Valhalla Vitality TRT Reviews (2026): What Customers Say and What We Verified
Separate Valhalla Vitality's company-wide ratings from TRT-specific evidence, then check its pricing, clinician, medication and refill questions before paying.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Valhalla Vitality TRT reviews give only limited evidence about testosterone care: just 1 of 20 recent reviews named testosterone. Current pricing requires sign-in. Consider Valhalla only after confirming your evaluation, clinician, full cost and refill plan; seek fertility-focused care first if having children matters to you.

Editorial research; not a hands-on treatment test or a clinician-reviewed assessment. Review count: Trustpilot. Price access: Valhalla TRT listing. Fertility guidance: AUA/ASRM.
The longer version has a twist most reviews miss: only one of the 20 newest reviews we read named testosterone. Four named weight-loss treatment; fourteen did not identify a treatment at all. The 4.3 Trustpilot score is a company-wide customer-experience signal, not a men's TRT quality score. Below, we check what Valhalla says about TRT against its own terms, its own clinician roster and the public record, so you can decide with facts instead of vibes. Review source and sample
Best for, in our judgment: adults evaluating care for confirmed male testosterone deficiency who prefer an advertised no-membership model and will get a written quote, a named authorized prescriber and a clear testing and refill plan before paying. This is a fit to investigate, not a medical clearance or a lowest-price award.
Not for you yet if: you haven't been properly evaluated · you want biological children now or in the future · you need insurance billing that Valhalla has not confirmed · you cannot get clear answers about your clinician, medication or follow-up. Start with primary care, urology, endocrinology or fertility-focused care as appropriate.

How we make money: Valhalla links in this article are direct source links, not affiliate links. What we actually verified
When: September 29, 2026, including the alternative-provider prices shown below.
What we read: Valhalla's homepage, testosterone page, current hormone product listings, the redirect from its older TRT page, “Our Care Network,” Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions (updated February 18, 2026). We also checked Trustpilot, the BBB, a public reproduction of the court docket in Eli Lilly and Company v. Valhalla Vitality LLC, medical and regulatory sources linked below, and current official Male Excel, Taurus Meds and Hone Health pages.
Confirmed as published statements: no membership fee and free consultations advertised; current TRT pricing gated by sign-in; a compounded-drug disclaimer; a Kyzatrex listing; three partner pharmacies named; clinician names and license entries; the cancel-in-account rule; the refund-or-points choice if declined after prepaying for medication; and the shipping-problem reporting window.
What Valhalla says that we couldn't test: provider review in 24 to 48 hours, ongoing support and delivery speed. We did not confirm a fixed monthly TRT check-in schedule on the current pages.
What we could not confirm: signed-in prices, a complete first-year bill, required lab panels and repeat-test charges, the exact testosterone product and assigned pharmacy, insurance billing, a patient's appointment availability, independent clinician/pharmacy license status, individual controlled-substance authority or the full terms of the Lilly court judgment.
What we didn't do: open a paid account, buy medication or speak with a Valhalla clinician. This is a review of Valhalla's public record, not a hands-on test.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.

Is Valhalla Vitality legit for TRT?
Valhalla Vitality publishes a current telehealth offering, named clinicians, pharmacy partners and written terms. Those documents support that it has an operating public-facing service; they do not prove medical quality, active prescribing authority for your visit or a trouble-free order. “Legit” and “right for your testosterone care” are two different questions. Provider sources · Terms
What Valhalla actually is
Valhalla isn't a clinic in the usual sense. It's closer to a marketplace. You create an account, fill out a health questionnaire, and a clinician from its network reviews it. If treatment is prescribed, a partner pharmacy may fill and ship it. For testosterone, a questionnaire alone does not establish a lawful or complete clinical evaluation. Valhalla terms · Federal telemedicine rule
That setup matters. With Valhalla, the quality of your care depends on which clinician reviews you and which pharmacy fills your order. Valhalla itself sells a lot more than TRT: weight-loss drugs, peptides, NAD+, sexual-health products and supplements. Its homepage lists 25 weight-loss therapies and 19 hormone therapies. The Eli Lilly lawsuit
In January 2025, Eli Lilly sued Valhalla Vitality LLC in federal court in New York (case 2:25-cv-00196, Eastern District of New York). Reuters reported that the complaint challenged advertising for compounded tirzepatide, including references to Lilly's clinical-trial results. The public court-docket reproduction records a consent judgment and permanent injunction on September 15, 2025, and closure of the case. Those are docket events, not a finding here about testosterone care. Docket reproduction · Reuters report of the complaint
We haven't reviewed the judgment's full terms, so we won't guess what it says. This wasn't a testosterone case. It matters to a TRT buyer for one narrow reason: it's a reminder to read closely how any company describes its compounded products. Docket reproduction
11 things Valhalla says, checked against its own documents
This is the table we built for this page. We read Valhalla's homepage, TRT pages, terms and roster side by side. A difference between pages is a question to resolve, not proof of its cause. But you should know about the gaps before you pay.
| What Valhalla says | Where it says it | What the record shows | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| “Transparent pricing” and “Know what you’re paying upfront” | Homepage; testosterone page | The current TRT listing requires sign-in to view pricing and details. | Ask for the price and payment schedule before authorizing a charge; we did not test the signed-in sequence. |
| An older TRT service-page address | Older URL | It redirected to the sign-in-only TRT listing during this check. We could not verify the previously quoted $98.95 rate as current. | Do not use that old number as a quote or a first-year minimum. |
| Eligibility check, then provider review | Homepage | The testosterone page instead places account registration and therapy purchase before the questionnaire. | Know the refund rule before you pay (below). |
| “50 states served nationwide” | Homepage | The main clinician roster has physician/NP license entries covering 24 states. It is not a verified availability list. | Ask which authorized clinician can evaluate and prescribe for you in your location. |
| “Free provider consultations” | Homepage | Terms, section 7A, also cover nonrefundable consultation/evaluation fees after the service is rendered. | Get it in writing that your TRT consult and follow-ups are free, or obtain the exact charges. |
| HIPAA badge on the testosterone page | Testosterone page | Terms, section 1, say the services are not tailored to comply with HIPAA; section 30.6 describes telehealth communications as HIPAA-compliant. | Ask which legal entity holds your clinical record and request its privacy notice. The conflicting wording does not establish either compliance or a violation. |
| Refund choice if a clinician declines treatment | Terms, section 7A | If medication was prepaid, the terms offer a refund to the original payment method or VIP points. Rendered consultation/evaluation fees have a separate rule. | Choose the refund rather than store credit if you want your medication payment returned. |
| “Cancel anytime” | Homepage | Confirmed in terms, section 6: cancel in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. | Cancel before the next charge. |
| Reviews displayed from Trustpilot | Homepage | Trustpilot says Valhalla invites reviews and has a paid Trustpilot subscription. That does not mean it buys favorable reviews. | Read the 1- and 2-star reviews too, and check which treatment each reviewer actually names. |
| Published contact details | Terms; Trustpilot; site footer | Terms list 158-01 Cross Bay Blvd, Howard Beach, NY; Trustpilot lists 92-18 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Queens. The terms give 516-260-6425; the footer gives 801-871-8190. | Use the current account-support channel and written contact details. Save ticket numbers and copies of billing messages. |
| Testosterone marketed to women in perimenopause and menopause | Testosterone page | U.S. testosterone products do not have an FDA-approved indication for menopausal women. FDA workshop notice | Women: see the short note in the medication section. |
Our take: Valhalla publishes enough documents to investigate the company, but leaves important TRT-specific questions unresolved: current price, who prescribes for you, the required testing and how you get help between orders. Those are exactly the things a testosterone patient needs to know.
What do Valhalla Vitality TRT reviews actually say?
The recent review sample gives limited evidence about testosterone care. Only 1 of the 20 most recent Trustpilot reviews named testosterone; 14 did not identify a treatment. Happy reviewers praise fast ordering, free consults and friendly staff, while unhappy ones describe late orders, blocked refills and trouble reaching a person. Review sample
Trustpilot 4.3 vs BBB D-: why both are true
Two scores that far apart look like one of them must be wrong. Neither is. They measure different things.
| Source | Score | What it actually measures |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot | 4.3 / 5, 1,558 reviews. 73% are 5-star and 11% are 1-star. 264 reviews in the past 12 months. | Customer-reported experiences across the company’s services. Valhalla invites reviews and has a paid Trustpilot subscription. The profile showed replies to 70% of negative reviews. Profile |
| BBB | D-, not accredited. 11 complaints in 3 years: delivery 5, product 3, service/repair 3. | BBB’s stated rating reason is failure to respond to 5 complaints. Its grade is not a patient-satisfaction average or medical-quality score. Profile · Complaint totals |
Neither score establishes medical quality. Trustpilot describes the experiences of people who posted reviews, not the success rate of all orders. The BBB's stated rating reason is five unanswered complaints, not proof that every patient will struggle to get help. Trustpilot · BBB
What 20 recent reviews show (our count)
On September 29, 2026, we read the 20 reviews in the “Most recent” list on page one of Valhalla's Trustpilot profile, from Amanda M through Paula V. We excluded the featured review cards and business replies from this count. We classified treatments only when a reviewer named one. Source
- 15 positive (4 or 5 stars), 5 negative (1 or 2 stars) Counted review list
- Only 1 mentioned testosterone. Four named weight-loss treatment, one named Trimix for erectile dysfunction, and fourteen did not identify the treatment. A review naming several products was counted once, under its explicit weight-loss treatment. Counted review list
- Negative themes: support you can’t reach, or a next refill that never came (3) · a late or missing order (2) · a painful reaction after a pharmacy change or a recalled vial (2, both reports about weight-loss drugs) · no contact with a clinician before an erectile-dysfunction product was sent (1). Some reviews raised more than one issue. These are customer allegations; we did not verify the reported recall, medication contents or causes of symptoms. Reviews
The praise is about ordering speed and staff. The complaints raise two practical TRT questions: who handles your next refill, and how do you reach a clinician when you need one? The sample is small and self-selected; it does not estimate your chance of a delay.
What customers said
These are individual experiences, not typical results. We have no connection to these reviewers.
"They are quick to respond and the free consultations are nice." — Emersen Cislo, Trustpilot, 5 stars, July 20, 2026 Original review on the profile
"Kind of hard to keep up with a regiment if you can't get the next month's Rx." — Morgan Reinking, Trustpilot, 2 stars, September 13, 2026 Original review on the profile
"I wish the price was more affordable, but there is not much I can do about that." — Paula V, Trustpilot, 5 stars, September 2, 2026 (the only testosterone-specific review in our 20-review sample). Original review on the profile
Another July 2026 reviewer said she didn't know whether she needed a consultation before ordering medication. That lines up with Valhalla's two different step-by-step descriptions, covered below. Featured July review
How Valhalla’s AI support works
Valhalla's own homepage describes an AI assistant named Astrid for products, orders, billing and pharmacy selection. General support runs through a ticket system in your member portal, and Valhalla asks you not to open more than one ticket for the same problem. There is a phone number, and office hours are weekdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; a time zone is not stated. Homepage · Support instructions
An ordering assistant is not the same as access to your prescriber. For TRT, or any other prescription treatment, ask which channel reaches a clinician rather than a billing or delivery team.
How much does Valhalla Vitality TRT cost?
Valhalla does not publish a current signed-out TRT price on the product listing we checked. It advertises no membership fee and free consultations, but a complete first-year bill still needs medication, required tests, visits, supplies, shipping and any other charges. The older service-page address now redirects to the same sign-in-only listing, so its previously quoted $98.95 rate is not a current price we can verify. Homepage · Current listing · Older URL
Why you can't see the price, and how to see it safely
The TRT listing shows a “Members only” notice and asks you to sign in for pricing and details. Kyzatrex, enclomiphene, gonadorelin and the at-home lab test also require account access for details. The older TRT address no longer supplies a public price or billing schedule in the page we reached. TRT · Hormone listings · Lab test
Creating an account is advertised as free. We did not test the signed-in flow, so we cannot promise that you can see a complete quote before entering health information. Ask for a written quote before authorizing a charge. Ask how often you'll be billed, because “bi-monthly” can mean every two months or twice a month. Account-access notice

Year-one cost model: Valhalla vs Male Excel, Taurus Meds and Hone Health
We compared the public charges a testosterone buyer would need to check. These are not four complete, like-for-like first-year quotes. Valhalla’s current price is gated; Taurus has a recurring-fee question; Hone charges medication separately; and Male Excel’s advertised injection package also includes thyroid medication. Unknown required costs stay unknown, not $0.

How we did the math:
- Valhalla: no current public medication figure means no publishable first-year total. The old $98.95 × 12 calculation is not a current quote.
- Taurus Meds: $49 + ($149 × 12) = $1,837. Its terms also state a $17.99 charge per billing period unless the purchase terms specify otherwise. Only if that fee is additional and monthly, 12 such fees add $215.88, making the modeled subtotal $2,052.88. Do not assume either fee treatment without a written quote. Offer · Terms
- Hone Health: Plus: $45 initial test + $45 at-lab confirmation + ($135 × 12) = $1,710 before medication. Premium: $65 initial test + $25 at-lab confirmation + ($155 × 12) = $1,950 before medication. These use the plan-specific help pages. A separate retesting page says medically needed retesting has no added charge, so confirm your actual diagnostic-test bill. A $28 vial is not automatically a month’s medication. Plus · Premium · Retesting policy
- Male Excel: $99 + ($99 × 12) + ($120 × 12) = $2,727, before shipping, handling, taxes and any additional required services. This models 12 monthly-equivalent medication charges at the advertised starting package, not a quote guaranteeing every day of the first year. Six 60-day supplies cover 360 days, not 365; ask for actual charge and refill dates. Pricing · Program
These models assume no price changes or optional add-ons and do not predict what a clinician will prescribe. Our full method is in How We Review TRT Providers, and our TRT cost guide covers more options.
Build your own quote before you pay
A single monthly number isn't a price. Before paying Valhalla, or anyone else, fill in every line below from the written quote the company gives you. Write $0 only if the company confirms that the item is included, free or not required; note which bundle includes it so you do not count it twice. If any required line is still unknown, your quote is incomplete, and you don't yet know what a year will cost.
| Line | What to write down |
|---|---|
| First visit | Price, when you pay it, and what happens to that money if you're not approved |
| First lab tests | Each required test, including repeat diagnostic testing, who collects the blood, and who pays |
| Medication | The exact product name, the price and days of supply per refill, how often you are billed, and actual first-year refill dates |
| Membership or care fees | Any recurring charge (write $0 only if confirmed) |
| Follow-up labs and visits | How many in year one, and the price of each |
| Shipping, supplies and taxes | Price per order, what is included and any applicable tax |
| Cancel and exit | Minimum term, the renewal date, and how to cancel before the next charge |
| Your year-one total | Add one-time charges and each recurring charge multiplied by the number due in the year. Do not double-count bundled items. If any required amount or billing date is unknown, write “incomplete.” |
The honest trade-off
Male Excel’s $99 membership is not its medication price. Its advertised injection-and-thyroid package starts at another $120 per month equivalent, which makes the ongoing starting subtotal $219 before other charges. We cannot say that is more than twice Valhalla’s price, because we do not have Valhalla’s current quote. Male Excel pricing
Male Excel’s required $99 membership has published service features: a dedicated medical provider, unlimited e-visits, unlimited messaging with its support team and refill reminders before each 60-day supply runs out. Male Excel says its membership includes blood testing every six months. And you can see those published details before you create an account. Pricing · Program
Those are useful features to compare. They do not prove that Male Excel’s refills arrive faster or that paying a membership prevents treatment gaps.
One more thing to know about Male Excel. Its standard testosterone packages pair testosterone with a thyroid medication. Ask your Male Excel provider whether you actually need it, and ask whether your testosterone is FDA-approved or compounded. Published packages

How does Valhalla Vitality TRT work, step by step?
Valhalla describes account registration, a health questionnaire, provider review and pharmacy fulfillment. It says review usually takes one business day or 24 to 48 hours; those are provider estimates, not times we tested. Its testosterone page places purchase before the questionnaire, so learn the refund rule and confirm the required clinical visit before you pay. Homepage · Testosterone page
Valhalla describes its process two ways
| Homepage version | Testosterone page version |
|---|---|
| 1. Check your eligibility | 1. Register your account and purchase a therapy |
| 2. Provider review | 2. Complete your medical questionnaire |
| 3. If approved, sent to a pharmacy | 3. Receive your personalized treatment |
| 4. Delivered to your home | — |
The pages describe different sequences. For you, it means one thing: you may be asked to pay before a clinician looks at your health history. Payment is not approval. When a prescriber relies on the current federal exception to a prior in-person visit for testosterone, a qualifying audio-video encounter—not just a questionnaire—is required. Terms · Federal rule
If a provider says no after you've paid
Valhalla's terms (section 7A) cover this. If a provider decides treatment isn't right for you, you won't be charged for medication. If you already paid for medication, you "may elect" either a refund to your card or a credit in VIP reward points. The points have no cash value and can only be used at Valhalla. Terms, section 7A
Choose the refund.
Refills, shipping and problems
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel under the applicable plan terms. Once a pharmacy dispenses medication, Valhalla’s terms generally prohibit refunds or returns, with stated exceptions for verified pharmacy errors, shipping damage or fulfillment issues. Terms, sections 6 and 7B
If an order arrives damaged, arrives wrong or is recorded as delivered but never shows up, report it promptly. Valhalla’s terms set a seven-calendar-day window from confirmed delivery for covered shipping problems. Include your order number, tracking number and photos when relevant; replacements or account credits are handled case by case, not as an automatic cash refund. If there is no delivery confirmation, contact support as soon as a shipment is overdue rather than waiting for a nonexistent delivery date. Terms, section 7B
How to cancel Valhalla
Log in and cancel your subscription in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Cancel before your next charge date, and keep the confirmation. Terms, section 6
Disputes
Valhalla's terms say New York law applies. They provide for binding individual arbitration of many disputes, with stated exceptions, rather than promising that every dispute can be taken to court as a class action. Read the actual agreement for the applicable terms. Terms
How to get your medical records
Ask which clinician or medical practice holds your chart, how to request it, whether there is a fee, and whether you can still access it after canceling. Request your recent lab reports, visit notes, medication history and pharmacy details before a transfer of care. Canceling a subscription and requesting or deleting account data are different steps.
Valhalla’s privacy policy describes personal-data requests, but it does not give a complete TRT chart-transfer process. HIPAA access rights apply to records held by covered entities; a website badge alone does not establish which entity is responsible for your chart. Valhalla privacy policy · HHS access rights
Will Valhalla test you properly before prescribing testosterone?
Low testosterone in adult men should be diagnosed from compatible symptoms or signs plus consistently low, accurately measured levels, confirmed with repeat early-morning testing. Valhalla sells an at-home lab test and says lab results inform treatment, but the public TRT pages do not establish its full minimum testing protocol or whether every required test is included. Ask before you pay. Endocrine Society guideline · Valhalla page · Lab listing
What proper testing looks like
The Endocrine Society’s guideline and its July 2026 statement both describe a diagnosis based on symptoms or signs and reliable, consistently low results.
- The Endocrine Society (statement of July 16, 2026) says a diagnosis requires symptoms of low testosterone plus consistently low, accurately measured blood levels. It recommends at least two early-morning fasting tests and use of testosterone assays certified through the CDC’s Hormone Standardization Program (HoST), because test accuracy varies. It also says reversible causes, like obesity or opioid and glucocorticoid medicines, should be addressed first. For men with a BMI over 27 whose low testosterone is due to excess weight without another cause, it says weight loss should generally come before TRT. Statement
- The diagnosis is not one universal cutoff. The Endocrine Society’s July 2026 statement describes a common clinical threshold near 300 ng/dL, not a diagnosis from that number alone. The laboratory method, reference range, symptoms, repeat measurements and possible causes all matter. A clinician may also need free testosterone and other hormone tests to understand a borderline or unusual result. Statement · Clinical practice guideline
Total testosterone is all the testosterone in your blood. Free testosterone is the small part that isn't attached to proteins. One low number is never a diagnosis. Neither is a symptom quiz. Guideline
What Valhalla publishes about labs
- It lists a “Valhalla Vitality At-Home Lab Test,” with details behind sign-in. Lab listing
- Its testosterone page advertises "test-to-treat" and says lab results "inform your plan, not just confirm it." Testosterone page
- Its homepage describes ongoing provider support, but we could not establish a TRT-specific testing timetable from the current public pages. Homepage
The pages we could access do not establish which blood markers your required panel includes, the collection method, the performing laboratory, whether you need a morning draw and repeat measurement, or whether outside results are accepted. That is a disclosure gap, not proof that Valhalla skips those steps. Our blood tests for TRT guide explains what to ask about each part of the evaluation.
What monitoring on TRT should include
Once you're on testosterone, guidelines call for regular follow-up. That usually means checking your testosterone level, your hematocrit (the share of your blood made of red blood cells, which testosterone can raise) and, when appropriate for your age, your PSA (prostate-specific antigen, a prostate blood test). Your blood pressure matters too. Endocrine Society guidance · Current testosterone label
The schedule depends on the product and your health history. For example, Kyzatrex’s label calls for hemoglobin or hematocrit checks about every three months. A package advertising six-month blood tests may not cover every check a clinician needs to order. Ask who orders and pays for extra required monitoring. Kyzatrex label, section 5.1
In February 2025, the FDA announced class-wide testosterone label changes based on TRAVERSE and blood-pressure studies. It removed cardiovascular-outcome language from the boxed warning and required blood-pressure warnings. In June 2026, HHS announced that the FDA requested further label updates, including removing the limitation about age-related low testosterone; a request does not mean every product label has already changed. It didn't say testosterone is risk-free. FDA, February 2025 · HHS, June 2026
The current Kyzatrex label summarizes TRAVERSE pulmonary-embolism rates of 0.9% with topical testosterone gel versus 0.5% with placebo. A pulmonary embolism is a blood clot in the lungs. That trial studied men aged 45 to 80 with hypogonadism and established or increased cardiovascular risk—not Valhalla patients or every testosterone product. The Endocrine Society also notes more bone fractures and uncertainty about long-term prostate safety. This is why follow-up care isn't optional. And it's why “how will you monitor me?” is a fair question to ask any online clinic. Current label, sections 5.2 and 6.1 · Endocrine Society statement
A history of prostate or breast cancer, elevated hematocrit, untreated severe sleep apnea, a recent heart attack or stroke, or possible pituitary or testicular disease needs proper clinical assessment before any treatment decision. These are reasons to involve primary care, urology or endocrinology—not to seek faster approval elsewhere. Guideline

Is Valhalla Vitality available in your state?
Valhalla says it serves all 50 states, but that does not confirm a testosterone appointment for you. Its main published roster has physician or nurse-practitioner license entries covering 24 states, or 26 when the affiliated independent-practice entries are included. Before paying, ask which named clinician is authorized to treat and prescribe for you where you will be during the visit. Homepage · Roster · HHS licensing guidance
Valhalla's published clinician roster, state by state
We built this from Valhalla's own “Our Care Network” page on September 29, 2026. It shows each clinician's listed license type and states. We did not independently validate these licenses, current appointments or testosterone-prescribing scope. Source roster

What this does and doesn't mean. A roster isn't a list of who prescribes TRT. Valhalla may have clinicians it does not list, and inclusion does not show that a clinician accepts new testosterone patients. So we can't say Valhalla won't treat you in a state that isn't listed. We can say its public list does not establish a physician or nurse-practitioner match there. Ask. Published roster
Why your state matters so much for TRT
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance under federal law and requires a valid prescription. The clinician must have the required professional and controlled-substance authority for your encounter, including authorization to practice where you are physically located; some states allow routes other than a full in-state license, such as specific telehealth registration. A published license number alone does not confirm all of that. Federal schedule · Federal prescribing rule · HHS state-licensing guidance
What is known about December 31, 2026—and what is not
The current federal temporary extension has an end date; the next permanent rule is not yet established by that date alone.
The DEA and HHS extended qualifying telemedicine prescribing without a prior in-person evaluation through December 31, 2026. For testosterone under this temporary exception, the encounter must meet the applicable audio-video and other legal requirements; an online questionnaire by itself is not enough. An official OMB record shows that a final special-registration rule was received for review on August 25, 2026. Review at OMB is not publication of an effective rule. Temporary extension · OMB review record
We don't know yet exactly what the permanent rules will require. If you're starting online TRT this fall, with any provider, ask what happens to your prescription on January 1, 2027. That question does not mean all online TRT becomes illegal on that date. We'll update this page when the rule is published. Current rule · Pending review
No clear clinician match for your state? Ask Valhalla to identify the clinician before you pay. Do not treat a missing roster entry as proof another company can treat you. Our online-vs-local care guide explains the care-model differences.
What testosterone does Valhalla prescribe?
Valhalla advertises injections, tablets and creams, and separately lists Kyzatrex, an FDA-approved oral testosterone product. Its public pages do not identify the exact finished product for every other format, so ask what you would receive and whether it is compounded or FDA-approved. Enclomiphene and gonadorelin appear on the hormone menu, but neither is testosterone replacement therapy. Testosterone page · Hormone menu · Kyzatrex label
FDA-approved testosterone listed by Valhalla
| Product | What it is | FDA status | Is it TRT? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kyzatrex | Testosterone undecanoate capsules, taken by mouth | FDA-approved; initial approval July 27, 2022. Approval letter · Current label | Yes |
Other advertised testosterone formats: confirm the finished product
| Format | What Valhalla publishes | What remains unconfirmed |
|---|---|---|
| Injection | Advertised on the testosterone landing page | Exact ester, manufacturer or compounder, dispensing pharmacy and FDA-approved versus compounded status of your prescription |
| Cream | Advertised on the testosterone landing page | Exact preparation, concentration, ingredients and compounding/approval status |
| Tablet | Advertised on the testosterone landing page | Exact product and delivery form; do not assume it is Kyzatrex or a rapid-dissolve tablet |
These are public marketing categories, not proof that each format is available to every patient. A generic compounding disclaimer does not identify every medicine a provider offers. Valhalla’s advertised formats · FDA on compounded products
Non-testosterone therapies on the hormone menu
| Product | What it is | Approval distinction | Is it TRT? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enclomiphene Therapy | A medicine intended to stimulate the body’s own testosterone production | Enclomiphene as a standalone drug is not FDA-approved. Federal drug-status summary | No |
| Gonadorelin Therapy | A hormone-signaling therapy listed by Valhalla | The listing does not establish an FDA-approved product for maintaining fertility during TRT. Do not treat it as a fertility guarantee. Listing · Fertility guidance | No |
Compounded vs FDA-approved, in plain words
FDA-approved means the FDA reviewed a specific drug product’s safety, effectiveness and manufacturing before it could be sold for its approved uses. Compounded means ingredients were combined, mixed or altered to make a preparation for a medical need. The FDA hasn't reviewed compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality. FDA explanation
Compounded doesn't automatically mean bad. But it is not the same regulatory category as an FDA-approved product. Oversight depends on the type of compounder; state boards oversee traditional pharmacy practice, while registered outsourcing facilities have additional federal requirements. A pharmacy license is not FDA approval of each preparation. FDA compounding questions and answers
FDA-approved testosterone cypionate products are available by prescription, but that does not establish which product Valhalla would supply. If you'd rather have an FDA-approved product, ask Valhalla whether a clinician will send an appropriate prescription to your local pharmacy. Valhalla's public TRT pages don't settle that question. Confirm pharmacy stock and your insurer’s coverage separately. Approved-product labeling · Valhalla listing
Which pharmacy will fill your testosterone?
Valhalla names three partner pharmacies: Care network
- The Pharmacy Hub — Miami, Florida
- Strive Pharmacy — Gilbert, Arizona
- Rx Compound Store — Miami, Florida
The public list doesn't say which partner would fill your testosterone order. One of the sampled reviews describes a switch in pharmacy for a weight-loss order; that does not identify the pharmacy for your TRT. Ask for your pharmacy's legal name and location before you pay. Then look it up through your state board of pharmacy and check relevant FDA inspection or warning-letter records. Valhalla’s list · Review source · FDA’s state-board directory
For example, the FDA issued a warning letter to Strive Pharmacy’s Texas location in August 2022. In May 2026, the FDA closed it out, saying the cited problems appeared to be adequately addressed. Valhalla’s partner list names a Gilbert, Arizona location; the Texas record does not establish that Valhalla used that facility or that a particular testosterone prescription is safe or unsafe. FDA close-out · Valhalla pharmacy list
Kyzatrex at Valhalla
Kyzatrex is an FDA-approved oral testosterone (NDA 213953, approved July 27, 2022). Its former blood-pressure boxed warning was removed in July 2025, but the blood-pressure warning remains in its prescribing information. The label calls for periodic blood-pressure checks and says it is not recommended for patients with uncontrolled hypertension. Valhalla's price for it is behind the login. Approval letter · Current label, updated August 2026 · Valhalla listing
Kyzatrex isn't a Valhalla exclusive. An appropriately authorized clinician can consider it, but prescribing, pharmacy stock and insurance coverage depend on your situation. If an FDA-approved product or insurance coverage is what you're after, a primary care doctor or urologist may be the simpler route. Our treatment-format guide separates oral, topical and injectable options. Kyzatrex prescribing information
Enclomiphene and gonadorelin aren't TRT
These show up next to testosterone on Valhalla's hormone menu, so it's easy to assume they're similar. They aren't.
Enclomiphene as a standalone drug has no FDA approval. FDA staff reviewed it for the compounding advisory committee in 2022, including concerns about whether the evidence showed meaningful clinical benefit. That review was not a drug approval, and a compounded offering does not establish that every legal requirement is met. Gonadorelin should not be presented as an FDA-approved or guaranteed way to protect fertility during TRT. FDA staff review · Federal drug-status summary · AUA/ASRM guidance
Neither one is "natural TRT." If fertility is why you're looking at them, read the fertility section below and talk to a specialist.
A note for women reading this
Valhalla's testosterone page markets testosterone to women in perimenopause, menopause and after childbirth. It includes testimonials from women. This page is written for adult men evaluating testosterone deficiency, not as a guide to testosterone for women, adolescents, gender-affirming care or nonmedical performance use. U.S. testosterone products have no FDA-approved indication for menopausal women. If you're a woman considering testosterone, talk to a clinician experienced in your specific sexual-health or menopause concern; the male testing framework on this page does not apply to you. Valhalla page · FDA notice on menopausal women
What happens if your Valhalla refill is late?
Late orders, refill problems and unanswered support appear in the recent review sample and BBB complaint records. Those reports do not predict what will happen to you, but they make refill planning worth checking before paying. Ask who handles prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment and urgent clinical questions, rather than assuming a support ticket reaches your clinician. Trustpilot · BBB complaints
What the complaint pattern looks like
Across the 20 recent Trustpilot reviews we counted, 3 described support that did not answer or a next refill that did not arrive. Two described late or missing orders; these themes overlap. Valhalla's BBB file shows 11 complaints in three years: 5 about delivery, 3 about the product and 3 about service/repair. Valhalla also replies publicly to many reviews, and some reviewers say their problem was fixed quickly. Review sample · BBB counts
None of this means your refills will be late. It means the response and escalation process is worth getting in writing before you depend on it.

How to protect yourself if you choose Valhalla
- Ask for your prescribing clinician's name, and save it.
- Ask which pharmacy fills your order, and save its phone number.
- Ask when to request each refill and which labs or visits must be complete before the next prescription can be issued.
- Save every order number, tracking number and ticket number.
- Report shipping problems promptly; the terms set a seven-day window from confirmed delivery for covered issues. Terms
- Know who you'd call if Valhalla goes quiet: your own primary care doctor or a local urologist.
Before you rely on Valhalla for refills, get a named clinical contact and a written plan. Use the questions below to separate medical help from order support. If Valhalla cannot meet the access you need, compare the care-model alternatives rather than assuming a membership guarantees an uninterrupted supply.
Will TRT from Valhalla affect your fertility?
Testosterone from any source can lower sperm production. AUA/ASRM guidance says testosterone alone should not be prescribed to a man interested in current or future fertility, and the Endocrine Society advises against starting it when near-term fertility is planned. Valhalla’s public TRT pages do not establish a complete fertility-assessment plan, so discuss your goals with a urologist or reproductive urologist before treatment. AUA/ASRM · Endocrine Society
Why testosterone can lower sperm counts
Your brain tells your testicles to make both testosterone and sperm. When testosterone comes from outside the body, your brain senses there's plenty and turns that signal down. Sperm production (spermatogenesis) can drop, sometimes a lot. Whether and how fully it recovers after stopping varies from person to person, and no one can promise either outcome. AUA/ASRM guidance
What about enclomiphene, gonadorelin or hCG?
Some men are offered medicines that stimulate their own hormone production. They are not interchangeable with TRT, and none guarantees that fertility will be preserved while using testosterone. hCG products such as Pregnyl have an approved use in selected males with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism—a hormone-signaling problem—not a blanket approval to protect fertility for every TRT patient. Clomiphene is approved for certain ovulation problems in women; use for male testosterone deficiency is off-label. Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved as a standalone drug, and a gonadorelin listing does not establish an approved fertility-preservation use. A specialist can assess the cause, treatment choices and whether a semen analysis is needed. Pregnyl label · Clomiphene label · AUA/ASRM guidance · Enclomiphene status

What are Valhalla Vitality’s TRT pros and cons?
Valhalla’s public strengths are no membership fee advertised, free consultations advertised, several treatment formats and a separately listed FDA-approved oral option. Its limitations for this decision are sign-in-only prices, unconfirmed individual state access, unanswered complaints and incomplete public detail about TRT testing, monitoring and fertility handling. Its actual price and care experience cannot be established from those marketing features alone. Homepage · TRT listing · Care network · BBB

Is Valhalla Vitality right for you?
Consider Valhalla only when your evaluation is complete and its written care-and-cost plan meets your needs. Price cannot decide the comparison until you have a current quote, and a roster entry cannot confirm your individual access. Choose a different care route if you need fertility-focused evaluation, in-person assessment, confirmed insurance billing or clinical access Valhalla cannot provide.

You want to compare a published $149 monthly offer, but need the fee terms reconciled first. Taurus Meds advertises that price and a 90-day guarantee minus lab and pharmacy fees. Already a Valhalla patient and your refill is late?
First, don't panic, and don't change how you take your medication on your own. Contact your prescribing clinician and pharmacy while opening one support ticket with your order number; ask where the prescription is held and whether it has shipped. If you're close to running out, seek a clinical continuity plan rather than waiting only for a ticket reply. Support process
- Open one ticket. Include your order number, your refill date and the words “controlled medication, running low.” Avoid duplicate tickets, but do not put off contacting your clinician or pharmacy while waiting. Support instructions
- Call the pharmacy directly. Ask Valhalla which pharmacy has your prescription, then call that pharmacy. It may be able to tell you whether the prescription is waiting for review, payment, stock or shipment.
- Use the phone numbers. Try 801-871-8190 (footer) and 516-260-6425 (terms) during weekday hours. Published contacts · Terms
- Contact your own doctor if you're close to running out. A primary care doctor or urologist can talk with you about continuing care safely. Bring your last lab results if you have them.
- If you paid and nothing shipped, keep your records. Valhalla's terms say billing errors "will be reviewed promptly." If that goes nowhere, ask your card issuer about a dispute. Billing-error policy
If you decide to switch, ask Valhalla and the treating medical practice for your records and recent labs. Your new provider will need to evaluate you; a transfer does not guarantee an immediate replacement prescription. Any change to your treatment, including stopping, should be guided by a clinician.
Chest pain or trouble breathing? Call 911, not a customer-service line. New unexplained leg swelling or pain needs prompt medical assessment. Current testosterone safety information
Still sorting out where to go next? Find My TRT Path can help you map it.
What should you ask Valhalla before you pay?
Ask Valhalla these twelve questions, and get the answers in writing. Each one closes a gap between its public pages and your own care plan. If it won't answer a question that affects your care or bill, don't treat that missing answer as a promise.
Copy these into a ticket or message:
- Which named clinician is authorized to evaluate and prescribe for me in the state where I will be during the visit?
- Does that clinician have the required DEA registration or applicable authority and state permission for this controlled-substance prescription?
- What is my complete written first-year quote, including repeat tests, visits, medication, supplies, shipping, applicable taxes, renewal dates and any minimum commitment? What changes the price?
- Is my testosterone compounded or FDA-approved? Which pharmacy will fill it (legal name and location)?
- What lab tests do you require before prescribing? Are they early-morning tests, and do you repeat them before I start?
- Will you accept lab results I already have?
- How often will I have clinical follow-up and repeat labs, which tests are required, and what does each visit and test cost?
- If a refill is late, how do I reach a person, and how fast will I hear back?
- Are my first consult and my follow-up visits free? If a provider declines me after I've paid, will I get a refund to my card instead of points?
- How do you handle fertility before starting TRT, and when do you refer patients to a specialist?
- Who holds my medical record, how do I obtain it and my lab results, and what access remains after cancellation?
- Does my evaluation require a live video or in-person visit, and how will you handle any prescribing-rule changes after December 31, 2026?
Here's why this list works: it turns a general offer into a plan you can compare. Keep the answers with your quote, renewal date and cancellation confirmation.
How did we research this page?
We reviewed Valhalla's own website, terms and clinician roster, its Trustpilot and BBB records, a public court-docket reproduction, and the medical and regulatory sources linked below. We didn't buy TRT or speak with a Valhalla clinician. Public-source checks were completed on September 29, 2026, using How We Review TRT Providers.
Every claim on this page falls into one of four categories, and we keep them separate:
- Verified published fact: what a source actually says, such as a term in a contract, a BBB complaint count or a statement in FDA labeling. Confirming the publication of a provider policy is not a test of whether the provider delivers it.
- Provider statement: something Valhalla or another company says about itself that we couldn't test, like review times or included services.
- Customer experience: what an identified reviewer reported. It describes one person's experience, not a policy or a typical result.
- Our judgment: conclusions like "best for" and "not a good fit if." We base these on the facts above and label them as ours.
Our full process is in How We Review TRT Providers. We don't score providers with made-up numbers, and being listed on this page isn't an endorsement.
What would change our view: a complete current TRT quote, a clear published testing and monitoring protocol, confirmation of the patient's authorized clinician and pharmacy, and better evidence about clinical contact and refill handling. A roster count or a handful of reviews would not settle those questions alone.
When anything material changes, like Valhalla's prices, its terms, its clinician roster or the DEA telehealth rule, we'll recheck it and update the date at the top. We don't change that date unless we've actually re-verified.
For the wider standards behind this article, see our editorial standards, privacy policy and corrections process.
What else should you know about Valhalla Vitality TRT?
The key unresolved questions are your actual price, clinical evaluation, prescribed product and access to help. These answers separate what the public record establishes from what needs a personal written answer.
Are Valhalla Vitality TRT reviews trustworthy?
They are useful as individual customer-experience reports, not as proof of medical quality or typical results. Valhalla invites reviews on Trustpilot, but we did not independently authenticate each reviewer. Only 1 of the 20 recent reviews we read named testosterone; 14 did not identify treatment. Read the 1- and 2-star reviews too, and look for comments about refills and support. Review source
Is Valhalla Vitality legit?

How much does Valhalla Vitality charge for testosterone?
We could not verify a current public TRT price. The product listing requires sign-in, and the older service-page address redirects there. Ask Valhalla exactly what it requires before prescribing. Valhalla page · Endocrine Society
Is Valhalla's testosterone FDA-approved?
Valhalla separately lists Kyzatrex, an FDA-approved oral testosterone product. Its public marketing also names injection, cream and tablet formats, but we could not establish the exact finished product and approval or compounding status for every one. Valhalla lists three partner pharmacies: The Pharmacy Hub in Miami, Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona, and Rx Compound Store in Miami. It doesn't say which one fills testosterone. Ask for your pharmacy's name before you pay. Published pharmacy list
Does Valhalla Vitality take insurance for TRT?
The public TRT pages we checked do not confirm which visits, tests or medications Valhalla bills to insurance. General insurance language in the terms is not a TRT coverage promise. Ask Valhalla and your insurer separately; an in-network primary care or urology practice may be a better starting point when insurance is essential. Terms, section 30.7
Is Valhalla Vitality available in all 50 states?
Valhalla advertises 50-state service. Its main physician/NP roster has entries covering 24 states, or 26 including the affiliated independent-practice entries. Rendered consultation/evaluation fees have separate rules, and dispensed medication is generally nonrefundable except for stated error or fulfillment issues. Report covered shipping problems promptly; the terms specify seven calendar days from confirmed delivery. Terms, sections 7A–7B
