Rugiet TRT cost starts with a $49–$69 lab test and doctor video visit. After that, plans are reported at $537 for 3 months, $954 for 6 months, or $1,668 for 12 months — that's $179, $159, or $139 a month. Rugiet says labs, medication, and follow-ups are included. On the 12-month plan, year one runs about $1,717–$1,737.
That $139 number is real as Rugiet's advertised starting rate. But it comes with a string attached: independent current pricing sources tie it to the longest reported plan, while Rugiet's public page does not spell out every plan total. We'll show you exactly what is verified, what is reported, and when your refund window can close.
Rugiet TRT is probably a fit if you live in a state it serves, you're OK doing your labs through Rugiet, and you'd rather pay one flat price than juggle a membership, a lab bill, and a pharmacy bill.
It's probably not your best move if:
- You live in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or South Carolina. Rugiet doesn't offer TRT there.
- You want to use lab work you already have. Rugiet won't accept it.
- You do not want a multi-month plan or you need the exact billing schedule confirmed before committing.
- You need insurance billing or a specific FDA-approved brand of testosterone.
- Near-term fertility is a priority. Major guidelines recommend against starting testosterone therapy when fertility is planned in the near term.
Looking for Rugiet Ready (the ED lozenge)? That's a different product with a different price list. This page covers Rugiet's testosterone program only.
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.
How much does Rugiet TRT cost?
Rugiet TRT costs $49–$69 up front for a blood test and a video visit with a clinician. If you're prescribed treatment, current independent sources report $537 for 3 months, $954 for 6 months, or $1,668 for 12 months — $179, $159, or $139 per month. Rugiet itself confirms that plans start at $139/month and says ongoing labs, medication, and clinician follow-ups are included.
Here's the whole price list in one place. We pulled it together from Rugiet's current testosterone pages, its injectable and topical pages, and current independent price reporting from Innerbody Research and USA Today.
| What you pay | Amount | Evidence | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blood test + clinician video visit | $49 or $69 | Rugiet's injectable/topical pages show $49; its main TRT page shows $69 | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| 3-month plan | $537 ($179/mo) | Reported by Innerbody Research and USA Today | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| 6-month plan | $954 ($159/mo) | Reported by Innerbody Research and USA Today | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| 12-month plan | $1,668 ($139/mo) | Reported by Innerbody Research and USA Today; consistent with Rugiet's $139/mo starting claim | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| Price by medication | One flat price | Rugiet says every medication option uses one flat price | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| Ongoing labs | Included, according to Rugiet | Rugiet says ongoing lab fees are included | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| Outside labs | Not accepted | Rugiet says baseline and follow-up labs must use its approved process | Sept. 24, 2026 |
One important note on those plan totals: Rugiet's current public page shows the $139/month starting floor, but the three full plan totals above come from current independent reporting, not a public Rugiet checkout page we could verify without enrolling. The screen in front of you before payment is the price that counts.
Is Rugiet TRT really $139 a month?
Yes — Rugiet currently advertises plans starting at $139/month. Current independent pricing sources tie that rate to a reported 12-month plan totaling $1,668; shorter reported plans work out to $159/month for 6 months and $179/month for 3 months. Rugiet's public page does not currently show the full payment timing for each bundle, so confirm the amount due today before you pay.
This is the string attached to the $139.
Rugiet does not publish a month-to-month TRT option on the pages we checked. If paying one month at a time matters more than getting Rugiet's lowest reported monthly equivalent, compare a true monthly program before you commit.
Rugiet's strength is the flat bundle: Rugiet says ongoing labs, medication, clinician follow-ups, dose adjustments, and treatment switches are included in one price. The tradeoff is that the lowest reported monthly equivalent comes with the longest reported plan.
So the real question isn't "Is $139 real?" It's "What commitment and payment schedule does the $139 rate require at checkout?"
- If the 12-month terms fit your budget and you want Rugiet's lowest reported monthly equivalent: the reported treatment total is $1,668, plus the initial $49–$69 testing fee.
- If you'd rather start with a shorter Rugiet plan: current independent sources report $159–$179 per month.
- If you won't accept a multi-month plan: compare a monthly care model instead.

Why does Rugiet show $49 on one page and $69 on another?
Both prices are live on Rugiet's own website right now. On September 24, 2026, Rugiet's injectable and topical TRT pages said $49 for the blood test and video visit, while its main TRT page said $69. The price on your checkout screen is the one that applies.
The conflict is visible on Rugiet's own live pages. Here's what we saw:
| Rugiet page | Start price shown | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Injectable TRT page | $49 | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| Topical TRT page | $49 | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| Main TRT page | $69 | Sept. 24, 2026 |
| Rugiet's online-TRT cost article | $49 | Sept. 24, 2026 |
What to do about it: Save the price you saw and confirm the amount before you pay. If the checkout price is different, ask Rugiet which current offer applies. The difference is $20.
What does the start fee buy? Rugiet says it covers one blood draw that checks 12 biomarkers (lab measurements like hormone levels and blood counts) plus a video call with a licensed clinician to go over your results. Rugiet says there's no obligation to start treatment after that call.
Can you skip it with labs you already have? No. Rugiet says it doesn't accept outside bloodwork, for your first labs or any follow-ups. Its reason is consistency — comparing results measured the same way each time. The cost effect is simple: even if you had labs done last month, you'll pay the start fee.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

What does Rugiet's TRT price include — and what's left out?
Rugiet says its TRT price includes ongoing lab tests, medication, clinician oversight, unlimited follow-ups, dose adjustments, and treatment switches. It does not clearly publish the TRT shipping charge, TRT-specific HSA/FSA eligibility, the exact follow-up lab schedule, or what a renewal will cost.
We sorted everything into three buckets: what Rugiet says you get, what Rugiet doesn't clearly publish, and what's not allowed under its current terms.
| Rugiet says it's included | Not clearly published — ask before paying | Not allowed or unavailable |
|---|---|---|
| Ongoing lab monitoring | Exact follow-up lab schedule in year one | Using your own outside labs |
| Medication under the flat-price program | Shipping charge for your TRT order | Filling the prescription at a pharmacy you choose |
| Clinician visits and unlimited follow-ups | TRT-specific HSA/FSA eligibility | Child-resistant containers for prescriptions fulfilled through Rugiet's named pharmacies |
| Dose adjustments and treatment switches | Renewal price | TRT in 15 named states |
| App access for messages, refills, and deliveries | Exact 12-biomarker list beyond Rugiet's general claim | — |
A few of those need a little more explanation.
Shipping. Innerbody Research reported in May 2026 that Rugiet had waived shipping on all orders. Rugiet's TRT pages do not make a TRT-specific free-shipping promise, and its Terms say shipping charges, if any, are shown at purchase and may change. Check your checkout screen.
Your pharmacy. Rugiet's Terms say prescriptions obtained through the service are filled through one of its participating pharmacies and that purchasers waive the right to fill that prescription at another pharmacy through this service.
Child-resistant packaging. Rugiet's Terms say prescriptions fulfilled by its participating pharmacies are not dispensed in child-resistant containers. If you have children at home, plan secure storage before medicine arrives.
Price by treatment option. This is one of Rugiet's clearest pricing claims. Its main TRT page says every medication option is offered at one flat price. Male Excel, by contrast, states that its medication cost can change with the treatment and prescribed dose.
What will Rugiet TRT cost in your first year?
Using the currently reported plan totals, Rugiet TRT costs about $1,717–$1,737 in year one on the 12-month plan: the $49–$69 start fee plus $1,668. If the current 6-month price were renewed once at the same rate, the modeled first year would be about $1,957–$1,977; four 3-month terms at the same reported rate would be about $2,197–$2,217.
We ran the math for all three paths. The 6- and 3-month annual models assume the same price remains available at renewal. Rugiet does not promise that, so these are planning numbers, not quotes.
| Plan path | Start fee | Treatment cost modeled for year one | Year-one total | Effective monthly cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One 12-month plan | $49–$69 | $1,668 | $1,717–$1,737 | ~$143–$145 |
| Two 6-month terms at today's reported rate | $49–$69 | $1,908 | $1,957–$1,977 | ~$163–$165 |
| Four 3-month terms at today's reported rate | $49–$69 | $2,148 | $2,197–$2,217 | ~$183–$185 |
At today's reported rates, the 12-month treatment price is $480 lower than four 3-month terms and $240 lower than two 6-month terms.
Year two on the 12-month price — if the same $1,668 treatment price were available again — would put two years of treatment plus the one-time $49–$69 starting fee at about $3,385–$3,405.
The missing number is payment timing. Public sources establish the reported plan totals, but the Rugiet pages we could verify do not clearly show whether each full bundle total is charged in one payment or how renewal billing works. Confirm the amount due today, the next billing date, and the renewal amount before accepting a plan.
Is Rugiet TRT cheaper than Male Excel, Taurus Meds, or Hone Health?
On the public numbers we can model cleanly, Rugiet's reported 12-month path is lower than the current published starting-cost models below. But the programs are packaged differently, and Taurus still has an unresolved possible membership-fee clause, so "cheapest" should mean the complete documented model — not one headline monthly number.
We recalculated the comparison from each provider's current public pages on September 24, 2026.
| Provider | Current public starting structure | Year-one starting-cost model | What can change the total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rugiet | $49–$69 start; reported 12-month treatment total $1,668 | $1,717–$1,737 | Checkout price, renewal terms, any shipping charge |
| Taurus Meds | $49 testing/consultation + $149/mo advertised treatment | $1,837 base model | Its Terms contain a possible $17.99 recurring fee unless purchase terms say otherwise; commitment and guarantee terms also need confirmation |
| Hone Health Plus | $45 initial test + $45 at-lab confirmatory test for TRT + $135/mo membership + testosterone cypionate from $28/mo | ~$2,046 starting model | At-home confirmatory testing is $80 instead of $45; medication cost varies; final prescribed treatment may differ |
| Male Excel | $99 start + $99/mo membership + injectable treatment from $120/mo | ~$2,727 before shipping | Shipping/handling and dose-dependent medication pricing |
How we calculated these: Rugiet uses its $49–$69 starting fee plus the independently reported $1,668 12-month treatment total. Taurus uses its live $49 offer plus twelve $149 treatment payments; that does not assume its separate $17.99 Terms fee is charged. Hone uses its September 2026 Plus page: $45 initial test, $45 at-lab confirmatory test, twelve $135 membership payments, and twelve $28 starting medication amounts. Male Excel uses its $99 start, twelve $99 memberships, and twelve $120 starting medication equivalents. Taxes, unknown shipping, dose changes, and unquoted extras are not treated as zero when a provider says they may apply.
Our take, based on those published numbers:
- Want Rugiet and can accept its reported longer-plan structure? Its current reported 12-month model is the lowest of these four starting-cost models.
- Want a monthly clinical membership with a clearly published repeat-testing pathway? Hone's current Plus page publishes its $135 monthly membership, confirmatory testing, follow-up labs, and medication pricing separately.
- Want the lowest advertised Taurus monthly treatment price? Taurus currently advertises $149/month after a $49 test, but its general Terms contain a possible recurring $17.99 fee unless the purchase terms say otherwise. Get the exact charge and commitment in writing.
- Want Male Excel's published membership-and-medication structure? Male Excel clearly publishes its $99 monthly membership and injectable treatment starting at $120/month, but shipping is extra and medication price can rise with dose.

Is Rugiet TRT available in your state?
Not everywhere. As of September 2026, Rugiet says its TRT is not available in 15 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and South Carolina. Its enclomiphene program, which is not TRT, is offered everywhere except Louisiana.
That leaves 35 states where Rugiet currently says TRT is offered, and 15 where it isn't. Rugiet's list does not mention Washington, D.C., so D.C. residents should confirm directly. Rugiet says it is working to add states, so this list can change.
If you're in one of those 15 states, don't try to use a friend's address in another state. Rugiet's Terms say you must be located in the same state as your shipping address when you talk with a provider. Telehealth prescribing rules are set state by state, and testosterone is a controlled substance.
Don't let Rugiet steer you to enclomiphene just because it's available where you live. Enclomiphene is a different drug that works a different way. It's not TRT. More on that below.

When can you still get your money back from Rugiet?
Only before your medication is ordered. For new patients, Rugiet's Terms say that point is generally the end of your video visit. After that, the current billing period is not refundable. Rugiet also says it won't refund medication because of side effects or because it didn't work for you.
This is the part of Rugiet's pricing that matters most, so we read three Rugiet documents side by side: its Terms and Conditions (updated March 23, 2026), its support article on refunds, and its product pages. Here's the timeline in plain English.
| Step | What happens | Can you get money back? |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Pay $49–$69 | You get a blood test and a video visit | Rugiet doesn't state a refund rule for the start fee — ask |
| 2. Video visit ends | For new patients, your medication counts as "ordered" | This is where your clean refund window closes |
| 3. A clinician decides TRT isn't right for you | Medical disqualification | Yes — Rugiet's Terms promise a full refund of the subscription |
| 4. Medication ships | You start treatment | No refund for side effects or lack of results |
| 5. Something arrives damaged or wrong | Pharmacy error | Usually replaced; contact Rugiet within one week of delivery |
| 6. Package lost | Carrier issue | Tell Rugiet within 24 hours of delivery; Rugiet says it doesn't refund lost packages or shipping delays |
About multi-month bundles. Rugiet's Terms say that when a bundled plan is canceled and a refund applies, the refund is prorated using the months already received at the "regular (non-bundle)" rate. Rugiet does not publish that regular rate. The same Terms also limit refunds for a current billing period once medication has been ordered, so ask how those rules apply to the exact multi-month plan and billing schedule you are offered.
Here's the protective move: Before your video call ends, ask, "If I choose the 12-month plan and stop after three months, what amount could be refunded, what regular price would you use, and when will my card be charged?" Get the answer in writing.
How do you cancel Rugiet TRT, and how much notice do you need?
You can cancel anytime through Rugiet's Member Portal or by emailing customer care. But Rugiet publishes three different notice windows: 72 hours in its cancellation policy, 48 hours in another part of its Terms, and 24 hours in a support article. Play it safe and cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
Why three answers? Rugiet's documents cover many products, and they don't all use the same wording. Here's what each one says:
| Rugiet document | Notice required |
|---|---|
| Terms — Cancellation Policy | At least 72 hours before your billing date, or you'll be charged once more |
| Terms — Subscription Products section | Up to 48 hours before your processing date, by turning off auto-refill |
| Support article on refunds and memberships | At least 24 hours before the order processes |
How to cancel without surprises:
- Log in to your Member Portal. If you have more than one Rugiet product, pick your TRT plan from the dropdown under your name.
- Choose to change, pause, or cancel, and follow the prompts.
- Email customercare@rugiet.com too, saying you're canceling your TRT plan.
- Screenshot both. Save the dates.
- Need a person? Call (855) 581-9620, Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. CT, or Saturday 11 a.m.–4 p.m. CT.
After you cancel, Rugiet says your service continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
A pattern worth knowing about. Some customers on public review sites describe unexpected reorders and charges. The reviews we looked at were mostly about Rugiet Ready (the ED product), not TRT, which launched in March 2026. We're treating this as a reason to track your billing dates, not as a verdict on Rugiet's TRT program.
Is Rugiet's testosterone FDA-approved or compounded?
Rugiet's topical testosterone is clearly identified as custom compounded and is not FDA-approved. Rugiet's injectable safety sheet identifies testosterone cypionate and includes a general warning that compounded medications are not FDA-approved, but that page does not identify the exact dispensed injectable product well enough for us to say every Rugiet injection is compounded. Ask for the product name, manufacturer or compounding pharmacy, and FDA status before you accept the prescription.
Here's what that means in plain terms.
FDA-approved means the FDA reviewed a specific finished product for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality before it was marketed. Compounded means a pharmacist, physician, or outsourcing facility prepares a medication for a patient's needs under applicable compounding law. The FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not the same thing as FDA-approved generic drugs.
What Rugiet currently discloses:
| Rugiet option | What Rugiet identifies | FDA/compounding status we can verify | Pharmacy information |
|---|---|---|---|
| Injectable TRT | Testosterone cypionate injection | Exact finished-product status not confirmed. Rugiet's safety page includes a compounded-medication disclaimer but does not identify the actual vial as compounded or FDA-approved. | Rugiet's Terms name participating pharmacies, but do not identify which one would fill your individual prescription |
| Topical TRT | Testosterone transdermal cream, 100 mg/mL | Custom compounded; not FDA-approved | Rugiet's topical safety page gives a TriadRx pharmacist contact |
| Enclomiphene | Not TRT. A non-testosterone prescription option intended to stimulate endogenous testosterone production | No FDA-approved enclomiphene drug is currently marketed in the U.S. | Confirm the dispensing pharmacy for your prescription |
The pharmacies. Rugiet's Terms name The Pharmacy HUB LLC in Miami Gardens, Florida, and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama as pharmacies available through the service. That list does not establish which pharmacy will fill your prescription.
A safety note on the cream. Rugiet's topical safety sheet identifies the cream as a hazardous drug and warns about exposure to other people. Testosterone applied to skin can transfer by contact, so follow the dispensing label and prescriber's instructions carefully. Rugiet's Terms also say prescriptions fulfilled through its participating pharmacies are not dispensed in child-resistant containers, which makes secure storage especially important.
Does insurance or HSA/FSA cover Rugiet TRT?
Treat Rugiet's advertised TRT program as cash-pay unless Rugiet or your plan confirms otherwise. Rugiet's public TRT pages do not publish direct insurance billing or a TRT-specific HSA/FSA promise. Its other products have separate HSA/FSA language, so do not assume that statement automatically applies to the TRT bundle.
If insurance coverage is the most important thing to you, compare the cash-pay program with an in-network primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist. An insurance-based path may cover some testing, visits, or an FDA-approved testosterone product, but deductibles, formularies, prior authorization, and plan rules can change your actual cost.
If Rugiet confirms that a TRT expense is HSA/FSA eligible, follow your plan administrator's rules for that exact expense. A bundled program fee is not automatically eligible in full just because another Rugiet product accepts HSA/FSA payment.
Do you need low testosterone confirmed before paying for TRT?
Yes. Current specialty guidance says hypogonadism should be diagnosed from compatible symptoms or signs plus consistently low, accurately measured testosterone — not from symptoms or one test alone. The Endocrine Society's July 2026 statement says diagnosis should be based on at least two early-morning, fasting testosterone tests; Rugiet's advertised starting step describes one blood draw and a video visit.
Here's what the guidelines say, in plain language:
- The Endocrine Society says hypogonadism should be diagnosed only when symptoms or signs are present with consistently low, accurately measured testosterone. Its July 2026 statement says the diagnosis should be based on at least two early-morning, fasting testosterone tests.
- The American Urological Association uses a total testosterone level (all the testosterone in your blood) below 300 ng/dL as a reasonable cutoff. It recommends measuring on two separate early-morning occasions.
No single number diagnoses you on its own. Symptoms like low energy or low sex drive have many possible causes.
About Rugiet's "barely above the threshold" message. Rugiet's TRT page says that if you've been told your levels "aren't low enough," its physicians will look at the full picture instead of shutting the door. That's a clinical judgment call. Before paying for a plan, it's fair to ask: "What testosterone level and symptoms will you use to decide, and will you repeat my test before prescribing?"
A primary-care doctor, urologist, endocrinologist, reproductive urologist, or other appropriate clinician may be a better starting point than a general online TRT program if you have:
- Very low testosterone along with headaches or vision changes
- Breast swelling or tenderness
- A history of prostate or breast cancer
- A high red blood cell count (hematocrit)
- Untreated severe sleep apnea
- A recent heart attack or stroke
- Trouble conceiving
Rugiet's own cream safety sheet says prostate screening, including a PSA blood test (prostate-specific antigen), should happen before and during treatment.
Chest pain, trouble breathing, a swollen or painful leg, or signs of a stroke are emergencies. Call 911.
Will Rugiet TRT affect fertility?
It can. Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, and Rugiet's own injectable TRT FAQ says so. If you want to have children soon, talk with a urologist or reproductive urologist before you start any testosterone treatment. Rugiet also offers enclomiphene, but it isn't TRT and isn't FDA-approved.
When you take testosterone from outside your body, your brain can slow down the signals that tell your testicles to make sperm. That process is called spermatogenesis. How much it drops, and whether it comes back after stopping, varies from man to man. Nobody can promise either outcome.
The cost angle is easy to miss. If you commit to a longer TRT plan and then decide you want a baby, you may need a new plan with a fertility-focused doctor — new visits, new labs, new bills. If kids are in your near-term plans, start with that doctor instead.

What happens to online TRT after December 31, 2026?
Federal telemedicine flexibilities that can allow eligible clinicians to prescribe controlled substances without a prior in-person visit currently run through December 31, 2026, according to HHS. A 12-month plan started today runs past that date. Rugiet hasn't said how it would handle a rule change, so ask in writing before accepting a long-term plan.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, as listed by the DEA. That's a federal category for drugs with accepted medical use and a lower abuse potential than Schedule I or II substances, so prescribing and dispensing are regulated.
On January 2, 2026, HHS and DEA announced the fourth temporary extension of the federal telemedicine flexibilities through December 31, 2026. Under that extension, a DEA-registered practitioner may prescribe Schedule II–V controlled substances by telemedicine without a prior in-person evaluation when the applicable conditions are met. State law and other federal requirements still apply.
We're not predicting what happens next. This is the fourth temporary federal extension while permanent policy remains unresolved. But if you're considering a 12-month plan, this is fair to ask Rugiet: "If federal rules require an in-person visit after December 31, how will you handle my prescription, billing, and the rest of my plan?"
Rugiet already says its controlled-substance prescriptions require a live audio-video visit and must be legally allowed in your state.
Before you pay Rugiet: 8 answers to get in writing
Rugiet publishes some TRT prices and terms, but several decision-critical details are still missing or inconsistent. These eight questions fill the gaps we found. Screenshot the answers, or ask support to email them to you.
- Which plan length does the $139 price belong to today, and what amount will my card be charged before treatment ships?
- What will I pay when my plan renews?
- What's the "regular (non-bundle)" price you'd use if I cancel a multi-month bundle early and a refund applies?
- Is my $49–$69 start fee refundable if I decide not to continue?
- Is shipping included on every TRT order?
- Is TRT eligible for HSA or FSA funds?
- How often will I get follow-up labs in my first year, and are they all included?
- If federal telemedicine rules change after December 31, 2026, what happens to my plan and billing?
If you only ask two, ask #1 and #3. Those decide whether you're locking in a good deal or a big up-front bet.
Got your questions ready and live in a state Rugiet serves? The first step is just the blood test and doctor video — you choose a plan only if TRT makes sense. Book Rugiet's blood test and doctor video →
How we checked Rugiet's TRT prices
On September 24, 2026, we read Rugiet's main TRT page, its injectable and topical TRT pages, both safety sheets, its Terms and Conditions (updated March 23, 2026), and its support articles on cancellations and refunds. We didn't buy a plan, so Rugiet's plan totals come from an independent reviewer and should be confirmed at checkout.
This page follows How We Review TRT Providers, our published method. It keeps four kinds of information separate: facts we verified, facts a provider states, customer-experience signals, and our editorial conclusions. We calculate complete cost instead of repeating a teaser price. We don't give providers scores.
This is a cost guide, not a hands-on review. We haven't been a Rugiet TRT patient.

Rugiet TRT cost FAQ
How much is Rugiet TRT per month?
Rugiet TRT is reported at $139 a month on a 12-month plan ($1,668), $159 a month on a 6-month plan ($954), and $179 a month on a 3-month plan ($537). You'll also pay a $49–$69 start fee for your first blood test and doctor visit.
Is Rugiet TRT month to month?
Rugiet's current public page does not publish a month-to-month TRT option. Current independent pricing sources report 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans. Confirm the live payment schedule before you pay.
Why does Rugiet say $49 on some pages and $69 on others?
Both prices were live on Rugiet's site when we checked on September 24, 2026. The product pages showed $49 and the main TRT page showed $69. Go by your checkout screen, and screenshot any lower price you saw.
Can I use my own bloodwork with Rugiet?
No. Rugiet says all starting and follow-up labs must go through its own testing process.
Are follow-up labs included in Rugiet's price?
Rugiet says ongoing labs are included in your plan. It doesn't publish how often they happen, so ask for the schedule before you pay.
Does the price change if I switch from injections to cream?
Rugiet says every medication option costs the same flat price, so switching shouldn't change your plan price.
Does Rugiet charge for shipping on TRT?
Rugiet's TRT pages don't say. An independent reviewer reported in May 2026 that Rugiet had waived shipping on all orders. Check your checkout total.
Is Rugiet TRT FDA-approved?
Rugiet's topical testosterone is explicitly custom compounded and is not FDA-approved. Rugiet's injectable safety page includes a compounded-medication disclaimer, but it does not identify the exact dispensed injectable product well enough to classify every Rugiet injection as compounded or FDA-approved.
Does Rugiet take insurance for testosterone?
Rugiet's public TRT pages do not publish direct insurance billing or a TRT-specific HSA/FSA promise. Treat the advertised program as cash-pay unless Rugiet and your plan confirm otherwise.
Can I get a refund from Rugiet TRT?
Only before your medication is ordered, which for new patients is generally the end of the video visit. If a clinician decides TRT isn't right for you, Rugiet's Terms promise a full refund of the subscription. Rugiet says it won't refund for side effects or lack of results.
How far ahead do I need to cancel Rugiet?
Rugiet's documents list 72, 48, and 24 hours in different places. Cancel at least 72 hours before your billing date to be safe, and do it in both the portal and by email.
Is Rugiet TRT available in my state?
Rugiet TRT isn't offered in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or South Carolina as of September 2026. It's offered in the other 35 states. Rugiet's list doesn't mention Washington, D.C.
Is Rugiet's enclomiphene the same as TRT?
No. Enclomiphene is a pill that signals your body to make more of its own testosterone. TRT gives you testosterone directly. Enclomiphene isn't FDA-approved for any use.
Is Rugiet cheaper than Hone Health or Male Excel?
Rugiet's reported 12-month model is lower than the current starting-cost models we can calculate for Taurus Meds, Hone Health Plus, and Male Excel. Our current models are about $1,837 for Taurus before any unresolved recurring fee, about $2,046 for Hone Plus using at-lab confirmatory testing and testosterone starting at $28/month, and about $2,727 for Male Excel before shipping.
Do I have to agree to arbitration with Rugiet?
Yes, by default. Rugiet's Terms require individual arbitration instead of court or class actions. You can opt out by emailing legal@rugiet.com within 30 days of first agreeing.
Who runs Rugiet?
Rugiet is operated by MSB Holdings, Inc., based in Austin, Texas. Its Terms describe Rugiet as a technology platform that connects you with independent medical groups and pharmacies.
