TRT Kingdom Cost in 2026: Year-One Prices and Prepay Risk
Compare plan rates with modeled year-one cash payments, lab assumptions, prepay risk, and questions for a written quote.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
TRT Kingdom cost for testosterone cypionate is advertised at $79, $89, or $99 a month, depending on plan length. A year of medication plus two assumed $149 panels totals $1,246–$1,486, not a complete quote. Billing timing, diagnostic testing, shipping, and any added fees still need confirmation before you pay.

That's the answer. But the monthly price isn't the number that should decide this for you. The number that matters is how long you'll stay — because, if full plan periods are prepaid, the cheapest plan is only cheapest if you stick around past a certain month, and Kingdom's written policies don't promise refunds. We did the math on exactly where that line falls. It's in the prepay section below.
| TRT Kingdom plan | Published price | 12-month price equivalent + two assumed $149 panels |
|---|---|---|
| 12 months | $79/month | $1,246 |
| 6 months | $89/month | $1,366 |
| 2.5 months | $99/month | $1,486 |
Prices: Kingdom's testosterone cypionate page, checked September 30, 2026. The two-panel assumption uses the $149 figure in its FAQ; it is not a confirmed testing schedule. Shipping isn't published in the pages checked and isn't included. Add-ons like hCG cost extra. If the 2.5-month plan is prepaid in full each time, five charges plus those two assumed panels would put first-year cash payments at $1,535.50, covering 12½ months of medication.
TRT Kingdom's price makes sense for you if: you're paying cash, low testosterone has been properly evaluated before you commit, you're fine with injections, you're not trying to have a baby soon, you live in a state Kingdom serves, and you're sure enough to commit to at least 2.5 months.
Look somewhere else first if: you want insurance to pay, you're trying to conceive now or soon, you'd rather use a cream than shots, you want a published schedule of included check-ins and lab work, or you're still not sure TRT is right for you.

How much does TRT Kingdom cost per month?
TRT Kingdom lists testosterone cypionate at $99 a month on a 2.5-month plan, $89 a month on a 6-month plan, and $79 a month on a 12-month plan. The price drops the longer you commit. Kingdom lists lab testing separately at $149 for some treatments; the exact tests and charges for your plan need confirmation. Sources: plan prices and lab FAQ.
Kingdom's own reviews page answers this question in one line: plans "start at $79 per month," with lab costs and any added fees disclosed before you begin. That's true. It's also the smallest number on the testosterone cypionate menu, and it applies to the 12-month plan. See the published pricing answer.
Here's what each plan looks like when you stop thinking in months and start thinking in charges:
| Plan | Monthly price | What one plan period costs* | Charges in your first 12 months* | Medication cost for 12 months of treatment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12 months | $79 | $948 | 1 | $948 |
| 6 months | $89 | $534 | 2 | $1,068 |
| 2.5 months | $99 | $247.50 | 5 | $1,188 equivalent; five prepaid periods would cost $1,237.50 |
*Assumes each plan is charged in full when it starts and the same price applies at renewal. Kingdom's product page doesn't say how it bills. One reviewer on Kingdom's site and one Reddit user both describe paying for the year up front. Confirm at checkout. Provider-hosted review; historical customer account.
The 2.5-month plan has a quirk worth knowing
Twelve months doesn't divide evenly by 2.5. Your fifth plan period starts at month 10. So if the plan bills up front, five charges land inside your first year — $1,237.50 total — and that money covers you through month 12½. You're not being overcharged. You're just paying for roughly two weeks of next year early. Budget for it.
Is there a month-to-month plan?
Not on Kingdom's page today. The shortest plan shown is 2.5 months.
One reviewer posted a savings figure on Kingdom's own site that doesn't match a comparison of its current published plans:
"I paid for a full year upfront which saves me about $600 over the course of the year." — Robert Lillquist, review posted on TRT Kingdom's website, March 2026
We ran that number. Against today's plans, the annual rate saves $240 compared with the 2.5-month rate on a 12-month price-equivalent basis, not $600. The $600 figure would match a $129 monthly comparison ($1,548 a year minus $948 = $600), but that arithmetic does not prove a $129 offer existed. Either way, don't count on a month-to-month plan unless Kingdom offers you one in writing. Review and current plans.
If $79 to $99 a month fits your budget, here's where to confirm the numbers yourself:

What does TRT Kingdom cost for the whole first year?
With two assumed $149 lab panels added to 12 months of testosterone cypionate at the published rates, the subtotals are $1,246, $1,366, and $1,486. These are price equivalents, not complete quotes or confirmed first-year testing bills. If full plan periods are prepaid, the 2.5-month option instead requires $1,535.50 in first-year cash under that same lab assumption.
Here's the cost ledger. We built it from Kingdom's product page, FAQ, and legal pages, separating published prices from assumptions and unanswered charges.
TRT Kingdom first-year cost ledger
| Cost line | 12-month plan | 6-month plan | 2.5-month plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Testosterone cypionate (12-month price equivalent) | $948 | $1,068 | $1,188 |
| Assumed lab panel #1 | $149 | $149 | $149 |
| Assumed lab panel #2 | $149 | $149 | $149 |
| Modeled subtotal, not a complete quote | $1,246 | $1,366 | $1,486 |
| Works out to per month | $103.83 | $113.83 | $123.83 |
| Modeled first-12-month cash payments if prepaid* | $1,246 | $1,366 | $1,535.50 |
| Shipping | Not published | Not published | Not published |
*If plans are charged in full at the start of each period, renewal prices stay unchanged, and exactly two $149 panels are charged. The 2.5-month plan's fifth charge falls at month 10 and covers treatment through month 12½. Shipping, supplies, any startup charge, additional testing, separately charged visits, and add-on drugs are not included. Price source; lab source.
How we got the lab count: Two panels are an illustration, not a verified requirement or a recommended schedule. Kingdom's hormone FAQ requires labs before treatment; its general FAQ lists $149 testing every six months for some treatments and says more frequent testing may be needed. It does not separately price the first panel, repeat early-morning diagnostic testing, or every possible follow-up panel. Your clinician's testing plan determines the count and the quote determines each fee. Read Kingdom's wording.
For example, one additional panel priced at $149 would raise the three price-equivalent subtotals to $1,395, $1,515, and $1,635. That is a calculation, not a claim that three panels are enough or that every panel costs $149.
What's included, what's extra, and what's unknown
| What Kingdom describes | Separately listed charges | What your quote still needs to settle |
|---|---|---|
| Free initial consultation | Lab testing listed at $149 for some treatments | Whether the introductory consultation and clinical video visit have different fees |
| Video visit with a licensed clinician | Add-on medications, if prescribed | Shipping cost and whether needles and supplies are included |
| Testosterone cypionate at the selected plan rate | Any additional testing your clinician requires, at the quoted price | Whether outside lab results replace a paid panel |
| Ongoing check-ins and follow-up | Visit fees are not itemized in the public pricing answer | Which visits and messages are included, and whether billing is upfront or monthly |
These are provider descriptions, not a verified all-inclusive care package. Sources: Kingdom FAQ and testosterone page.
One reviewer on Kingdom's site says they "send all the supplies you need." That's one customer's report, not a written policy. Get it confirmed. Provider-hosted review.
Is there a $99 fee?
Maybe. In a February 2026 Reddit post, one user described paying $948 for a year plus a separate $99 retainer. In the same thread, another person asked what the $99 fee was. We couldn't find a $99 retainer in the current Kingdom pages we checked, and a single customer account isn't proof of a current fee. But Kingdom itself says added fees are disclosed before you begin — so ask directly: "Is there a retainer, setup, or intake fee, and is it refundable?"
If a $99 fee applies, the annual-plan illustration becomes a $1,345 subtotal, before other unresolved charges. That does not establish a current retainer or show whether the same fee would apply to all three plans. Historical customer account; Kingdom's fee-disclosure statement.
A blank line isn't a free line. If Kingdom doesn't give you a number for shipping, supplies, or a startup fee, leave that line open until they do. The free calculator in our TRT cost guide lets you work through a written quote. Keep unanswered charges separate rather than entering zero.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
Find My TRT Path is educational and doesn't diagnose, determine eligibility, or guarantee a prescription.
Should you prepay TRT Kingdom's 12-month plan?
If full plan periods are prepaid and unused time is not refunded, the annual plan has the lowest medication outlay only after 7½ months. Before that point, one of the shorter plans costs less. Because Kingdom's written policies don't promise refunds, the prepay is the riskiest money on this page for anyone who isn't sure yet.
This is the commitment question behind the monthly price. So we mapped it month by month.
Prepay break-even table (medication only)
Labs and other charges are left out here. This compares medication prepayments only; it does not assume your testing needs are the same under every plan.
| If you stay on Kingdom TRT for… | 2.5-month plan | 6-month plan | 12-month plan | Cheapest choice |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 2.5 months | $247.50 | $534 | $948 | 2.5-month |
| More than 2.5, up to 5 months | $495 | $534 | $948 | 2.5-month |
| More than 5, up to 6 months | $742.50 | $534 | $948 | 6-month |
| More than 6, up to 7.5 months | $742.50 | $1,068 | $948 | 2.5-month |
| More than 7.5, up to 10 months | $990 | $1,068 | $948 | 12-month |
| More than 10, up to 12 months | $1,237.50 | $1,068 | $948 | 12-month |
Assumes each plan is charged in full when it starts, renews at the same price, and has no refund for unused time. You do not buy another period when care ends exactly at the current period's end. These are payment comparisons, not instructions about how long to use treatment.
The takeaway: On a 12-month price-equivalent basis, the annual rate saves $240 against the 2.5-month rate and $120 against the 6-month rate. The separate prepayment table shows when the annual plan becomes the lowest cash outlay: only after month 7½. Before that, you're paying more upfront for months you might not use.
The one thing TRT Kingdom doesn't do
TRT Kingdom does not promise refunds on prepaid plans. Its refund policy says "all sales are final." Payments for telehealth consultations are non-refundable. Its terms say refunds happen only if the company decides, at its own discretion, that one is warranted. Refund policy; terms of service.
If avoiding a large annual prepayment matters most to you, compare a monthly-billed membership. Hone Health's Plus membership bills $135 a month, includes follow-up labs and consults, and bills medication separately. That is a different billing model, not a refund guarantee. Ask when cancellation takes effect and which charges remain non-refundable.
But here's the other side. Kingdom's 12-month plan carries its lowest published testosterone cypionate rate: $79 a month. That matches PeterMD's annual-plan medication rate, before comparing testing and other fees. If you're switching from another program, the longer plan may fit a treatment plan already established with a clinician — but a $948 prepayment is still money at risk, not a commitment that costs almost nothing. Kingdom prices; PeterMD prices.
One customer signal, for what it's worth:
"When I needed to pause or stop treatment, they didn't try to keep charging me." — David Thompson, review posted on TRT Kingdom's website, January 2026
That's one person's experience on a page Kingdom curates. It's not a policy. Get the pause and cancellation answer in writing before you prepay. Provider-hosted review.
Does that fit your situation? Once Kingdom has confirmed your state, fees, and billing terms, start the clinical intake—not a promise to prepay for treatment:
Start TRT Kingdom's online intake → Opens Kingdom's intake questionnaire. Completing it doesn't guarantee treatment — a licensed clinician decides after reviewing your history and labs. We don't earn from this link.
Want to compare monthly billing instead? Compare Hone Health's monthly membership and lab schedule → Direct, non-affiliate information link.
Are labs included with TRT Kingdom?
Lab testing is listed separately: Kingdom quotes $149 for some treatments and requires labs before hormone therapy. Its general six-month testing statement does not confirm your diagnostic tests, early follow-up schedule, or total lab bill. Kingdom says blood draws take place at local Labcorp locations using an order it emails you. Lab process and pricing.
How Kingdom's lab process works
- After your consultation, Kingdom emails you a lab order.
- You schedule or walk in at a Labcorp location near you.
- You pay the lab cost to Kingdom, not to Labcorp.
- Results go to both you and your Kingdom provider.
Kingdom's terms say its lab services run through a company called Junction. Those terms also say New York and New Jersey residents may request an itemized lab price list. That is what Kingdom's contract says, not an independent assessment of every state billing rule. Read the lab-services section.
Can you use labs you already have?
Possibly. One review posted on Kingdom's site says setup goes faster "if you already have recent lab results." The public FAQ does not confirm whether outside results replace a paid panel. If Kingdom accepts them in place of a panel it would otherwise charge at $149, that removes $149 from your quote. Ask which tests they need, how recent they must be, and whether the fee is waived. Customer signal; provider FAQ.
One lab test is not a diagnosis
This matters for your wallet, too. Paying for a year of treatment before low testosterone is properly confirmed is how people spend money on the wrong thing.
The Endocrine Society's guideline says a diagnosis needs symptoms or signs of low testosterone plus consistently low levels, confirmed by repeating the test on a morning fasting blood draw. The Society's July 2026 statement calls for at least two early-morning fasting tests and describes a clinical threshold near 300 ng/dL (nanograms per deciliter) — a guide, not a verdict on its own. Reliable testing and the correct lab reference range matter. Total testosterone is all the testosterone in your blood, both the part bound to proteins and the part that's free. Endocrine Society guideline; July 2026 statement.
A first screening test, a repeat test to confirm a diagnosis, and tests used to monitor treatment serve different jobs. Ask which are included in your quote and what an early follow-up would cost. The two-panel illustration above is not a substitute for that plan.
Kingdom describes its approach as focusing on "optimization" rather than relying only on population-based reference ranges. It's a fair question to ask before you prepay: How will your clinician confirm that my testosterone is actually low? Kingdom's stated approach.
For a plain-English walkthrough of which tests matter, read our TRT blood test guide.
What about follow-ups, refills, and support?
Kingdom describes ongoing check-ins, but the pages checked do not specify a complete included visit schedule, response-time promise, or refill lead time. Ask who handles clinical questions, which visits cost extra, what testing is needed before a refill, and how far ahead to request one. A 12-month price plan does not tell you how much medicine is dispensed at once or how often you pay shipping. Published service description.
What do hCG, enclomiphene, and other TRT Kingdom add-ons cost?
TRT Kingdom lists hCG at $299 per 10,000 IU vial, enclomiphene at $79 a month, and nandrolone at $89 a month on 2.5-month plans, plus an "oral testosterone derivative" at $249 to $649. Those products are separate from testosterone cypionate; FSH is also listed at $149 a month on a three-month plan. These other drugs are not TRT, and each has its own cost, purpose, rules, and risks.
Kingdom's hormone menu contains both testosterone and other drugs. That's worth knowing before you budget, because some of these aren't TRT at all.
Testosterone replacement: the product status is not specified
| Product | Kingdom's price | What it is | FDA-approved or compounded? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Testosterone cypionate | $79–$99/month | Injectable testosterone. This is the TRT. | The public product page does not identify the exact dispensed product or establish which status applies. Ask for its name and pharmacy. Source. |
Other hormone products: not testosterone replacement
| Product | Kingdom's price | What it is, in plain words |
|---|---|---|
| hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) | $299 per 10,000 IU “commercial vial” Price. | A hormone that mimics LH (luteinizing hormone), the signal that tells the testes to make testosterone. FDA-approved uses in males are limited, including certain cases of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (low testosterone caused by the brain's signals). It is not an FDA-approved fertility “add-on” for every man on TRT. Kingdom does not identify a brand on this page. Approved hCG labeling. |
| Enclomiphene | $79/month, 2.5-month plan Price. | A pill that nudges your body to make more of its own testosterone. There is no FDA-approved enclomiphene product in the U.S. It is an unapproved drug, not an FDA-approved testosterone product. FDA discussion; 2026 specialist statement. |
| Nandrolone decanoate | $89/month, 2.5-month plan Price. | An anabolic steroid, and a Schedule III controlled substance. An archived Watson label lists anemia caused by kidney failure; that label does not establish the approval status of the product Kingdom would dispense. Archived label. |
| “Oral testosterone derivative” | $249 (1 month), $499 (2 months), $649 (3 months) Price. | Kingdom's own FAQ says this is not the same as TRT. Kingdom's page doesn't name the drug. Ask exactly what it is before paying; its approval status cannot be checked without that identity. |
| FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) | $149/month, 3-month plan Price. | A hormone involved in sperm production, not testosterone. The page does not identify the exact brand or establish which product would be dispensed. |
What this means for your budget
If you're treating diagnosed low testosterone, start with the testosterone, required clinical care, and labs. You don't need to budget for another drug unless a clinician recommends it for a specific reason — and then it's a separate decision with its own cost, evidence, and risks.
Kingdom markets nandrolone for recovery, joints, and muscle beyond optimized testosterone levels. Those are not the anemia indication in the archived label. Its oral product is also marketed for performance-related goals, but the unnamed drug's labeling cannot be assessed. Neither belongs in a routine TRT budget simply because it appears on the same menu. Nandrolone page; archived label; oral product page.
Worried about fertility? An hCG vial at checkout isn't a fertility plan. Jump to the specialist section before adding it. Our TRT and fertility guide explains what's known and what isn't.
Does TRT Kingdom take insurance, HSA, or FSA?
TRT Kingdom does not accept insurance for hormone therapy. It says it accepts HSA and FSA payments for consultations, labs, and treatment. Payment acceptance does not establish whether a charge is a qualified medical expense under IRS rules, so keep itemized receipts. Kingdom payment policy; IRS guidance.
Two quick points:
- Card acceptance isn't the same as eligibility. Your HSA or FSA card may go through at checkout without settling the tax question. You must keep records supporting qualified HSA spending; an FSA administrator reviews reimbursement claims under the plan and tax rules. Ask for itemized receipts that separate labs, visits, and medication. IRS HSA/FSA guidance and medical-expense guidance.
- If you have insurance that covers TRT, you might pay less elsewhere. An in-network primary care doctor, urologist, or endocrinologist — plus a retail pharmacy — can sometimes cost less than any cash-pay program. It depends on your deductible, your plan's rules, and the exact product. Our TRT cost guide covers insurance, Medicare, and prior authorization in detail.
What happens to your money if you cancel TRT Kingdom?
You may not get prepaid money back. TRT Kingdom's refund policy says all sales are final and consultation payments are non-refundable, and its terms allow refunds only at the company's discretion. Where a state requires a signature, Kingdom's shipping policy says the carrier will attempt redelivery twice before returning the medicine to the pharmacy without a refund. Refund policy; terms; shipping policy.
Here's your exit exposure, based on Kingdom's refund policy, shipping policy, and terms of service:
| If this happens… | What Kingdom's documents say | What it could cost you |
|---|---|---|
| You stop 3 months into a 12-month prepaid plan | "All sales are final"; refunds only at company discretion | About $711 in unused months ($948 × 9/12) with no written promise it comes back |
| You pay for a telehealth consultation and aren't approved | Consultation payments are non-refundable | The consult fee |
| Your state requires a signature and two redelivery attempts fail | Medication goes back to the pharmacy, can't be re-sent, and isn't refunded | That shipment's medication |
| Your order arrives damaged or incomplete | Must be reported within 48 hours with photos | The claim, if you miss the window |
| You move | You must contact Kingdom by call, text, or portal message before pharmacy processing; changing your portal address alone does not update shipping | A misdelivered order |
| You have a billing dispute | The terms state binding arbitration and a jury-trial waiver; the text checked does not specify North Carolina as the arbitration location or a class-action waiver | The dispute process may differ from going to court; the clause is not a ruling on which terms apply to you |
This is the fine print that turns a $79 headline into a real decision. The $711 figure is the price equivalent of nine unused months, not a promised refund or a calculation of your legal entitlement.
The smart move: Do not prepay for treatment before the clinical and billing questions are settled. If treatment is appropriate and full periods are prepaid, the 2.5-month plan limits the first medication prepayment to $247.50 instead of $948. That is not your maximum total exposure: labs, visits, shipping, or other charges can add to it. Ask Kingdom how switching plans works before you enroll.
Can you get your records if you leave?
Kingdom's privacy policy gives support@trtkingdom.com for personal-data requests. The material checked does not spell out a separate clinical-record transfer process or its price. Ask how to get your lab results, visit notes, and prescription history from the treating medical group before closing your account, and use the clinic's secure channel for medical documents. Who runs TRT Kingdom, and is it legit?
TRT Kingdom, now branded as "Kingdom," is a telehealth platform run by JKL Kingdom, LLC and co-founded by bodybuilder Jay Cutler. Kingdom says medical care comes from REM Health Medical Group, P.A., a Florida corporation listed as active in state records. Kingdom publishes partner-pharmacy contact details, but the pages checked do not identify the pharmacy for your prescription or provide a complete state-availability list. Company terms; About page; Florida record.

We did not verify individual clinician licenses. If a named clinician will treat you, you can look up their license on your state medical or nursing board's website. A corporate registration is not proof of a clinician's license, the quality of care, or your eligibility. Confirm the clinician's authority for the state where you will be during the visit. HHS state-licensing guidance.
Is the testosterone FDA-approved or compounded?
Kingdom's testosterone page doesn't say. Its site footer states that compounded medications aren't FDA-approved, and its shipping policy mentions compounding pharmacies. That doesn't tell you which one you'd receive. Product page; shipping policy.
This matters. A compounded drug is mixed by a pharmacy for a patient and is not FDA-approved — the FDA doesn't review it for safety, effectiveness, or quality before it's sold. An FDA-approved product has been reviewed and approved as a specific drug. They are not interchangeable labels. Ask Kingdom which product you'd get and which pharmacy fills it. FDA registration of a pharmacy does not make a compounded medicine FDA-approved. FDA explanation.
There is another question to settle before shipping. Kingdom's shipping policy says it may receive and forward an order when none of its compounding pharmacies is licensed in a patient's state. That statement does not establish that a particular shipment is authorized. Ask which pharmacy will dispense your medicine and verify its authority to serve your state through the state pharmacy-board resources listed by the FDA. Read Kingdom's shipping wording.
Can Kingdom treat you in your state?
Kingdom says you must be at least 21 and live in a state where it offers licensed care. We did not find a complete state list in the pages checked. Eligibility FAQ.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance — a federal category for drugs with accepted medical uses and some potential for misuse. It requires a valid prescription. As of September 30, 2026, a temporary federal rule allows qualifying DEA-registered clinicians to prescribe it after an audio-video telemedicine visit without a prior in-person examination, through December 31, 2026, subject to the rule's conditions. The clinician must also have authority to treat you where you are physically located; state rules and in-person requirements can still apply, and paying never guarantees a prescription. DEA scheduling; federal rule; HHS state-licensing guidance.

Is TRT Kingdom cheaper than other online TRT?
Kingdom's $79 monthly medication rate matches PeterMD's annual-plan rate. A complete care-cost winner cannot be established without comparable lab schedules, billing terms, and fee quotes. The table below separates published charges from assumptions rather than treating different care packages as equal.
We put Kingdom next to other online programs on a 12-month price basis. These are billing comparisons, not care-quality rankings or a claim that each total covers the same tests, visits, or medication.

Kingdom calculations use its product prices and the explicit lab assumptions above. Other calculations use the official sources in each row, not an older comparison article. Rates are assumed unchanged for 12 months; actual invoice timing, added tests, taxes where applicable, and care needs may change cash payments. Male Excel's illustration uses six medication charges at the stated 60-day supply price; confirm the actual renewal dates. This is a price comparison, not independent verification of each provider's clinical service, state coverage, or dispensing pharmacy.
Male Excel's homepage also advertises that testosterone therapy starts at $99 per month. The calculations here use its itemized treatment-pricing page, which lists membership and medication separately—not that headline. Homepage; itemized pricing.
Who should pick something other than TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom's annual plan has its lowest monthly rate. It isn't the best fit for everyone.
You'd rather not do injections. Kingdom doesn't list a testosterone cream or gel for men in the menu checked, and its oral derivative is not described as TRT. Male Excel offers a compounded testosterone cream (not FDA-approved) at $132 a month plus its $99 membership. Its standard plans pair testosterone with thyroid medication — ask why that's recommended for you before accepting it. Shipping is extra. Kingdom menu; Male Excel pricing.
Male Excel's site also says its clinicians may prescribe before lab results arrive when they consider it clinically appropriate. For a new low-testosterone diagnosis, ask how symptoms plus repeat early-morning low results will be confirmed before treatment; that is the guideline standard. A treatment-format preference does not replace that evaluation. Male Excel's stated process; Endocrine Society guidance.
See Male Excel's current treatment pricing → Direct, non-affiliate information link.
You want lab work and doctor time built in. Hone Health's Plus membership includes follow-up labs and follow-up consults in its $135 monthly fee. The initial and confirmatory tests are separate charges, and your medication is extra. Membership details.
See Hone Health's Plus membership and lab schedule → Direct, non-affiliate information link.
You want a program with ongoing provider access. Male Excel's $99 membership includes unlimited medical-provider e-visits and unlimited messaging with its support team—not a promise that every message goes directly to your clinician. Be clear-eyed: its $2,727 starting injection illustration is more than twice Kingdom's $1,246 illustration, before shipping and other unresolved charges. You're paying a separate fee for published membership features, not a verified guarantee of better care. Male Excel's membership description.
Compare Male Excel's membership and medication costs → Our detailed cost guide explains the charges and contains disclosed partner links.
You want to compare a prepaid plan with shipping included. PeterMD's annual medication rate matches Kingdom's; its testing costs differ. Compare the actual quote, not just the advertised rate, using our TRT cost guide. PeterMD plan and lab prices.
You have insurance that covers TRT. Your own clinician and a retail pharmacy may cost less than any program here. Compare online and local care. For an FDA-approved product, ask about that specific prescription and your plan's coverage; a compounded cash-pay program is not an equivalent substitute. FDA compounded-drug explanation.
One more honest signal from Kingdom's own reviews:
"It is a little pricey imop, but other than that I have no complaints." — Kevin Mills, review posted on TRT Kingdom's website, March 2026
Even happy customers weigh the cost. That's why the complete quote—not the monthly headline—is the fair comparison. Provider-hosted review.

Should you see a specialist before paying TRT Kingdom?
Start with a specialist when fertility plans or a complex health history call for one. If you've had no testosterone tests or only one, you need a proper clinical evaluation before committing to treatment—but that alone does not mean you need a specialist or an in-person visit. Testosterone treatment can lower sperm production. Endocrine Society guidance.
If you want kids soon
Sperm production is called spermatogenesis. Testosterone treatment can suppress it. It isn't birth control, and it doesn't guarantee infertility. But no one can promise your fertility will stay the same or come back on a set timeline after treatment ends. Endocrine Society guidance.
The Endocrine Society recommends against starting testosterone therapy in men who are planning a pregnancy in the near term. Kingdom says its providers discuss fertility goals during consultation. Provider FAQ. Still, if pregnancy is on your near-term plan, the right first stop is a urologist or reproductive urologist — not a checkout page with an hCG vial on it.
Other reasons to start with your own doctor
- You haven't had your testosterone tested, or you've had only one test.
- You have symptoms that are severe, sudden, or unusual.
- You have a history of pituitary or testicular problems.
- You have a history of prostate or breast cancer.
- You've had blood clots, a high hematocrit (the share of your blood made up of red blood cells), untreated severe sleep apnea, or a recent heart attack or stroke.
Start with primary care for an initial evaluation; urology or endocrinology may be needed for a complex history, and reproductive urology is the more focused route when fertility is central. The Endocrine Society recommends against starting testosterone in several higher-risk situations, including elevated hematocrit, untreated severe sleep apnea, and a heart attack or stroke within the past six months. A clinician should review the specifics rather than a subscription questionnaire treating this list as a diagnosis. For anything that feels like an emergency, call 911. Clinical guideline.

What should you ask TRT Kingdom before you pay?
Get the billing, testing, product, and exit terms in writing before you pay. The questions below cover the charges a monthly headline leaves out, plus the care details that decide whether the quote fits you. Leave a line unanswered until Kingdom gives you an actual answer—not an assumption.
Copy this and send it through Kingdom's contact form or by text:
Before I enroll, please confirm in writing:
- Is my plan charged in full at checkout, or monthly? What is due now, when does it renew, and can the renewal price change?
- Is there a retainer, setup, or intake fee? Is it refundable?
- What does shipping cost per order? How often do shipments occur, and are needles and supplies included?
- What do the initial labs, any repeat early-morning diagnostic test, and monitoring labs each cost? Will you accept my recent outside results, and which charge would that remove?
- Which consultations, follow-ups, and messages are included? Who answers clinical questions, and are extra visits charged separately?
- Is the testosterone cypionate an FDA-approved product or a compounded preparation? What is its exact product name, and which pharmacy fills it?
- Can your clinician treat me in the state where I will be during visits, and can that pharmacy serve my state? Is any in-person visit required?
- How far ahead should I request a refill? What labs or visits must be completed first, and how much medicine does each shipment contain?
- If I stop, pause, switch plans, or am not approved, what happens to money I've already paid? How do I cancel, what notice is required, and how do I confirm renewal billing has stopped?
- How can I get my lab results, visit notes, and prescription history if I transfer care? Who handles that request, and is there a fee?
Your TRT Kingdom quote worksheet
Fill this in from Kingdom's written answers. Leave a line blank until you have a real number.
| Line | Your number or written answer |
|---|---|
| Plan length and price | |
| Amount charged at checkout | |
| Renewal dates, renewal price, and required notice | |
| Retainer, setup, or intake fee | |
| Initial and repeat diagnostic tests, at their quoted prices | |
| Monitoring panels in year one × each quoted fee | |
| Consultation, follow-up, or membership charges | |
| Add-on medications (only if prescribed) | |
| Shipping per order × number of orders | |
| Supplies, if not included | |
| Known 12-month price-equivalent subtotal | |
| Cash payments due within the first 12 months | |
| Medicine or services extending beyond month 12 | |
| Money prepaid for unused care, and the written refund terms | |
| Record-transfer process and any fee | |
| Lines still unanswered |
Your formula: Add medication charges, clinical fees, testing, shipping, supplies, and any other confirmed fees. Keep the price equivalent for 12 months separate from the cash due during those months. An unanswered required charge means you have a subtotal, not a complete first-year cost.
What we actually verified
We checked TRT Kingdom's public product pages, FAQ, reviews page, About and team pages, refund policy, shipping policy, privacy policy, and terms of service on September 30, 2026. We also checked public corporate records and the primary medical and regulatory sources linked here. We did not enroll, pay, reach checkout, request a personalized quote, or contact support as a patient.
This page follows our method, How We Review TRT Providers, which separates what we confirmed from what a provider says about itself.

Verified through public records and authoritative sources:
- Florida's corporate search lists REM Health Medical Group, P.A. as active. A Florida certificate filed in Rhode Island confirms its April 25, 2024 incorporation date. That historical certificate is not being used as proof of current status. Current search; filing history.
- The archived Watson nandrolone label lists anemia of renal insufficiency as its indication; it does not identify Kingdom's current dispensed product. Archived label.
- Testosterone's Schedule III status, the federal telemedicine extension through December 31, 2026, and the guideline requirement for symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone confirmed with repeat morning testing. DEA; federal rule; Endocrine Society.

Provider-stated (Kingdom says it; we didn't independently confirm):
- Free initial consultation and HSA/FSA acceptance. FAQ.
- Use of FDA-registered, state-licensed U.S. pharmacies. This is not an independent pharmacy-license check. About page.
- Daniel Olivero, MD, as chief medical officer. Profile.

Customer-experience signals (not proof of policy or results):
- The three named reviews quoted above were checked against Kingdom's own reviews page. We did not independently authenticate the reviewers or their relationships with the provider. Reviews.
- A February 2026 Reddit account describes a $948 annual payment and a separate $99 retainer. It is a historical report, not a current fee schedule. Original account.
Couldn't confirm from the public material checked:
- Whether each plan bills up front or monthly, its exact renewal terms, and how to switch or cancel without another charge.
- Shipping cost, shipment frequency, and whether supplies are included.
- Whether a retainer or setup fee currently applies.
- The first panel's price, repeat diagnostic-testing charges, and the full monitoring bill.
- Whether outside labs replace a paid panel.
- Whether your testosterone would be FDA-approved or compounded, its exact product identity, and which pharmacy would fill it.
- A complete state-availability list and individual clinician licenses.
- Included clinical visits, response times, refill lead times, and the clinical-record transfer process or fee.
Our editorial conclusion: TRT Kingdom's 12-month plan has a $79 monthly medication rate, matching PeterMD's annual rate. It may fit a man who has been properly evaluated, is comfortable with injections, and can accept the commitment after checking the full quote. The low rate comes with real tradeoffs: possible prepayment without a written refund promise, an unconfirmed dispensing pharmacy for your prescription, no complete state list found, and a menu that includes drugs that aren't TRT. That's a judgment based on the facts above, not a medical endorsement.

TRT Kingdom cost FAQ
The $79–$99 monthly prices are published medication-plan rates, not complete care quotes. These answers separate those rates from lab, billing, and refund questions that still affect what you pay.
How much is TRT Kingdom per month?
Testosterone cypionate is $79 a month on a 12-month plan, $89 on a 6-month plan, and $99 on a 2.5-month plan, as of September 30, 2026. Labs are listed separately, with a $149 price for some treatments. Plans; FAQ.
How much does TRT Kingdom cost for a year?
The 12-month price equivalents are $1,246 to $1,486 with two assumed $149 panels—not complete quotes. Five prepaid 2.5-month periods plus those panels would instead require $1,535.50 cash within year one. Shipping, extra tests or visits, any startup fee, and add-on medications may add to the bill. Calculation inputs and lab-price limitation.
How much are TRT Kingdom labs?
Kingdom lists $149 testing for some treatments and requires labs before hormone therapy. Its general FAQ mentions six-month testing and possible more frequent tests, but does not specify your full diagnostic and monitoring bill. Lab FAQ.
Do you pay for the whole year up front at TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom's product page doesn't say. A reviewer on Kingdom's site and a Reddit user both describe paying for a full year up front. Confirm the billing at checkout. Product page; review; customer account.
Does TRT Kingdom have hidden fees?
Kingdom says it has no hidden fees and that lab costs and added fees are disclosed before you begin. One Reddit user reported a separate $99 retainer in February 2026, which we couldn't confirm in the current pages checked. Ask for every fee in writing. Kingdom's statement; historical account.
Does TRT Kingdom take insurance?
No, not for hormone therapy. Kingdom says it accepts HSA and FSA payments, but card acceptance does not decide whether an expense qualifies under IRS rules. Kingdom FAQ; IRS guidance.
Can you get a refund from TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom's refund policy says all sales are final, and consultation payments are non-refundable. Its terms allow refunds only at the company's discretion. Refund policy; terms.
Does TRT Kingdom have a month-to-month plan?
Not on its testosterone cypionate page as of September 30, 2026. The shortest plan shown is 2.5 months. Current plans.
How much is hCG at TRT Kingdom?
$299 per 10,000 IU vial. hCG isn't testosterone, and it's a separate prescribing decision — not an automatic part of TRT. Kingdom price; hCG labeling.
Is enclomiphene cheaper than TRT at TRT Kingdom?
It has the same $79 headline price but on a 2.5-month plan, and it isn't TRT. There is no FDA-approved enclomiphene product in the United States. Kingdom price; FDA discussion; 2026 specialist statement.
Is shipping included with TRT Kingdom?
A shipping price was not published in the pages checked. Ask before you enroll. Shipping policy.
Is TRT Kingdom's testosterone compounded?
Kingdom's testosterone page doesn't say. Its site notes that compounded medications aren't FDA-approved. Ask which product you'd receive and which pharmacy fills it. Product page; FDA explanation.
Who owns TRT Kingdom?
Kingdom names bodybuilder Jay Cutler as co-founder. The platform is run by JKL Kingdom, LLC, and its documents identify REM Health Medical Group, P.A. as the clinical provider. A co-founder statement is not a full ownership record. About page; terms.
What states does TRT Kingdom serve?
We did not find a complete state list in the pages checked. Kingdom says patients must be at least 21 and in a state where licensed care is available. Contact Kingdom to confirm your location and the medication's availability before paying. Eligibility FAQ.
Is TRT Kingdom cheaper than Male Excel?
Kingdom's $1,246 annual-plan illustration is lower than Male Excel's $2,727 starting injection illustration, but they do not establish equal care packages or complete individualized bills. Male Excel adds a $99 monthly membership with unlimited provider e-visits and support-team messaging; both providers' shipping and any other applicable charges must be included in your comparison. Kingdom inputs; lab assumptions; Male Excel pricing.
Does paying TRT Kingdom guarantee a prescription?
No. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate after reviewing your history and labs. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance that requires a valid prescription. Kingdom's consultation terms; DEA scheduling.
