Limitless Male TRT Reviews: What Patients, Records, and the Price Actually Show

Check Limitless Male's location-specific review signals, published first-visit offer, clinic hours and pricing gaps before choosing an in-person care route.

Limitless Male TRT reviews point to a real clinic network, but not one chain-wide verdict. Its $49 first visit is not a monthly treatment price. The in-person model may fit nearby readers who want staff-administered injections; unresolved costs, weekday access or fertility plans can point to a different care route.

Start with three practical questions: Do you live near one of its clinics? Can regular in-person visits fit your week? And can you get the monthly price in writing before you start? Answer those, then check the clinical and contract questions below. Clinic directory · First-visit terms

You live near one of its 17 listed clinics in IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, or SD You cannot make the required trips; living outside those states alone does not prove the clinic will refuse you
You want to be seen in person, face to face You need a published ongoing price and cannot obtain a written quote before paying
You'd rather clinic staff give your shot than do it yourself You travel a lot or can't get to a clinic on weekdays (every clinic posts weekend closures)
Early-morning appointments suit your schedule, and the clinic confirms a blood-draw slot You need confirmed insurance billing and the clinic cannot confirm it for your plan
You're comfortable comparing a written cash-pay quote Having children is a priority — discuss a fertility-aware care route before choosing treatment

These are care-model fit judgments, not medical eligibility rules. Published location and visit details come from Limitless; fertility guidance comes from the AUA/ASRM guideline.

TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.

What we actually verified (September 29, 2026)

  • Checked: Limitless Male's home, TRT, enclomiphene, company-history, directory, individual clinic, scheduling, and privacy pages; three address-matched BBB profiles and the complaint text we could retrieve; Trustpilot, Glassdoor and an older patient discussion; FTC records; primary medical and regulatory sources; and current official pages for the online alternatives.
  • Confirmed in public sources: 17 listed clinic addresses and their posted hours; the advertised $49 first-visit terms; no monthly TRT price on the official pages checked; the displayed BBB grades; and two pharmacy names in the privacy notice. Publication of a claim is not independent confirmation that care was delivered as described.
  • Provider-stated only: in-clinic injections, its 4.9-star rating claim, patient-count claim, and results percentages. We did not verify the underlying patient or outcomes data.
  • Could not confirm: a complete current treatment quote; repeat-test charges; follow-up and refill schedules; current home treatment; exact medication and pharmacy for a patient; clinician and pharmacy licensing for that patient; insurance billing; or monthly-plan cancellation, commitment and refund terms.
  • What we did not do: visit a clinic, pay for care, or contact Limitless as a patient. This is a public-records profile, not a hands-on test.

This page is educational information, not medical advice. It can't tell you whether you have low testosterone or need treatment. Call 911 for possible stroke symptoms, severe chest pain, trouble breathing or fainting. A new painful, swollen leg needs prompt medical assessment; these can be blood-clot warning signs.

Is Limitless Male legit?

Yes — Limitless Male Medical Clinic has a current website listing 17 in-person clinics and says it began in 2016. "Legit" and "right for you" are different questions, though: listed offices do not establish the quality of a particular clinician or agreement. Its public record raises billing questions worth asking, and the official pages checked do not publish a monthly TRT price. Directory · Company history · Complaint record

Here's what's real and checkable. Limitless lists 17 street addresses across nine states. Every one has a phone number and posted hours. Its first-visit price is published. Its site footer states that compounded products are not FDA-approved. The site also displays a LegitScript seal; we didn't independently confirm the current certification status behind that seal. Directory · TRT page

Here's what doesn't quite add up. The home page says 16 clinics. Another page says 16 locations in eight states. The locations page lists 17 in nine states. Those counts are not in sync; we used the actual directory entries rather than the older headline counts. Home page · Company page · Directory

The bigger claims — a 4.9-star rating, more than 100,000 men served, and a regional number-one claim — are provider marketing, not our findings. Limitless also publishes two results numbers: 92% for improved energy and motivation after six weeks, and 87% for stronger libido. The page does not supply the sample size or method needed to judge those claims. We don't repeat those as verified outcomes, and you shouldn't treat them as your odds. Provider claims

Now the price question that can change the decision.

Limitless Male does not publish its monthly TRT price on the pages we checked. If knowing your whole year's cost before you walk in the door is your top priority, ask for that quote first; our TRT cost guide shows what belongs in it. But if face-to-face care is what you want, Limitless offers a different service model: a local clinic and, according to its TRT page, staff-administered injections. You would not need to handle injection supplies at home for that in-clinic plan. Provider's care model

If that trade sounds right for you, the next step is simple.

Is this the same Limitless as Limitless TRT in Arizona or Utah?

No — check the exact business name and website before using a review. This page is about Limitless Male Medical Clinic (limitlessmale.com), the Omaha-based chain; Limitless Men’s Health and Limitless Regen use different websites and advertise different services and locations. Reviews of those businesses should not be merged with this one.

The similar names can confuse the comparison, so here's the lineup:

Comparison table: Is this the same Limitless as Limitless TRT in Arizona or Utah?

The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay. The tool is educational and non-diagnostic; it does not decide medical eligibility or guarantee a prescription.

What do Limitless Male TRT reviews actually say?

The reviews we could check include praise for staff alongside reports about billing, delivery, turnover and a wrong-patient shipment. This is a small, self-selected set, not a survey showing how often problems happen. No review — good or bad — can tell you whether testosterone treatment will work for you. Customer reports · Employee reviews · Older patient discussion

Match the rating to the clinic

Limitless doesn't have one BBB profile. It has several, tied to different clinic addresses, and they don't agree. We matched three to Limitless's own address list:

Comparison table: Match the rating to the clinic
BBB profile matched to Address BBB grade Accredited? What's on the record
Lincoln, NE 300 N 44th St, Ste 102 F No 4 complaints in 3 years, all unanswered by the business — BBB's stated reason for the F Profile
Fargo, ND 3409 45th St S, Ste 112 A+ No One review alleging prepaid medication never arrived Profile
West Des Moines, IA 1300 37th St, Ste 1 A+ No One review complaining that staff keep changing Profile

Checked September 29, 2026. The other 14 clinics were not individually matched, so don't read "no profile checked" as "no complaints."

Two things to know about BBB grades. First, they grade business conduct, including complaint handling — not the quality of medical care. Second, the F on the Lincoln-address profile lists four unanswered complaints among its reasons. Four reports cannot tell us the rate of problems across the chain, because we do not know how many relevant customers there were. BBB's rating method · Profile reasons

Matching the profile address does not prove every report concerns that clinic. For example, a review on the Lincoln-address profile describes care in Grand Island. Review text

What patients praise

There is positive service feedback, but we did not verify a representative sample of satisfied patients.

  • In an older Omaha discussion, u/Slowmaha wrote that “the staff is super professional.” The same comment described an overall disappointing experience, so this is a service-only observation, not a treatment endorsement. Original discussion

What patients complain about

The reports we checked raise billing, delivery, and follow-through questions:

  • Kristen H, reviewing the West Des Moines business on BBB, wrote that staff “is changing all the time.” BBB profile
  • Vaughn S, in a November 2023 review on the Lincoln-address BBB profile, described a charge after telling the front desk, nurse, and practitioner he was stopping treatment at the Grand Island clinic. BBB review
  • Sief, in an April 2026 Trustpilot review, alleged that a package intended for another patient arrived, and described delays and pressure to purchase add-on treatments. This is a mixed-service account, not a verified finding about testosterone safety. Original review text

Employee reviews echo the turnover theme. That matters to you as a patient in one practical way: if the faces keep changing, make sure your plan, your lab results, and any cancellation request are in writing — not in someone's memory. Employee accounts

A note on how we use reviews: We use them to spot patterns in service, billing, and communication. We never use them to judge whether a treatment works, and neither should you. Someone saying they feel 15 years younger is describing their experience, not your likely result.

How much does Limitless Male TRT cost?

The first visit is advertised at $49, including a blood panel, with a credit toward the first treatment if you start TRT. The official pages checked do not publish a monthly TRT price or a complete first-year quote. Two 2025 patients reported $229 and $250 a month, but those are historical accounts, not today’s prices. First-visit offer · Dated reports

What the $49 covers

Limitless says the $49 first appointment includes "a full blood panel," a review of your symptoms, and a one-on-one visit to build a plan. If you start TRT, the $49 is credited toward your first treatment. Provider’s first-visit FAQ

It's an entry offer, not a treatment price. Before you let anyone draw blood, ask which tests are in the panel and whether a second early-morning testosterone test is included (more on why that matters below). Some clinic pages also invite a free consultation; confirm which visit and services the $49 charge covers rather than assume the two offers are identical. Clinic booking language · Blood-panel offer

The monthly price nobody publishes

Limitless's home page promises "transparent, upfront pricing on all treatments." We checked the home, TRT, enclomiphene, "why us," and locations pages on September 29, 2026. None lists a monthly TRT price. Home-page claim · TRT page

The only numbers we found come from patients:

Those are real reports, but they're not a quote. Your price could be different, and the clinic may have changed it since. The only price to use for your decision is the written offer the clinic gives you, with its inclusions and terms.

First-year cost: what a Limitless quote must include

Multiplying the two old monthly reports by 12 gives $2,748–$3,000. That is a historical subscription subtotal, not a verified complete first-year cost. It assumes 12 equal monthly charges and no price change; it does not establish repeat-test, medication, shipping or other extra charges. Historical source

Use this quote check before comparing that subtotal with another program:

Comparison table: First-year cost: what a Limitless quote must include
Cost or term What the public evidence establishes What to get in writing
First appointment $49 panel offer; treatment credit is conditional. TRT FAQ Whether it applies to your clinic and how the credit is used
Repeat diagnostic test Inclusion and separate charge not established on the pages checked Required tests, lab location, fasting instructions and total charge before treatment
Recurring care and medication No current public monthly quote found Membership or visit fee, exact medication, supplies, and number of charges in 12 months
Follow-up, refills and shipping Complete schedule, inclusions and charges not established Which labs and visits are included, any pharmacy or shipping charge, and what happens during a refill hold
Commitment, cancellation and refunds No current monthly-plan agreement retrieved Minimum term, renewal, notice deadline, final charge, unused-service refunds and optional add-ons

Your first-year total = the non-credited intake charge + all recurring charges due in the period + required medication, tests, visits, supplies and shipping not already included − any documented credits not already deducted. Count an included service once. Leave an unknown charge marked unknown; do not turn it into zero.

The question isn't whether an old bill looks cheap next to an online offer. It's whether your written quote covers the same care, products and billing period.

Don't forget your time

If your plan involves regular in-clinic shots, count the drive. Say you get a shot weekly and your clinic is 20 minutes away. That's 52 round trips and about 35 hours behind the wheel a year, before any wait. For some men that's nothing. For others it's the whole decision. (Limitless doesn't publish how often visits happen — that's one of the questions to ask.)

Watch for packages and add-ons

Limitless sells much more than TRT: peptide products, GLP-1 weight-loss drugs, enclomiphene, erectile dysfunction procedures, and its own supplements. One November 2024 BBB complaint describes paying $1,100 upfront for a 7-month package of two non-testosterone drugs, then seeing recurring $110 charges he says no one explained. Provider services · Complaint

A separate treatment or supplement is not automatically part of TRT. If anything gets added to your plan, ask two questions: "Is this medically needed for me, or optional?" and "Does it bill separately, and how do I stop it?" Ask whether declining it changes the treatment offer; we did not verify a policy guaranteeing that every package can be unbundled.

Does Limitless Male take insurance?

Limitless says insurance is not required. That does not establish whether it accepts your plan or will bill it. Ask the clinic exactly what it will give you — an itemized receipt, a superbill or a direct insurance claim — and ask your plan what it will cover. For HSA/FSA questions, ask your plan administrator about the exact charge rather than assume a membership or add-on is eligible. Your own doctor or a urologist in your network may be a better starting point when insurance matters; our TRT cost guide explains what to ask. Provider statement

Where are Limitless Male clinics, and when are they open?

Limitless Male lists 17 clinics in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. All post weekend closures; most close at noon on Tuesdays, and four close one weekday entirely. Every clinic opens at 6 or 7 a.m. on at least some days, but you still need to confirm an available appointment. Current clinic directory

We turned Limitless's posted schedules into one table so you can see what each clinic actually offers week to week. Weekly hours subtract the posted one-hour lunch closures. They are published open hours, not appointment capacity; click a clinic name to check its current schedule.

The early hours are a real plus

Medical guidelines ask for testosterone to be measured in the early morning. Every Limitless clinic posts a 6 or 7 a.m. opening on at least some days, which may make a morning appointment easier. Ask whether blood draws are offered at that time; an opening hour is not a booked lab slot. Testing guidance · Clinic schedules

What the hours mean if you need regular visits

No clinic posts Saturday or Sunday hours. Omaha Central (47 hours a week) and Lincoln (41) have the most listed open hours. Council Bluffs, Grand Island, and Dakota Dunes post 30 hours; Norfolk posts 32. Each of those four closes one full weekday. If you work first shift or travel for work, look hard at your clinic's schedule before you commit to anything that requires frequent visits.

Do you have to go to the clinic for every testosterone shot?

Limitless says all injections are given in its clinics by trained staff, so you do not handle them at home under that model. It does not publish a visit frequency, and a 2025 complaint describes testosterone shipping. Ask exactly how your proposed plan works; that older report does not establish a current home-treatment option. Provider FAQ · Historical account

On its TRT page, Limitless answers the self-injection question with a flat no: all injections happen in the clinic. That is its stated service model, not proof that clinic administration is safer for every patient or product. Provider FAQ

Here's the honest version. In-clinic shots genuinely suit some men:

  • You never have to learn to inject yourself.
  • Someone checks in with you in person, regularly.
  • There's no medicine or needles to store at home.

They're hard on others:

  • You're tied to clinic hours, and every clinic is closed weekends.
  • Travel, shift work, or a move can break your schedule.
  • The time adds up fast (see the math in the cost section).

And there's a wrinkle. A September 2025 BBB complaint describes testosterone being shipped to the patient. The same account says staff later told him a missed lab visit had held up refills. That leaves two separate questions: what administration options exist now, and what happens to billing when a prescription is on hold. Complaint text

Ask before you start: How often will I come in? What happens if I travel or miss a week? Is home administration ever an option? Who do I call between visits?

Some testosterone formulations can be administered at home with a clinician's prescription, instructions and follow-up. That option can come from local as well as online care; in-clinic shots are not automatically the safer choice for every person. Endocrine Society treatment-format discussion

If you would rather manage a prescribed treatment at home, compare that option with both local and online clinicians. Ask about training, storage, follow-up, travel and refill rules before choosing the care model.

What happens before Limitless Male prescribes testosterone?

Limitless says eligibility is decided through lab testing, a clinical evaluation, and your medical history. Current guidance calls for symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone, confirmed with appropriate repeat early-morning testing. Ask whether your quoted plan includes a second morning test before anyone writes a prescription. Provider eligibility statement · Endocrine Society statement

What the guidelines actually say

Low testosterone — when it reflects hypogonadism, a problem with testosterone production or the brain signals controlling it — isn’t diagnosed from a symptom list or a single number. Endocrine Society guideline

  • The Endocrine Society calls for symptoms or signs of testosterone deficiency plus consistently low testosterone, measured with an accurate test on at least two early-morning, fasting blood draws. Its July 16, 2026 statement repeats that point and asks clinicians to assess reversible causes, such as obesity or medication effects. Current statement
  • A number near 300 ng/dL is a common clinical threshold mentioned in that statement, not a diagnosis on its own. It is not a rule that everyone below it needs treatment or everyone above it does not. Current statement

Total testosterone is all the testosterone in your blood. Free testosterone is the small share that is not bound to proteins. Your clinician may check free testosterone when the total result is borderline or certain protein-binding conditions make it harder to interpret. Testing guideline

Why one test isn't enough

Testosterone varies across days and with factors such as sleep, illness and testing time. One low number is not enough to establish a diagnosis. That's why guidelines ask for a repeat. A $49 panel can be one step — make sure it isn't the only step. Diagnostic guidance

For a plain-language explanation of the tests and the questions to take to your clinician, see our TRT blood-test guide.

Who's making the decision?

Ask for the name and role of the clinician who will prescribe for you (doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant) and how to reach that person between visits. Check the relevant state licensing board for that profession, including a separate physician-assistant board where applicable. We did not verify licenses for Limitless's clinicians.

When to start somewhere else

Start with your own doctor, a urologist, or an endocrinologist for a fuller assessment if you have a pituitary or testicular condition, a history of prostate or breast cancer, a high red-blood-cell count, untreated severe sleep apnea, a recent heart attack or stroke, a history of blood clots, or very unusual lab results. These histories can change testing, treatment suitability and monitoring; a general clinic review cannot clear them. Clinical guideline · Current safety discussion

Not sure where your situation fits? Map your next care step with Find My TRT Path → It's an educational tool, not a diagnosis, and it won't tell you whether you qualify for treatment.

What safety checks and follow-up should a treatment plan include?

Ask for a written monitoring plan, not just the date of the next injection. Limitless’s public pages do not establish a full testing schedule, refill process or after-hours response standard. A clinician should explain how they will check response, side effects, blood counts and other risks for the exact treatment. Monitoring guideline

Comparison table: What safety checks and follow-up should a treatment plan include?
Check What to ask before treatment Why it belongs in the plan
Blood pressure Who measures it, and how will a rise be handled? FDA required added or strengthened warnings about increased blood pressure for testosterone products. FDA update
Hematocrit — the share of blood made up of red blood cells Is a baseline blood count included, and when will it be repeated? Testosterone can raise this measure. The Endocrine Society guideline calls for baseline, 3–6-month and then annual checks, with changes based on the patient. Guideline
Symptoms, testosterone and side effects When is the follow-up, who reviews the results, and what costs extra? A refill date is not a substitute for assessment of benefit and adverse effects. Guideline
Prostate and urinary health What assessment fits my age, risks, symptoms and proposed product? Risk assessment and follow-up remain relevant; a general rule from a review cannot replace an individual decision. Current FDA information
Fertility Should I see a fertility specialist or discuss semen testing first? Testosterone can suppress sperm production. AUA/ASRM guidance

The warning labels have changed, but treatment is not risk-free. FDA’s February 2025 update removed the boxed warning about increased major cardiovascular events after review of TRAVERSE and added blood-pressure warnings. In June 2026, FDA requested further revisions concerning age-related hypogonadism and prostate/urinary warnings. Those requests are not a promise that every product label has already changed; ask the prescriber to use the current information for your exact product. FDA 2025 update · June 2026 announcement

The Endocrine Society’s July 2026 statement still calls for accurate diagnosis, risk assessment and monitoring, and says long-term safety questions remain. These updates do not turn testosterone into a treatment for normal aging, muscle gain or fatigue without a proper evaluation. Society statement

Ask who handles an abnormal result, a missed lab visit, a delayed refill and a problem outside clinic hours. Get the laboratory deadline and the pharmacy’s expected processing time in writing, and ask whether charges continue during a clinician-directed hold. For more context, see our TRT safety guide.

What medication and pharmacy would Limitless Male use?

Limitless’s TRT page names injections but does not identify the exact product a patient would receive. Its privacy notice names two pharmacies, and its footer says compounded products are not FDA-approved. Ask which exact product you would get, whether it is compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. TRT page · Pharmacy notice

FDA-approved vs. compounded, in plain words

  • An FDA-approved drug is a specific product the FDA reviewed for safety, effectiveness, and quality before it could be sold. FDA explanation
  • A compounded drug is prepared by a pharmacist or other authorized professional for a clinical need. It is not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review it for safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing. It is not an FDA-approved generic. FDA explanation

Compounded drugs can be prescribed and supplied when the applicable legal conditions are met. They are not FDA-approved substitutes simply because they contain testosterone. Limitless's footer gives a compounding disclaimer, but it does not identify the exact preparation for your prescription. That's your question to ask. FDA compounding guidance · Provider disclaimer

The pharmacies Limitless names

Limitless's privacy notice lists two pharmacies: Olympia Pharmacy in Orlando, Florida, and Atlas RX Pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska. A pharmacy name alone doesn't tell you what product you'd receive or whether it's FDA-approved. Ask which pharmacy fills your prescription, and you can check its license on the state board of pharmacy website. Provider’s pharmacy notice

Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the U.S. It requires a valid prescription from a practitioner with the required authority; an online questionnaire or paid appointment does not guarantee one. Federal schedule · DEA prescribing framework

Enclomiphene is not TRT — and not FDA-approved

Limitless also markets enclomiphene, an oral pill, under the headline “Boost testosterone. Keep your fertility.” Provider page

Here are the facts:

  • Enclomiphene is not testosterone. It acts on hormone signaling rather than replacing testosterone. FDA advisory discussion
  • There is no FDA-approved enclomiphene product in the United States. In June 2022, FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8–4 against recommending it for the section 503A bulk-drug-substances list. That advisory vote was not a blanket ban on compounding. FDA’s May 14, 2026 list still places enclomiphene citrate in Category 1: under evaluation; that status is not drug approval. Advisory record · Current category list · Compounding framework
  • Its close relative, clomiphene, has FDA-approved labeling for ovulatory dysfunction in women seeking pregnancy. Using it in men is off-label, meaning outside that approved indication. Current prescribing information

Whether a non-testosterone medicine fits depends on the cause of the problem and the clinician's assessment. Enclomiphene isn't “natural TRT,” it isn't FDA-approved, and no one can promise it will protect your fertility. Male-fertility guidance

hCG

hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a different hormone, not testosterone. An FDA-approved hCG product, Pregnyl, has an indication for selected cases of male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism — low testosterone caused by inadequate hormone signals. That does not mean every hCG add-on is approved for fertility preservation during TRT, or that it guarantees sperm production. We did not establish a current Limitless hCG offering or price. Prescribing information · Fertility guidance

Want to understand the options first? See our guide to TRT treatment formats.

Can you do TRT at Limitless Male if you want kids?

Testosterone treatment can lower sperm production, and no clinic can promise it will not — or that it will recover on a set timeline. If having children now or in the future matters to you, discuss that before choosing treatment. A reproductive urologist or another fertility-aware clinician can help you assess the options. AUA/ASRM guideline

When you take testosterone from outside your body, your brain senses there's plenty and slows the signals — LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) — that tell your testes to make both testosterone and sperm. Sperm production, called spermatogenesis, can drop a lot. It isn't reliable birth control, and it isn't guaranteed to cause infertility, but it's a real risk the Endocrine Society and AUA both flag. AUA/ASRM fertility guidance

That's why fertility belongs in the conversation before the first shot, not after.

If you want children, a reproductive urologist (a urologist who specializes in male fertility) or another fertility-aware clinician can discuss semen testing, causes of low testosterone and options that are not testosterone. Do not assume a general men's-health program includes that assessment; ask who would manage it. Fertility guideline

What complaints and red flags should you know about?

The public record raises billing, delivery and privacy questions, including an allegation of a wrong-patient shipment and a broad clinic recording notice. It also includes a 2020 FTC warning about COVID-related peptide advertising, followed by an FTC announcement that the disputed claims stopped. Customer allegations, written policies and regulatory actions are different kinds of evidence; none gives this page a basis to assign a medical-quality rating. The billing complaints

We retrieved full text for three complaints on the Lincoln-address BBB profile. BBB listed four complaints in total, all unanswered; the fourth complaint's details were not available in the text we could retrieve.

Comparison table: The billing complaints

Apr 5, 2025 Billing BBB marks unanswered Reported about $250 a month, month to month, and said the medicine for the final paid month did not arrive after cancellation.
Nov 12, 2024 Billing BBB marks unanswered Reported $1,100 upfront for a 7-month, two-drug non-TRT package, followed by disputed recurring $110 debits.

The concerns are not only about money. In the April 2026 Trustpilot account, the reviewer alleges a wrong-patient shipment with identifying information, and reports dry mouth while using an add-on treatment, Tesamorelin. The recording policy

Limitless's privacy notice says the clinic runs video and audio surveillance of its premises at all times, with the only exception being the private areas of restrooms, and that patients consent to recordings. Published recording notice

Plenty of businesses record common areas. But a medical visit can involve private conversations and physical exams. Before your first visit, ask: Are exam and consultation rooms recorded? Who can watch or hear the recordings? How long are they kept? Can I decline? We're not saying anything improper happens — we're saying the written policy is broad enough that you should ask.

The FTC history

In late 2020, the Federal Trade Commission sent Limitless Male a warning letter about advertising that suggested a peptide (thymosin alpha-1) could help prevent or treat COVID-19. In April 2021, the FTC announced that Limitless Male was among the marketers that stopped making those claims. It was about advertising, not TRT, and it's more than five years old. We include it because it's public record and a fair reviewer shouldn't leave it out. November 16, 2020 warning · April 29, 2021 follow-up

How do you cancel Limitless Male and get your records?

We did not find public cancellation terms for Limitless’s monthly treatment plans on the pages checked. Ask for the agreement before enrolling, follow its notice requirements, and request written confirmation of the effective date and final charge. Keep checking statements, but contact your card issuer promptly about a disputed charge rather than wait for two more billing cycles. Clinic’s public terms · Card-dispute guidance

The BBB complaints make one lesson clear: stopping your visits, missing a shipment, or telling one staff member may not complete the plan's cancellation process. Use the method in your agreement and keep a copy. Here's a message you can adapt without making treatment changes on your own:

Please treat this message as written notice that I wish to cancel my Limitless Male plan and recurring charges. Please confirm the effective cancellation date, any notice period under my agreement, and the date and amount of my final charge. Please also explain any refund for unused services, how to obtain my lab results and treatment records, and whom I should contact to arrange clinical follow-up or transfer of care.

Send it through the cancellation channel specified in your agreement and keep proof of delivery. Ask the clinic which written channel it accepts if the agreement is unclear. Keep the reply.

If charges keep coming: Contact the clinic in writing with your notice and confirmation. Contact your card issuer promptly too; for credit-card billing errors, CFPB says to send the required written notice within 60 calendar days after the charge first appeared on your statement to protect your rights. You can also seek help from your state consumer-protection office or file a BBB complaint. CFPB instructions

Know this before you sign: Limitless's website terms refer to binding arbitration or mediation under Nebraska law for disputes about its Service. That does not establish the terms of every clinical or billing agreement. Read whatever you're asked to sign at the clinic, including any separate dispute clause. Published website terms

Getting your records: Limitless's privacy notice says you have the right to inspect and copy your health records and that "a fee may apply." Ask for your lab results and prescription history before you leave, so a new clinician doesn't have to start from zero. Provider’s records notice

Ask where to send the records request, how to verify your identity, which records you need and what copying fee applies. The federal HIPAA access rule generally gives covered entities 30 days to act, with one additional 30-day extension allowed on written notice; it limits copying charges to permitted reasonable, cost-based fees. That rule is not proof of the clinic's actual response time. Federal access rule

Limitless Male vs. online TRT: which should you choose?

Consider Limitless when nearby, face-to-face care and staff-administered injections fit your needs, and the clinic gives you acceptable written terms. Consider another local clinician or an online program when those visits or terms do not fit. We cannot declare a price winner without a current Limitless quote and the other provider’s complete charges.

Find yourself in this list

  • You live near a clinic, want face-to-face care, and do not want to inject yourself → Limitless Male may fit that preference. Bring the questions below and confirm the clinician, testing and written quote.
  • You want a published starting-price breakdown to compare → Male Excel lists intake, membership and medication charges. Its advertised prices are not an all-in quote. Current pricing
  • You want an online program with a stated follow-up interval → Hone’s current main offer advertises retesting and clinician follow-up every 90 days. Confirm the selected plan, required confirmation tests and medication charges. Current offer
  • You are comparing Taurus Meds’ advertised $149 monthly offer → Ask it to reconcile that offer with the $17.99-per-billing-period fee in its terms before paying. Do not assume the cheaper headline is the complete bill. Offer · Terms
  • You have insurance and a regular doctor → Check that route first when coverage is your priority. Confirm the visit, laboratory and prescription benefits rather than assume they are covered.
  • Having children is a priority, now or later → Discuss a fertility-aware plan before choosing testosterone. A reproductive urologist is one appropriate starting point. Fertility guidance
  • You’re not sure → Use Find My TRT Path to organize your care-route questions, not to determine eligibility.

Male Excel’s billing wording needs a second look. Its price page describes 60-day supplies and billing every other month. Those are not necessarily the same cash calendar: six 60-day supplies cover 360 days. If a $240 injection package or $264 cream package is charged every 60 days beginning on day one, seven medication charges fall within the first 365 days. With the same $99 intake and 12 membership charges, those conditional cash totals become $2,967 and $3,135, before the extras above. Ask for the actual charge dates rather than assume either schedule. Published billing language

Those advertised Male Excel bundles include thyroid medication. This is a price comparison, not a recommendation to use thyroid treatment; any such prescription needs its own clinical reason and your agreement. The cream is described as compounded, while the exact approval status of a proposed injection needs product-level confirmation. Pricing · Product FAQ

A lower subtotal is not a savings claim. None of these numbers proves that two people receive the same medication, testing, clinician access or contract. Use the TRT cost guide to compare the written inclusions.

Product names matter. Taurus’s offer page contains mismatched wording about oral or gel products and injections. Do not use that page alone to establish an exact formulation or FDA-approval status. Across all three online alternatives, an ingredient name, pharmacy name or general compounding disclaimer does not identify the exact product you would receive. One timing note for online care

Federal telemedicine flexibilities are extended through December 31, 2026. Under the extension, appropriately authorized DEA-registered practitioners may prescribe Schedule II–V controlled medicines after an eligible audio-video visit without a prior in-person evaluation, while meeting the applicable federal and state requirements. That is not permission for every program to prescribe to every person or in every state. DEA announcement

An in-person clinic visit does not rely on the exception to the prior in-person requirement for that visit. But neither local nor online care guarantees uninterrupted access. Ask any program how it will handle future rule changes, required in-person visits and continuity of care; Male Excel’s own footer notes that an in-person examination may be required. Male Excel disclosures

For a deeper look at the two models, see our online vs. local TRT comparison.

If the Limitless visit model or written quote does not fit, Male Excel is one online alternative to investigate. Its published starting prices give you something to compare, but its medication bundles, extra charges and state exclusions still need a closer look.

What are the alternatives to Limitless Male in your state?

Male Excel’s published exclusion list does not exclude eight of the nine states where Limitless lists clinics; Minnesota is excluded. What should you ask Limitless Male before you pay?

These eight questions cover the main cost, testing, product and cancellation gaps in the public information we checked. Get the answers in writing before committing to recurring charges. Add the privacy and fertility questions when they matter to you.

Screenshot this or print it before your first visit. Write the answers down.

  1. What is my price, in writing, and what days will I be billed? Is billing monthly, every four weeks or tied to a medication supply? Is there a minimum commitment?
  2. What does that price include — medication, visits, follow-up labs, supplies and shipping? What costs extra, and what is refundable if treatment is not prescribed?
  3. How often will I come in for injections and checkups? What if I travel or miss a visit? Who handles abnormal results, after-hours questions and refill delays? Do charges continue during a lab-related refill hold?
  4. What exact medication would I get, and is it FDA-approved or compounded?
  5. Which pharmacy fills it?
  6. Does my plan include a second early-morning testosterone test before treatment starts? Which tests require fasting, what costs extra, and who is the licensed clinician making the decision?
  7. Which recommended items are optional? Can I say no to peptides, supplements, or packages and still get TRT?
  8. How do I cancel, and how will I know it worked? Is there a notice period? Will I get written confirmation of the effective date and final charge? What happens to unused services and my records?

Two bonus questions if they apply to you: Are exam rooms recorded? And if I want children someday, how do you handle fertility?

If the clinic answers all of these clearly and puts the price in writing, that's a good sign. If it won't, that tells you something too.

If you’re near a clinic, the in-person model fits your life, and the written terms answer your questions, request your first appointment. This is a decision to seek an evaluation, not a decision that you need testosterone.

Request your first appointment at Limitless Male → Direct, non-affiliate link to Limitless Male’s appointment-request page. Confirm the $49 panel offer and any other charge with your clinic. Requesting a visit does not mean you will be prescribed treatment.

How did we research Limitless Male?

We checked Limitless Male’s own pages, address-matched BBB profiles, the complaint text we could retrieve, review sources, FTC records, and primary medical and regulatory sources on September 29, 2026. We also checked current official pricing pages for the online alternatives. We did not visit a clinic, pay for care, or contact Limitless as a patient.

This profile follows How We Review TRT Providers, our published method. It separates four kinds of information:

  • Verified published fact: a displayed price, profile grade, address entry, source text or calculation we checked. Example: the 17 directory entries and the weekly-hours arithmetic. This does not mean we independently confirmed that a clinic opened or delivered care as advertised.
  • Provider-stated fact: something Limitless says that we couldn't independently test. Example: all injections are given in the clinic.
  • Customer-experience signal: an attributable report from a patient or employee. Example: the $229 and $250 monthly prices. Useful for identifying questions; not proof of a current policy, how common a problem is, or a medical result.
  • Editorial judgment: our conclusion about who Limitless fits, based on the facts above. It isn't a score, an endorsement, or medical advice.

What we could not confirm: Limitless's current complete TRT quote; repeat-test and follow-up charges; the full lab, visit and refill schedule; exact products and dispensing pharmacy for a patient; clinician and pharmacy licensing for that patient; current home-treatment options; insurance billing; monthly-plan commitment, cancellation and refund terms; and current LegitScript status. We did not independently total ratings across local clinic listings.

What we'd change our mind on: If Limitless publishes its monthly pricing and cancellation terms, or responds to the open BBB complaints, we'll update this page.

Limitless Male — or anyone — can send corrections through our provider data submission and correction page. See also our editorial standards and corrections policy. Our privacy policy explains this site's data practices; it is separate from a clinic's notice.

What else should you know about Limitless Male?

The short answers below separate public facts from questions that need your clinic, clinician or contract. A review can help you ask better questions; it cannot decide whether testosterone is right for you.

How much does Limitless Male charge per month for TRT?

We did not find a monthly TRT price on the official pages checked. Two patients reported paying $229 and $250 a month in 2025. Ask the clinic for your current price in writing, including what it covers and your billing dates. Historical reports

What's included in the $49 Limitless Male appointment?

Limitless says the $49 first visit includes a full blood panel, a symptom review, and a one-on-one visit to build a plan. If you start TRT, the $49 is credited toward your first treatment. Ask which tests are included and whether a second morning test is part of the plan. Provider’s offer

Does Limitless Male take insurance?

Limitless says insurance isn't required, but that does not confirm which plans it accepts or bills. Ask the clinic what paperwork it can give you, and ask your insurer or HSA/FSA administrator what applies to the exact charge. Provider statement

How often are testosterone shots at Limitless Male?

Limitless doesn't publish a visit schedule, and it will depend on your treatment plan. Ask how often you'll need to come in and what happens if you travel or miss a visit. Provider’s TRT FAQ

Can I do testosterone injections at home with Limitless Male?

Limitless's TRT page says all injections are given in the clinic. A 2025 complaint describes testosterone shipping, but that does not establish a current home option. Ask about your proposed plan; home administration can also be discussed with another local clinician, not only an online program. Provider FAQ · Historical report · Clinical guideline

Does Limitless Male offer telehealth or online TRT?

We did not establish a current online TRT program. Limitless markets in-person care and lists 17 physical clinics; that does not resolve whether any remote follow-up or home option is available for an existing or new patient. Provider site · Directory

Is Limitless Male the same as Limitless Men's Health or Limitless Regen?

No. Limitless Men's Health advertises telehealth in Utah and Arizona, and Limitless Regen is the Gilbert, Arizona business formerly called Limitless TRT & Aesthetics. Limitless Male Medical Clinic is the Omaha-based business discussed here. Check the website and clinic address before using a review. Men’s Health FAQ · Regen website · Limitless Male history

Is Limitless Male's enclomiphene FDA-approved?

No. There is no FDA-approved enclomiphene product in the United States, and enclomiphene isn’t testosterone. Its Category 1 status on FDA’s May 2026 compounding list means it is under evaluation, not approved. Current list · FDA framework

Will TRT at Limitless Male affect my fertility?

It can. Testosterone treatment can lower sperm production, and no clinic can promise it will not or that it will recover on a set schedule. Discuss plans for children before treatment, including future plans, with a fertility-aware clinician. AUA/ASRM guideline

Why does Limitless Male have an F rating on BBB?

The F is on the BBB profile tied to the Lincoln, Nebraska address, and BBB lists four unanswered complaints among the reasons. Profiles tied to Fargo and West Des Moines show A+. These are business-profile grades, not medical-quality ratings, and an address match does not prove every report concerns that clinic. Lincoln · Fargo · West Des Moines · Rating method

How do I cancel Limitless Male?

We did not retrieve public cancellation terms for monthly treatment plans. Follow the method in your agreement, keep written notice, and ask for confirmation of the effective date and final charge. Dispute unexpected credit-card charges promptly; do not wait two billing cycles before contacting the issuer. Public terms · CFPB guidance

Does Limitless Male record patients?

Its privacy notice says the clinic uses video and audio surveillance of its premises at all times, except the private areas of restrooms, and that patients consent to recordings. Ask whether exam and consultation rooms are included before your visit. Published notice

What states is Limitless Male in?

Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota — 17 clinics in all, with the most in Nebraska (5) and Iowa (4). Clinic directory

Is Limitless Male a scam?

Limitless Male has a current website with physical clinic listings and a company history dating to 2016. That establishes a listed business, not a guarantee that every bill, prescription or service is appropriate. The documented concerns and customer allegations above deserve specific answers; written terms help you evaluate and document the agreement, but do not guarantee a problem-free experience.
