready to use. Hypogonadism is the medical name for when your body doesn't make enough.
In July 2026, the Endocrine Society said diagnosis should come from a healthcare provider and rest on at least two early-morning, fasting testosterone tests. It also requires symptoms that fit and consistently low results, with assessment of fixable contributors like obesity or medicines such as opioids or corticosteroids. The common clinical line sits near 300 ng/dL. It's a reference point, not a diagnosis by itself. 17
So one $49 panel is a start, not a finish line. If your first result is low, ask Keeps: "Will you confirm this with a second early-morning, fasting test before prescribing, and is that included?"
What about the intake quiz?
Keeps' online quiz asks 23 symptom questions, rated 0 to 3, covering energy, mood, sex drive, weight, skin, digestion and more. Tiredness, low mood and bloating have dozens of causes. A quiz can point you toward testing. It can't tell you whether you have low testosterone. Diagnosis needs symptoms, repeat blood work and a clinician's assessment. 17 47 49
How often will you be retested?
The Keeps pages we checked did not establish a complete monitoring schedule. On testosterone, your clinician should be checking your blood pressure, your hematocrit (the share of your blood made of red blood cells, which TRT can raise) and your testosterone levels. Ask Keeps before you start how often that happens and whether it's included. 18 24 See our TRT safety and monitoring guide for what good follow-up looks like.
How do refills and clinician support work?
Keeps' terms put later medication charges on a 12-week schedule when the next supply is prepared. Its website advertises timely refills and clinician access; we did not test either. Ask which labs or check-ins are needed before a refill, how to contact your clinician about a side effect, and what happens if a shipment is delayed. 1 3
Billing support and medical advice are different jobs. Keeps' published support hours are 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET daily at (551) 209-3340; those hours do not establish a clinician's response time. 3 4
Want a second test before a prescription? Ask Keeps for its written confirmation policy and whether the cost is included. The comparison below explains Hone's published two-test process if that requirement remains unresolved.
Can Keeps TRT Affect Fertility?
Yes, it can: Keeps' own site warns that TRT may impair fertility. Testosterone taken from outside the body can signal your body to cut back sperm production (called spermatogenesis), sometimes for a while after you stop. If you want biological children now or in the future, see a urologist or reproductive urologist before starting any TRT. 6 18 25 52
Is enclomiphene the fertility-friendly option?
It's sometimes used instead of TRT because it works by pushing your body to make its own testosterone. But Keeps says its enclomiphene is not FDA-approved. It isn't testosterone replacement, and it comes with no guarantee of protecting fertility. If fertility is the point, choose your clinician first and the medicine second. 7 23 25
Who should see a specialist before any online TRT
- You want biological children now or in the future.
- Your testosterone is very low, or other hormone results look unusual.
- You have a history of prostate or breast cancer.
- Your hematocrit is already high.
- You have severe, untreated sleep apnea.
- You've had a recent heart attack or stroke.
These are reasons for an individual assessment, not a diagnosis or eligibility ruling from this page. 18 25

Does Keeps TRT Have a Money-Back Guarantee?
Keeps has a conditional guarantee, and describes it two different ways. Its injectable page says your medication is free if you don't measure at least a 10% rise in total testosterone; its terms use less than 20%, with a delivery-based 90-day period and a one-time latest-cycle refund. Ask which version applies to your plan. 2 3
The guarantee in Keeps' Terms of Service: all conditions must be met
- You remain enrolled and take the prescribed medication as directed for 90 consecutive days after the initial medication shipment is delivered.
- You provide accepted baseline total-testosterone results and follow-up results from a licensed clinical laboratory, with the follow-up blood draw at least 90 days after that delivery.
- Your follow-up labs show total testosterone rose less than 20% from your starting level.
- You complete required refill and check-in forms, without pausing, skipping or discontinuing treatment during the qualifying period.
- You email trt@keeps.com within 30 days of getting those results.
- You've never used the guarantee before. 3
What you get back: the membership and medication fees for your latest billing cycle, once. Not all prior payments. And it's based on a lab number, not on how you feel. 3
Why the two versions matter
The sales page sets the bar at 10%. The terms set it at 20%. Those are different promises, with different refunds. Screenshot the offer you signed up under and keep it with your records. 2 3
How to Cancel Keeps TRT
Keeps' published terms say to email trt@keeps.com at least 48 hours before your membership billing cycle ends. Canceling your membership also ends your medication subscription after the current medication cycle. Membership fees are ordinarily nonrefundable once paid, and medication fees once a prescription is written and a pharmacy is filling it, subject to the guarantee or applicable offer. 3
Cancel in four steps
- Find your cycle end date in your account, or ask support for it in your first week.
- Email trt@keeps.com at least 48 hours before that date. Include your name and account email, and say clearly that you're canceling your membership and medication subscription.
- Ask for written confirmation and save it.
- Check your next statement to make sure no new charge went through.
Canceling billing is an admin step. Talk with your clinician before stopping or changing any medicine. Symptoms can come back. 18 24 Our TRT safety and monitoring guide covers what to discuss.
What Keeps' parent company settled
On August 24, 2026, the New York Attorney General announced a $400,000 settlement with Thirty Madison, naming its Cove, Keeps and Nurx brands. The AG said the company didn't clearly disclose subscription terms, made cancellation hard, and was slow to process cancellations, which led to extra charges.
Thirty Madison agreed to improve its disclosures, speed up cancellations and provide restitution to eligible consumers. This was about subscription billing across the parent company, not the safety or quality of Keeps' testosterone care. But it's exactly why you should put your cancel-by date on your calendar the day you sign up. 30 31
The settlement also requires an online cancellation option, with four months from its effective date to comply. We did not test the current TRT account workflow, so the published email instructions do not prove that an online option is absent. 31
Want your records?
Keeps' consent form says you can request your medical records through your account or at medicalrecords@thirtymadison.com, and that you may be charged a reasonable cost for preparing and sending them. Ask for your lab results and prescription history before you switch providers. 4 Our guide on how to switch TRT providers walks through it.

Keeps TRT Reviews: What Customers Say (and Where Reviews Come From)
Keeps' Trustpilot profile shows 3.6 out of 5 from 283 reviews as of October 7, 2026, covering Keeps services rather than TRT alone. We verified two reviews that explicitly discuss TRT; the other sources examined include affiliate articles and press releases. These are useful service reports, not evidence of treatment results or a measured sample of all Keeps TRT patients. 12 13 14 15 16
Where "Keeps TRT reviews" actually come from
Trustpilot score and count checked October 7, 2026.
Two TRT reviewers, two very different experiences
"The pricing is fair, the process is easy"
— J A., 5-star Trustpilot review, published July 31, 2026; experience dated July 30. The review is about Keeps TRT. Keeps replied on Aug. 4. 16
"All it would take is a confirmation with tracking and I would wait patiently"
— Gabriel Amaya, 1-star Trustpilot review, updated July 23, 2026. He describes waiting days for a TRT add-on medication and canceling. Keeps replied on July 24 asking for more information. 16
The second review also reports a price path: $49 for labs, then $99 for the first month, then $159. That matches the $159 rate an affiliate site reported; neither establishes your current price. Trustpilot labels both reviews unprompted. We did not verify the purchases or any private relationship with Keeps. 12 16
These are two people's stories. They don't prove how well the treatment works or what's typical. They do show what to ask: What will I pay after month one? How do I get a tracking number, and how fast does a clinician answer if I have side effects?
What Keeps' hair-loss reviews still tell you
The reviews we read include complaints about subscriptions, billing and canceling, as well as praise for ordering and support. These accounts concern other Keeps services; we did not verify that they use the same billing systems as TRT. They give you useful questions to ask, not a TRT service verdict. 15 16
How to judge any TRT review you read
- Is there an affiliate link? That's not automatically bad, but you should know.
- Does it mention how billing works and how to cancel? If not, it skipped the part that costs you money.
- Does it say "compounded"? If it doesn't, it skipped what you're actually taking.
- Is it dated? Prices and promotions can change.
What Else to Know Before You Sign Up for Keeps TRT
Keeps TRT may not be available in every state, and online prescribing must meet federal and state rules. Its terms include arbitration with exceptions and a separate consumer-health-data policy. Here's what each of those means for you in practice. 3 5 26
Is Keeps TRT available in my state?
We did not verify a complete Keeps TRT state list. Its terms say the overall service runs in all 50 states and D.C., but that TRT "may not be available in every state." Confirm TRT availability where you will receive care before paying, including the $49 entry charge. 3
Can testosterone be prescribed online at all?
Yes, when federal and state requirements are met. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, meaning federal law limits how it's prescribed and requires a valid prescription. The DEA's temporary rules allow qualifying DEA-registered clinicians to prescribe it through an audio-video visit without a prior in-person evaluation, subject to other applicable federal and state requirements. Those rules currently run through December 31, 2026. If they change, online programs may need to add an in-person step. Check the current rule and your clinician's requirements before enrolling. 24 26 27 48
What does "individual arbitration" mean?
The terms generally require individual arbitration and waive class actions, but allow qualifying small-claims cases and a 30-day opt-out; read §13 for the notice requirements. The opt-out period starts when you first affirmatively accept the terms. The terms also allow complaints to government agencies. They select New York law, consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable law. 3
What about my health data?
Keeps has a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy under Keeps Meds Platform LLC. It covers things like health conditions, treatment and medication purchases under Washington and Nevada laws, and excludes HIPAA-protected health information; applicable rights vary by state. To request deletion, the policy points to help@keeps.com. Read it if privacy matters to you. Separate notices apply to protected health information held by medical groups and pharmacies. 5 50
Is TRT safe?
It depends on you, which is why monitoring matters. The FDA required label changes for approved testosterone products in 2025 to add blood-pressure warnings and include results from the large TRAVERSE heart-safety study. In June 2026, it asked manufacturers to update labels again, narrowing some prostate warnings. Those updates don't make TRT risk-free. Ask your clinician how they'll check your blood pressure, hematocrit and prostate health. 18 24 28 29 More in our TRT safety and monitoring guide.
Keeps TRT vs. Male Excel vs. Hone Health
Keeps advertises a $49 evaluation and a separate injectable promotion, but its complete renewal bill still needs a quote. Male Excel lists consultation, membership and starting medication prices; Hone publishes a two-test process with different Plus and Premium fees. All three describe cash-pay services, but their medication choices, testing and billing details differ, so the figures below do not establish a cheapest provider. 1 2 3 32 37 38 43
Male Excel and Hone Health prices and policies were read on their own websites October 7, 2026. Male Excel illustration: $99 + ($99 × 12) + ($120 × 12) = $2,727, using the advertised starting package before shipping or extra required care. Hone Plus illustration: $45 + $45 + ($135 × 12) = $1,710 before medication; Premium: $65 + $25 + ($155 × 12) = $1,950 before medication. These cover 12 membership payments, not a verified first-365-days cash quote; start dates, promotions and charges can differ. A vial price is not a monthly medication budget. 32 33 34 36 37 38 40 41 42 43
Hone's general retesting FAQ says clinically necessary retesting has no extra charge, while its plan pages list confirmatory-test fees. Confirm which fees apply to your plan before paying. 37 38 39
Hone's public homepage emphasizes Premium, while its help center also lists Plus. Confirm which plan you can actually enroll in and its terms. None of the non-testosterone medicines listed above guarantees preserved fertility. Company-wide review scores in the table are service context, not clinical-quality or TRT-only ratings. 15 25 37 38 44 45 46
FDA-approved clomiphene products treat ovulatory dysfunction—problems releasing an egg—in women seeking pregnancy. Using an approved product for male low testosterone is off-label; compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. 19 21 51
For Taurus Meds, use our Taurus Meds cost guide to identify the current quote questions; this comparison does not establish a Taurus price or ranking.
How it compares to other guarantees
- Male Excel promises to refund three months of membership fees (not medication) if your symptoms don't improve after 90 days on its plan. Its general terms also say "all sales are final," but a separate guarantee sets eligibility, adherence and documentation conditions, with a request due within 30 days after the 90-day period. 34 35
- Hone Health calls its $65 test "risk-free," but its refund policy has conditions: shipped lab kits are nonrefundable, partial membership months are not refunded, and some unprocessed orders or charges after cancellation qualify for refunds. Ask how the offer applies to the test you select. 40 44
Read each guarantee's conditions. Keeps' written version is tied to a measurable lab result. 3
Which one fits you?
- "I want one bundled price and a well-known brand, and I'll track my billing dates." → Consider Keeps once it confirms the full quote and follow-up plan.
- "I want to see consultation, membership and starting medication prices before I share health information." → Review Male Excel's published price list, then confirm extras.
- "I want two tests before treatment and an online membership-cancellation form." → Review Hone Health's plan-specific testing and billing terms.
- "I need insurance or an FDA-approved product." → An in-network clinician and a pharmacy that can confirm the product and coverage. See online vs. local TRT clinics.
- "I'm trying for a baby." → A reproductive urologist first. See our fertility-first guide.
Want published price components before you share health details? Male Excel lists a $99 home test and consult, $99 a month membership, and an injection-and-thyroid package from $120 a month, plus shipping. Confirm the full quote and whether each medicine is appropriate for you. 32 36
See Male Excel's published TRT pricing →
For the full billing breakdown, read our Male Excel cost guide.
Where Male Excel falls short, too
Fair is fair. Male Excel's testosterone is compounded. Its pricing page says "cancel anytime," while its general terms say "all sales are final" and its separate guarantee has specific conditions. And it lists 11 states where it doesn't prescribe hormone treatment: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. 32 33 34 35
If the published price components fit your budget, and you don't live in one of those 11 states:

7 Questions to Ask Keeps Before Your First Medication Charge
These seven questions cover your exact price, the pharmacy, testing and how to cancel. Support can answer billing questions; clinical questions belong with your clinician.
Send these to trt@keeps.com before your clinician writes your first prescription, so the answers are in writing.
- What will I pay per 84-day membership cycle, and per 12-week medication cycle, after any first-month offer?
- Which pharmacy fills my prescription, and is it licensed in my state?
- Exactly what medicine will I get: form, strength, and is it compounded?
- Will you confirm low testosterone with a second early-morning, fasting test before prescribing? Is it included?
- How often will I be retested, and what's checked (testosterone, hematocrit, blood pressure, PSA)?
- Which guarantee applies to my plan, the 10% or the 20% version?
- What's my first cycle end date, and what's my cancel-by date?
Also confirm before any payment: Is TRT available where I will receive care? Who is my clinician, and what is their relevant state license? Is my plan HSA/FSA-eligible?
Print this list, or copy it straight into an email. If any answer is vague, that's your answer.
How We Reviewed Keeps TRT
We read Keeps' own TRT pages and legal documents on October 7, 2026, compared them with selected customer reviews, affiliate articles and press releases, and checked them against two other providers' published terms. We did not buy treatment, take a Keeps lab test or talk with Keeps clinicians. This is editorial research, not a clinical review or a test of patient care.

These are published representations, not a license check of your assigned clinician or pharmacy. 3 4 6 7
Keeps marketing claims (stated, not tested): $49 homepage evaluation; a $99 injectable promotion displayed beside $199; a separate free-evaluation campaign; advertised inclusions and the 10% guarantee; at-home or Quest/Labcorp labs; 12+ biomarkers; refills on time; full refund if ineligible. Offers need their own enrollment terms. 1 2 11
Customer-experience signals: two attributable TRT-specific Trustpilot reviews, used as individual reports about service and pricing, not a representative sample. 16
What we couldn't confirm: your actual renewal price or complete first-year bill; how the displayed offer maps onto the separate charge schedules; your assigned clinician's credentials and state license; the dispensing pharmacy and exact product; a complete TRT state list; whether a second confirming test is required and included; the retest schedule; HSA/FSA eligibility; how fast clinicians respond. We did not complete checkout, contact support, or test account cancellation.

Keeps TRT FAQ
Keeps offers an online TRT evaluation, but your total bill and care plan depend on the offer, your state and the clinician's assessment. These answers separate the public terms from details you need confirmed before paying.
Is Keeps TRT legit?
Yes. Its Terms of Service name Thirty Madison, Inc. d/b/a Keeps, the parent of Keeps hair loss, Cove and Nurx. Clinicians at affiliated medical groups make prescribing decisions. Keeps discloses compounded, non-FDA-approved medicines. 3 4 6 7 30
Is Keeps TRT the same company as Keeps hair loss?
Same parent company, Thirty Madison. But TRT runs on its own site (trt.keeps.com) with its own terms; its posted consent names KMG groups also used elsewhere in Thirty Madison's services. 3 4 10
What is "Keeps Titan TRT"?
The Keeps TRT site also loads at jointitan.com. A February 2026 advertorial used the "Titan TRT" name, but we did not verify a corporate rebranding history. Keeps' current legal documents name Thirty Madison and Keeps entities. 3 5 9 14
How much does Keeps TRT cost per month?
Keeps' homepage advertises a $49 evaluation, while its injectable campaign displays a $99 monthly promotion beside $199, including medication, baseline labs, a consult and shipping. We could not verify the promotion's duration or renewal amount. Membership runs every 84 days and medication has a separate schedule, so ask for your exact charges. 1 2 3
How much does Keeps TRT cost per year?
We could not establish a reliable first-year total from the public offers. Use each actual membership and medication charge falling in the first 365 days, plus required costs not already included. The worksheet above shows what to confirm; multiplying the ad's monthly number does not establish your bill. 1 2 3
Is Keeps testosterone FDA-approved?
No. Keeps says its prescribed medications haven't been reviewed or approved by the FDA, and its terms call them compounded. 3 6 7
How do I cancel Keeps TRT?
Keeps' published terms say to email trt@keeps.com at least 48 hours before your membership billing cycle ends. Ask for written confirmation. Canceling your membership also ends your medication subscription after the current medication cycle. We did not test the current account workflow. 3
Does Keeps TRT take insurance?
No. Its terms say it's cash pay only. We did not find a confirmed HSA or FSA policy in the pages reviewed, so ask support and your plan administrator. 3
Does Keeps TRT require blood work?
Yes. Keeps advertises an at-home kit or a Quest or Labcorp visit; its terms require labs and a live clinician consult before any prescription. The reviewed pages did not establish whether a second early-morning, fasting test is required and included. 1 3
Does Keeps guarantee results?
Keeps offers a conditional, lab-based guarantee. Its injectable page says 10%; its terms say a one-time refund of the latest cycle's membership and medication fees if total testosterone rises less than 20%, with continuous enrollment, adherence, accepted labs and a follow-up draw at least 90 days after initial medication delivery. The claim is due within 30 days of getting those results. It doesn't guarantee how you'll feel. 2 3
Does Keeps prescribe enclomiphene?
Its terms mention prescriptions for TRT or enclomiphene. Enclomiphene isn't TRT, and Keeps says its enclomiphene is not FDA-approved. 3 7
Can Keeps TRT affect fertility?
Yes. Keeps itself warns that TRT may impair fertility. If you want children now or in the future, see a urologist first. 6 25
What is Keeps TRT's Trustpilot rating?
Keeps' Trustpilot page shows 3.6 out of 5 from 283 reviews as of October 7, 2026. The profile covers Keeps services, including hair loss; it is not a TRT-only score. 15
Our Verdict on Keeps TRT
Keeps TRT is a legitimate program from a known company. Its homepage advertises a low $49 start with at-home or lab testing, and a separate injectable promotion advertises medication, baseline labs, a consult and shipping. Go in knowing three things: Keeps discloses compounded medicine, membership runs on an 84-day clock, and its published cancellation instructions use email. 1 2 3
Get your renewal price in writing before your first prescription.
Pick Keeps if one bundled price and a familiar brand matter most, it confirms your full quote and follow-up plan, and you'll set your billing reminders.
Review Male Excel's prices if Keeps cannot give you the line items you need; Male Excel publishes consultation, membership and starting medication prices, with extras to confirm. 32 36
Review Hone Health's testing terms if Keeps cannot confirm its repeat-test process; Hone publishes two-test requirements and plan-specific fees. 37 38 39
Choose an in-network clinician and a pharmacy that can confirm coverage and the product if insurance or an FDA-approved medicine is your priority. For fertility-focused care, see a urologist or reproductive urologist first.
