TRT Kingdom Reviews: What Patients Say, What It Really Costs, and What to Check Before You Pay
Compare published plan prices, refund terms, pharmacies, and customer comments before choosing a care route.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
TRT Kingdom reviews displayed on its site praise support and prices. Its $79–$99 monthly testosterone plans may suit cash-paying men, but the full bill and exact medication need confirmation. All sales are final under its refund policy. Insurance users and people planning children soon should start with a different care route.12345

We'll show you exactly what we found, what it means for you, and the one question to ask before you pay a cent.
| TRT Kingdom may fit you if… | Start somewhere else or get an answer first if… |
|---|---|
| You're paying cash and comparing its advertised plan rates | You want to use insurance |
| You understand the payment schedule and accept the refund terms | You need a guaranteed refund for unused prepaid care |
| You're fine getting your blood drawn at a Labcorp | Having children soon is a priority |
| You value the communication described in its displayed reviews | You need a specific FDA-approved product that Kingdom has not confirmed |
| You're 21 or older and seeking a proper clinical evaluation | You expect a quiz, a symptom, or one lab result to guarantee treatment |
The fit judgments above use Kingdom's published policies and the clinical guidance below. They are not a finding that you qualify for treatment. Kingdom says HSA/FSA payments are accepted; check your account's rules for the specific charge.35
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.
What we actually verified — September 30, 2026: We checked published prices and policies, the organizations Kingdom names, displayed customer comments, pharmacy address records, and the calculations below. Provider statements are labeled as such; checking a statement is not independent proof of the service. We did not enroll, test support or cancellation, inspect a patient-specific quote, or verify your assigned clinician, pharmacy, or medication. The full source-by-source record appears below.

What should you know about TRT Kingdom at a glance?
TRT Kingdom publishes three testosterone plan rates, but those rates do not establish your complete bill. Its no-insurance policy, refund terms, and the need to confirm your clinician and medication are the main decision points.234
| What you want to know | What we found |
|---|---|
| Testosterone plan price | $79/month (12-month plan), $89/month (6-month plan), $99/month (2.5-month plan). Provider-stated rates, not a verified all-in quote.2 |
| Lab testing | The general FAQ lists $149 testing every six months for some treatments, with more testing possible; the hormone FAQ describes baseline blood draws at a local Labcorp.3 |
| Insurance | Not accepted for hormone therapy, according to Kingdom.3 |
| HSA / FSA | Accepted, according to Kingdom; account eligibility for a charge still needs checking.3 |
| Refunds | “All sales are final,” per Kingdom's refund policy; its terms allow discretionary refunds.46 |
| Minimum age | 21, under Kingdom's published requirements; age alone does not establish eligibility.3 |
| Who prescribes | REM Health Medical Group, P.A. is named as the clinical provider; your assigned clinician needs confirmation.1 |
| Who runs the platform | JKL Kingdom, LLC, which says it does not practice medicine.6 |
| Pharmacies | Two listed addresses connect to compounding pharmacies. That does not identify your prescription's pharmacy or approval status.789 |
| Co-founders | Kingdom's team page lists Jay Cutler, Levi Barbee, and Kevin Dehaven; Barbee is listed as CEO.10 |
| States served | We did not find a complete state-by-treatment list in the pages checked. Confirm both prescribing and dispensing availability before paying.3 |
Our take in one line: Kingdom is worth investigating for a cash-paying reader who accepts the refund terms, but the written quote and care details—not the headline rate—should decide the commitment.
Is TRT Kingdom legit?
TRT Kingdom has a public-facing service, named companies, and published policies. Its documents identify JKL Kingdom, LLC as the nonmedical platform and REM Health Medical Group, P.A. as the clinical provider. Those disclosures are useful, but they do not verify every clinician, prescription, or patient's experience.61
Here's how the pieces fit together.
| Layer | Who it is | What Kingdom's documents say |
|---|---|---|
| The brand and website | TRT Kingdom / “Kingdom” | Consumer brand. It also markets itself as the “Jay Cutler TRT Clinic.”1 |
| The platform company | JKL Kingdom, LLC | Its terms say it does not provide medical care and does not practice medicine.6 |
| The medical practice | REM Health Medical Group, P.A. | Named in the site footer as the provider of clinical services.1 |
| Lab services | Junction, with blood drawn at Labcorp | Junction is named in the terms; Labcorp is named in the FAQ.63 |
| Pharmacy disclosures | Addresses linked to Striker Pharmacy and Tailor Made Compounding | See the address matches, license check, and dated regulatory record in the pharmacy section below.789 |
What this means for you: Clinical care comes from the medical practice, not from Jay Cutler or the Kingdom brand. Ask the practice how to get medical records and clinical help, and ask the dispensing pharmacy about a medication problem. Kingdom's footer also says its online assessments alone do not establish a doctor–patient relationship.1
What is Jay Cutler's role?
Jay Cutler is listed as a co-founder. Levi Barbee is listed as co-founder and CEO. Kevin Dehaven is also listed as a co-founder. Kingdom's own materials describe Cutler's role as founder, not as a clinician. His name tells you who helped build the brand. It tells you nothing about who will review your labs.10
Who are the clinicians?
Kingdom's site lists Daniel Olivero as Chief Medical Officer and two nurse practitioners: Joseph Lacourse, NP, and Amber Thomas, NP. Visits happen by two-way video, according to its FAQ. One displayed patient review names Joseph Lacourse as the nurse practitioner who went over his labs.1031
We did not verify the license of any clinician for any particular state. Before your visit, ask who your clinician will be, then look them up on your state's medical or nursing board. A team listing does not establish that the person can treat you in your state.
Is online TRT legal?
Yes, with conditions. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance and requires a valid prescription.11 The current federal extension lets appropriately authorized, DEA-registered clinicians prescribe Schedule II–V controlled substances through qualifying telemedicine without a prior in-person exam. For testosterone under this flexibility, that means an audio-video visit, a legitimate medical purpose, and compliance with applicable federal and state law. The extension runs through December 31, 2026.12
That extension does not settle what requirements will apply in 2027. If you're considering a plan that runs into 2027, ask Kingdom how it would handle your care and any unused months if the rules change. A federal extension does not guarantee Kingdom's availability in your state.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
The tool is educational. It doesn't diagnose low testosterone, clear medical risks, or guarantee a prescription.
How much does TRT Kingdom really cost?
TRT Kingdom lists testosterone cypionate at $79, $89, or $99 a month, depending on whether you choose a 12-month, 6-month, or 2.5-month plan. A 12-month rate calculation plus two $149 lab purchases is $1,246, but that is a cost scenario—not a verified complete first-year bill. Kingdom says it doesn't take insurance for hormone therapy, but accepts HSA and FSA payments.23
Let's get the refund downside out of the way first, because it shapes the whole price.
Kingdom's published rule is all sales final. Its refund policy also says telehealth consultation payments are non-refundable. Its terms allow refunds at the company's discretion; that is not a promised refund for unused prepaid months.46 A shorter billing commitment may fit better when flexibility matters. A lower advertised rate is worth comparing, but it does not by itself prove that a longer plan saves you money.
The plan math behind the monthly price
A monthly rate isn't necessarily what you pay each month. Here's what each plan works out to, using only the numbers Kingdom publishes. The table assumes the same rate continues and, for the shorter options, whole plan blocks are purchased; Kingdom's actual payment and renewal schedule still needs confirmation.
| Plan | Listed monthly rate | Rate × one plan length | Modeled blocks | Modeled plan amount | Plus two separate $149 lab purchases |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12-month | $79 | $948.00 | 1, covering 12 months | $948.00 | $1,246.00 |
| 6-month | $89 | $534.00 | 2, covering 12 months | $1,068.00 | $1,366.00 |
| 2.5-month | $99 | $247.50 | 5, covering 12.5 months | $1,237.50 | $1,535.50 |
Source: Kingdom's testosterone cypionate product page and FAQ, checked September 30, 2026. Calculations are ours. These figures do not establish the charge due today, payment frequency, future rates, or every required service.23
Notice the bottom row. Multiplying $99 × 12 gives $1,188 as a twelve-month rate calculation. But 2.5-month plans don't divide evenly into a year. If whole blocks must be purchased, five of them cover 12.5 months and cost $1,237.50. Small detail, real money—and a reason to ask how billing actually works.
Two lab panels is an assumption, not a verified minimum or a complete testing schedule. Kingdom says baseline labs are required for hormone therapy. Its general FAQ lists $149 testing every six months for some treatments and says the provider may order more testing based on your health. We did not confirm the price of the first panel, repeat diagnostic testing, or every follow-up test.3
To see how one more separately charged $149 purchase changes the model:
| Modeled coverage | With two $149 purchases | With three $149 purchases |
|---|---|---|
| One 12-month block | $1,246.00 | $1,395.00 |
| Two 6-month blocks | $1,366.00 | $1,515.00 |
| Five 2.5-month blocks, covering 12.5 months | $1,535.50 | $1,684.50 |
These are budget examples, not advice about how many tests to have. Extra tests may use different panels and prices. Do not treat an unconfirmed required charge as zero.
What the price includes and what it doesn't
| Published statement | What still needs an answer |
|---|---|
| Testosterone cypionate is listed at the plan rates above | The exact prescribed product, quantity supplied, payment dates, and whether the full plan is charged on day one |
| A free initial consultation is advertised | Whether that is an introductory call, and what the later clinical consultation and follow-ups cost |
| The FAQ describes video visits with a clinician | Which visits and between-visit messages are included |
| Labs are drawn at Labcorp; the general FAQ lists $149 testing for some treatments | The first panel, repeat morning testing, required follow-ups, and whether any are included |
| HSA/FSA payment accepted | Whether your account covers the specific charge |
| The site describes pharmacy delivery | Shipping, needles, syringes, supplies, and replacement-shipment charges |
| Several plan lengths are listed | Automatic renewal, renewal rate, cancellation notice, and any minimum payment obligation |
| Other hormone treatments appear in the menu | Whether any extra medicine is clinically needed, optional, and separately charged |
These are provider statements and unresolved quote questions, not a list of everything included in a membership.2313
Two reviewers on Kingdom's site say they paid for a full year up front, and one says it worked out to “around $80 a month.” That lines up with the 12-month rate. But it's a patient's report, not a written policy. Ask Kingdom exactly when and how much you'll be charged before you choose a plan.1
How Kingdom's price compares
We ran the arithmetic on three other online programs using their published prices. These are not equivalent all-in quotes or a cheapest-provider ranking: the included care, medication bundles, tests, and unresolved charges differ.
| Program | How we got the number | Conditional first-year amount | What can change it |
|---|---|---|---|
| TRT Kingdom (12-month plan) | $79 × 12 + two $149 lab purchases | $1,246 | Lab count and prices are assumptions; clinical fees, supplies, shipping, and other required charges need confirmation.23 |
| Taurus Meds | $49 initial test/consultation + $149 × 12 | $1,837 | The campaign says no membership fees, but general terms allow $17.99 per billing period unless purchase terms say otherwise; required follow-up costs need confirmation.1415 |
| Hone Health (Premium) | $65 first test + $155 × 12 membership + medication from $28 × 12 | From $2,261 | Uses Premium and the lowest advertised medication rate; the actual prescription and any other charges change the total.1617 |
| Male Excel | $99 consult + $99 × 12 membership + an injection bundle from $120 × 12 | From $2,727, plus shipping/handling | The advertised bundle includes thyroid medication and supplies; this is not an isolated testosterone price or a like-for-like Kingdom package.18 |
Prices checked September 30, 2026. Each calculation assumes the displayed recurring rate applies for all twelve months. Obtain the exact purchase terms before relying on it.
Taurus's fee language needs a written answer. If twelve monthly $17.99 charges apply, they add $215.88, bringing that model to $2,052.88 before other unconfirmed charges. Its terms allow different terms at purchase; we did not verify a checkout waiver. The campaign's $149 rate is not evidence of a guaranteed year-long price.1415
Bottom line on price: Kingdom's $79 rate is worth comparing. The available numbers do not prove a complete $1,246 bill or verified savings against the other providers. Use our TRT cost guide and the checklist below to compare written quotes on the same terms.
Once you know what the plan includes and accept its refund terms, the next step is simple.

What do real TRT Kingdom reviews say, and what don't they say?
The reviews displayed on Kingdom's homepage include repeated praise for replies, staff, and prices. They also include a delayed-shipment account and questions about value. This provider-hosted sample is useful for spotting service questions, but it is not a complete patient survey or proof of medical quality.1
Here's what stood out in the displayed reviews we checked.
What patients praise again and again
People answer the phone. Review after review names staff members such as Sean, Jason, Nick, and Joseph, and says questions got answered fast. That is a positive communication signal in this sample, not a measured response-time promise.1
The price surprised them. Many reviewers call it affordable or say they couldn't beat it. Several say they switched from another clinic to save money.1
Getting started was quick. Reviewers describe an appointment within 24 hours, labs at a nearby draw site, and medication arriving in under a week. One says prescriptions arrive within three business days of ordering. Those are individual experiences, not a promised timeline.1
Three reviews capture these themes:
“their prices seemed almost too reasonable”
— Hareton Tejada, January 2026, on why he was skeptical at first
“a human actually answered which is a rarity”
— Jeff M, February 2026
“my first order with TRT Kingdom was kind of a mess.”
— SJR, March 2026, who described a late, split shipment and added, “They owned it.”
Reviews displayed on trtkingdom.com as of September 30, 2026. These are individual experiences. They are not evidence of typical results, medical safety, or effectiveness. We checked the displayed wording and attribution, not the authors' identities, purchase records, or any undisclosed incentives.1
That third review is useful because it includes both the problem and the response. This reviewer says Kingdom fixed it. That does not establish how every shipping complaint will be handled.
What the review wall doesn't show
| What we noticed | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| The displayed sample is largely positive, but includes a messy first-order report and a comment that it is “a little pricey” | We did not verify how reviews are selected or whether the display represents all customers. |
| The dated entries we inspected ran from September 2025 through April 2026 | Those entries do not show what happened for patients in the months after April. |
| One displayed review praises “TRT Nation,” a different brand | That entry should not be counted as clear evidence about Kingdom. |
| One reviewer reports a testosterone level of 1,500 | The comment lacks the clinical record needed to interpret it. It does not establish Kingdom's treatment target or safety. |
| One reviewer says Kingdom stopped charging him when he paused treatment | A good experience for that reviewer, but it does not replace written cancellation and refund terms. |
All five observations come from Kingdom's displayed reviews. The limits in the right column are our evidence assessment.1
Are there other TRT Kingdom reviews online?
Outside accounts can help with questions about billing, shipping, cancellation, and how quickly problems got fixed. They do not replace the written policies or a clinical evaluation. Treat anything about doses or results as one person's story, not advice.
Ask an outside reviewer which service they used and when. An account about weight loss or another Kingdom treatment does not establish how its testosterone program works. We did not verify a complete independent, TRT-only review dataset.
Responsive support is a reason to ask Kingdom specific questions—not a reason to skip the quote, pharmacy, and refund checks.

Is TRT Kingdom's testosterone compounded?
Kingdom's testosterone page does not identify whether a patient's testosterone cypionate will be a compounded preparation or a specific FDA-approved product. Its pharmacy disclosures and shipping policy refer to compounding pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, so ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription and what exactly you'll receive.271319
This is one of the most important checks on this page, so let's make it plain.
What “compounded” means
An FDA-approved drug is a specific product the FDA has reviewed for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality before it's sold. Approval belongs to that product, not to a provider's treatment name or a pharmacy's address.19
A compounded drug is prepared by a pharmacy or another authorized compounder. The FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, meaning the FDA has not reviewed the final compounded product for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Compounding can meet a patient's medical need that an approved drug cannot meet; it is not proof of equivalence to an approved medicine.1920
What we found about Kingdom's pharmacies
We did the legwork here, because the About-page disclosure gives addresses rather than a patient-specific dispensing assignment.
| What we checked | What it showed | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Kingdom's About page | Lists 1330 Pin Oak Rd, Katy, Texas, and 200 Moore Dr., Nicholasville, Kentucky, with phone 859-887-0013 for the latter.7 | Which pharmacy will fill your prescription. |
| Striker Pharmacy's own website | The Katy address matches. Striker describes itself as a licensed sterile compounding 503A pharmacy.8 | Current authorization in every state or the approval status of your medication. |
| Tailor Made Compounding's website and an FDA record | Its current website uses the same phone number; FDA's April 1, 2020 letter identifies Tailor Made at the same Nicholasville address.219 | A current Kentucky license check, a present-day inspection result, or your dispensing assignment. |
| Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy record for Striker Pharmacy | Nonresident license 99-10173, listed in good standing, with expiration April 30, 2027.22 | A nationwide license, verification by the Texas board, or a product-quality certification. |
| Kingdom's shipping policy and footer | Refer to compounding pharmacies and state that compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.13 | That every Kingdom prescription is compounded. |
Checked September 30, 2026. The Oklahoma record displayed a last update of September 28, 2026. Address and phone matches are record cross-checks, not proof of an active prescription-specific supply relationship.
A 503A pharmacy compounds under a part of federal law that includes patient-specific prescription requirements and other conditions. The label “503A” is not FDA approval of its drugs.20
What did FDA say about Tailor Made Compounding?
FDA issued Tailor Made an April 1, 2020 warning letter after an August–October 2018 inspection. It described serious sterile-production deficiencies and products that did not meet the conditions for certain compounding exemptions. That history belongs in a pharmacy check, but it does not establish current conditions, a current unresolved violation, or a problem with a particular Kingdom testosterone prescription. We did not establish the present resolution status from the records checked.9
What this proves and what it doesn't: The records support the address matches, the dated FDA action, and one state's license finding. They do not prove which pharmacy will fill your prescription, or that every product is compounded. Ask Kingdom and the dispensing pharmacy to identify the actual product.
When compounding may have a role: A clinician may identify a specific medical need that an FDA-approved product cannot meet. Low price alone does not establish that need or show that two products are equivalent.20
When this changes your choice: A reader who specifically needs an FDA-approved product should get that product confirmed before paying. Kingdom's public testosterone page does not settle the answer either way. Its stated no-insurance policy is a separate reason to consider an insurance-billing clinician.23
The question to copy and send before you pay
“Which pharmacy will fill my testosterone prescription, and is it a compounded preparation or an FDA-approved product? Please include the pharmacy's name and state license.”
Also request the product name, manufacturer or compounder, ingredients, and label. Then look the pharmacy up through the FDA's state pharmacy-board directory. Confirm authorization for your state, not just the pharmacy's home state.23
How other programs handle this
Hone Health's testosterone page labels its advertised cypionate as compounded and not FDA-approved. Male Excel's pricing page did not establish the exact product's approval status. Taurus's campaign includes compounding language but also names another brand's program, so it is not a reliable patient-specific product identification. Across all four, the useful answer is the exact prescription and dispensing pharmacy—not a general pharmacy logo.171814
Is TRT Kingdom replacement therapy or “optimization”?
Kingdom describes an “optimization” approach and says it does not rely only on standard reference ranges. That language makes its evaluation and treatment goals worth asking about, but it does not prove that an individual clinician treats above a normal range. Its wider drug menu is not a substitute for a diagnosis or evidence that extra medicines are needed.3
What guidelines say “low testosterone” means
The Endocrine Society recommends diagnosing low testosterone, called hypogonadism, only when a man has symptoms or signs and consistently low levels, confirmed with accurate testing and repeat morning, fasting measurements. Total testosterone measures the testosterone in the blood, including the portions bound to proteins and the unbound portion. Free testosterone testing measures the unbound portion. It may help in specific circumstances, such as borderline total results or changes in the proteins that carry testosterone.524
Its July 2026 statement again calls for at least two early-morning, fasting testosterone tests and evaluation of other possible causes of the symptoms. A value near 300 ng/dL—nanograms per deciliter—is a commonly used clinical reference point, not a universal diagnosis by itself. One number or a symptom quiz is not enough to diagnose you.25
For men who are treated, the guideline recommends aiming for the mid-normal range. That is guidance for a clinician managing treatment, not a target for a reader to pursue by changing medication.24
Kingdom's testosterone page says its therapy is for clinically low testosterone confirmed through lab testing. Its FAQ says its approach does not rely solely on population-based ranges or minimum thresholds. Those statements do not, by themselves, establish a conflict: a proper evaluation also considers symptoms, test quality, and health history. Ask how your clinician confirms the diagnosis, sets a treatment goal, and handles a result above the intended range.23
FDA's April 2026 announcement invited applications for a possible new use of approved testosterone products for certain men with low libido and unexplained hypogonadism. It was not itself an approval of that use or of general anti-aging, performance, or “optimization” treatment.26
What else is on Kingdom's hormone menu
| Menu item | What we could establish | What else you should know |
|---|---|---|
| Nandrolone decanoate | Listed in Kingdom's hormone menu; we did not confirm a current patient-specific price or formulation.3 | A different anabolic steroid, not testosterone replacement. A historical U.S. label describes use for anemia caused by kidney failure, not joint recovery; its listed product codes are inactive, so that label does not establish a currently marketed or Kingdom-supplied FDA-approved product.27 |
| “Oral testosterone derivative” | Listed by that description in the menu; the material we could verify did not establish the exact drug or current price.3 | The wording is not enough to identify a medicine, its risks, or its approval status. Ask for the exact name and label. |
The catalog tells you what to ask about, not what your clinician will prescribe. You can ask for an evaluation focused on treating confirmed testosterone deficiency and an explanation of the medical reason for any proposed extra medication.
Safety checks every TRT program should do
Testosterone can raise your hematocrit, the share of your blood made of red blood cells. The Endocrine Society guideline calls for checking hematocrit before treatment, again at roughly three to six months, and then annually, with care adjusted to the individual. It also describes follow-up assessment and prostate monitoring where appropriate, based on risk and shared decisions.24
In February 2025, FDA required testosterone blood-pressure warnings based on ambulatory blood-pressure studies. Separately, the TRAVERSE trial informed removal of boxed-warning language about increased cardiovascular risk. That change did not establish that testosterone is risk-free or protects the heart.28
Kingdom's testosterone page says it monitors hematocrit, estradiol, lipids, and testosterone. Ask how it handles blood pressure, the first follow-up after treatment begins, and PSA—prostate-specific antigen, a prostate blood test—when appropriate. A general six-month lab-price statement is not a complete individual monitoring plan.2324
An elevated hematocrit, untreated severe sleep apnea, certain cancer histories, a recent heart attack or stroke, or other complex health issues need clinician review rather than a routine online enrollment decision. Primary care, urology, or endocrinology may be the better starting point.5
For replacement to a normal range and nothing more, ask the clinician to explain that goal and the reason for any add-on. Find My TRT Path can help you organize the care-route questions; it cannot set a testosterone target or clear medical risks.
How does TRT Kingdom work, step by step?
Kingdom describes an online assessment, a free initial consultation, baseline labs, and a video visit with a clinician. If treatment is prescribed, a pharmacy fulfills the prescription. The exact testing, fees, refill dates, and follow-up schedule still need to be confirmed for your plan.1313
- Take the quiz. A few questions about your goals and health history. It is a screening step, not a diagnosis or treatment approval.
- Free intake call. A Kingdom team member walks you through the process. Confirm whether this is separate from a later paid clinical consultation.
- Get your blood drawn. Kingdom emails you a lab order. You schedule or walk in at a local Labcorp. You pay Kingdom for the lab work. Ask which tests are required and whether repeat morning testing is included.
- Video visit with a clinician. They review your results and history. They decide if treatment makes sense. It may not.
- Your prescription ships. Kingdom's shipping policy names UPS and FedEx. Ask about the actual pharmacy, shipment date, tracking, and any signature requirement.
- Follow-up. Kingdom's general FAQ describes $149 testing every six months for some treatments, with more testing possible. Get your clinician's actual monitoring and visit schedule in writing.
Steps above describe Kingdom's published process, not a patient journey we completed.1313
Rules that can cost you money
Kingdom's shipping policy has three rules worth knowing before your first box arrives:
- Miss the signature redeliveries, lose the shipment. Where a signature is required, the policy describes two redelivery attempts before return to the pharmacy, with no reshipment or refund. That is not the same as two delivery attempts in total. Sign up for delivery alerts.
- Report damage within 48 hours, with photos. If something arrives broken or missing, the policy gives you two days to report it with photographic evidence.
- Changing your portal address is not enough. The policy says an address change in the patient portal does not update order processing. Contact staff before the order is sent to the pharmacy; later changes are not guaranteed.13
Can you use labs from your own doctor?
We did not find a complete published rule on accepted outside panels and result age. One reviewer says starting went faster because he already had recent lab results. Ask Kingdom which tests it accepts and how recent they must be before you pay for new ones.31
A recent result may still not complete a proper evaluation. Ask how the clinician will confirm consistently low testosterone with the appropriate repeat early-morning testing.25
Which states does TRT Kingdom serve?
We did not find a complete state-by-treatment list in the pages checked. Kingdom says you must live in a state where its providers are licensed and that not all treatments are available in all states. Ask before paying for labs, and tell the practice where you will physically be during visits.31
One shipping clause needs special attention. Kingdom's policy says staff can receive and forward an order when its compounding pharmacies do not cover a patient's state. That is the provider's statement—not proof that the arrangement is lawful for your state. Do not treat forwarding as a substitute for confirming the dispensing pharmacy's authorization with your state board.1323
How do refills, support, and records work?
We did not verify a fixed refill lead time, a guaranteed support response time, or a complete public medical-record request process. Those gaps matter before choosing a longer plan: ask when a refill must be requested, which labs or visits can hold it up, and who handles a delay.
Kingdom publishes 980-480-5250 for calls and texts, and its shipping policy also points to portal messaging. Ask which channel reaches clinical staff rather than billing or shipping support, and how urgent clinical concerns are handled. This is not an emergency service.13
For records, ask the medical practice about a secure request method, any fees, delivery timing, and access after cancellation. Keep copies of your lab results and care plan. A pharmacy question, billing question, and medical question may need different people.
How can you cancel billing or arrange a care transition?
Kingdom's refund policy says all sales are final, and its terms leave refunds to the company's discretion. We did not verify a complete cancellation workflow or a promised refund for unused prepaid care. Ending future billing is different from getting money back or changing prescribed treatment.46
Here's what we know, and what we don't.
| Question | What we found |
|---|---|
| Can I get a refund? | The refund policy says all sales are final and consultation fees are non-refundable; the terms allow discretionary refunds.46 |
| What if I'm not prescribed treatment? | Kingdom says booking a visit doesn't guarantee eligibility, and consultation payments aren't refundable. Ask about any unused plan payment before you pay.4 |
| How do I cancel? | We did not verify a complete published process or notice period. Kingdom's contact line is 980-480-5250, for calls or texts.4 |
| Does stopping renewal refund unused care? | We did not find a promise that it does. Ask separately about future billing and already-paid charges.46 |
| Has anyone stopped without trouble? | One displayed reviewer says Kingdom stopped charging him when he paused. That's one person's report.1 |
| What about medical follow-up and records? | Ask the practice how care and access to records continue after ending the billing arrangement; do not use cancellation instructions as medication advice. |
If something goes wrong: the arbitration clause
Kingdom's terms call for individual arbitration associated with Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, conducted by video. They describe a documents-only process, no witnesses or discovery, a hearing of no more than one day, confidentiality, and a class-action waiver. Those are contract terms, not our judgment about their enforceability or a statement that you cannot request your medical records.6
In plain words: keep your own records. Save order confirmations, messages, and photos of anything that arrives wrong.
If a no-refund policy is a dealbreaker for you, that's a fair call. Look for a shorter payment commitment and read the refund terms too; “cancel anytime” does not mean past charges come back.
Hone Health advertises month-to-month memberships. Its terms still say fees are non-refundable, and cancellation generally ends renewal after the current paid term. Medication orders and other payment authorizations have their own terms, so confirm the cutoff before the next charge.1629

How do plans to have children change the decision?
Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, so tell any clinician about your family plans before you start. Kingdom says it discusses fertility and lists enclomiphene and hCG, but that does not guarantee fertility protection. When having children soon is a priority, start with a urologist or reproductive urologist rather than choosing a testosterone plan by price.53
This is the section to read twice if it applies to you.
When you take testosterone, your brain senses it and slows down two signals, LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone). Your testicles need those signals to make testosterone and sperm. Making sperm is called spermatogenesis. The Endocrine Society recommends against testosterone therapy for men planning fertility in the near term.524
That doesn't mean everyone on TRT becomes infertile. It means the risk is real and personal, and it belongs in the conversation before you start. There is no guaranteed fertility-preservation or recovery timeline.
These are not the same thing as TRT
| Option | What it is | Approval status and limits | Does it replace your testosterone? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Testosterone (TRT) | Testosterone from outside the body | Specific FDA-approved products exist for defined forms of hypogonadism; compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.2619 | Yes, and it can lower sperm production.5 |
| Enclomiphene | A drug intended to stimulate the body's own hormone signaling | Not FDA-approved. An unapproved drug is not made approved by being prescribed or compounded.30 | No. It is not testosterone replacement. |
| Clomiphene | A related drug that affects hormone signaling | FDA-approved for certain ovulation problems in women; use in men is off-label. A compounded blend does not inherit the approval of a branded tablet.3119 | No. It is not testosterone replacement. |
| hCG | A hormone injection that acts like LH | The Pregnyl label includes selected cases of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in males due to pituitary deficiency—too little hormone signaling from the pituitary gland in the brain. That is not approval of every fertility add-on use.32 | No; it stimulates the testes rather than supplying testosterone. |
Off-label means an approved drug is prescribed for a use outside its approved labeling. That differs from an unapproved drug or compounded preparation. None of these options guarantees fertility will be protected.31305
What online programs list—and what that doesn't prove
| Program | Publicly described non-testosterone options | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| TRT Kingdom | Enclomiphene and hCG appear in its menu.3 | Exact product, approval status, clinical reason, fertility evaluation, and current quote. |
| Male Excel | Its pricing page describes Triclozene, a clomiphene-containing blend.18 | The blend's ingredients and compounded status; do not equate it with an FDA-approved clomiphene tablet. |
| Hone Health | Its testosterone page links to a clomiphene offering.17 | The actual prescription, price, monitoring, and whether specialist fertility care is needed. |
| Taurus Meds | Enclomiphene appears in its campaign.14 | Exact medicine and terms; the campaign contains mismatched treatment descriptions and should not be used as medication instructions. |
A visible fertility-related product is not evidence that a clinic is the best fertility service. Even when children are years away, raise the issue before treatment; a reproductive history and, when appropriate, semen testing may change the plan.24
Read our TRT and fertility guide before choosing a plan →
If kids are near-term, book a urologist or reproductive urologist first. An online intake or an add-on drug is not a substitute for that discussion.
How does TRT Kingdom compare with Male Excel, Hone Health, and Taurus Meds?
The four programs differ in testing, payment commitments, and medication disclosures. Kingdom has the lowest advertised monthly rate in this sample, but the available figures do not establish a like-for-like complete-cost winner. Compare the unresolved items as well as the prices.
| TRT Kingdom234 | Male Excel33183435 | Hone Health161729 | Taurus Meds1415 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Conditional first-year model | $1,246 with one 12-month rate calculation and two assumed $149 lab purchases | From $2,727 plus shipping/handling; includes an advertised injection-and-thyroid bundle | From $2,261 using Premium and medication from $28/month | $1,837 under the campaign assumptions; $2,052.88 if twelve $17.99 fees also apply |
| How you pay | 2.5-, 6-, or 12-month plan options; actual installment/prepayment schedule unconfirmed | Advertised medication/membership pricing billed every other month | Month-to-month membership | Campaign quotes a monthly rate; selected purchase terms set the billing period |
| Refund terms | All sales final; discretionary exceptions under terms | General terms restrict refunds; the separate 90-day guarantee covers eligible membership fees, not all medication charges | Fees generally non-refundable; cancellation does not erase the current paid term | General terms restrict refunds; cancellation ends after the current paid term; campaign guarantee excludes lab/pharmacy charges |
| Blood test | Labcorp baseline draw; $149 general testing statement is not a complete test quote | At-home finger-prick initial kit; ask about any additional confirmation testing | Quest testing described for the current plan; confirm the collection option and required follow-ups | Campaign describes Labcorp or Quest, with an at-home option under stated distance conditions |
| Testosterone formats advertised | Injection: cypionate | Injection or cream | Injection, cream, troche | Campaign names cypionate and gel, but contains mismatched descriptions; confirm actual availability and product |
| Is the exact product's approval status clear? | Not established for a patient's prescription | Not established from the pricing page | Advertised testosterone cypionate is expressly labeled compounded and not FDA-approved | General compounding language is present; exact prescription not established |
| Pharmacy disclosure | Addresses on About page; assigned pharmacy unconfirmed | Assigned dispensing pharmacy not established in this check | Ask which pharmacy will fill the actual prescription | General terms name Red Rock, HealthWarehouse, Precision Compounding, and Triad Rx; assigned pharmacy unconfirmed |
| Non-testosterone options described | Enclomiphene, hCG | Clomiphene-containing blend | Clomiphene linked from its testosterone page | Enclomiphene |
| Insurance | Says no for hormone therapy | Says no | Says no | The checked campaign says it does not currently accept insurance |
| HSA/FSA | Says accepted; charge eligibility needs checking | Says accepted; charge eligibility needs checking | May be eligible | Not established from the material checked |
| State access | Complete list not found in pages checked | Homepage lists 39 states and 11 exclusions; confirm current individual access | Confirm the service, prescription, and state | Do not treat national marketing as proof of availability in your state |
| Trustpilot profile snapshot | A matched profile was not established in this check | 4.5; 6,591 reviews36 | 4.8; 12,375 reviews37 | 4.3; 921 reviews38 |
Provider columns use the same official pricing, service, and terms sources cited in the cost and care sections. Male Excel's refund guarantee has separate eligibility and request rules. Profiles and prices checked September 30, 2026.
The Trustpilot figures are platform-reported, provider-wide snapshots—not our ratings, TRT-only results, or proof of safety. Different services and patient groups can contribute reviews. Review counts do not resolve testing quality, fertility needs, pharmacy authorization, or your clinical fit.
The same applies to the cost models: Kingdom's unknown charges, Male Excel's bundled medication, Hone's starting medication rate, and Taurus's fee conflict prevent a clean savings claim. Ask each provider to price the same time period and the care you actually need.
Who should choose something other than TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom is a possible fit for cash-paying adults who understand its payment terms and can confirm the care details. Insurance needs, near-term fertility, a specific medication, or a need for in-person evaluation can make another care route a better starting point. An alternative should solve your actual problem, not simply have a different monthly price.
Find yourself in the table.
| If this is you… | Next option to investigate | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You like the $79 advertised rate and accept the refund terms | TRT Kingdom, after a written quote | Confirm the total bill, payment schedule, clinician, and pharmacy before committing.24 |
| You'd rather collect an initial blood sample at home | Male Excel | It advertises an at-home finger-prick kit. Ask whether further testing or a local visit is needed; the kit is not a diagnosis.33 |
| You want a larger public review sample | Male Excel or Hone as additional research sources | Their provider-wide profiles have thousands of reviews, but that does not establish TRT-specific quality.3637 |
| You want a month-to-month membership | Hone Health | It advertises that structure; past fees and medication orders are a separate refund question.1629 |
| You want a plainly labeled compounded testosterone offer | Hone Health, only if compounding fits the medical need | Its cypionate page gives that disclosure. Disclosure is not a safety or efficacy ranking.1720 |
| You're comparing Taurus's $149 campaign | Taurus Meds, after resolving the fee language | Ask whether the $17.99 recurring fee applies, what follow-up labs cost, and which exact medication is included.1415 |
| You want to use insurance or need a specific FDA-approved product | An insurance-billing primary care clinician or urologist | Check coverage and the exact prescription. Kingdom's no-insurance statement does not prove it can never supply an approved product.32 |
| Your low testosterone hasn't been confirmed, or you have a complicated health history | Primary care, urology, or endocrinology | Guidelines call for symptoms or signs plus consistently low morning results, an evaluation of the cause, and risk review.525 |
| Having children soon is a priority | A urologist or reproductive urologist | Testosterone can lower sperm production; a fertility plan belongs before treatment.5 |
Does skipping the initial lab visit sound like your situation? Male Excel sends a finger-prick blood kit to your home. You do it yourself and mail it back. Further diagnostic testing may still be needed, so compare the full testing plan and cost.3325

What should you ask TRT Kingdom before you pay?
Ask for written answers to these questions before you pay. Good answers name an amount, a date, a person, or a policy; they don't just say “everything's included.”
Copy these into an email or bring them to your intake call.
Money
- What will I be charged, and on what date, for the plan I choose? Is it prepaid, paid in installments, or renewed in blocks?
- How much is my first lab panel? What does repeat early-morning diagnostic testing cost, and is it included?
- Is shipping included? Are syringes and supplies included?
- What does the plan renew at, and does it renew automatically?
- If I'm not prescribed treatment, what happens to money I've already paid? Are the initial call, clinical visit, and lab charges treated differently?
Care
- Who will my clinician be, and in what state are they licensed?
- Can I use recent labs from my own doctor? Which tests, and how recent?
- What testosterone level does my clinician aim for? How does that goal fit my health history?
- How often will you check my hematocrit and blood pressure, and when is PSA testing appropriate for me? When is the first follow-up?
- How will fertility plans change the evaluation or treatment discussion?
Medication
- Which pharmacy fills my prescription, and is it authorized to dispense to my state?
- Is my testosterone a compounded preparation or an FDA-approved product? What is the exact product name, manufacturer or compounder, and label?
- When must I request refills, and what labs or visits can delay them? Who handles a missed or damaged delivery?
Getting out and getting help
- How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need? Does that stop future billing only, or refund any unused amount?
- How do I get a copy of my medical records, and can I access them after cancellation?
- Which contact reaches clinical staff, and what should I do when a medical concern cannot wait for a routine reply?
Put the quote on one page
| Quote item | What to record |
|---|---|
| Plan and exact medication | Product, treatment format, dispensing pharmacy, and coverage period |
| Charge due now | Amount and payment date |
| Later charges | Amounts, dates, renewal rate, and minimum obligation |
| Testing and visits | Required baseline, repeat diagnostic, follow-up, and additional-visit charges |
| Supplies and delivery | What is included, shipping cost, and any replacement-shipment charge |
| Cancellation and refunds | Notice deadline, contact method, and which charges can be refunded |
| Records and refills | Request process, lead time, responsible team, and any fees |
Mark each cost confirmed amount, confirmed included, not applicable, or unknown. Add only confirmed charges for the same coverage period. An unknown required charge means you have a partial quote, not an all-in total.
How did we research TRT Kingdom?
We checked TRT Kingdom's public product page, FAQ, refund and shipping policies, terms, About page, team listing, and displayed reviews on September 30, 2026. We compared pharmacy disclosures with outside records and recalculated the cost scenarios for Kingdom and three other programs. We did not sign up as patients, complete checkout, or test treatment, support, or cancellation.
Our method is How We Review TRT Providers. It keeps four kinds of information separate: facts we verified, things the provider says, patient experiences, and our own editorial conclusions. A cost is called complete only when the required charges are established; otherwise, the assumptions and missing amounts stay visible. We do not give providers our own numeric scores or star ratings on this page.
What we actually verified (September 30, 2026)
Checked against Kingdom's own documents: advertised testosterone plan prices and lengths; its general $149 lab statement and six-month cadence for some treatments; baseline Labcorp testing; no insurance and HSA/FSA accepted; age 21 minimum; the all-sales-final refund policy and discretionary-refund terms; shipping redelivery, damage-reporting, and address-change rules; arbitration language; and the names of the platform company, medical group, listed clinicians, co-founders, and lab company. These remain provider-stated facts, not independently tested service outcomes.
Checked against outside records: Striker's address matches the Katy address; its Oklahoma license was listed in good standing with an April 30, 2027 expiration. Tailor Made's current phone number and the address in FDA's historical warning letter match the Kentucky disclosure. We also checked the dated federal telehealth extension, FDA compounding and testosterone statements, official drug information, and Endocrine Society guidance.
Patient experiences, not proof of policy or results: fast replies, supplies included, time to first shipment, paying yearly upfront, and stopping charges after a pause. We checked displayed wording and attribution, not private patient records or typical outcomes.
Not confirmed: the complete first-year bill, exact checkout and renewal charges, baseline and repeat-test prices, all visit fees, assigned clinician licenses, state-by-treatment availability, actual medication and pharmacy assignment, a complete refill or cancellation workflow, medical-record fees, and resolution of the historical Tailor Made FDA findings.
Our editorial conclusion: Kingdom's advertised rate and favorable service comments justify a closer look for an appropriate cash-pay reader. They do not establish the cheapest complete care, an FDA-approved prescription, a fertility solution, or a reason to accept a longer commitment without written answers.

What else do readers ask about TRT Kingdom?
The answers below cover the price, testing, pharmacy, and access questions that can change a decision. Where a current patient-specific answer was not established, ask Kingdom before paying rather than treating a general website statement as your terms.
Is TRT Kingdom legit?
Kingdom has a public service and identifies JKL Kingdom, LLC as the platform and REM Health Medical Group, P.A. as the medical provider. Those disclosures and the pharmacy checks above do not certify every clinician, state, or prescription.61
Who owns TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom lists Jay Cutler, Levi Barbee, and Kevin Dehaven as co-founders, with Barbee as CEO. Its terms name JKL Kingdom, LLC as the platform operator. That is the site's public description, not a verified corporate ownership breakdown.106
How much does TRT Kingdom cost per month?
Testosterone cypionate is listed at $79/month on the 12-month plan, $89 on the 6-month plan, and $99 on the 2.5-month plan. The general FAQ lists $149 testing for some treatments. Our $1,246 twelve-month scenario assumes two separately charged $149 lab purchases; it is not a verified complete bill.23
Does TRT Kingdom take insurance?
No, not for hormone therapy, according to its FAQ. It says it accepts HSA and FSA payments. Check your own account rules to confirm what qualifies.3
Can I get a refund from TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom's refund policy says all sales are final and consultation payments are non-refundable. Its terms allow refunds at the company's discretion. A discretionary exception is not a promise to return unused plan money.46
Is TRT Kingdom's testosterone FDA-approved?
The public product page did not establish the exact product a patient would receive. The pharmacy disclosures refer to compounding, but they do not prove that every prescription is compounded. Ask for the exact product and label; compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.2719
Does TRT Kingdom use Labcorp or Quest?
Its hormone FAQ names Labcorp. Kingdom says it emails you a lab order, you get your blood drawn at a local Labcorp, and you pay Kingdom for the test.3
Are two early-morning testosterone tests included?
We did not confirm that both diagnostic tests are included in a Kingdom plan or the price of a repeat test. Appropriate diagnosis requires symptoms or signs and consistently low results, with at least two early-morning fasting testosterone tests under the Endocrine Society's guidance.325
What states does TRT Kingdom serve?
We did not find a complete current state-by-treatment list in the material checked. Its FAQ requires being in a state its providers serve, and the footer says not all treatments are available in all states. Confirm the clinician and dispensing pharmacy before paying.31
How old do you have to be to use TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom's published minimum is 21. Meeting that age rule does not establish clinical eligibility.3
Does TRT Kingdom offer enclomiphene or hCG?
Both appear in its hormone menu. Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved; hCG has specific approved uses, not a blanket fertility-protection claim. Neither option guarantees fertility is protected.33032
Is TRT Kingdom the same as TRT Nation?
No. A review displayed on Kingdom's site that praises TRT Nation should not be treated as evidence about Kingdom. Check the provider named in the account before using it to make a decision.1
Is TRT Kingdom Jay Cutler's clinic?
Jay Cutler is a co-founder, and Kingdom markets itself as the “Jay Cutler TRT Clinic.” He isn't listed as a clinician. Kingdom names REM Health Medical Group, P.A. as its clinical provider.101
Does TRT Kingdom treat women?
Kingdom lists hormone therapy for women. This page evaluates its testosterone service using the framework for adult men with possible testosterone deficiency; it is not a guide to menopause care, adolescent treatment, or gender-affirming hormone care.3
Is this a hands-on TRT Kingdom review?
No. We analyzed Kingdom's public pages, its policies, its displayed reviews, and outside records. We didn't enroll as patients.
