Relive Health TRT Reviews (2026): What We Verified Before You Sign Up
Relive Health TRT reviews are mostly positive about staff and service, but most public reviews aren't specific to testosterone care. Relive is an in-person franchise network with 28 open centers in 12 states, no clear network-wide TRT price, and a 6-month Journey hormone commitment. It fits men who want face-to-face care near a center.
That's the short answer. The longer answer matters more if you're about to sign. In Relive's published membership agreement there's one clause about disputes and chargebacks that almost nobody reads before signing. We cover it in the contract section below. Read that part before you hand over a card.
Relive may fit you if:
- You live near one of its centers
- You want your blood drawn and your questions answered in person
- You're fine paying cash and committing to six months
- You like having hormone care, IV therapy, and weight-loss services in one building
Relive probably isn't for you if:
- There's no center near you, or you want care fully online → see online options
- You want an exact price before your first visit
- You want insurance to pay → see a primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist
- You're trying to have a baby in the next year or two → read the fertility section first
Find your nearest Relive center → We earn nothing from Relive. Bring our 6-question consult checklist with you.
Disclosure: We may earn a commission if you start care with some online TRT providers mentioned later on this page. That never changes what we verify, and it never changes who we tell to choose someone else.
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.

Relive Health TRT reviews: our verdict
Relive Health is a real, growing franchise network of in-person wellness clinics. Its TRT pages say prescribing comes from nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical doctors, while its corporate FAQ says care is delivered by licensed medical providers under physician supervision. Public reviews mostly praise staff and service, but most are not TRT-specific. The weak spots are a complete TRT price you can't see in advance, a 6-month commitment, and protocol pages that repeatedly name gonadorelin and anastrozole without showing whether every patient receives them.
Here's how we'd put it to a friend. If a Relive center is ten minutes from your house and you hate the idea of mailing in blood samples, Relive deserves a real look. Just don't sign anything until you have three things in writing: the full monthly price, what that price includes, and the agreement you'd be signing.
What we actually verified
Verified on: October 19, 2026
Sources checked: Relive's corporate site, About page and FAQ, membership page, published membership terms, website terms of use, store locator, and multiple men's hormone and personalized-health location pages. Also checked: the FDA, the American Urological Association (AUA), the Endocrine Society, DEA/HHS telemedicine rules, Better Business Bureau location records, and Birdeye review pages.
Confirmed from Relive's own current pages:
- Locations are locally owned franchises that follow network-wide protocols
- Services are self-pay
- Care happens in person, and online consultations aren't offered
- 33 locations listed: 28 open, 5 coming soon, in 12 states
- Core membership is $149/month and is separate from the hormone program
- The Relive Journey hormone program carries a 6-month commitment
- The published membership terms require in-person cancellation at least 30 days before your next automatic payment
- Men's pages name testosterone, gonadorelin, and anastrozole as protocol parts
Provider-stated, not independently confirmed:
- The $149/month TRT starting price on the Houston page, plus separate location-specific general membership prices such as $129/month at East Rutherford
- Blood panel size
- Prescriber types at each clinic
Not publicly disclosed — ask your clinic:
- The full hormone program price, and what it includes (labs, medication, add-ons, follow-ups)
- Whether your testosterone is an FDA-approved product or a compounded one, and which pharmacy fills it
- The exact cancellation and early-exit terms of the 6-month hormone agreement
- How often you'll be retested, and what that costs
What we did not do: We didn't visit a Relive center, buy a membership, or interview Relive staff. This is a review of Relive's public record, its published terms, and patient feedback. It is not a hands-on test.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
What is Relive Health — and is it a real medical clinic?
Relive Health is a franchise brand run by Relive Franchising LLC of Stuart, Florida. Each center is locally owned and offers hormone therapy alongside IV drips, ozone, peptides, weight-loss drugs, and aesthetic treatments like Botox and fillers. Relive says care comes from licensed providers working under physician supervision. In practice it's a mix of medical clinic and med spa.
So is it "legit"? Yes, in the way that matters first. It's a real company with physical clinics, and its current pages describe care from licensed medical providers. Founder Domenic Iacovone started Relive in 2017, and its current locator lists 33 locations, including 28 open centers and 5 coming soon.
But "legit" and "right for you" aren't the same question. Three things about how Relive is built affect your experience directly.
Every Relive is locally owned
Relive's FAQ says its clinics are locally owned and operated franchises that follow the same network-wide medical protocols, treatment standards, and quality requirements. That's normal for a franchise. It also means your clinic's owner, staff, prices, and some published program details can differ from the location in the next state.
We saw that in the details:
- Some current location pages publish a 52-marker blood panel (including Houston and Flower Mound)
- Other current pages publish 66 markers (including West Nashville and Lakeville), while Coral Gables describes a 65+ panel
- Relive's current location pages describe different testosterone formats in different markets
- The Houston page says it uses under-the-skin injections rather than pellets, while West Nashville lists pellets, injections, gels, and patches
None of that is a scandal. It just means the reviews you read about one Relive may not describe yours.
Who you'll actually talk to
Relive's process often runs through a client advocate — a staff member who walks you through your "pathway" after labs. Relive TRT pages say prescriptions are made by certified nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical doctors.
That difference matters. An advocate can explain a plan. A licensed prescriber must make the prescribing decision. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance and requires a valid prescription under federal law. Ask who your prescriber is and make sure the medical decision comes from that licensed clinician.
One more detail worth knowing. Relive's corporate pages describe a central clinical leadership team, but that does not tell you the training or experience of the clinician who will prescribe at your local franchise. Ask for your prescriber's name, license type, and experience treating testosterone deficiency.
How to check your prescriber in two minutes: ask for the prescriber's full name and license type. Then look them up on your state medical board's or nursing board's license search. If the clinic won't tell you who will prescribe before you commit, treat that as a reason to slow down.
Can you use Relive? Locations, and the one thing it doesn't do
Relive's testosterone-care model is built around in-person clinic visits. Its locator lists 28 open centers and 5 coming soon in 12 states, with Florida holding 12 of the 33. If you don't live near one, Relive isn't a practical option for you yet. Its own men's hormone pages say online consultations aren't offered.
Relive Health locations (checked October 19, 2026)
The honest tradeoff
Relive does not offer online TRT. If doing everything from home is your priority, an online provider like Male Excel is a better fit. Male Excel runs its visits online and ships medication to your door.
But Relive's current model keeps the core evaluation local: its corporate FAQ says blood work, provider consultations, and treatments happen in person. Some location pages also describe medication being shipped after that in-person process. For men who want a physical clinic and face-to-face review, that's the point.
If you're outside the 12 states, or you just don't want clinic visits, jump to Relive vs online TRT.
How much does Relive Health TRT cost?
Relive doesn't publish one network-wide all-in TRT price. The Houston center says men's TRT programs start at $149 a month. Separate location pages publish general memberships such as $129 a month, while the corporate Relive Journey program carries a 6-month commitment and advertises 50% off the first protocol month. We could not verify that those prices and promotions can be combined into one reliable first-year TRT total.
This is the part that frustrates people most. So here's every number Relive puts in public, side by side.
The four prices you'll find on Relive's own pages
One more sign the web pricing isn't fully standardized: current personalized-health pages for locations including Flower Mound and West Nashville still show a developer note telling the site team to pull Journey tier names, pricing, and terms from an approved membership one-pager. That isn't a problem with your care. It does mean you shouldn't treat one public number as your final quote until your clinic puts the full price in writing.
Why we are not publishing a first-year Relive TRT total
The Houston $149 figure is a location-specific starting price. The 50%-off first-protocol-month promotion is published on Relive's corporate Journey pages. We could not verify that the Houston starting price includes the same items as Journey, that the promotion applies to that exact Houston offer, or whether required labs, medication, supplies, adjunct drugs, or follow-up visits are included.
Combining those numbers would create a neat total that the evidence doesn't support. The useful number is the one your clinic gives you in writing.
Why "starting at" is not your price
A starting price is not a complete-cost figure when required labs, medication, supplies, follow-ups, or dose-related changes may be separate. The first-month Journey discount is also an introductory promotion, not the ongoing monthly price.
Core is a separate $149/month wellness membership. Relive's corporate membership page says you can add Core to Journey; it does not say Core is required for HRT. If a clinic presents them together, ask what you would pay for the hormone program without Core.
Insurance, HSA and financing
Relive says its services are self-pay and that many clients use HSA or FSA money where eligible. It also says lab coverage varies. Membership checkout runs through Cherry, a patient-financing company.
If you'd rather use insurance for evaluation, labs, or an FDA-approved testosterone product, start with a primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist and check your own plan's coverage rules.

What's in the Relive TRT protocol?
Relive's men's pages repeatedly describe a "Relive Protocol" that names testosterone, gonadorelin, and anastrozole. Houston describes under-the-skin testosterone injections, while other locations list additional formats. Relive does not publicly show that every patient receives all three drugs. Gonadorelin has no current FDA-approved human indication for preserving sperm production during TRT, and anastrozole's FDA-approved indications are for breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Ask what is actually being prescribed to you and why.
Relive calls this "The Relive Protocol." Here's each piece, in plain English, next to what the evidence and the FDA say.
"Bioidentical" doesn't answer the question that matters
Many Relive pages use the word "bioidentical." Relive describes these hormones as plant-derived and structurally matching hormones made by the body. One current Relive men's page still says bioidentical HRT has "no links to adverse side effects."
That claim is too broad. "Bioidentical" does not remove testosterone's labeled risks, and it is not an FDA approval category. In February 2025, the FDA required class-wide labeling changes that add blood-pressure information and removed the older boxed-warning language about increased cardiovascular outcomes after reviewing the TRAVERSE trial.
To its credit, Relive's newer corporate page does list side effects: acne, fluid retention, changes in red blood cell count, and lower natural testosterone production.
The question that actually matters is this: is your testosterone an FDA-approved product, or is it compounded? Compounded drugs are mixed by a pharmacy for a specific patient. The FDA doesn't review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they're sold. Relive's public pages don't say which one you'll get. Ask.
What testosterone can do to your body, and why monitoring matters
Testosterone therapy can affect:
- Hematocrit (the proportion of red blood cells in your blood)
- Blood pressure
- PSA and prostate monitoring decisions
- Sleep apnea risk and symptoms in some patients
- Sperm production
Regular monitoring can help detect treatment-related changes; it does not prevent them. The AUA recommends measuring testosterone every 6 to 12 months during therapy. Ask Relive how often it retests, what else it monitors, and whether those labs cost extra.
Will Relive confirm you actually have low testosterone first?
Relive starts with a 52- or 66-marker blood panel and a symptom review. That's a good start. But the AUA says low testosterone should only be diagnosed with symptoms plus two early-morning total testosterone tests on separate days, using under 300 ng/dL as a reasonable cutoff. Ask whether Relive will retest before prescribing.
A big panel feels thorough. But more markers don't equal a diagnosis. Testosterone moves around during the day and from day to day. One result can be misleading because testosterone varies by time of day and from day to day, and illness can also affect levels.
Here's the standard the main medical groups use:
- AUA guideline: diagnose only after two total testosterone tests on separate occasions, both done early in the morning, plus symptoms or signs. Under 300 ng/dL is a "reasonable cutoff" — not a magic line.
- Endocrine Society (July 2026 statement): focus on an accurate diagnosis from a clinician. Treatment shouldn't be based on symptoms alone.
Total testosterone is all the testosterone in your blood. Free testosterone is the small part that isn't attached to proteins. Both can matter, but total testosterone is where diagnosis starts.
One Relive page says it aims for your "optimal range" rather than the "technically normal" one. That's a treatment philosophy. It isn't a diagnosis, and you should know which one you're buying.
Start with your regular doctor, a urologist, or an endocrinologist — not a wellness membership — if any of these apply:
- A very low testosterone result
- Headaches or vision changes (possible pituitary problems)
- Small or changing testicles
- Infertility
- A history of prostate or breast cancer
- High hematocrit
- Untreated severe sleep apnea
- A recent heart attack or stroke
More on that: Do you need two low testosterone tests for TRT?
Will Relive TRT affect your fertility?
Yes, it can. Exogenous testosterone can suppress sperm production. Relive's men's pages say gonadorelin supports natural hormone production, but current AUA fertility guidance does not list gonadorelin among the fertility-preserving alternatives it discusses. The Endocrine Society advises against starting testosterone in men planning fertility in the near term. If fertility matters, see a urologist or reproductive urologist before starting testosterone.
This is the section most clinic marketing gets too comfortable with.
When you take testosterone from outside your body, the hormonal signals that support the testicles can be suppressed. Sperm production — spermatogenesis — can fall substantially and may reach zero in some men. Recovery after stopping varies, so no clinic should promise a specific recovery timeline.
Relive's Houston page says its protocol includes gonadorelin to help maintain natural production, and that providers will tailor plans if fertility is a priority. Here's what that claim does and doesn't mean:
- The AUA's fertility-preservation options for men with low testosterone are hCG, a class of drugs called SERMs (such as clomiphene), aromatase inhibitors, or a combination. Gonadorelin isn't on that list.
- The AUA also says men interested in fertility should have a reproductive health evaluation before treatment.
- The Endocrine Society's guideline recommends against starting testosterone in men who plan to have children soon.
If you want kids in the near term: get a fertility-aware opinion from a urologist or reproductive urologist before starting testosterone. A semen analysis may be part of that evaluation depending on your situation. Ask Relive what alternatives it offers, but do not treat a gonadorelin add-on as a fertility guarantee.

What does the Relive membership contract say?
Relive's published membership agreement includes binding individual arbitration under Florida law, a broad liability release, and a chargeback penalty of three times the disputed amount plus $625 an hour. Cancellation must be done in person, at least 30 days before your next automatic payment. The 6-month hormone program may carry different terms. Ask for the exact agreement you'd sign.
This is the clause we flagged at the top. We read Relive's published "Month-to-Month Membership Agreement" line by line. It names Hormone Replacement Therapy among the services it covers. Here's what's in it, in plain English.
One important limit: this published month-to-month agreement may not be identical to the Relive Journey hormone agreement. Journey adds a 6-month protocol commitment, and we could not find its full early-exit terms published online.
So before you sign, ask your clinic: "Can I get a copy of the full agreement before I sign?" Read the actual Journey/HRT agreement, not just the month-to-month membership terms posted online.
What do Relive Health testosterone reviews actually say?
Public ratings for individual Relive centers are often strong, but they are location-specific and usually mix hormone care with IV therapy, weight loss, aesthetics, and other services. Lakeville, Minnesota currently shows 4.7 stars from 139 reviews on Birdeye. That is useful for staff, communication, scheduling, and service signals — not proof that TRT is safe, effective, or likely to produce a particular result.
Here's how we use reviews. They're good at revealing patterns — billing, scheduling, communication, and how a clinic treats people. They can't prove a treatment is safe or that it works. One person's good or bad result isn't your expected result.
What we found
Those BBB records are not TRT-specific, and one franchise's complaint history should not be treated as a network-wide result. The contrast is exactly why you should check the record for your Relive location.
Why the stars on Relive's own pages don't count
Relive's own location pages also display network-wide rating claims such as “rated 4.5 by thousands of clients.” Those sitewide badges are not a TRT-specific outcome measure. When you check reviews, read the ones for your location, and search them for the words "hormone," "testosterone," "membership," "billing," and "cancel."
Is Relive Health legit?
Yes. It's a real, operating franchise with physical clinics, and Relive's current TRT pages say prescriptions are made by certified NPs, PAs, and medical doctors. Its weaknesses are decision-friction problems — incomplete network-wide TRT pricing, consequential contract terms, and public protocol pages that repeatedly name the same adjunct drugs without showing how often they are actually prescribed — not signs of a fake business.
The 6 questions to ask at your Relive consult
Six questions settle almost everything reviews can't. You need the full monthly price and what's in it, the commitment and cancel rules, who prescribes, whether you'll be retested, whether your testosterone is FDA-approved or compounded, and why you need each add-on drug. Get every answer in writing.
Print this or screenshot it. A good clinic won't mind. A pushy one will show itself fast.
- "What's my total monthly price for testosterone, and what exactly does it include?" That means labs, medication, gonadorelin, anastrozole, supplies, and visits.
- "How long am I committed, how do I cancel, and can I read the full agreement before I sign?"
- "Who is my prescriber — name and license type — and will I meet them, not just an advocate?"
- "Will you confirm low testosterone with a second early-morning test before prescribing?"
- "Is my testosterone an FDA-approved product or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it?"
- "Why are gonadorelin or anastrozole being recommended in my case, and what finding supports each one?"
Bonus if fertility matters: "Should I see a reproductive urologist or get a semen analysis before treatment, and what non-testosterone options do you offer?"
If you leave with clear, written answers to all six, you'll know more about your care than most people who've already signed.

Is Relive better than an online TRT provider?
Neither is better for everyone. Pick Relive if a center is near you and in-person care matters most. An online provider may fit better if you live outside Relive's service area, want remote visits, or prefer a published national pricing structure. Relive's Houston starting price is lower than some online program totals, but it is not a verified all-in national Relive cost.
That last point surprises people, so here's the math.
Male Excel figures come from Male Excel's own pricing page, checked October 2026. Its published injectable starting price includes testosterone cypionate plus thyroid medication; the required medical membership and shipping are separate. Final cost can change with dose. Male Excel's site describes its testosterone as compounded, so it is not the same regulatory category as an FDA-approved testosterone product.
A quick note on online rules. Federal telemedicine flexibilities currently allow qualifying controlled-substance prescribing without a prior in-person visit through December 31, 2026, subject to the federal rules and applicable state law, licensure, and prescribing requirements. That date or rule can change.
If you're outside Relive's 12 states, or done with clinic visits
Male Excel is an affiliate option for men who want a fully online model. Its consult, required membership, and medication starting prices are posted publicly, and its pricing page says there is no contract and patients can cancel anytime.
The tradeoff is cost and approach. At the published starting injection price, Male Excel is about $219 a month before shipping once you add the required membership to medication, plus a one-time $99 online consultation. Its injectable page describes subcutaneous self-injection and its pricing page pairs testosterone with thyroid medication. If that model fits you, the public pricing and no-contract terms remove some of the cost uncertainty Relive leaves location-specific.

If you'd like to start with a test at home
Taurus Meds is another affiliate option for readers who want a fully online route. Its current site says it offers a free testosterone test and access to licensed clinicians who decide whether medication is appropriate.

Who should choose Relive Health, and who shouldn't
Choose Relive if you live near a center, value in-person care, and get a written quote and agreement you're comfortable with. Skip it if you're outside its 12 states, want online care, need near-term fertility protection, want insurance to pay, or have a medical history that calls for a specialist first.
How we reviewed Relive Health
We followed our published method, How We Review TRT Providers. It separates what Relive says, what we verified against primary sources, what customers report, and our own judgment. We checked Relive's corporate and location pages, locator, membership page and terms, and medical guidance from the FDA, AUA, and Endocrine Society on October 19, 2026.
Our method, How We Review TRT Providers, looks at clinical eligibility, the testing process, clinician access, state availability, treatment formats, medication and pharmacy transparency, fertility handling, monitoring, total cost, cancellation, support, and how honest a provider's claims are. We calculate complete cost instead of repeating a teaser price. We don't assign star ratings or scores.

Relive Health TRT reviews: FAQ
How much does Relive Health TRT cost per month?
Relive doesn't publish one network-wide all-in price. The Houston center says men's TRT programs start at $149 a month. Separate general memberships can carry different prices, while Relive Journey uses a 6-month commitment and currently advertises 50% off the first protocol month. We could not verify that those figures combine into one universal TRT total, so ask your clinic for the all-in price in writing.
Is the $149 Core membership the same as TRT?
No. Core is a monthly wellness membership with credits for things like IVs and lab panels. Hormone therapy falls under the separate Relive Journey program. You don't need Core to get TRT.
Does Relive Health offer online or telehealth TRT?
No. Relive's men's hormone pages say online consultations aren't offered, and its About page says blood work, provider visits, and treatment happen in person. If you want online care, see our comparison of online providers above.
Is Relive Health legit?
Yes. It's a real franchise network with physical clinics. Relive says care is delivered by licensed medical providers under physician supervision, and its TRT pages say prescriptions are made by certified NPs, PAs, and medical doctors. The bigger decision issues are incomplete network-wide TRT pricing, consequential contract language, and location-level variation.
Does Relive Health take insurance?
No. Relive says its services are self-pay. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds where eligible, and lab coverage varies. If insurance matters, a primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist is usually a better fit.
Who prescribes testosterone at Relive?
Relive says care comes from licensed providers under physician supervision, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants. You may also meet a client advocate, who isn't a prescriber. Ask for your prescriber's name and license type.
What is gonadorelin, and why does Relive prescribe it?
Gonadorelin is a form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which signals the pituitary to release LH and FSH. Relive says it uses gonadorelin to support natural testosterone production during therapy. We found no current FDA-approved human gonadorelin indication for preserving sperm production during TRT, and current AUA fertility guidance does not list gonadorelin among its fertility-preserving alternatives. Ask what product is being prescribed, why, and which pharmacy supplies it.
Why does Relive add anastrozole?
Relive says anastrozole limits conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Anastrozole's FDA-approved indications are for breast cancer in postmenopausal women, so use in men is off-label. Ask what finding in your case supports prescribing it rather than assuming it is a routine part of TRT.
Is bioidentical testosterone safer?
The word "bioidentical" does not establish that a testosterone product is safer. It is not an FDA approval category. In 2025, FDA required class-wide blood-pressure labeling changes for testosterone products. What matters more is the exact product, whether it is FDA-approved or compounded, and whether you are appropriately monitored.
Will Relive TRT affect my fertility?
It can. Testosterone therapy can lower or stop sperm production. The Endocrine Society recommends against starting testosterone if you plan to have children soon. See a urologist or reproductive urologist first if fertility matters.
How do I cancel a Relive membership?
Relive's published membership terms say cancellation must be done in person at your clinic, at least 30 days before your next automatic payment. The 6-month hormone program may have its own exit terms, so get the exact agreement before you sign.
Where are Relive Health locations?
As of October 2026, Relive lists 28 open centers and 5 coming soon in 12 states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. Florida has the most, with 12.
Will Relive test me twice before prescribing testosterone?
Relive's public pages describe comprehensive blood testing before a plan, but we did not find a network-wide public promise that every patient receives two separate early-morning total testosterone tests before prescribing. The AUA says diagnosis should rest on two early-morning total testosterone tests on separate days plus symptoms or signs. Ask your clinic how it confirms the diagnosis.
