Male Excel Cancellation Policy: Steps & Refunds (2026)

The Male Excel cancellation policy allows cancellation at any time, but it does not promise an automatic refund. For members ending billing, contact support and confirm the effective date for membership and medication orders. A TRT refill FAQ gives a 48-hour response window; that is not a universal cancellation deadline.¹ ²

So the honest version is: you can ask to leave at any time; getting a refund is a separate question.¹

That gap is where men can get caught. And there's a wrinkle worth checking — Male Excel's Terms & Conditions tell you that cancelling takes effect "as described in our Cancellation Policy." We went looking for that document on September 9, 2026.¹

We couldn't find it. More on that in a minute, because it changes how you should handle your exit.

Male Excel publishes a support phone number, email, and text number, plus a member portal. Use a support channel to request cancellation, then get the confirmation in writing; we did not verify a self-service cancellation control inside the portal.² ³

Is cancelling Male Excel the same as getting a refund?

Cancelling Male Excel concerns future billing; a refund concerns money already paid. Male Excel's cancel-anytime promise does not turn its separate 90-day membership-fee guarantee into an automatic refund.¹ ⁵

They are not the same promise. They don't even live in the same document.

Read that again if you're about to call them. Cancelling is not the same as being made whole. Men who assume otherwise are the ones who end up frustrated.

What does the Male Excel cancellation policy actually say?

The Male Excel cancellation policy is not explained in one public document we could locate. The seven questions below draw on five separate documents, and the Terms refer to a Cancellation Policy without supplying its effective-date rule. We checked these sources on September 9, 2026.¹ ⁶

Five documents. Seven questions. No single cancellation effective-date rule found. All five were checked September 9, 2026. The Terms visibly say “Last updated: July 2026”; we did not establish reliable revision dates for the other four pages.¹

The document the contract points to could not be found

Male Excel's Terms & Conditions, last updated July 2026, state that when you cancel a subscription, the cancellation takes effect as described in "our Cancellation Policy."¹

We looked for that document on September 9, 2026. We checked the site navigation. We checked the footer's Legal block, which lists exactly three documents — Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. We read the Terms in full, the Refund Policy, the Telehealth Informed Consent, and the TRT FAQ. We ran a site-scoped search.

We could not locate a public document called a Cancellation Policy. That is a limit of this search, not proof that no account-specific or separately supplied terms exist.

It gets a little tighter than that. The Telehealth Informed Consent tells members to carefully review the "Scheduling and Cancellations Policy," and gives a link. The link goes to the Terms & Conditions page. That page has no section by that name.⁶ ¹

So the consent form points at the Terms, and the Terms refer to a policy we could not locate. There are cross-references; they just do not resolve the cancellation effective date.⁶ ¹

What we can say: this is a documentation gap. We do not know why it exists, and we are not suggesting anything is being hidden. Male Excel's published promise is that you can cancel at any time; we did not test how its staff handles a request.¹ ²

What it means for you: you cannot settle the last-charge question from that contract reference alone. You have to ask for the effective date — and get the answer in writing.

The honest drawback, stated plainly

Male Excel's published documents do not give you a complete, plain-English cancellation and refund process in one place. Its Refund Policy is two sentences long. We found no universal membership notice period or effective-date rule; the TRT FAQ's 48-hour refill response window does not fill that gap.⁷ ¹ ²

If you need every commercial term written down in one place before you hand over a card, that's a fair reason to choose differently — and an in-network primary-care clinician, urologist, or endocrinologist may be a better care route. Ask both the clinic and your health plan about fees and cancellation terms; insurance does not replace the clinic's own billing rules. Here's the other side, and it's real. Male Excel advertises cancellation at any time and no fixed-term commitment. We found no stated minimum term or cancellation fee in the five core documents above. That supports the cancel-anytime promise; it does not prove that pending orders, final charges, or your own enrollment terms carry no restrictions.¹ ² ⁴

That's a meaningfully different promise from a stated long-term lock-in. It still leaves you needing a record. Which is exactly what the next section is for.

How do you cancel Male Excel, step by step?

To request cancellation, contact Patient Care at (833) 625-3392, email support@maleexcel.com, or text (833) 394-7744. Name every recurring item you want stopped — the Medical Membership and the medication orders are billed separately. Then get written confirmation of the effective date; a sent message is not proof that an account was closed.² ⁴

Six steps. Don't skip step five.

1. List what's actually recurring on your account. Male Excel bills the Medical Membership monthly and medication in 60-day supplies. Those are two different charges on two different clocks. There may also be an ED prescription if you added one. Write them all down before you contact anyone.⁴ ⁸

2. Check the member portal first. Log in at member.maleexcel.com and look for a cancellation control. We could not inspect what's behind the login, so we won't tell you a button exists or that it doesn't. Look, and if you find one, use it — then still do step five.²

3. Send the request in writing. Email beats a phone call for one reason: it timestamps itself. Template below. If you'd rather call, call — then email a short summary afterward so there's a record.

4. Call if a charge or shipment is close. If you think an order is already in motion, phone them. Ask whether it's been approved, prepared, or already shipped. Don't assume support can pull it back — ask.

5. Get a complete written answer, with these five fields. This is the step that gives you a clear record:

Date the request was received
The cancellation effective date
Exactly which recurring items are now stopped
The status of any pending order
Any balance they believe is still owed, itemized

6. Check card activity now, then review at least two full monthly statements. Not one. Two. Because membership and medication run on different schedules, a charge can land in month two that you'd never see in month one. This is our record-checking recommendation, not a Male Excel policy. Do not wait for a statement to report a charge: check activity or set alerts, because Male Excel's written billing-complaint window is 15 calendar days.⁴ ⁶

The three states of a cancellation

Keep these three states separate:

Requested — you sent a message. Completion has not yet been confirmed.
Acknowledged — someone replied. Still not the same as done.
Confirmed — you have a written effective date and a list of what was stopped.

The third one is the goal. Aim for it every time — but keep your dated request even if no confirmation arrives.

Copy this message

Send it from your account email, add any other recurring services, and sign with your name. Ask support for a secure way to complete identity checks or receive records rather than attaching medical details to an ordinary billing email.

Save the reply. Screenshot it, forward it to yourself, whatever works. If a charge shows up later, that reply is the single most useful thing you can have.

When will Male Excel actually stop billing you?

The day you ask to cancel is not a verified effective date for every charge. Male Excel bills membership monthly and medication in 60-day supplies, and its TRT FAQ says it contacts you every two months to start the refill process. Ask for the date each recurring item stops and whether an order is already in progress.⁴ ² ¹

Three separate clocks matter when leaving Male Excel. They live on different pages. Here they are.

There's a fourth one worth knowing about, buried in Terms §14. The Terms give you 30 days from first accepting them to opt out of binding arbitration by writing to legal@excelmedical.com; for someone without an account, they use first use of the services instead. If you're brand new and the option appeals to you, the clock may already be running.¹

What about an order already in progress?

Ask three questions and write down the answers:

What's the current status of the order — approved, being prepared, or shipped?
Can support still stop it?
If it can't be stopped, what's the refund position on that specific charge?

Keep asking even if nothing has arrived yet. "It hasn't shown up" and "it hasn't been charged" are not the same thing.

Will you get your money back?

Male Excel's Terms & Conditions say all sales are final and fees, including subscription fees, are not refundable in whole or in part. Its separate Refund Policy rejects prescription returns for reuse or resale, while the Terms allow case-by-case resolution and the Excel Advantage Guarantee provides a conditional membership-fee claim. Cancellation alone does not secure a refund.¹ ⁷ ⁵

Stop asking "does Male Excel do refunds." Ask which charge you're talking about, because the answer changes.

One more thing worth saying: general "all sales are final" language in a company's terms does not mean you have no options at all. Cancellation alone does not create an automatic refund. Goodwill, a guarantee claim, a genuine billing error, and applicable rights through your card issuer are four different roads. Don't give up on the strength of one sentence in a terms page.¹ ⁵ ¹¹

How does the Excel Advantage Guarantee work?

The Excel Advantage Guarantee lets qualifying new members request the first three months of membership fees — not medication, labs, or consultation costs — if symptoms do not improve after 90 continuous days on the protocol. You must follow the prescribed protocol and attend scheduled appointments, and Male Excel evaluates adherence and provider feedback. Request the refund within 30 days after that 90-day period ends.⁵

The marketing version is one line: see results in 90 days or we'll refund your membership fees. The actual terms are nine clauses on a separate page reached through an asterisk. Here's what they say.¹⁰ ⁵

7. Changes	Male Excel may modify or end the guarantee at any time without notice; current enrollees keep their original terms
8. Acceptance	Participating and seeking a refund means accepting the guarantee terms
9. How "improvement" is judged	Male Excel's own proprietary hormone therapy assessment, based on your score or what you report to your provider

All nine clauses are provider-stated terms, not an independent promise of results or refund approval.⁵

Two things stand out.

At $99 a month, the membership-fee amount is $297

The guarantee limits the refund to membership fees for three months. At the published $99 monthly membership rate, that's $297: 3 × $99. This is an example using full-price fees, not a fixed payout; discounts and the fees actually paid matter.⁵ ⁴

Set that against the published first-year costs. Membership is $1,188 for 12 months, plus a $99 one-time consultation, plus the advertised testosterone medication bundle: $120 a month for injections or $132 for cream, billed every other month. The $95 oral offer is not testosterone replacement and does not belong in this TRT calculation.⁴

What this model includes: Male Excel says the consultation order includes an at-home hormone test. Its TRT online page says membership includes provider access, structured 60-day assessments, and blood testing every six months. Both medication prices include thyroid medication in the advertised bundle; the injection offer also lists syringes and needles.² ⁹ ⁴

What it cannot settle: shipping, any tax charged, prescription changes, and any testing or care outside the stated inclusions. We could not verify a separately required repeat early-morning test price or a promise that it is included. The model assumes no discounts, unchanged advertised prices, 12 membership charges, and six medication orders; six 60-day supplies equal 360 days, so confirm where the next refill falls on your actual billing calendar. These are reproducible subtotals, not all-in quotes or a claim that one home test establishes a diagnosis.⁴ ¹⁶

The cream is compounded and is not FDA-approved. The price table does not establish the approval status of the exact injection product dispensed; ask for its pharmacy label rather than assuming the two offers are equivalent.² ¹⁹

So $297 is about 10.3% to 10.9% of these modeled first-year subtotals, before extras. That is our calculation, not a percentage promised by Male Excel.

Our read: it's a limited membership-fee guarantee, not protection for the whole bill. It is not a safety net, and it shouldn't be the reason you sign up.

Cancelling early can cost you the refund

This is the most useful thing on this page, so we'll be blunt about it.

The guarantee requires a continuous 90-day period. If you end participation on day 45 or day 80 because it isn't working, you may make yourself ineligible for that guarantee. Asking to stop a future renewal is not necessarily the same as ending participation before day 90; the terms do not settle that account-specific question.⁵

Think about who that can hit. The man who wants his money back may also want to leave before the claim window opens.

If you're at day 60 and unhappy, do this before you cancel: email Male Excel and ask, in writing, whether cancelling now affects your guarantee eligibility. One question, one email, potentially $297.

And one caution that matters more than the money. Do not stay on a treatment that isn't right for you in order to protect a refund claim. If something feels wrong, or you're having side effects, that's a conversation with a clinician today — not a billing calculation. A refund policy should never decide your medical care.

We'll also say the fair thing: requiring people to complete the protocol before claiming a results guarantee is a condition you can assess before buying. The 90 days are a guarantee condition, not a medical rule for how long you must keep taking treatment. Male Excel's marketing does mention following the protocol for 90 days; the full terms add continuity, documentation, evaluation, and the later 30-day claim window. We just moved them next to each other.¹⁰ ⁵

Male Excel charged you after you cancelled. Now what?

Act quickly and in writing. Male Excel's Telehealth Informed Consent sets a 15-calendar-day written complaint condition for a charge you believe is inaccurate and claims a waiver if you miss it. Separately, federal billing-error rules give credit card users their own process and deadline with the card issuer; the company's wording is not a ruling that all your legal rights have expired.⁶ ¹¹

This is where the deadlines get real. Keep the company complaint and the payment-issuer process separate.

The 15-day rule

Male Excel's published consent says that if you believe a charge is wrong, you must tell Male Excel in writing within 15 calendar days of that charge and explain why. It states that missing this window waives the challenge or refund claim. That is the company's stated contractual position, not our conclusion about its enforceability in your case.⁶

Fifteen days. In writing. Not a phone call.

A monthly statement can arrive after that 15-day window. Check card activity or use charge alerts rather than waiting for the statement to report a problem.

Send the email today. Include the charge date, the amount, why you believe it's wrong, and a copy of your cancellation confirmation if you have one.

But that 15-day clock is not the end of your options

Here's the part the 15-day rule doesn't tell you, and the part that makes the difference.

Male Excel's 15-day condition describes its own complaint process. It does not replace the separate billing-error protections that may apply through your bank or card issuer.⁶ ¹¹ ¹²

If you paid by credit card: for the federal billing-error process, your issuer generally must receive your written notice within 60 days after it sent the first statement containing the error. Use the issuer's designated billing-error address, not its payment address, and keep proof. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau explains this process in detail. That's a separate road, with a separate and longer deadline.¹¹

If you paid by debit card or bank account: the process is different; the deadline depends on the problem and is not always shorter. Contact your bank promptly and ask what applies. And know this: stopping an automatic payment is not the same as cancelling the service, and it doesn't erase money you genuinely owe. If you also need to revoke payment authorization or request a stop-payment order, ask your bank how — don't rely on one step to do the job of both.¹² ¹³

A word on chargebacks. Use them for charges that are actually wrong. Explain the facts accurately and tell the issuer if Male Excel refunds the same charge. Notify Male Excel in writing, but do not delay your card-issuer notice while waiting for a reply: Regulation Z does not require you to contact the merchant first for this billing-error process.¹¹

Escalation order, if it comes to that

Written notice to Male Excel — today.
Ask for an itemized explanation and a written resolution date.
Start the card issuer or bank billing-error process within its own deadline; this can run alongside the first two steps.
For an unresolved dispute, Terms §14 directs written notice to legal@excelmedical.com and a 30-day informal-resolution period before arbitration. Do not let that period consume a bank or card deadline.¹
Consider a BBB complaint and your state consumer protection office, or a qualifying small-claims case if appropriate.

That last one is worth a note. Male Excel's Terms §14 provide for individual arbitration through the American Arbitration Association and a class-action waiver; the Terms also select North Carolina law, with federal arbitration law governing the arbitration provision. Small claims court is specifically preserved as an exception, subject to the claim qualifying in the relevant court. Review the applicable procedure rather than assuming a small dollar amount alone guarantees access.¹

What other customers have reported

Public complaint records include billing continuing after a cancellation the member believed was confirmed — including an October 7, 2025 complaint describing chat and email confirmation followed by another membership charge. These are customer-experience reports, not a measured cancellation-failure rate.¹⁴

Here's the honest context, because it matters both ways. In its October 9, 2025 response, Male Excel attributed a recurring charge to a system error and said it was refunding the erroneous charge. In a January 7, 2026 complaint, the disagreement involved a cancellation and a temporary free-membership offer; the company's January 8 response reported an agreement to refund. A December 5, 2025 complainant also reported already receiving $297, and the company later agreed to refund the remaining disputed charges. Those reports matter, but an agreement to refund is not independent proof of payment.¹⁴

Male Excel's Trustpilot page showed 4.5 out of 5 across 6,401 reviews when checked September 9, 2026. That overall score does not tell us how often cancellation problems occur. Complaints are allegations unless supported by other evidence, and the company response admitting a system error is distinct from the customer's account.¹⁵ ¹⁴

But the practical lesson is the same regardless of cause, and it's the reason we keep repeating it: get it in writing, check card activity promptly, and review at least two full monthly statements. Also — if anyone offers you a free month or a discount to stay, get the terms of that offer in writing too. A retention offer that pauses your account is not a cancellation; the January complaint shows why that distinction matters.¹⁴

Can you pause instead? Or cancel just one part?

Male Excel's TRT online page says you can pause treatment by contacting Member Support and restart when ready. It does not explain all pause-billing or partial-cancellation terms, and the advertised program requires a Medical Membership. Get the restart date and the charges that continue or resume in writing before accepting.⁹ ⁴

Three things people get wrong here.

A pause is not a cancellation. If you accept one, ask for it in writing: pause start date, pause end date, whether membership keeps billing during it, whether medication orders stop, whether it restarts automatically, and what the price is when it does.

Declining a refill is not proof that your membership has been cancelled. These are separate charges. Ask support to confirm the membership status as well as the shipment status; do not assume saying no to one shipment ends the monthly fee.⁴

Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling. We couldn't verify that one causes the other. Cancel first, get confirmation, request your records, and treat any account-deletion request as a separate thing you do afterward.

What happens to your prescription, your records, and your health?

Cancelling a subscription and stopping testosterone are two different decisions. Before changing treatment, talk to a clinician about continuing care, symptom changes, and any follow-up tests; this page cannot predict your hormone levels after treatment ends. Request your records while your account is still active so another clinician has the history to work with.¹⁶ ²³

This is the part a billing page usually skips. It shouldn't.

Can your prescription move to another pharmacy?

Male Excel's Terms state that to maintain consistency with its treatment protocols, it will not send your prescription to a different pharmacy. That's its program restriction, not a blanket legal ban on every pharmacy transfer. DEA rules permit certain electronic controlled-substance prescription transfers between registered retail pharmacies when the required conditions and state law allow. Ask the dispensing pharmacist and your clinician what is possible; a new clinician may need to evaluate you and issue a new prescription.¹ ²⁰

Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States and requires a valid prescription from an authorized licensed prescriber. Cancelling a subscription is not a route around that. Ask the clinical team about continuing care rather than assuming a refund or cancellation request also resolves your prescription needs.²¹ ²²

Get your records before you go

Request these, in writing, while your account is still open:

All laboratory reports
Consultation and follow-up notes
Your medication list and dispensing details
Relevant billing records

The Telehealth Informed Consent recognizes your right to request records. Separately, for providers covered by HIPAA, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is clear that a provider cannot refuse to give you a copy of your records simply because you haven't paid for services. A reasonable, cost-based copying or mailing fee may still apply; search or retrieval fees may not. Worth knowing if a balance is in dispute.⁶ ²³

Ask for the delivery date. HIPAA-covered entities generally must act on an access request within 30 calendar days. One further 30-day extension is allowed if they provide the reason and completion date in writing within the first 30 days. Cancelling your subscription does not make an existing right of access disappear.²⁴

What stopping actually means

Do not assume an immediate return to your old levels. Testosterone treatment can suppress the body's own hormone signals, and recovery after treatment ends is not the same for everyone. Symptoms that improved may come back. Your clinician needs to assess your situation rather than treat a provider FAQ's baseline claim as a personal forecast.¹⁷ ¹⁸

What it is a reason for is a conversation. Ask your prescriber for a plan before changing medication, particularly if you've been on treatment a long time or are also taking the thyroid medication listed in Male Excel's bundles. Thyroid treatment is a separate prescription decision, not something a cancellation guide should direct.⁴ ¹⁶

If you had hematocrit (the share of your blood made up of red blood cells), PSA (prostate-specific antigen, a protein measured to help assess prostate health), or estradiol drawn recently, a clinician should review the relevant results. Leaving a program doesn't close out an abnormal lab.¹⁶ ²⁵

If the original diagnosis is unclear, bring that up before choosing a replacement program. Current guidance calls for compatible symptoms or signs and consistently low testosterone, confirmed with repeat early-morning, fasting testing using reliable methods — not symptoms, a quiz, or one cutoff alone. On fertility: exogenous testosterone — testosterone from outside the body — can suppress sperm production. If you're stopping because you and your partner are trying to conceive, that conversation belongs with a urologist or reproductive urologist. We can't tell you whether or when sperm production recovers; evaluation helps guide care but cannot guarantee recovery. Our fertility-first care guide covers questions to bring.¹⁷

Seek clinician-led evaluation, often in person, rather than simply choosing another online program, if you have unusual or severe symptoms, a known pituitary or testicular condition, infertility concerns, very abnormal labs, a history of prostate or breast cancer, elevated hematocrit, untreated severe sleep apnea, or a recent major cardiovascular event. Primary care, urology, endocrinology, or reproductive urology may be the right starting point.¹⁶ ¹⁷

And if you have chest pain or trouble breathing — call 911 or go to the emergency department. New one-sided leg swelling or pain needs urgent medical assessment, especially with redness or warmth; if it occurs with chest pain or breathing trouble, seek emergency care. Don't wait for a billing reply.²⁶

Provider-stated, not independently tested: the $99 monthly membership rate, current medication prices, included services, and refund-assessment method. We recalculated the cost examples, but did not test checkout charges, support response times, cancellation completion, or refund approval.⁴ ⁹ ⁵

What we could not confirm: a public document titled "Cancellation Policy" or "Scheduling and Cancellations Policy" · a universal membership cancellation notice period or effective-date rule · complete pause-billing, restart, or partial-cancellation terms · whether cancellation controls exist inside the member portal · whether deleting an account stops billing · a separate unused-kit or cancelled-consultation refund exception · shipping amounts or account-specific additional testing costs.

What else should you know about the Male Excel cancellation policy?

These answers separate ending future billing from refunds, pauses, and medical-record access. Where Male Excel has not published a complete process, get the answer for your own account in writing.

Can I cancel Male Excel at any time? Yes. Male Excel's TRT FAQ says it doesn't require a fixed-term commitment and you may cancel your treatment plan at any time. Its Terms & Conditions separately confirm a subscription may be cancelled at any time. We found no minimum term in the core documents we checked, but you still need the effective date and pending-order status.² ¹

Is there a Male Excel cancellation fee? We found no stated cancellation fee in the five core documents reviewed on September 9, 2026. That's not a promise your final balance will be zero — ask about pending medication orders and the current membership cycle, because those are separate charges.¹ ⁴

How do I cancel my Male Excel membership? Contact Male Excel by phone at (833) 625-3392, by email at support@maleexcel.com, or by text at (833) 394-7744, and check the member portal at member.maleexcel.com. Published phone hours are 7am–9pm Eastern daily, labeled “EST” on its site. Name the Medical Membership and the medication orders separately, and ask for written confirmation of the effective date.² ³ ⁴

Can I cancel Male Excel by email? The support email is published, so you can certainly send your request that way — and we recommend it, because it timestamps itself. We could not verify that email alone completes cancellation, so ask in your message whether any further step is required.²

Does Male Excel give refunds? Its Terms state all sales are final and fees, including subscription fees, are not refundable in whole or in part. The Terms also say Male Excel may resolve customer issues case by case, and public complaint records include a customer reporting a refund and company agreements to refund. The Excel Advantage Guarantee offers a separate, conditional membership-fee claim.¹ ¹⁴ ⁵

What does the Excel Advantage Guarantee actually cover? Membership fees for the initial 90 days, and nothing else — not medication, labs, or the consultation fee. It's for new members who complete a continuous 90-day period following the protocol as prescribed, and the request must be made within 30 days after that period ends. Male Excel evaluates the claim; approval is not automatic.⁵

Can I get a refund if I cancel before 90 days? Ending participation before completing the continuous 90-day period can make you ineligible for the guarantee. The terms do not establish that every request to stop a future renewal ends participation immediately, so ask Male Excel in writing how your requested effective date affects the claim. But never continue a treatment that isn't right for you to protect a refund claim — that's a conversation for a clinician.⁵

Male Excel charged me after I cancelled. What do I do? Email them today. The Telehealth Informed Consent sets a 15-calendar-day written window to challenge a charge you believe is inaccurate. Separately, for a credit-card billing error, the issuer generally must receive your written notice within 60 days after sending the first statement containing the error. Do not wait for Male Excel's response before protecting that deadline.⁶ ¹¹

Does Male Excel require 48 hours' notice to cancel? We found no universal 48-hour membership-cancellation rule. But its TRT FAQ, in the cream-to-injection answer, describes text/email reminders and 48 hours to act before billing and shipping; its ED FAQ separately describes a text 48 hours before an ED refill. Those are refill-specific notices. Ask support which deadline applies to the pending order on your account.² ⁸

Can I pause my Male Excel membership instead of cancelling? Male Excel advertises a treatment pause through Member Support. That does not establish which membership charges stop: get the restart date, what keeps billing during the pause, and the price when it resumes — all in writing — before accepting. A pause is not a cancellation.⁹

Can I return unused testosterone? Not for reuse or resale under Male Excel's published policy, which says prescription sales are final. It directs you to support if a prescription was filled in error. That refund policy is separate from safe disposal; ask a pharmacist what to do with unwanted medication.⁷

Will I get my medical records after I cancel? Request them in writing, ideally before you cancel. The Telehealth Informed Consent recognizes your right to request records, and HHS guidance is clear that a HIPAA-covered provider can't refuse a copy just because you haven't paid a bill. Reasonable, cost-based copying or mailing fees can still apply; ask for the delivery date.⁶ ²³ ²⁴

Male Excel Cancellation Policy: How to Cancel, and What You Actually Get Back
