Limitless Male TRT cost starts with an advertised $49 first visit, including blood work and a credit toward treatment if you proceed. We could not verify a current monthly rate or complete first-year price. It may fit readers near a clinic who want in-person care; get the ongoing charges in writing. 1 2

So the $49 answers the easy question. The real bill lives somewhere else. Below, we show you where — and the exact questions that get it on paper before you pay.

Limitless Male may fit you if: you live close to one of its 17 listed clinics, you want trained staff to give your injection in person, and you can get there often — many clinics open at 7 a.m. 7

Look at other options first if: the nearest clinic is a long drive, you can't make weekday visits, the clinic won't give you a written ongoing price before a blood draw, or you're trying to have a child soon. The directory is a list of clinic locations, not a rule excluding every patient who lives in another state. 7 21 22

What we actually verified: On September 29, 2026, we checked public provider pages, published prices and policies, the clinic directory, customer-complaint records, and official medical sources. We did not buy care or obtain a personal quote. The $49 offer and clinic details are provider-stated; ongoing Limitless charges and treatment-specific pharmacy details remain unconfirmed.

How much does Limitless Male TRT cost per month?

Limitless Male does not publish a standard monthly TRT price on the pages we checked on September 29, 2026. Two customers who filed Better Business Bureau complaints in 2025 reported monthly charges of $229 and $250, and one described a month-to-month plan with no contract that covered product and visits. Those are reported figures, not a quote. 1 2 12

We went looking for the price the way you would. We read the TRT page, the "What to Expect" page, the scheduling page, the clinic locator, the homepage FAQ, the TRT 4 Life offer page, the enclomiphene page, and an older ad landing page. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 10

Across those pages, we found entry offers, but no standard recurring TRT price.

That's a little ironic. Limitless's own homepage says it offers "transparent, upfront pricing" on all treatments. But the pages we checked don't show the ongoing number. 6

What the two reported prices tell you — and what they don't

Here's what's in the public record:

Comparison table: What the two reported prices tell you — and what they don't
Reported charge When What the customer said Source
$229 a month Complaint filed Sept. 24, 2025 Kept being charged for six months (April–September) after shipments stopped BBB, Lincoln, Neb. profile. 12
$250 a month Complaint filed April 5, 2025; price stated in an April 7 update "Month to month commitment with no contract"; price covered product and visits BBB, Lincoln, Neb. profile. 12

Read these for what they are. Each is one customer's account, not a bill we inspected. Both appear on the Lincoln BBB profile; that does not prove a chain-wide price or establish which clinic handled each account. Neither report tells you today's rate. 12

But they do raise something useful: what keeps billing active, and what ends it? We'll get to that.

Why your price can move after you start

Ask whether a dose change, a different medicine, added lab work, or add-on services would change the bill. Limitless also sells peptides, weight-loss drugs, sexual-health treatments, and its own supplement line. None of those is TRT. Ask whether anything besides testosterone is in your plan — and what each piece costs on its own. 6

Seen "Limitless" TRT for $199 a month? The $199 price on limitlessmens.com belongs to Limitless Men's Health, a separate practice describing telehealth services in Utah and Arizona. Its FAQ lists a $245 first visit and $199 a month covering medication, injection supplies, follow-up visits, and follow-up labs. Limitless Male Medical Clinic uses limitlessmale.com and lists 17 clinics in nine states. Different businesses, different prices. Don't let one company's number stand in for the other's. 14 7

The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

The tool is educational. It doesn't diagnose low testosterone or decide whether you can get a prescription.

What does the $49 Limitless Male first visit include?

Limitless Male says its $49 first appointment includes a full blood panel, a review of your symptoms, and a one-on-one visit to build a plan. If you start TRT, the $49 is credited toward your first treatment. The site does not list which tests are in the panel or say whether a second early-morning test is included before a diagnosis. 1 2

Here's what Limitless states on its TRT page, updated September 8, 2026: 1

  • The first appointment is $49.
  • It includes a full blood panel.
  • You review symptoms and build a plan one-on-one with a provider.
  • If you start TRT, the $49 is credited toward your first treatment.

Its resources page adds a detail worth knowing: after the labs, a follow-up appointment reviews your results and sets the plan. Its onboarding page describes a return visit three to four days after the initial appointment. Ask how the results visit, any repeat testing, treatment decision, and charges fit together; the description is not a promise that treatment starts at a set visit. 2 3

What "credited" really means

Limitless says the $49 comes off your first treatment charge if you start TRT. If you don't start, that treatment credit does not apply; confirm whether any further visits or tests would cost extra. Ask for a copy of your results either way. Its privacy notice describes the right to request copies and says a fee may apply. They can help any clinician you see later. 1 11

Why one blood test isn't a diagnosis

This is the part that protects you, not just your wallet.

Testosterone changes through the day, and one number is only a snapshot. The Endocrine Society says a diagnosis of low testosterone needs symptoms or signs plus consistently low levels, confirmed with repeat early-morning fasting tests using an accurate lab method and appropriate reference ranges. Its July 2026 statement calls for at least two early-morning fasting tests and notes a common threshold near 300 ng/dL — not a diagnosis on its own. 21 9

A few terms you'll hear at the visit:

  • Total testosterone: all the testosterone in your blood. The standard first test.
  • Free testosterone: the small share not attached to carrier proteins. Useful when total testosterone is borderline.
  • Hematocrit: the share of your blood made of red blood cells. Testosterone can raise it, so it gets checked before and during treatment.
  • PSA (prostate-specific antigen): a blood marker used in prostate checks. 21 35

So ask one simple question at your first visit: "Is a second early-morning test included before you diagnose me, and what does it cost if it isn't?" Our blood-test guide explains the rest.

The entry price has changed before

Limitless's entry offer moves around. A June 2025 ad landing page advertised a "Complete Blood Panel + Custom Treatment Plan" for $49.95, calling it "a $500 value." Today's TRT page says $49. Match the offer to the booking you actually make. We could not verify that $500 comparison price. 4 1

What does a year of TRT at Limitless Male actually cost?

We could not verify a complete first-year Limitless Male TRT price. The two 2025 customer reports can illustrate the math, but they cannot establish your current monthly rate, required extras, or credit terms. Your real number depends on the written quote you get. 1 2 12

Here's the math, out in the open. These are hypothetical 12-payment subtotals, not current prices or complete first-year quotes. Each assumes an unchanged monthly charge, exactly 12 treatment payments, the full $49 credit applied within the year, and no required extras.

Comparison table: What does a year of TRT at Limitless Male actually cost?
Scenario based on historical reports Formula, with the credit shown Hypothetical subtotal
A written quote actually confirms $229/month and these assumptions $49 + (12 × $229) − $49 credit $2,748
A written quote actually confirms $250/month and these assumptions $49 + (12 × $250) − $49 credit $3,000
First visit only, with no further paid services $49 first visit $49, not a complete treatment plan

The $49 doesn't add to the modeled treatment subtotal only when the full credit is actually applied. Do not subtract it again if the quote already includes the discount. Any required separate labs, medication, visits, or fees belong in the total.

The cost that never shows up on the bill

Limitless's TRT page says all injections are done in the clinic by trained medical professionals. A customer report describes shipped testosterone, so confirm the model for your own plan rather than assume home treatment is either available or prohibited. 1 12

For an in-clinic plan, there is a real cost the treatment price may leave out: trips.

If your plan means a clinic visit every week, a 52-week illustration has 52 visits, before any extra appointments. Here's a simple example — our illustration, not a Limitless figure:

  • A 20-mile round trip × 52 visits = 1,040 miles a year
  • An hour per visit (drive, wait, injection) × 52 = 52 hours a year — more than a full work week

Your numbers will differ. Your clinic may schedule you differently. But this is the line item to think about before you sign, because it doesn't come off a credit card. It comes out of your mornings.

Build your own first-year number

Fill this in with the answers from your written quote. A blank line is unknown, not free.

Comparison table: Build your own first-year number
Cost line Your amount
First visit (and whether it's credited) $______
Repeat early-morning test before diagnosis, if charged $______
Recurring payments actually due in your first 12 months: number × charge $______
Required items outside the plan: medication, labs, visits, supplies, shipping, or fees $______
Prepaid package or lifetime payment, if chosen instead of overlapping plan charges $______
Optional add-ons you choose, plus finance charges not already counted $______
Minus credits actually applied and not already deducted − $______
Known first-year subtotal $______ — incomplete while required costs are unknown
Total contractual obligation, including payments due after year one $______
Visits per year × round-trip miles ______ miles
Visits per year × minutes per visit ÷ 60 ______ hours

Ask for the due dates as well as the total. A payment every 60 days is not automatically six payments in every 365-day window. Use the actual schedule, and keep travel costs separate from clinic charges. The TRT cost calculator can help organize a quote; it cannot supply an undisclosed Limitless fee.

Do you have to go to a Limitless Male clinic every week?

Limitless Male's public TRT page describes injections given in its clinics, but it does not establish your visit frequency. One 2025 customer reported shipped testosterone after monthly level checks. Ask your clinic which model applies to you and how often you would need to attend. 1 12

On its TRT page, Limitless answers "Do I have to give myself injections?" with a flat no: it describes staff-administered injections in the clinic. That is the provider's description, not independent proof that this model is safer than another properly supervised treatment format. 1

The public record adds a wrinkle. In the September 2025 BBB complaint, the patient described getting testosterone drop-shipped after going in for monthly level checks. So the in-clinic model may not be universal. Ask. 12

Can you realistically get there? All 17 clinics, as published

Hours come from Limitless's clinic locator, updated September 28, 2026 and checked September 29. None of the 17 listings shows weekend hours, and most list a lunch closure from 1 to 2 p.m. These are posted hours, not live appointment availability; confirm your clinic before traveling. 7

Comparison table: Can you realistically get there? All 17 clinics, as published

South Dakota Sioux Falls Mon/Tue/Fri 7 a.m. Tue closes at noon; Fri closes at 2 p.m.

The good news: early openings make a before-work stop realistic if you live or work nearby. Omaha Central opens at 6 a.m. on Wednesday and Friday. The hard part: if you can only attend on weekends, travel for work, or live 45 minutes out, a weekly clinic model gets heavy fast. 7

The honest tradeoff

Here's the one flaw we'd want you to know before anything else.

Limitless Male's public TRT FAQ describes in-clinic injections, not a confirmed home-treatment option. For someone who needs home care, that's a question to settle before paying. But for a plan where clinic staff give each dose, you have face-to-face contact and do not need to administer those doses yourself. For a man who's nervous about injecting himself and lives near a clinic, that's not a flaw. That's the reason to go. 1

If weekly trips are the dealbreaker, that's a fit problem, not a verdict on Limitless. Our online vs. local care guide explains the tradeoff; the cost comparison below shows the alternatives after the rest of Limitless's terms.

Is Limitless Male's testosterone FDA-approved or compounded?

We could not verify the exact testosterone product or its FDA status from Limitless Male's TRT page. Its privacy notice does name Olympia Pharmacy and Atlas RX Pharmacy, but does not say which supplies a particular TRT plan. Ask for the product name, whether it is FDA-approved or compounded, and the dispensing pharmacy for your prescription. 1 11

Limitless's TRT page says its clinicians "commonly prescribe testosterone injections." It never names the product. 1

That matters because two very different things get called "testosterone":

  • FDA-approved products went through FDA review for safety, effectiveness, and quality before sale.
  • Compounded preparations are made under compounding law by a licensed pharmacist or physician, or in a qualifying outsourcing facility. The FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. 23

FDA approval does not rate a clinic, but it does establish a level of review that a compounded preparation has not undergone. A compounded preparation is not an "FDA-approved generic," no matter how familiar the ingredient name sounds. 23

One more fact that applies across these care models: testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the U.S. It requires a valid prescription from an appropriately authorized clinician. 24 25

What is disclosed about pharmacies and follow-up?

Comparison table: What is disclosed about pharmacies and follow-up?
Item What the reviewed documents show What to get for your plan
Pharmacy names Privacy notice lists Olympia Pharmacy and Atlas RX Pharmacy. 11 Which one, or another pharmacy, supplies your exact prescription; its contact and state-license details.
Testosterone product No exact product or manufacturer identified on the reviewed TRT page. 1 Product name, treatment format, FDA-approved or compounded status, and any separate charge.
Monitoring and repeat tests Resources describe follow-up, but do not give a complete priced testing schedule. 3 Required tests, repeat diagnostic testing, frequency, results review, and which charges are included.
Refills and support A complete refill schedule and between-visit response policy were not verified. Who handles refills, required visits or tests, lead times, support hours, and what happens if supply is delayed.

The pharmacy names above are provider disclosures, not independently completed license checks or confirmation of the medicine you would receive. Ask for your clinician's name and license details too; a chain's directory does not verify the individual assigned to you.

Monitoring is part of the cost, not an optional extra to ignore. In February 2025, the FDA required warnings about increased blood pressure for testosterone products. Ask how your plan handles blood pressure, hematocrit, and other checks your clinician considers necessary, and whether extra tests or visits cost more. 32 21

Our treatment options guide explains the different forms and what each tends to cost.

How much is Limitless Male's TRT 4 Life lifetime membership?

We did not find a numerical price or full contract on Limitless Male's TRT 4 Life offer page. It advertises one upfront payment and claims a limit of 20 memberships per clinic, but that cap was not independently verified. Don't pay for any lifetime plan until you've read the written agreement. 5

The pitch sounds great: pay once, no recurring charges, covered for life. The fine print on the page adds one important line — prescriptions still depend on your ongoing medical evaluation. 5

That line matters. A payment contract is not a promise that a clinician will keep prescribing. Your health can change. Your clinician's judgment can change.

We couldn't verify the "20 per clinic" cap from the outside. Treat the scarcity as marketing, not a reason to skip the contract. 5

Eight questions to answer in writing before you pay for TRT 4 Life

  1. What is the exact one-time price?
  2. "Lifetime" of what — you, the clinic, the company, or the program?
  3. Does it cover medication, every injection visit, every lab, and supplies — permanently?
  4. What happens if a clinician decides TRT is no longer right for you? Any refund?
  5. What happens if you move away from a participating clinic, or your clinic closes?
  6. Is it refundable, prorated, or transferable?
  7. What happens if the price of medication or labs goes up?
  8. Can you take the contract home and read it before you pay?

A lifetime prepayment means paying now for care you may need later. Written answers help you judge the risk; they do not, by themselves, prove a saving. Compare the actual upfront price and exclusions with a current ongoing quote.

Does Limitless Male take insurance, Medicare, or HSA/FSA?

Limitless Male says it doesn't require insurance and offers cash pricing. We did not verify acceptance of any specific insurance plan, Medicare participation, or HSA/FSA payment arrangements. "Not required" is not the same as "covered," so check the clinic's billing policy and your plan separately. 6 11

Here's the difference in plain words. "Insurance isn't required" means you can pay cash without a plan. It does not mean your insurer will pay any part of it.

If you have insurance and want it to count, ask Limitless:

  • Will you submit claims, or give me an itemized receipt to submit myself?
  • Is the lab work billed separately from the treatment?

Then ask your insurer whether the visits, labs, and exact medication are covered.

HSA and FSA money: prescribed medication, clinician visits, and lab fees can qualify as medical expenses under IRS rules. A bundled membership isn't automatically eligible in full. Ask for itemized receipts and confirm the specific expense and timing with your plan administrator before assuming. 28 29

Medicare: ask about the individual clinician's enrollment and whether they accept assignment or have opted out. An itemized cash receipt does not guarantee reimbursement. Medicare generally does not pay for care from an opted-out clinician, apart from limited exceptions such as emergencies; we did not verify any Limitless clinician's Medicare status. For Medicare Advantage, check your plan's network and coverage as well. 30

If your insurance covers TRT through your own doctor, that route may cost less than any cash program. Our guide to TRT providers that take insurance walks through the questions.

How do you cancel Limitless Male, and what do billing complaints say?

We could not verify Limitless Male's program cancellation notice, refund rules, or appointment-cancellation deadline from the public pages reviewed. Its Lincoln BBB profile lists four complaints in three years—three categorized as billing—and labels all four unanswered. Get the cancellation process in writing, follow that process, and keep proof. 11 12

What is published, and what still needs an answer?

  • Payments and disputes: Limitless's website terms say payment follows the terms given at booking, and disputes go to binding arbitration or mediation under Nebraska law. The clause adds "as permitted by law"; ask for the actual plan agreement. 11
  • Appointments and program billing: request separate policies. Cancelling a visit is not proof that recurring billing has ended.
  • Prepaid care: ask for the refund rules, minimum commitment, and what happens if a clinician changes or ends the treatment plan.

We did not find a published program notice period or prepaid-refund rule in the reviewed material. Do not substitute an assumed deadline for the agreement you are asked to sign. 1 2 5 11

What the complaints describe

These are consumer reports, not proven facts. The three visible accounts raise billing and delivery questions: 12

Comparison table: What the complaints describe
Date What the customer reported
Sept. 24, 2025 Charged $229 a month for six months after shipments stopped, reportedly because required blood draws were missed; says no one called to schedule them. 12
April 5, 2025; updated April 7 Reported $250 a month and a missing delivery for a month already paid after cancelling. The account does not establish continued monthly charges after cancellation. 12
Nov. 12, 2024 Bought a $1,100 seven-month package for a non-testosterone treatment, then saw recurring $110 debits he says he never authorized. 12

BBB labels all four complaints unanswered by the business and says Limitless is not BBB-accredited. Only three complaint narratives were visible in the material reviewed. Those labels do not establish what contact may have happened outside BBB, and accreditation is not a clinical license. 12

Keep this in proportion. This is one BBB profile, not a complaint rate for all 17 listed clinics. The visible accounts describe different billing and delivery disputes; they do not prove a company-wide policy. So protect yourself the boring way. 12

Your cancellation paper trail

  • Ask for the program's cancellation notice period and method before you enroll.
  • Follow the required cancellation method, and send or request a written record — email or letter — that you can keep.
  • Ask for written confirmation with the date billing ends.
  • Check your card or bank statement for the next two billing cycles.
  • Know your card issuer's dispute window before you need it.

Can you get your medical records when you leave?

Limitless's privacy notice describes a right to inspect or request copies of your health information and says a fee may apply. Ask for the request method, any fee, and how records can be sent securely to your next clinician. We did not test the process or verify a turnaround time. 11 A billing decision and a treatment decision are separate: discuss any care transition with the prescribing clinician.

Want a program whose price and exit terms you can read before paying? That's a fair requirement. Our TRT cost guide compares published prices, first-year models, and billing questions across eight online programs; it also flags terms that remain unclear.

How much does enclomiphene cost at Limitless Male — and is it TRT?

We did not find an enclomiphene price on Limitless Male's page. Enclomiphene is not testosterone and is not TRT; it is an oral medicine studied for increasing the body's own testosterone production. It is not FDA-approved, and no medicine can guarantee your fertility. 10 26 34 22

Limitless markets enclomiphene with lines like "Boost testosterone. Keep your fertility." Its page is more careful in the details, saying a clinician "may consider" it for men who want to maintain fertility. 10

Here's the regulatory picture, from primary sources:

  • Enclomiphene: no FDA-approved enclomiphene drug product exists in the U.S. A compounded version is not FDA-approved. 26 34
  • Clomiphene (sold as Clomid): FDA-approved for ovulatory dysfunction in women seeking pregnancy. Use in men is off-label, meaning outside the approved indication. 27 34
  • Neither is testosterone replacement. Different medicine, different goal, different risks.

The November 2024 complaint described a $1,100 package of two unnamed non-testosterone drugs and disputed $110 debits. Because the drugs were not named, that account cannot establish an enclomiphene price. Ask for a separate, named-medication quote rather than borrow a number from that complaint. 12

For readers who want children soon, start somewhere else

This is where we'd slow you down.

Testosterone from outside your body can suppress spermatogenesis — the process of making sperm. The AUA/ASRM male-infertility guideline says testosterone alone should not be prescribed to men interested in current or future fertility. Later recovery does not come with a guaranteed timeline. 22 35

If a child is in your plans now or in the next few years, see a urologist or reproductive urologist before you sign up anywhere. Our TRT and fertility guide covers the questions to bring. 21 22

The same goes if you've never had proper testing, have very low or unusual results, or have a history of prostate or breast cancer, high hematocrit, untreated severe sleep apnea, or a recent heart event. Those belong with primary care or the right specialist first. 21

Is Limitless Male cheaper than online TRT?

There isn't a verified current Limitless Male quote to compare. The online figures below are starting-price models, not complete quotes or proof that one care route will cost you less. What an in-clinic plan can offer is staff-administered injections and face-to-face contact. 1 15 17 18

Here's the side-by-side. Limitless's current total stays unknown; every online row starts with the provider's own published prices. Our math uses one entry charge and 12 monthly-equivalent treatment charges at unchanged starting rates, with the limits shown.

Comparison table: Is Limitless Male cheaper than online TRT?
Care route What's published Starting-price model, not a complete quote What's still unknown or excluded
Limitless Male (clinic-based description) $49 first visit, credited if you start. 1 Current first-year price not verified. Historical-report illustrations appear above, not as a current rate. Recurring price, required extras, exact medication, testing and refill schedule, program exit terms, travel.
Male Excel (online-led care) $99 start; $99/month required membership; injection package with thyroid medicine from $120/month or cream package with thyroid medicine from $132/month, each described as a 60-day supply billed every other month. 15 16 $99 + 12 × ($99 + $120) = $2,727; cream: $99 + 12 × ($99 + $132) = $2,871, plus shipping. Actual billing dates, shipping, required extra testing, prescription changes, and testosterone-only pricing. These are not testosterone-only package quotes.
Hone Health Plus (online) $45 first test; separate $45 lab or $80 at-home confirmatory test; $135/month membership. Testosterone cypionate from $28 per vial; compounded cream $60/month. Follow-up labs and shipping described as included. 17 $45 + $45/$80 + 12 × $135 = $1,710–$1,745 before medication; adding 12 × $60 cream = $2,430–$2,465. Your medication quantity and price. A per-vial injection price is not a monthly medication price.
Taurus Meds (online) $49 test and review; $149/month advertised as "all inclusive" with "no membership fees." General terms separately state $17.99 per billing period. 18 19 $49 + 12 × $149 = $1,837 at the offer rate; $2,052.88 only if 12 additional $17.99 charges apply. Whether that fee applies, its billing interval, required extras, exact product, and state access. No conflict-free complete quote verified.

Prices and terms checked September 29, 2026. These are calculations from advertisements, not purchased plans. A 60-day supply and a calendar-month bill are not the same unit: use actual refill and billing dates to price 365 days, and add required extras or applicable taxes that your quote identifies. None of these models establishes savings over an unverified Limitless quote.

Program FDA-approved testosterone product confirmed for this quote? Compounded testosterone disclosure
Limitless Male No exact product verified. A general footer warning does not identify your testosterone product. 1 11
Male Excel No exact FDA-approved product verified for the displayed packages. Its FAQ identifies compounded testosterone cream, and its homepage describes U.S.-compounded testosterone. Do not treat the listed package as an FDA-approved generic. 16 37
Hone Health The price page names testosterone cypionate but does not establish the exact finished product for you. Its cream and troche are explicitly marked compounded. 17
Taurus Meds No exact FDA-approved testosterone product verified for the $149 offer. The offer page describes compounded hormones; ask for the product and pharmacy for your prescription. 18

Compounded testosterone is not FDA-approved. Enclomiphene and clomiphene are non-testosterone alternatives, not extra TRT formats, and are not interchangeable with these price models. For an FDA-approved product or insurance-led plan, ask your own clinician and pharmacy for the exact product and plan-specific cost. 23 26 27

  • You want an in-person nurse and live near a clinic → Get Limitless's written quote and compare it to the table.
  • You can't do frequent clinic trips but want one dedicated provider → Review Male Excel's online-led model and required fees; it does not list Minnesota as served. 15 16 33
  • You want a published confirmatory-test process and follow-up lab schedule → Review Hone Health, including the separate confirmation fee and medication cost; check your state first. 17
  • You want one advertised monthly price → Taurus Meds advertises one, but get its fee and refund terms in writing first. Our Male Excel vs Taurus Meds comparison shows the documents. 18 19 20
  • You're in Minnesota → Male Excel doesn't prescribe there. Consider Limitless Rochester, your own doctor or urologist, or Find My TRT Path. 7 16
  • You have insurance and a doctor who manages TRT → Get a plan-specific estimate first. It may beat every cash option here.
  • You haven't been properly tested, or you're trying to conceive → Primary care, urology, or reproductive urology before any subscription.

For a dedicated provider and check-ins without routine clinic trips: Male Excel describes 60-day assessments and six-month blood testing. Its $99 monthly membership is separate from medication. Its displayed medication packages include thyroid medicine and its homepage markets compounded testosterone — ask about a testosterone-only plan, repeat diagnostic tests, the exact product, and any in-person requirement. 15 16 33 37

For a new diagnosis, ask how Male Excel confirms low testosterone before prescribing: its homepage says clinicians may prescribe before lab results arrive, while the Endocrine Society calls for symptoms or signs plus repeat low results. That website statement does not establish how an individual patient would be evaluated. 37 21 Read Male Excel's published pricing.

For a written testing sequence: Hone publishes the initial test, separately priced confirmation, and included follow-up labs. Read Hone's Plus membership and lab charges. This is not a lowest-cost verdict.

For Taurus's advertised monthly bundle: read the $149 offer alongside its $17.99-per-billing-period terms. Its separate refund policy requires cancellation notice at least 72 hours before billing and generally limits refunds to medical-disqualification circumstances, while the offer promotes a broader 90-day refund less lab and pharmacy fees. Get the applicable terms in writing before treating either promise as settled. 18 19 20

Neither a price page nor an assessment guarantees that you'll be approved or prescribed anything. A licensed clinician decides that after an appropriate evaluation.

Limitless clinic counts come from its locator; they are not a residency-eligibility rule. Male Excel's FAQ, checked September 29, 2026, lists 11 states it doesn't serve: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Its other-state availability is provider-stated, not an independent clinician-license check. Hone's membership-price page does not establish treatment-specific state coverage. Confirm the exact treatment and state before paying. 7 16

One more thing if you're thinking about going online. Federal telemedicine flexibilities currently allow qualifying DEA-registered clinicians to prescribe Schedule II–V controlled medicines through audio-video visits without a prior in-person evaluation, subject to applicable conditions, through December 31, 2026. State rules still apply, and a clinician or provider may require an in-person exam. This is not blanket permission for every patient, provider, or questionnaire. Ask how care continues if the rule changes. Our online vs. local care guide explains it. 25

Does online care fit your state and schedule better? Compare Male Excel and Taurus Meds' published fees and terms → Take a complete quote—not a starting-price claim—to that comparison.

Is Limitless Male legit?

Limitless Male's current directory lists 17 clinics in nine states, and its website says it was founded in 2016 and identifies a medical director. Its public record also includes a 2020 FTC warning letter about COVID-19 advertising for a peptide therapy and four BBB complaints labeled unanswered. "Legit" and "fairly priced for you" are separate questions. 7 8 1 13 12

Here's what we found, sorted by what kind of evidence it is.

What the documents establish:

  • The locator lists 17 clinics in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We checked the posted entries, not each clinic in person. 7
  • Its TRT FAQ identifies Dr. Lonny Miller as its medical director. This is a provider attribution, not a completed professional-license check or a guarantee about who would treat you. 1
  • On November 16, 2020, the Federal Trade Commission sent Limitless Male Medical Clinic a warning letter stating that its advertising unlawfully claimed certain products or services—including Thymosin Alpha 1 peptide therapy—could prevent or treat COVID-19 without adequate support. The FTC told it to stop those claims. That letter concerns peptide marketing during the pandemic, not TRT prices. We did not establish the matter's later resolution; it is not proof about today's clinical care. 13
  • BBB: not accredited; four complaints on the Lincoln profile in three years, all labeled unanswered by BBB. 12

Provider claims we couldn't verify:

  • "#1 TRT Clinic in Midwest," "Trusted by 100K Men," and a 4.9-star review rating, shown on its homepage. 6
  • "92% reported improved energy and motivation after 6 weeks of TRT" — no study, sample size, or method given. Treat it as marketing, not evidence. 1
  • Its own clinic count varies by page: the locator says 17 clinics in nine states, its "About" section says 16 in eight, and an older ad page says 13. Those conflicting counts are why we used the dated locator and listed each clinic. Confirm yours directly. 7 8 4

Our editorial read: a clinic network with a sales-forward website and an ongoing pricing model that stays off the pages we reviewed. That's not disqualifying. It just means you should do the asking — which is exactly what the next section is for.

What should you get in writing from Limitless Male before you pay?

Ask for the ongoing price, what it includes, the exact medication and whether it's FDA-approved or compounded, the lab schedule, and the cancellation rules — in writing. Limitless says its pricing is transparent and upfront, so a written quote is a reasonable request. Send the questions before your first visit so you're not deciding in the chair. 6

You're not being difficult by asking. You're doing what any smart buyer does before a recurring medical bill.

Copy and send this

Hi — before my first visit, could you send me in writing:

  1. Your current ongoing TRT price, billing dates, minimum commitment, and everything it includes: medication, injections, visits, labs, supplies, shipping, and fees. Please show how the $49 credit is applied and what is due in the first 12 months.
  2. The exact testosterone product, whether it's FDA-approved or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it. Are other medicines or supplements optional and priced separately?
  3. Which blood tests are in the $49 panel, whether a second early-morning test is included before diagnosis, and the cost of any repeat tests or results visits. What do I pay if I don't continue?
  4. How often I'd need to come in, the ongoing monitoring and refill schedule, the clinician's name and license details, and whom to contact between visits or about a delayed refill.
  5. How to cancel appointments and the program, each notice period, when billing ends, any refund on prepaid care, and how to get my results and records.
  6. The TRT 4 Life price and full contract, if offered, including exclusions and what happens if my health, location, or care plan changes.
  7. Whether you bill my insurance or Medicare, and whether you provide itemized receipts for HSA/FSA review. Thank you.

Where to send it (from Limitless's website): call or text 866-227-9495, or email info@limitlessmale.com. 7

Use the clinic's secure process for medical history or lab results; an ordinary pricing message does not need those details. You can ask for a quote without agreeing to a treatment plan.

How did we verify Limitless Male prices and policies?

Last verified: September 29, 2026. This is a public-source cost guide, not a hands-on review. We did not visit a clinic, book an appointment, enroll, pay, receive care, or contact Limitless Male.

What we actually verified

Sources we read directly: Limitless Male's TRT page (updated Sept. 8, 2026), homepage, "What to Expect," resources, scheduling, clinic locator (updated Sept. 28, 2026), TRT 4 Life and June 2025 Low T quiz landing pages, enclomiphene page, and privacy notice; the BBB Lincoln complaints page; the FTC's Nov. 16, 2020 warning letter; Limitless Men's Health's FAQ; Male Excel's homepage, pricing, FAQ, and Excel Advantage pages; Hone's Plus membership page; Taurus's $49 offer, Terms, and refund policy; and the official medical and regulatory sources below.

Comparison table: What we actually verified
Type What it covers on this page
Verified publication or public record The provider pages displayed the stated offers and directory entries; BBB published the complaint counts and statuses; the FTC issued its 2020 letter. This does not verify a patient's bill or prove a complaint.
Provider-stated $49 offer and credit; clinic locations and hours; in-clinic injection description; insurance statement; pharmacy names; online-provider prices, testing descriptions, and excluded states.
Customer-reported $229 and $250 monthly charges; $1,100 unnamed-drug package and disputed $110 debits; shipped testosterone; billing or delivery disputes. Not independently verified.
Our calculation Conditional historical-price illustrations, online starting-price models, and hypothetical travel math—not actual paid bills or confirmed complete first-year costs.
Editorial judgment Who Limitless fits, who should look elsewhere, and which route fits which reader
Couldn't confirm Current Limitless recurring price and complete inclusions; treatment-specific product and pharmacy; individual licenses; repeat-testing, monitoring and refill schedule; program cancellation/refunds; lifetime contract; specific insurance or Medicare participation.

We also checked the public destinations used for reader links. We did not complete an intake, verify appointment inventory, or test cancellation. The direct provider links lead to public information pages.

Our full process is explained in How We Review TRT Providers. If you're Limitless Male and want to share current pricing, send it through our provider data submission page — we'll publish it with the date. Found an error? Use our corrections page.

Our editorial standards explain source and correction rules. Our privacy policy explains the site's data practices; this guide makes no claim that using a pricing worksheet or decision tool creates a clinical relationship.

Limitless Male TRT cost: what else should you know?

The $49 entry offer does not establish an ongoing treatment price. These answers separate the current provider statements, historical customer reports, and questions that still need your own clinic's written answer.

How much is Limitless Male per month?

We did not verify a current standard monthly TRT price on the reviewed Limitless Male pages. Two 2025 BBB complaints reported $229 and $250 a month, but those reports are not today's quote. Ask for a written price before you enroll. 1 12

Is the $49 first visit really credited?

Limitless says the $49 is credited toward your first treatment if you start TRT. Confirm how the credit applies and whether any extra visits or tests cost more. Ask for a copy of your results either way. 1 2 11

What does a year of TRT at Limitless Male cost?

A complete current first-year price is not verified. The $2,748 and $3,000 examples above only show what 12 payments at historical reported rates would total with a full $49 credit and no extras. They are not current Limitless prices or complete-cost estimates.

How much is TRT 4 Life at Limitless Male?

We found no numerical price or full contract on the reviewed offer page. It advertises one upfront payment and claims a cap of 20 memberships per clinic; that cap was not independently verified. Read the written contract before paying. 5

Does Limitless Male take insurance?

Limitless says it doesn't require insurance. That does not establish whether your clinician, labs, or medication are covered. Ask the clinic and your insurer separately; Medicare participation also needs a clinician-specific check. 6 30

Can I use my HSA or FSA at Limitless Male?

Prescribed medication, clinician visits, and lab work can qualify under IRS rules. Ask for itemized receipts and confirm with your plan administrator. 28 29

Do I have to give myself shots at Limitless Male?

Its TRT page describes staff giving injections in the clinic. A dated customer report describes shipped testosterone, so confirm the treatment format and location for your own plan rather than assume a universal policy. 1 12

How often do I have to go to the clinic?

Your actual schedule was not established by the reviewed public pages. Ask for the required visits, repeat tests, follow-ups, and refill steps in writing; a weekly travel example is not your prescribed schedule. 1 3

Is Limitless Male's testosterone compounded?

We did not verify the exact testosterone product or its FDA status. Its privacy notice names Olympia Pharmacy and Atlas RX Pharmacy, but does not assign a specific product to either. Ask for the exact medicine and dispensing pharmacy. 1 11

How do I cancel Limitless Male?

We could not verify the program's notice period or refund rules. Get the process in writing before you enroll, follow that method, keep written confirmation of the billing end date, and watch your statements for two billing cycles.

Where are Limitless Male clinics?

The directory lists Champaign, Ill.; Bettendorf, Cedar Rapids, Council Bluffs, and West Des Moines, Iowa; Wichita, Kan.; Flint, Mich.; Rochester, Minn.; Billings, Mont.; Omaha, Papillion, Lincoln, Grand Island, and Norfolk, Neb.; Fargo, N.D.; and Dakota Dunes and Sioux Falls, S.D. Listed locations do not establish eligibility based on your home address. 7

Is Limitless Male the same as Limitless Men's Health?

No. Limitless Men's Health is a separate practice describing telehealth in Utah and Arizona and listing $199 a month. Limitless Male lists 17 clinics in nine states. The names and prices should not be mixed. 14 7

Does Limitless Male offer enclomiphene?

Yes, Limitless markets enclomiphene, but we did not find a price on that page. It isn't TRT, it isn't FDA-approved, and no medicine guarantees fertility. 10 26 34

Is Limitless Male cheaper than online TRT?

There is no verified current Limitless quote to compare. Online starting-price models differ in medication, labs, shipping, and commitment, so the table cannot establish which option would be cheaper for you.

Can Limitless Male diagnose low testosterone from the first blood test?

Guidelines call for symptoms or signs plus consistently low levels on repeat early-morning tests. One result isn't a diagnosis. Ask whether a second test is included. 21 9

Does a lifetime membership guarantee a prescription forever?

No. The offer itself says prescriptions depend on ongoing medical evaluation. A payment agreement does not guarantee that a clinician will keep prescribing, so ask what happens to prepaid money if the care plan changes. 5

Can I get my records if I don't continue?

Limitless's privacy notice describes a right to request copies of your health information and says a fee may apply. Ask for the request method, secure transfer options, and expected timing; we did not test that service. 11
