Rugiet TRT Reviews (2026): What We Verified Before You Pay

Most Rugiet TRT reviews aren't about TRT. Rugiet launched its testosterone program in March 2026. It advertises treatment from $139 a month, requires its own labs, and excludes 15 states; its pages disagree on whether initial testing costs $49 or $69.

Most Rugiet TRT reviews aren't about TRT. Rugiet is a real telehealth company, but its testosterone program launched in March 2026. Rugiet currently advertises TRT starting at $139 per month, requires its own labs, and does not offer TRT in 15 states. Its own pages also disagree on whether the first lab-and-clinician step costs $49 or $69.

That's the short answer. The longer one matters because Rugiet's public terms and help pages also give 24-, 48-, and 72-hour timing rules for subscription changes or cancellation. We found all three live at the same time.

Quick verdict

Rugiet TRT may fit you if:

  • You live in a state Rugiet currently serves for TRT.
  • You want labs, clinician care, medication, and monitoring sold under one provider-stated flat-price model.
  • You're comfortable using Rugiet's lab process and Rugiet's participating pharmacies.
  • You're comfortable with a 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan rather than a simple month-to-month offer.

Look elsewhere if:

  • You are planning fertility in the near term.
  • You live in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or South Carolina.
  • You want to use recent lab results from your own doctor. Rugiet currently says it will not accept outside bloodwork.
  • You want to choose your own pharmacy.
  • You want a long track record of TRT-specific customer reviews before you commit.

TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.

This page is educational information, not medical advice. It cannot diagnose low testosterone or tell you whether treatment is right for you. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, sudden weakness on one side, trouble speaking, or another possible medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.

What we actually verified

Checked September 24, 2026. We reviewed Rugiet's main TRT page, injectable TRT page, topical TRT page, enclomiphene page, oral and topical testosterone safety information, Rugiet's Terms & Conditions, Rugiet's cancellation and refill help articles, FDA testosterone and compounding information, the DEA/HHS telemedicine extension, the Endocrine Society guideline, the American Urological Association guideline, and current public customer reviews.

  • Confirmed on Rugiet's own pages: the $139/month advertised starting price; the $49/$69 initial-testing discrepancy; the 3/6/12-month plan options; the 15 excluded TRT states; the no-outside-labs rule; the live video evaluation used for controlled-substance prescribing; the compounded status of Rugiet's topical testosterone, oral testosterone, and enclomiphene; the participating pharmacies named in Rugiet's terms; the pharmacy-choice waiver; and the cancellation/refund language.
  • Provider-stated but not independently tested by us: that treatment pricing includes ongoing labs, clinician follow-ups, medication, monitoring, and treatment adjustments.
  • Not established by Rugiet's public pages: one universal full first-year bill for every plan, the exact product/manufacturer dispensed for injectable testosterone, one universal cancellation cutoff that reconciles all published pages, and a public schedule showing which monitoring labs repeat and exactly how often.
  • Customer-experience signal: Rugiet's Trustpilot profile is largely about its older ED products and general service. A September 2026 customer complaint specifically described a testosterone-related state-access and billing dispute; Rugiet replied publicly that it had contacted the reviewer to investigate.

Nobody on our team was treated by Rugiet. This is a public-document review, not a patient's hands-on account.

Affiliate disclosure: We do not earn money from Rugiet. TRT Provider Guide may earn commissions from some other providers linked elsewhere on the site. That does not change what we verify, which limits we report, or when we tell you a local clinician or specialist is the better care route.

Your 60-second fit check:

  1. Is your state on Rugiet's excluded list? If yes, Rugiet TRT is not currently an option there.
  2. Are you planning fertility soon? If yes, read the fertility section before choosing standard TRT.
  3. Do you already have recent labs you want to use? Rugiet says it will not accept them.
  4. Are you comfortable with Rugiet's pharmacy and multi-month plan structure? If not, compare another care route.

Still with us? Good. Here's the rest.

The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

What do Rugiet TRT reviews actually say?

Very few public Rugiet reviews are clearly about TRT. Rugiet launched its testosterone program in March 2026, while its public review history mostly reflects the company's older erectile-dysfunction products and customer service. That means Rugiet's general ratings can tell you more about support, shipping, and billing than about long-term TRT care.

Rugiet's current Trustpilot profile is rated 4.3 out of 5 and has more than 1,600 reviews, but the visible review mix is dominated by non-TRT products and general service. Trustpilot also labels Rugiet as a claimed profile with a paid subscription and says the company invites customers to review.

What the ratings do tell you

Customer reviews are most useful here as a customer-experience signal.

Recent positive reviews repeatedly describe helpful support staff, including cases where delivery problems were resolved. Negative reviews describe issues such as damaged shipments, unexpected charges, treatment dissatisfaction, and subscription friction.

Those reports do not establish that Rugiet's TRT is safe, effective, or right for a typical patient. They show what individual customers say happened.

A TRT-specific complaint worth knowing about

A September 2026 Trustpilot reviewer said Rugiet canceled his testosterone prescription after a North Carolina state-access issue and then charged him $537 the next month. Rugiet replied publicly that it was sorry for the experience and had contacted him privately to review the situation.

We cannot verify the private outcome, and one complaint does not establish a company-wide policy. But two facts are independently relevant: North Carolina is currently on Rugiet's excluded TRT-state list, and Rugiet's own terms make cancellation timing and medication-order timing important to refund eligibility.

Why we don't use testimonials about hormone results

A testimonial about energy, libido, muscle, mood, or another treatment result is still one person's experience. It cannot establish what TRT will do for another patient, and it cannot substitute for product-specific evidence or clinical guidance.

The honest tradeoff

Rugiet does not yet have years of public TRT-specific customer history. If a long track record of testosterone-program reviews is important to you, that is a real limitation.

What Rugiet does offer is a simple provider-stated bundle: testing, clinician care, medication, ongoing labs, and monitoring under one advertised treatment price. Whether that is a good deal depends on the exact plan price shown to you, the treatment you are prescribed, the cancellation terms that apply to your plan, and whether you are comfortable using Rugiet's own labs and pharmacies.

How much does Rugiet TRT cost?

Rugiet currently advertises TRT plans starting at $139 per month. Its public treatment pages also list 3-, 6-, and 12-month plan choices, but Rugiet does not publish enough current checkout detail on its public pages for us to call one number a guaranteed full first-year bill for every buyer.

The cost numbers Rugiet publishes now

Cost item What Rugiet currently publishes
Treatment starting price As low as $139/month
Initial lab + clinician review $69 on the main TRT page
Initial lab + clinician review $49 on the injectable, topical, and enclomiphene pages
Ongoing labs Rugiet says they are included in treatment cost
Clinician follow-up Rugiet says ongoing clinician care is included
Medication Rugiet says medication is included in its flat-price model
Plan lengths 3, 6, or 12 months

If the $139 advertised rate applied for 12 treatment months, the annualized treatment-price floor would be $1,668 before the initial evaluation fee. That is a derived floor, not a promise that every Rugiet patient will pay exactly $1,668 for a calendar year.

$49 or $69? Rugiet's own pages disagree

On September 24, 2026, Rugiet's main TRT page said the lab fee was $69, including a video visit with a licensed clinician. Its injectable, topical, and enclomiphene pages said $49 for testing and a video review.

Both amounts were live at the same time.

Do not assume one is the universal price. Check the amount shown in your actual intake or checkout flow before paying.

What the flat price is supposed to cover

Rugiet says treatment pricing includes:

  • Ongoing laboratory work
  • Clinician follow-up
  • Medication
  • Monitoring
  • Dose adjustments
  • Treatment changes when clinically appropriate

That is Rugiet's description of its program. We did not complete a paid checkout or patient account, so we treat those inclusions as provider-stated rather than independently tested.

The prepay catch

Rugiet's treatment pages offer 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans. Its terms say refunds on bundled multi-month pricing are prorated using the number of medication months already received and the regular, non-bundle price.

That matters because the terms do not state the dollar amount of the regular non-bundle price in that refund clause. Before choosing a longer plan, ask Rugiet what that number would be for your prescription.

Insurance, HSA, and FSA

Rugiet's public TRT pages present the program as direct-pay care. We did not find a current Rugiet TRT page that establishes a health-plan reimbursement policy or confirms HSA/FSA eligibility for every part of the program.

If you plan to use insurance benefits, an HSA, or an FSA, confirm the payment and reimbursement rules before checkout rather than assuming the program will qualify.

Where is Rugiet TRT available?

Rugiet currently says testosterone therapy is unavailable in 15 states. Its enclomiphene program has a different state list, so do not assume enclomiphene availability means TRT is available too.

Rugiet TRT is not currently available in:

States where Rugiet TRT is unavailable
StateStateState
Alabama Hawaii North Carolina
Arkansas Louisiana North Dakota
Connecticut Minnesota Oklahoma
Delaware Missouri Pennsylvania
Georgia Rhode Island South Carolina

Rugiet currently says enclomiphene is available in all states except Louisiana.

Two details matter:

  • Your location during the consultation matters. Rugiet's terms say that when you consult with a provider, you must be in the same state as the shipping address in your account.
  • State availability can change. Rugiet's terms say its service is subject to state regulations and availability may change.

If Rugiet does not serve your state, use Find My TRT Path to map a lawful local or online care route rather than forcing a provider that cannot treat you there.

Is Rugiet TRT legit?

Yes, Rugiet is an operating U.S. telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and participating pharmacies, and its testosterone process includes laboratory testing and a live video consultation before controlled-substance prescribing. That does not mean Rugiet is automatically the right provider for every patient.

Here's what is actually behind the brand:

  • Platform: Rugiet's terms say MSB Holdings operates the platform and is a technology company, not the medical provider.
  • Clinical care: Rugiet's terms describe separate medical groups and providers who are responsible for the medical care delivered through the platform.
  • Participating pharmacies: Rugiet's current terms name The Pharmacy HUB LLC in Miami Gardens, Florida, and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama.
  • Prescription requirement: Rugiet says prescription products require consultation with a licensed provider and a prescription is not guaranteed.
  • Controlled substance: Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance under federal law.
  • Pharmacy choice: Rugiet's terms say that if you use the service to fill a prescription, you waive the right to fill that prescription at a pharmacy of your choice.
  • Packaging: Rugiet's terms say prescriptions fulfilled by its participating pharmacies do not use child-resistant packaging.

One fine-print item most people miss

If a provider writes a prescription through Rugiet's service, Rugiet's terms require the prescription to be filled through one of the platform's participating pharmacies. If choosing your own pharmacy matters to you, that is a real reason to compare another care model.

How does Rugiet test you before prescribing testosterone?

Rugiet requires its own laboratory process, a health questionnaire, and a video visit with a licensed clinician. The American Urological Association and Endocrine Society both require more than symptoms or one isolated number to diagnose testosterone deficiency; repeat early-morning testing is part of current guideline-based diagnosis.

Rugiet's published steps

  1. Complete Rugiet's required lab testing.
  2. Complete the health questionnaire.
  3. Meet with a clinician by video.
  4. Discuss treatment options if the clinician decides treatment is appropriate.
  5. Continue with follow-up labs and care if treatment is prescribed.

Rugiet's main TRT page says its initial panel measures 12 biomarkers. We did not independently verify the complete 12-marker list from a current public lab order.

What the guidelines say

A few terms first:

  • Total testosterone is the amount of testosterone measured in your blood.
  • Hypogonadism is a medical diagnosis involving testosterone deficiency plus compatible signs or symptoms.

The American Urological Association says clinicians should use a total testosterone level below 300 ng/dL as a reasonable cutoff in support of diagnosis, not as a diagnosis by itself. It also says low testosterone should be diagnosed only after two total testosterone measurements on separate occasions, both taken early in the morning, and the clinical diagnosis requires symptoms or signs too.

The Endocrine Society recommends diagnosing hypogonadism only in men with compatible symptoms and signs plus unequivocally and consistently low testosterone, with confirmation by repeating a morning fasting total testosterone measurement.

Does Rugiet publicly promise two early-morning testosterone tests before prescribing?

Not on the pages we verified.

Rugiet describes an initial blood test and says ongoing laboratory monitoring is included, but its public consumer pages do not clearly state that every patient gets two separate early-morning total-testosterone measurements before treatment.

That does not prove Rugiet skips confirmatory testing. It means the public process is not specific enough to verify that point. Ask the clinician how the diagnosis will be confirmed in your case.

When in-person or specialist evaluation may be a better starting point

Online TRT should not replace the right diagnostic workup when the history is more complex. Primary care, urology, or endocrinology may be a better starting point when there are signs of pituitary or testicular disease, infertility, very abnormal results, or another significant risk factor.

No outside labs

Rugiet says it will not accept outside bloodwork for baseline or follow-up testing. All required labs must go through its designated partners or approved facilities.

Rugiet says the reason is consistency. The practical downside is simple: even if you recently had relevant laboratory work through another clinician, Rugiet currently says you still have to use its process.

What testosterone treatments does Rugiet offer, and which are FDA-approved?

Rugiet offers injectable testosterone, compounded topical testosterone, compounded oral testosterone, and compounded enclomiphene. Enclomiphene is not testosterone and is not TRT.

Two terms matter:

  • FDA-approved drug: the specific finished drug product has gone through FDA approval.
  • Compounded drug: a pharmacy prepares a medication for an individual patient under a prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them before marketing for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Rugiet option Testosterone? TRT? What we could verify about regulatory status
Injectable TRT — testosterone cypionate Yes Yes Rugiet identifies testosterone cypionate, but its public injectable page does not identify the exact dispensed product/manufacturer as FDA-approved or compounded
Topical testosterone cream Yes Yes Rugiet's safety information says it is custom compounded; compounded products are not FDA-approved
Oral dissolving testosterone Yes Yes Rugiet's safety information identifies it as custom compounded; compounded products are not FDA-approved
Enclomiphene No No Rugiet identifies it as a compounded drug; it is not an FDA-approved finished product

Why the oral option deserves a closer look

FDA-approved oral testosterone products exist, but that does not make every oral testosterone product FDA-approved.

Rugiet's oral testosterone safety information says its product is custom compounded. That is a different regulatory category from an FDA-approved finished oral testosterone product.

Rugiet's injectable leaves one question open

Rugiet identifies the injectable treatment as testosterone cypionate. Its public consumer page does not establish the manufacturer, National Drug Code, or whether the exact product dispensed to a given patient is an FDA-approved finished drug or a compounded preparation.

Ask for the exact product and dispensing pharmacy before treating the word "testosterone cypionate" as proof of FDA approval.

Two practical safety details for the home

  • Topical testosterone can transfer to other people. Product-specific safety instructions matter, especially around women and children.
  • Rugiet's terms say prescriptions from its participating pharmacies are not dispensed in child-resistant containers. Keep prescription medicine secured away from children and anyone for whom it was not prescribed.

Is Rugiet a good choice if you want kids someday?

Settle the fertility question before choosing standard TRT. The Endocrine Society recommends against starting testosterone therapy in men planning fertility in the near term because external testosterone can suppress sperm production.

Why testosterone can affect fertility

The brain and pituitary signal the testicles through hormones including LH and FSH. Exogenous testosterone can suppress those signals and reduce sperm production.

That does not mean every man becomes infertile, and it does not tell you how fast fertility would recover after treatment. Those outcomes vary.

What enclomiphene is, and what it isn't

Enclomiphene is not testosterone replacement therapy. It is a selective estrogen receptor modulator that can increase pituitary signaling and may raise the body's own testosterone production in some men.

Rugiet markets compounded enclomiphene as an option when fertility matters, but do not turn that marketing claim into a fertility guarantee.

Important distinctions:

  • Enclomiphene is not TRT.
  • Rugiet's product is compounded.
  • Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
  • The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted in 2022 against adding enclomiphene citrate to the 503A Bulks List.
  • Fertility preservation is not guaranteed.

If you are actively trying to conceive or expect to soon, a reproductive urologist or fertility-aware clinician is usually a better first call than choosing a testosterone subscription first.

Use Find My TRT Path to map a fertility-first care route →

What happens after you start Rugiet TRT?

Rugiet says ongoing labs, clinician follow-up, monitoring, and treatment adjustments are included. Its public pages do not give one complete schedule showing exactly which labs repeat for every patient or how often, so the monitoring cadence should be confirmed with the treating clinician.

Two common monitoring terms:

  • Hematocrit is the percentage of your blood made up of red blood cells. Testosterone can raise it.
  • PSA stands for prostate-specific antigen, a blood test used as part of prostate evaluation and monitoring in appropriate patients.

A testosterone-labeling change worth knowing about

In February 2025, FDA announced class-wide testosterone labeling changes after reviewing the TRAVERSE cardiovascular trial and required blood-pressure studies.

FDA recommended removing boxed-warning language about increased cardiovascular outcomes from testosterone labels and adding or updating blood-pressure warnings based on ambulatory blood-pressure monitoring studies.

That does not mean testosterone became risk-free. Product-specific labeling and individual health risks still matter.

How do you cancel Rugiet, and can you get a refund?

You can manage cancellation through Rugiet's member portal or contact support. The problem is that Rugiet's current public materials do not give one consistent timing rule: we found 24-, 48-, and 72-hour language.

Three timing rules on Rugiet's own pages

Rugiet source Timing language
Help-center refill article Changes must be made at least 24 hours before processing
Terms — subscription-products section Auto-refill can be turned off up to 48 hours before the monthly processing date
Terms — cancellation policy Cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before the billing date

Those are all current first-party statements.

The safest practical reading is not to wait until the last day. Check your next charge date in the portal and make any cancellation or change well before processing.

How to cancel in the Rugiet portal

Rugiet's help center gives these steps:

  1. Log in to the Member Portal.
  2. Select My Prescriptions.
  3. Choose the treatment you want to manage.
  4. Select Skip a month or cancel your plan.
  5. Choose Cancel, submit, and complete the prompts.

Rugiet says it sends an email reminder about seven days before an order is processed. Keep your cancellation confirmation.

Refunds, in plain English

Rugiet's current terms say:

  • A refund for the current billing cycle may be available only if the medication has not yet been ordered.
  • For a new patient who needs a live video visit, the terms say medication is generally ordered at the completion of that visit.
  • Once medication has been ordered, the terms say the current cycle is not eligible for a refund.
  • Multi-month bundle refunds are prorated using months already received and the regular non-bundle price.
  • If Rugiet's medical provider disqualifies you for a medical reason, the terms say you receive a full refund.
  • Damaged or incorrect medication is generally handled through replacement, with refunds considered case by case.

If refund timing matters to you, ask your questions before the point when Rugiet's terms say medication is generally ordered.

Rugiet's current terms contain an individual-arbitration clause and class-action waiver. They also state a $1,000 cap on certain actual damages and a one-year time limit for claims arising from use of the platform, subject to applicable-law limits.

The terms also provide an arbitration opt-out process within 30 days of first agreeing to a version of the agreement that requires arbitration.

Read the current terms yourself before paying; these provisions can change.

What happens if federal telemedicine rules change after 2026?

The current federal temporary rule extends certain controlled-substance telemedicine flexibilities through December 31, 2026. It allows qualifying prescribing by telemedicine without a prior in-person medical evaluation when the federal requirements and applicable state laws are met.

That makes this section unusually time-sensitive.

Testosterone is Schedule III, so a future federal rule change could affect how online testosterone prescribing works. We are not predicting that Rugiet patients will suddenly need an in-person visit on January 1, 2027. The rule has been extended repeatedly, and permanent policy can change.

If you are considering a multi-month plan that extends into 2027, one useful question is:

If federal or state rules change during my prepaid period, what happens to the remaining months and what care step would be required to continue treatment legally?

Get the answer in writing.

Rugiet vs other TRT care options

Rugiet's own offer should be fully understood before you move to another provider. If Rugiet fails one of your filters, compare the next option by the reason it failed, not by a generic "best TRT clinic" label.

If Rugiet does not fit because... Better next comparison

Taurus Meds has a different advertised price structure, but TRT Provider Guide's current research has found conflicts between its sales copy and terms. If price is why Rugiet did not fit, compare the documented details in the Taurus Meds cost guide instead of choosing from a headline price alone.

Hone Health has a longer-standing hormone-care program, but its membership and medication costs are separate and state access varies by tier. See the Hone Health TRT review for the current breakdown.

Who should choose Rugiet, and who shouldn't?

Rugiet makes the most sense for a man in a served state who wants one telehealth system for testing, clinician care, medication, and monitoring and is comfortable with Rugiet's lab partners, pharmacies, and multi-month plan structure. It is a weaker fit when outside labs, pharmacy choice, insurance coverage, near-term fertility, or specialist evaluation is the priority.

8 questions to ask Rugiet before you pay

These eight written answers close most of the open questions we found:

  1. What is the exact total for my plan, and what will I pay at renewal?
  2. Is my initial evaluation $49 or $69, and is that charge refunded if I am medically disqualified?
  3. What exact testosterone product would be dispensed to me? Is it an FDA-approved finished drug or a compounded preparation? Which pharmacy would fill it?
  4. How many separate early-morning testosterone tests will you require before diagnosing testosterone deficiency and prescribing TRT in my case?
  5. Which monitoring labs repeat, and on what schedule?
  6. What happens to prepaid months if my state access changes or federal controlled-substance telemedicine rules change?

Rugiet TRT FAQ

Is Rugiet TRT FDA-approved?

"Rugiet TRT" is a care program, not one FDA-approved product. Rugiet identifies its topical testosterone, oral testosterone, and enclomiphene products as compounded, which means those finished products are not FDA-approved. Its public injectable page identifies testosterone cypionate but does not establish the regulatory status of the exact product a patient will receive.

How much does Rugiet TRT cost per month?

Rugiet advertises treatment starting at $139 per month. Its public pages currently disagree on the initial testing/evaluation charge: the main TRT page shows $69, while several treatment pages show $49. Rugiet also lists 3-, 6-, and 12-month plan choices, so confirm the exact total shown for your plan before paying.

Can I use my own lab results with Rugiet?

No, according to Rugiet's current policy. Rugiet says it does not accept outside laboratory results for baseline or follow-up testing and requires labs through its designated partners or approved facilities.

Is Rugiet the same company as Rugiet Ready?

Rugiet Ready and Rugiet's testosterone program are sold through the same Rugiet platform, but they are different prescription offerings. Most of Rugiet's public review history is about its older ED products or customer service, not its newer TRT program.

Does Rugiet offer enclomiphene instead of testosterone?

Yes. Rugiet offers compounded enclomiphene as a separate option. Enclomiphene is not testosterone and is not TRT, and the compounded Rugiet product is not an FDA-approved finished drug.

Can I switch between Rugiet treatments?

Rugiet says ongoing care can include treatment adjustments and switching treatment when clinically appropriate. A licensed clinician has to decide whether a change is appropriate; the program does not make every treatment interchangeable for every patient.

How fast does Rugiet ship testosterone?

We did not find a current public Rugiet page that gives one guaranteed TRT delivery time for every prescription and state. Pharmacy processing, clinical approval, lab completion, and shipping can affect timing.

Will Rugiet prescribe testosterone if my level is just above 300 ng/dL?

Rugiet's marketing says it may evaluate men who were told their levels were not low enough elsewhere. That does not mean a number just above 300 automatically qualifies for treatment. The AUA uses below 300 ng/dL as a reasonable cutoff in support of diagnosis, but it also requires symptoms or signs and two separate early-morning total-testosterone measurements.

Is Rugiet a good choice if fertility matters?

Standard exogenous testosterone can suppress sperm production, and the Endocrine Society recommends against starting testosterone therapy in men planning fertility in the near term. Rugiet also offers compounded enclomiphene, but it is not TRT and it does not guarantee fertility preservation. A reproductive urologist or fertility-aware clinician may be the better starting point.

Is Rugiet better than Male Excel, Hone Health, or Taurus Meds?

There is no one provider that is better for every person. Rugiet's strengths are its simple advertised bundle and multiple treatment formats; its limitations include its no-outside-labs policy, pharmacy-choice waiver, 15-state TRT exclusion list, newer TRT track record, and conflicting public timing/price details. Compare the provider against the specific reason Rugiet did or did not fit you.
