The cheapest enclomiphene provider by advertised program price in this comparison is Total Diabetes Supply: $55 a month, billed $165 quarterly, with recent labs supplied separately. That is not a verified all-in winner. Strut lists 90-day fills from $189 plus $89 tests; your prescription, required labs and renewal terms can change the result.
This page is for you if you're an adult man who's already interested in enclomiphene and wants the lowest-cost legitimate way to get it, with a licensed clinician and a real prescription.
This page is not for you if your low testosterone hasn't been properly checked, you're trying to conceive soon, you're a drug-tested athlete or service member, or you want a diagnosis from a price table. Those situations need a different first step, and we'll show you where to go. If you're not sure which camp you're in, TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool can help you sort it out.
That's the short answer. The longer one matters more.
The cheapest year and the cheapest way to start may not be the same company. Pick the wrong one and you could have more than $1,000 committed before your first recheck tells you whether this medicine is even working for you. We'll show you exactly where that money goes.
What changes the answer:
- Staying a full year and fine prepaying? Blokes lists a $1,188 year with follow-up labs included. Its startup costs and conflicting billing wording need a written explanation before you treat that as your complete bill.
- Might stop in the first few months? Compare short terms before prepaying. Strut and Taurus Meds advertise cancellation flexibility; OakMD sells 12-week programs, so it is not a month-to-month equivalent.
- Your own doctor will prescribe it? One compounding pharmacy lists enclomiphene at about $32–$43 per 30 capsules.
- Your strength matters. Several sellers charge more for higher strengths. Your clinician picks the strength, not the price list.
- Not confirmed yet? Low testosterone needs proper evaluation, including repeat morning testing, before any of these prices matter.

Cheapest enclomiphene options at a glance
| If you… | Published option to compare | What you'd pay | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Already have labs under 3 months old | Total Diabetes Supply | $165–$179 every 3 months (12.5–25 mg) | Its product page doesn't name the prescriber or the pharmacy |
| Need labs arranged with shorter fills | Strut | At 12.5–25 mg: $99–$119 per 30 days, or $237–$285 per 90 days; $89 kits extra | Refund if not approved is provider-stated; confirm what happens to the lab charge |
| Will stay 12 months | Blokes (Full Year plan) | $1,188 annual offer; startup testing extra if not included | FAQ says upfront; other page wording says quarterly. Confirm the contract |
| Want a test and a clinician's review before any subscription | Hone Health ($45) or Taurus Meds ($49) | $45–$49 | The monthly cost after that is higher |
| Have a doctor who'll prescribe it | A licensed compounding pharmacy | About $32–$43 per 30 capsules | Visits, labs and shipping are extra |

TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.
Who is the cheapest enclomiphene provider in 2026?
Total Diabetes Supply has the lowest published program rate among these 12 sellers, but its lab bill and dispensing details remain unresolved. Strut publishes lower-cost 90-day options, while Blokes advertises a $1,188 year with follow-up labs; neither establishes a universal complete-cost winner.
We added up published charges and separated a rate comparison from cash actually due. The figures below assume the same prescription and prices at renewal. They exclude optional add-ons, taxes where charged, and unpriced services; an unknown cost isn't a $0 cost.
A $207 allowance for three $69 total-testosterone tests would be a hypothetical shopping basket, not a verified lab-cost floor. It does not establish the tests your clinician will order or whether a clinic accepts them. We therefore leave unpriced testing separate. 2432
The annual cost ledger: published inputs, not an all-in ranking
| Option | Published-charge model | Cash-flow distinction | Costs or terms still unresolved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your own doctor + Epiphany Compounding | Four 90-capsule fills: $386.76–$521.20, at 12.5–25 mg 23 | This buys 360 capsules, not a verified year. Five fills cost $483.45–$651.50 for 450 capsules. | Visits, lab work, shipping and prescribed schedule |
| Total Diabetes Supply | $660–$716 = 4 × $165–$179 quarterly charges 1 | Twelve advertised months; bring accepted recent labs. | Full testing bill, prescriber, dispensing pharmacy, renewal and cancellation terms |
| Strut, 90-day fills | At 12.5–25 mg: $1,126–$1,318 = 4 × $237–$285 + 2 × $89 kits 23 | Four fills cover 360 days. Five same-price fills plus two kits cost $1,363–$1,603, covering 450 days. At 6.25 mg, the corresponding figures are $934 and $1,123. | Extra diagnostic or monitoring tests, replacement kits and actual renewal dates |
| Blokes, Full Year | $1,188 plan, plus any required startup testing or consultation charge 4 | FAQ says $1,188 upfront; the same page also says plans bill quarterly. | Startup lab/visit charges, actual first charge and prepaid-refund terms |
| OakMD | Five 12-week programs: $1,262.25–$1,644.75 = 5 × $252.45–$328.95 8 | Five whole programs cover 60 weeks; four cover only 48 weeks. Lab and any separately billed live-visit fees are extra. | Lab prices, required live visits and renewal rates |
| Maximus, 6- or 12-month subscription | $1,496.88 = $1,199.88 plan + 3 × $99 kits; $1,595.88 including the month-12 kit 544 | Two six-month charges equal one twelve-month charge at current rates. The product page instead lists $99.99 kits. | Reconcile $99 vs. $99.99 kits, required panel, extra testing and the separate one-time offer |
| Nuform | From $1,417 = 4 × $288 + $170 physician fee + one $95 panel; $1,512 with two $95 panels 91011 | Twelve advertised months in four kits; these are panel-count examples, not a ceiling. | Exact panel prices/count, shipping if charged, and whether the physician fee renews annually |
| Tuyo Health, 12-month plan | $1,468 = $1,308 + 2 × $80 Quest tests 12 | $1,388 with the first test; the second $80 test is charged at three months. | Additional testing, renewal and refund terms |
| Hims, initial 10-month plan | $1,084 = $990 + $94 initial kit 1346 | A second ten-month term at the same rate makes $2,074 cash paid for 20 months. Switching to a three-month term, if allowed, makes $1,681 for 13 months. | Whether switching is allowed, renewal rate, repeat testing and refunds |
| Bionomy | $1,548–$1,668 = 12 × $129–$139 refills 14 | Twelve monthly-price refills; not proof of a complete testing budget. | Testing requirements, panel prices and any other charges |
| Haven Health | $1,668 = 4 × $417; $1,767–$1,866 if one or two $99 panels are billed 15 | Four advertised three-month supplies contain 360 tablets. Days covered depend on the prescription. | Conflicting lab-inclusion wording, panel count and renewal dates |
| Taurus Meds, partner | $1,837 = $49 + 12 × $149; $2,052.88 if twelve $17.99 membership charges also apply 1617 | Twelve advertised monthly charges. Thirty-day supplies and calendar-month billing are not identical. | Whether the separate fee applies, its billing period, repeat-test coverage and exact ingredients |
| Hone Health, Plus | From $2,169 = $45 + 12 × ($135 + $42) 1819 | Twelve membership and starting-price medication months; follow-up labs and visits included per Hone. | Prescription-based medication price, any extra diagnostic workup and availability of this plan through your signup route |
Provider-stated prices checked September 17, 2026. Our arithmetic is independently reproducible; delivery of the services was not tested. The rows are not a ranking of clinical quality or complete bills.
Why whole terms matter: OakMD's 365-day prorated medication-and-care value is $1,096.96–$1,429.37, but that is not the amount you pay if you must buy five whole 12-week terms. Strut's fifth 90-day fill likewise buys supply extending beyond year one. Neither is automatically a hidden fee.
Other care routes, kept separate:
- Male Excel's Triclozene ($2,427–$2,727 in a twelve-month advertised-rate model, before shipping and billing-calendar differences) is a blend, and Male Excel's own pages disagree about which drug is in it. More on that below.
- Push Health only connects you with a prescriber, and its enclomiphene page doesn't show its fee 25.
How to read the ranges: Strength, schedule, panel count and prepaid term differ by row. OakMD prices by how often the medicine is taken, not by strength. Hims' figures are separate renewal scenarios, not a verified personal price range.
These sellers describe a prescription-care route. We did not independently verify each prescriber or dispensing pharmacy, and missing identities remain a reason to ask before paying. We left out "research use only" sellers and overseas marketplaces on purpose. Here's why.
What we actually verified — September 17, 2026
Checked: The public provider, pharmacy, laboratory and regulatory pages linked in the source list, including prices, treatment descriptions, subscription tables and available terms.
What we confirmed: listed prices, plan lengths, billing cycles, published lab prices, and what each company says its price includes.
What companies say but we didn't test: what's included, refund promises, clinician access, and shipping speed.
What we couldn't confirm (ask before you pay):
- whether Taurus's $17.99 terms fee applies to enclomiphene
- Blokes' startup costs, and whether plans are billed upfront or quarterly
- whether Maximus's published $99.99 one-time offer can be repeated, and which lab price and panel apply
- who prescribes and which pharmacy fills orders at Total Diabetes Supply
- what labs cost at OakMD and Bionomy
- whether Haven's labs are included or billed
- whether Nuform's $170 fee is one-time or yearly
- which drug is in Male Excel's Triclozene
- renewal prices after the first term
- whether each company offers enclomiphene in your state
What we didn't do: enroll, check out, contact support, verify individual professional licenses, test cancellation, or take any medication.
Our full process: How We Review TRT Providers.
Before you compare any further: The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
One more thing: enclomiphene isn't testosterone replacement therapy. It's a different drug. It works by raising the signals your brain sends to your testicles, and only a clinician who has reviewed your symptoms, history and appropriate labs can say whether it fits you. 47

Our partners aren't the lowest published rate. Here's the useful tradeoff.
Taurus Meds doesn't have the lowest published rate. Neither do our other partners. If the lowest price is your priority, compare Total Diabetes Supply's bring-your-own-labs offer, Strut's fills and Blokes' annual offer before choosing a membership plan.
Taurus advertises a $49 blood test and doctor's review before medication. After that it lists $149 a month with cancellation available, but its separate $17.99 membership clause and 72-hour cancellation deadline must be resolved before calling the plan all-in. Three $149 payments plus the $49 start total $496; three additional $17.99 fees make $549.97. 161745
Hone's published Plus route starts with a $45 test and physician review, then costs more each month. A smaller first payment can help you avoid prepaying for a long treatment term before a clinician has evaluated you. Neither route guarantees a prescription. 18
When does Strut's $79 enclomiphene price apply?
Some sellers charge more for higher strengths. Strut's $79 means 6.25 mg on 30-day refills or the per-30-day equivalent of its 12.5 mg 90-day fill. At 12.5 mg it's $99, and at 25 mg it's $119, per 30 days. Compared at the same strength, Total Diabetes Supply is the lowest online price we found: $55 to $59.67 per advertised month, if you bring your own labs.
Strut deserves credit for publishing its full price table. The details are farther down the page 2:
| Strut strength | 30-day refill | 90-day fill | 90-day fill, per 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6.25 mg | $79 | $189 | $63 |
| 12.5 mg | $99 | $237 | $79 |
| 25 mg | $119 | $285 | $95 |
Same prices with or without tadalafil, per Strut's table.
Here are the published rates, with strength and billing differences visible:
Published monthly rates and per-30-day equivalents
| Option | 12.5 mg | 25 mg | How it's billed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Compounding pharmacy (Epiphany, one example) | $32.23 | $43.43 | 90 capsules ÷ 3 23. Needs your own prescriber. |
| Total Diabetes Supply | $55.00 | $59.67 | $165 or $179 every 3 months 1 |
| Strut, 90-day fill | $79.00 | $95.00 | $237 or $285 per fill 2 |
| OakMD, paid in full | $90.16–$117.48 | $90.16–$117.48 | $252.45 or $328.95 per 12-week program, depending on schedule 8 |
| Nuform | $96* | $96* | $288 per 3-month kit 9 |
| Strut, 30-day refill | $99.00 | $119.00 | Every 30 days 2 |
| Blokes, Full Year | $99* | $99* | $1,188 upfront 4 |
| Hims, 10-month plan | $99* | $99* | $990 upfront 13 |
| Maximus, 6- or 12-month plan | $99.99* | $99.99* | $599.94 or $1,199.88 at checkout 5 |
| Bionomy | $129 | $139 | Per refill 14 |
| Haven Health | — | $139 | $417 per 3-month supply of 25 mg tablets 15 |
| Taurus Meds | $149* | $149* | Monthly 16 |
| Hone Health (Plus) | From $177* | From $177* | $135 membership + medication from $42 18 |
*A starting or plan-wide rate, not a confirmed quote for both strengths. Ask whether your price changes if your strength changes. Pharmacy figures are per 30 capsules; other rows use the provider's monthly unit unless a 30- or 90-day supply is stated. The same strength does not establish the same formulation, schedule or clinical effect.
A word on schedules. OakMD charges less for every-other-day or twice-weekly schedules ($99 a month, or $252.45 paid in full for 12 weeks) than for once-daily ($129, or $328.95) 8. Hone lists 12.5 mg and 25 mg on several schedules, which is one reason its medication price is a "starts at" figure 19.
Your clinician chooses the strength and schedule based on your labs and history. Don't shop for a dose. Shop for a price, then ask one question: does my bill change if my prescription changes?
Why is "$42 enclomiphene" really $177 a month?
Some companies advertise the medication alone, then require a membership. Hone Health lists enclomiphene from $42 a month, with membership required; the documented Plus route adds $135 monthly, so the real starting cost is $177 a month plus a $45 first test. Prepaid "monthly equivalents" can mislead in the same way.
Here's how four common prices come apart once you add what's required:
| What the ad says | What it actually means | Starting cost |
|---|---|---|
| Hone: "Starts at $42/month" | Medication only. Available only to Plus or Premium members 19. Plus is $135 a month 18. | $177 a month, plus $45 to start |
| Male Excel: Triclozene "starting at $95/month" | Medication only, billed in 60-day blocks. A $99 monthly membership is required, plus $99 to start 21. | $194 a month, plus $99 to start |
| Hims: "$99 per month" | A 10-month plan, paid upfront 13 | $990 due at checkout |
| Maximus: "$99.99 per month" | The subscription table lists $99.99 on 6- or 12-month terms and $199.99 for one month; a separate page also advertises a $99.99 one-time 30-day supply 56. | $599.94 or $1,199.88 for those subscriptions; one-time offer $99.99 before labs |
Two of those details deserve a second look.
Hone's $42 isn't a trick. Hone publishes the membership plainly, and the membership covers follow-up labs and physician visits with "no additional charges" 18. It's just not a $42 program.
Maximus's 6-month and 12-month plans cost the same $99.99 a month 5. At unchanged renewal rates, two six-month terms cost the same as one twelve-month term. Check the one-time offer before assuming you need either commitment.
What's the cheapest option if enclomiphene doesn't work for you?
Long prepaid plans can look cheapest over 12 months, but they can leave more money committed if treatment ends early. Compare charges already paid, future contractual obligations and any refund separately; a low monthly equivalent is not an exit-cost guarantee.
Enclomiphene works by raising your own hormone signals. It's mainly studied in men whose low testosterone comes from that signal side. Some men aren't good candidates, and your clinician may change or stop the plan after your first recheck. 47
So "cheapest" really depends on one question: how long will you actually be on it?
What you'll have paid for an initial term or about three months
| Option | Published-price scenario | What prevents this being a guaranteed exit bill |
|---|---|---|
| Your doctor + compounding pharmacy | $96.69–$130.30 for 90 capsules | Add visits, labs and shipping; capsules are not a fixed duration |
| Total Diabetes Supply | $165–$179 for one quarterly term | Add accepted testing; confirm cancellation deadline |
| Strut | At 12.5–25 mg: $326–$374 for one 90-day fill + one $89 kit; $386–$446 for three 30-day refills + one kit | Each extra kit adds $89; cancel before renewal and confirm refunds |
| OakMD | $252.45–$328.95 for 84 days, plus labs/live visits | Covering 90 days with whole terms needs a second purchase: $504.90–$657.90 before extras |
| Taurus Meds | $496, or $549.97 if three $17.99 fees apply | Request cancellation at least 72 hours before billing; ordinary cancellation generally does not refund paid charges |
| Haven Health | $417 for one advertised three-month supply; $516 with one $99 panel | Confirm the panel and refund terms |
| Bionomy | $387–$417 for three refills | Testing price remains unconfirmed |
| Nuform | From $553 = $288 kit + $170 fee + one $95 panel | More testing may be required; medication orders are nonrefundable under its policy |
| Tuyo Health | $479 = $399 + first $80 test; $559 with the test charged at three months | An annual purchase is $1,388 initially, or $1,468 with both tests |
| Hone Health, Plus | From $576 = $45 + 3 × ($135 + $42) | Actual prescription price and extra diagnostic workup can change this |
| Maximus | $746.97 = $449.97 three-month plan + three $99 kits through the month-3 check | Two kits would total $647.97; exact charge timing and the $99/$99.99 discrepancy matter. Six-month plan plus three $99 kits: $896.94; annual plan plus those kits: $1,496.88 |
| Blokes | $597 Flex term, plus required startup charges | Full Year plan is $1,188 before unpriced startup costs; published billing wording conflicts |
| Hims | $691 = $597 three-month term + $94 initial kit | Ten-month plan plus kit is $1,084; check refunds and later labs |
| Male Excel, Triclozene blend | $681–$756 rate model = $99 + 3 × ($99 + $95–$120), before shipping | With two whole 60-day fills and three memberships, cash paid is $776–$876. Exact billing dates matter. |
These are calculations from the same official price sources used in the annual ledger, plus Maximus's lab policy 44 and Taurus's cancellation policy 45. They are not nonrefundable-loss estimates. Tests after treatment begins do not substitute for repeat diagnostic testing before treatment.
When does prepaying actually pay off?
Within the same company, comparing plan charges alone:
| Company | Prepaid plan | Shorter-term comparison | First point the prepaid plan costs less |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maximus | Six months for $599.94 | $199.99 monthly subscription | Month 3: $599.94 vs. $599.97; only 3¢ difference, excluding labs. The one-time $99.99 offer needs separate confirmation. |
| Maximus | Twelve months for $1,199.88 | Two six-month terms for $1,199.88 | No savings at unchanged rates. |
| Hims | Ten months for $990 | Three-month terms at $597 each | Month 4, when the second term makes cash paid $1,194 |
| Blokes | Full Year for $1,188 | Flex terms at $597 each | Month 4, when the second term makes cash paid $1,194; confirm actual billing |
| Strut, 25 mg | 90-day fill for $285 | $119 every 30 days | Third 30-day period: $357. Two refills cost less than the 90-day fill ($238). |
Across companies: Taurus at $49 + $149 per month versus selected longer-plan budgets:
| Plan-cost benchmark | Taurus stays below it through payment number | If $17.99 is added to each Taurus monthly payment |
|---|---|---|
| Hims ten-month plan + $94 kit: $1,084 | 6 | 6 |
| Blokes Full Year plan only: $1,188, excluding unpriced startup costs | 7 | 6 |
| Maximus annual subscription + three $99 kits: $1,496.88 | 9 | 8 |
This compares selected cash commitments, not equivalent care or a reason to choose Taurus. At 12.5–25 mg, Strut's three 30-day refills plus one kit cost $386–$446, below Taurus's $496 base scenario. Extra kits and each provider's actual monitoring needs can change that comparison.
A note on subscriptions, stated fairly. On July 29, 2026, the Federal Trade Commission, joined by Utah and California, sued Hims & Hers Health, Inc. The complaint alleges the company charged for prescriptions before a provider consultation, didn't clearly disclose subscription terms, made canceling hard, and shared sensitive health information with advertising platforms despite privacy promises 38. These are allegations, not findings. Hims & Hers denies them, calls them baseless, and says it will defend itself 39. The case was pending when we checked in September 2026. Those allegations matter when sharing health information and paying for a subscription.
A smaller first payment: testing and clinical review
A smaller financial first step is a clinical evaluation rather than a long subscription. The testing needed depends on your history and prior results. Here's what that first step costs:
| Option | First payment | What it buys, as the company describes it |
|---|---|---|
| Hone Health | $45 | An at-home test of 8 markers, including LH (a brain signal to the testicles), estradiol and two liver enzymes. Then a live video visit with a Hone physician. 18 |
| Taurus Meds | $49 | A blood test at a LabCorp or Quest location plus a doctor's review, "without any commitment or medication purchase." 16 |
| Labcorp OnDemand | $69 | A total testosterone test only. No prescriber or treatment. 24 |
| Blokes | Get a written startup quote | Lab test and clinician review required; initial charges are not established by the plan price 4 |
| Strut | $89 kit, plus $79–$119 of medication | Medication is charged at checkout. Strut says you get a full refund if you're not a good candidate. 23 |
| Hims | $94 lab kit, plus your plan | Ask exactly when each charge happens. 13 |
| Nuform | From $95 panel, plus the $170 physician fee | Lab draw at a location near you. 910 |
| Bionomy | $0 until approved | Bionomy says it keeps no card on file until a practitioner approves a plan and you approve the price. Its cost page doesn't say what testing it requires. 14 |
Hone's $45 Plus start and Taurus's $49 offer are the lowest published test-and-review entry prices in this comparison; confirm the applicable signup terms. Nothing on this list guarantees a prescription. That's the point of testing first.
Not sure it'll work for you? Start with a test, not a year.
Taurus Meds (commercial partner; public information link) Get a blood test at LabCorp or Quest plus a doctor's review for $49. If you're prescribed enclomiphene, Taurus advertises $149 a month without a long-term commitment; the separate fee and cancellation deadline still matter. See Taurus's $49 lab start and current price → Ask in writing before you enroll: Does the $17.99 fee apply, when is the next charge, and is anastrozole part of the prescription? Cancellation requires at least 72 hours' notice before billing.
Hone Health (commercial partner; public information link) Start with a $45 at-home test that checks LH, then review it with a Hone physician by live video. The Plus membership is $135 a month and includes follow-up labs. Enclomiphene is priced separately, from $42. View Hone's plans and the $45 starter test → No prescription is guaranteed. The linked page documents Plus pricing; confirm this route is available to you, because Hone's main site also promotes a different Premium plan.
Which cheap enclomiphene option fits your situation?
The cheapest option depends on what you already have. If you have recent labs, look at Total Diabetes Supply. If you need labs arranged and want shorter fills, compare Strut. If you're ready to prepay a full year, check Blokes' written billing terms. If you want a small first step, look at Hone Health or Taurus Meds. If your own doctor will prescribe, a compounding pharmacy can cost the least.
Find your row:
| If you… | Start by looking at | What to expect | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Have a doctor willing to prescribe and monitor you | A licensed compounding pharmacy | About $32–$43 per 30 capsules, plus visits | The pharmacy must be licensed for your state |
| Have labs under 3 months old accepted by the clinician | Total Diabetes Supply | $55–$71 a month, billed quarterly | Ask who prescribes and which pharmacy fills it |
| Need labs arranged and want shorter fills | Strut | $99–$119 per 30 days, plus $89 kits | You're charged at checkout; the second kit is due at 3–6 months |
| Want a clear list of what's included and what isn't | OakMD | $99–$129 a month, or $252.45–$328.95 per 12 weeks | Labs are billed separately, and the lab price isn't published |
| Want no card charged until a clinician approves you | Bionomy | $129–$139 per refill | Ask what lab testing it needs and what that costs |
| Will stay 12 months and want labs and visits bundled | Blokes, Full Year | $1,188 upfront | Startup lab/visit charges; refund terms |
| Will stay 6+ months and don't mind paying for labs separately | Maximus, 6-month plan | $599.94, plus tests | You owe the full term |
| Want a LabCorp or Quest blood draw and no long treatment term | Taurus Meds (partner) | $49, then $149 a month | The $17.99 fee question; anastrozole; 72-hour cancellation deadline |

Do cheap enclomiphene providers charge extra for labs?
Many do, and labs are where cheap plans get expensive. Total Diabetes Supply needs your own recent results, Strut's test kits are $89 each, and OakMD bills required labs separately without publishing a price. Blokes, Taurus Meds and Hone Health say follow-up labs are included in their plan price.
| Option | First test | Follow-up tests | How blood is collected |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total Diabetes Supply | You upload results under 3 months old 1 | You arrange them | Your choice |
| Strut | $89 kit 3 | A second kit, ordered between months 3 and 6 2 | Fingertip kit at home, or upload results |
| OakMD | Billed separately; price not published 8 | Billed separately | At home or at a partner lab |
| Blokes | Initial test price needs a quote 4 | Follow-up labs included, per Blokes | Lab visit or at-home draw where offered |
| Maximus | Bring accepted labs or pay for testing | Help center: baseline, month 1, month 3 and month 12; kits $99, versus $99.99 on the product page 644 | Home kit or Quest; confirm required markers |
| Hims | $94 kit 13 | Ask what's included | Home kit |
| Nuform | Panels from $95 10 | A repeat is recommended at 3–4 months 9 | Lab draw near you |
| Haven Health | Up to $99 self-pay panel 15 | Your provider decides | At a Haven or third-party lab |
| Taurus Meds | $49, including a doctor's review 16 | A routine test is part of the monthly price; Taurus says it retests at 30 days | LabCorp or Quest |
| Hone Health | $45 18 | Included in the membership | Home kit; the separately priced confirmatory package is labeled for TRT patients only |
One kit isn't always two tests. The Endocrine Society says a diagnosis of low testosterone takes matching symptoms or signs plus testosterone levels that are consistently low, confirmed with a repeat morning fasting test 32. A kit with two samples isn't automatically two separate morning tests. Ask whether separate early-morning measurements are included before treatment; a later monitoring test serves a different purpose. No single cutoff or questionnaire settles the diagnosis.
Why LH and FSH matter for your wallet.
- LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) are pituitary hormones that signal the testicles. LH supports testosterone production; FSH helps support sperm production. 3247
- Enclomiphene works by raising those signals. Hone's own enclomiphene page says the drug isn't recommended when LH is already high, because that pattern can point to a problem in the testicles themselves 19.
- So ask whether LH and FSH will be checked. Hone's starting test includes LH but not FSH 18.
Would you rather have scheduled follow-up labs in your membership price? Hone Health's Plus membership is $135 a month, and Hone says follow-up labs and physician consultations are included "with no additional charges." Enclomiphene is listed from $42 a month. You start with a $45 at-home test, then review it with a Hone physician by live video. Compare Hone's current Plus pricing → (commercial partner; public information link) This isn't the cheapest option here. You're paying for labs and visits that are already built in.
Can you use these prices in your state and keep your records?
A national website does not establish access to every prescription in every state. Before paying, confirm that the clinician can treat you where you will be during the visit and that the dispensing pharmacy can serve that state; state rules and the care required can add a live or in-person visit. 48
Ask for the clinician's full name and license details, the pharmacy's legal name, and a written quote for that exact care route. Use the relevant state licensing boards to check them; FDA's online-pharmacy guidance explains what to look for. 30
Also ask how to download lab results and request visit notes and prescription history. Get cancellation confirmation for both medication and any separate membership, and ask when access to messages and records changes after cancellation. We did not test these account processes, so we do not rate one seller as easier to leave.
Blokes also displays a notice that lab pricing differs for New York and New Jersey. Its state exclusions for testosterone must not be assumed to be an enclomiphene availability list. Ask about the exact product. 4
For readers who need an examination or more complex evaluation, compare online and local care before paying for a remote plan.
Could your own doctor and a pharmacy be cheaper?
Possibly. A doctor who's willing to evaluate you and prescribe enclomiphene can send the prescription to a compounding pharmacy that can lawfully fill it for you. One pharmacy lists it at about $32–$43 per 30 capsules, much less than an online membership. But you pay for your visits and labs, and not every doctor will prescribe it.
The pharmacy price we checked, Epiphany Compounding, lists 90 capsules at 23:
- $96.69 for 12.5 mg
- $130.30 for 25 mg
- $197.14 for 50 mg
That's the medication only. It needs a prescription, and prices vary by pharmacy.
If your insurance covers doctor visits and lab work, this route may cost less overall. Get an actual pharmacy quote and benefit check before deciding.
Questions to ask your own doctor first:
- Will you look for the cause of my low testosterone, including LH and FSH?
- Would you prescribe compounded enclomiphene if it's appropriate for me?
- Which licensed pharmacy would fill it, and does it ship to my state?
- Which tests do you need before starting, and how often afterward?
- What does each visit cost me?
- Will my insurance cover the visits and labs even if the medication is cash-pay?
Prefer to keep it online but pay only for the prescription? Push Health connects you with a prescriber, who can send enclomiphene to a compounding pharmacy. There's no subscription. Its enclomiphene page doesn't show the consult fee, so check it before you start 25.
Is a cheap enclomiphene provider legit, or too cheap to trust?
The listed sellers market prescription care, but a live sales page does not verify licensing or lawful dispensing. Check the actual clinician and pharmacy before paying. "Research use only" powders, overseas marketplace tablets and "no prescription" sites aren't cheaper versions of the same thing. They skip the U.S. prescription and licensed-pharmacy system, so we leave them out of every price comparison.
If you've searched "cheapest enclomiphene" for more than five minutes, you've probably seen all three of these:
| What you'll see | What it actually is | Included here? |
|---|---|---|
| A prescriber plus a U.S. pharmacy | The care route these sellers describe; licensing still needs checking | Yes |
| Pharmacy quote sites ("from $35") | A way to price-shop a prescription you already have | Only as a tip |
| "Research use only" powder | Not made or sold for people to take | No |
| Overseas marketplace tablets | Outside the U.S. prescription and licensed-pharmacy system | No |
| "No prescription needed" pages | Not a legitimate U.S. pharmacy | No |
The FDA warns that unsafe online pharmacies may sell counterfeit, contaminated or expired medicine 30.
What "legit" means for enclomiphene, in three facts:
- It isn't FDA-approved for any use. Enclomiphene is sold in the U.S. as a compounded medicine. For the patient-specific pharmacy route discussed here, a pharmacy prepares it against a prescription; that is not an FDA-approved generic equivalent. Compounded drugs aren't reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold 28.
- It's on FDA's "under evaluation" list for pharmacy compounding. FDA's list, updated May 14, 2026, places enclomiphene citrate in Category 1 26. Category 1 can fall under a conditional interim enforcement policy; it is neither drug approval nor blanket permission for every pharmacy or seller. FDA's advisory committee voted in 2022 against adding it to the permanent list 27.
- An FDA ingredient code isn't an approval. Some sites link to FDA's substance database next to enclomiphene. FDA says an ingredient identifier does not establish regulatory review or approval 29.
Controlled substances. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the U.S., meaning federal law adds extra prescribing rules. Enclomiphene isn't on the federal controlled-substance list 31. That's a legal category, not a safety rating.
Clinical limits matter too. FDA's 2022 assessment found that higher testosterone results did not establish meaningful symptom benefits in the trials it reviewed. It also summarized reported adverse events, including headaches, nausea and blood-count changes. Ask your clinician about the expected benefit, risks and follow-up for you; a lower price does not resolve those questions. 47
One more prepay risk. FDA hasn't finished its review. Before you prepay 6, 10 or 12 months, ask what happens to the unused months if the pharmacy can no longer make it.
The five-point legit check. Before you pay any company, confirm it:
- Requires lab work before prescribing
- Has a licensed clinician review you
- Tells you exactly what's in the capsule
- Names the pharmacy that fills it, and confirms that pharmacy is licensed for your state
- Puts its cancellation and refund rules in writing
What's the catch with each cheap enclomiphene option?
Every low price comes with a condition. Below are each company's published price details, catches and questions to ask before you pay. Service inclusions and care features are provider-stated, not independently tested. We also flag marketing claims that don't change the price, so you can set them aside while you compare.
Total Diabetes Supply: the lowest online price, if you bring labs
- Plans: $165 (12.5 mg), $179 (25 mg) or $213 (50 mg), charged every three months. The consultation and shipping are included.
- How it works: You upload bloodwork less than three months old, and a licensed provider reviews it. Enclomiphene plus a small tadalafil dose costs $10–$16 more per quarter 1.
- What its page doesn't show: the prescribing practice, the pharmacy, or a compounded-drug disclosure that we could find.
- Set aside: the customer quotes about results.
- Ask: Who prescribes? Which pharmacy fills it? Can I stop between quarterly charges?
See Total Diabetes Supply's plans
Strut: low published fill prices with labs arranged
- Price: $99 (12.5 mg) or $119 (25 mg) per 30 days, or $237 or $285 for a 90-day fill. Physician consults and shipping are included, and Strut says you can cancel anytime.
- Billing: You're charged at checkout, and Strut says you get a full refund if its doctor finds you're not a good candidate.
- Labs: Required before prescribing. The first kit ships at signup (or you upload recent results). A second kit is due between months 3 and 6. Kits are $89, and a failed collection means buying a $35 replacement 23.
- Credit: Published safety information and a clear statement that compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved.
- Set aside: the "8.23x" lab chart and the "Reduced fertility: No" row. No company can promise fertility outcomes.
- Ask: Is the kit refunded if I'm not approved? Does the 90-day fill auto-renew?
Blokes: a low advertised annual price, with billing wording to resolve
- Plans: Flex is $199 a month for 3 months ($597 upfront). Commit & Save is $149 a month for 6 months ($894). Full Year is $99 a month for 12 months ($1,188).
- What's included: Blokes says medication, clinician visits and follow-up labs. A lab test and clinician visit are required; get a written initial price because the plan rate does not establish those startup charges.
- Extras: Active members can add certain ED or hair-loss medicines for $1 a month each in listed states. HSA/FSA payments work through Flex. No insurance 4.
- Credit: It says its drugs may be compounded and aren't FDA-approved.
- Set aside: "Up to 96% effective / clinically proven." Its own footnote says those studies were on clomiphene.
- Ask: What are the initial lab and consultation charges? The page says plans are "billed quarterly" but also lists upfront payments, so which applies? What's the refund policy on a prepaid year? Is enclomiphene available in my state?
OakMD: the clearest list of what's included
- Plans: 12-week programs. Every-other-day or twice-weekly schedules cost $99 a month, or $252.45 paid in full. Once-daily costs $129 a month, or $328.95 paid in full.
- Included: compounded medication, provider review, ongoing care messaging, and shipping from a licensed pharmacy.
- Not included: required lab testing, which is billed separately, and any live video visits a treatment requires 8.
- Who provides care: Ask for the prescribing practice and assigned clinician before you pay.
- Credit: Its pricing table clearly separates included services from extra charges.
- Catch: Its pricing table does not supply the required lab charge.
- Ask: What will my labs cost, and does my state require a video visit?
Maximus: compare the 6-month plan and one-time offer before the 12
| Maximus plan | Monthly | Due at checkout |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | $199.99 | $199.99 |
| 3 months | $149.99 | $449.97 |
| 6 months | $99.99 | $599.94 |
| 12 months | $99.99 | $1,199.88 |
- Tadalafil: Enclomiphene with tadalafil costs the same as enclomiphene alone on these plans 5.
- Labs: Extra. Its help center lists $99 kits and testing at baseline, month 1, month 3 and month 12. The product page lists $99.99 kits and a less complete schedule. Ask which panel and price apply 644.
- One-time option: A separate product page advertises a 30-day one-time purchase for $99.99, but its FAQ still ties that rate to an annual plan. Ask whether this offer is available to you, repeatable, and free of a longer obligation 6.
Nuform: mid-priced, with a physician fee to confirm
- Plans: $96 a month, billed $288 per 3-month kit. Nuform doesn't do monthly prescriptions.
- Labs: Drawn at a lab near you, with a repeat recommended at 3–4 months 9. Bloodwork starts at $95 for a basic panel 10.
- Physician fee: $170. Nuform's homepage calls it one-time, while its refund policy calls it annual 11. Ask which applies.
- Credit: It says Formula T has enclomiphene as its only active ingredient.
- Set aside: "Clinically proven to raise testosterone levels by 2–5x," "improves fertility," and "organ friendly."
Tuyo Health: cheaper with a year's commitment
- Plans: $1,308 billed for 12 months, $185 a month without a term, or $399 for 3 months.
- Labs: Two $80 Quest tests: one charged at signup and one at three months 12.
- Watch: Its 12-month card said "Savings of $1,010" when we checked, but its own prices give a $912 difference. Check the math yourself.
Hims: $99 means a 10-month prepay
- Plans: $99 a month is the 10-month plan, paid upfront ($990). The 3-month plan is $199 a month.
- Labs: The starting lab kit is $94.
- HSA/FSA: Hims' January 2026 price guide says it doesn't currently accept HSA or FSA payments for enclomiphene 13.
- Also read: the FTC note above before choosing any subscription.
Bionomy: no charge until you're approved
- Price: $129 a month for 12.5 mg or $139 for 25 mg. Bionomy lists no intake fee, no membership, and pay-per-refill billing. It says it keeps no card on file until a practitioner approves a plan and you approve the price 14.
- Catch: Its cost article doesn't say what lab testing is required or what it costs. Until you know, treat that as a cost, not zero.
- Set aside: its unsourced comparison of what "hormone clinics typically" charge.
Haven Health: a 3-month supply with an in-person option
- Price: $139 a month, billed $417 for a 3-month supply of 90 × 25 mg tablets. Virtual check-ins and free shipping are included. It's listed as FSA/HSA eligible.
- Labs: A standard panel is up to $99 self-pay when your provider requires one 15.
- Pharmacy: Haven lists its pharmacy partner's credentials without naming the pharmacy.
- In person: Haven also runs in-person clinics, which may matter if you'd like to be seen face to face. Check its locations.
- Ask: Its page summary says "labs included," but the price breakdown lists the $99 panel. Which is it for me?
Taurus Meds (partner): no long term advertised, but the complete bill needs checking
- Price: $49 for a LabCorp or Quest blood test and a doctor's review. Then $149 a month, which Taurus says includes a 30-day supply, a routine blood test, clinician support with 24/7 access, and free 2-day shipping. Taurus says it retests your levels at 30 days, and that you're "never locked into a plan" 16.
- Cancellation: Its written policy requires a request at least 72 hours before the billing date. Missing the deadline can mean another charge; ordinary cancellation generally does not refund charges already paid. Its medical-disqualification provisions differ, so get the applicable refund in writing 45.
- Transparency: Its terms name OpenLoop Health as its management partner and list partner pharmacies. That doesn't tell you which one fills your order 17.
- Ask:
- Does the $17.99 "per billing period" fee in Section 28 of its terms apply to enclomiphene?
- Is anastrozole part of my plan? The page says the plan "includes anastrozole," which is a separate drug.
- Which pharmacy fills my order?
- Set aside:
- "Access to FDA approved medications" and "FDA-certified TRT." Enclomiphene isn't FDA-approved, and it isn't TRT.
- Benefit numbers taken from testosterone studies.
- A struck-through $299 with "Limited inventory at this price." That's not a real deadline.

Hone Health (partner): a small first step, not the smallest bill
- Price: A $45 starting test, a live video visit with a Hone physician, then the $135 Plus membership with follow-up labs and consultations included. Enclomiphene "starts at $42/month" and is available only to Plus and Premium members 1819.
- Not on the no-membership list: Hone's no-membership care option doesn't list enclomiphene 20.
- Room to switch: Clomiphene ($38) and testosterone options sit on the same membership.
- Credit: Hone publishes the exact markers in each test and says enclomiphene isn't recommended when LH is elevated. Its enclomiphene page names its reviewing clinician: Dr. James R. Staheli, Medical Director of Broad Health, Hone's affiliated medical practice 19.
- Set aside: "preserves fertility." No company can promise that.
- Ask: Will FSH and a repeat diagnostic morning testosterone measurement be needed, and what would they cost? The Plus page labels its $45 at-lab/$80 at-home confirmatory package TRT patients only, so we do not add it automatically to enclomiphene 18.
- Signup difference: Hone's main how-it-works page currently promotes Premium at $155 a month with a $65 initial test. The $2,169 model applies only to the documented $135 Plus route with the $45 test 42.

Why isn't Male Excel ranked here?
- It's a blend. Male Excel's oral product, Triclozene, contains a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator, the drug class enclomiphene belongs to) plus thyroid hormone and selenomethionine.
- Its pages disagree. The product page headline says enclomiphene. The pricing page says clomiphene citrate 2122. That's not a plain-enclomiphene product, so ranking it here wouldn't be a fair comparison.
- Price: $95 or $120 a month for medication, plus a $99 monthly membership and $99 to start 21.
We cover the details in our enclomiphene provider comparison. If you and your clinician end up choosing testosterone instead, Male Excel's membership also covers testosterone injection and cream options. See what Male Excel's TRT program costs.
Who shouldn't shop for enclomiphene on price?
Don't choose an enclomiphene subscription by price if your low testosterone hasn't been confirmed, your labs may point to a testicular cause, you're trying to conceive soon, you're a drug-tested athlete or service member, or you have symptoms that need prompt in-person care. Each of those needs a different first step.
- Your low testosterone hasn't been confirmed.
- The Endocrine Society calls for symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone, confirmed with a repeat morning fasting test 32.
- First step: Low-testosterone testing guide.
- Your clinician suspects a testicular or pituitary cause.
- LH and FSH help a clinician distinguish testicular causes from problems in hormone signaling. These results need clinical interpretation; a price table cannot choose treatment. 32
- First step: a urologist or endocrinologist.
- You're trying to conceive soon.
- The AUA/ASRM male infertility guideline advises against testosterone alone for men who want children now or later 34. Enclomiphene isn't a guaranteed fix either.
- Enclomiphene studies of sperm measures do not guarantee pregnancy, preserved fertility or recovery for an individual. 47
- First step: a reproductive urologist or another fertility-aware clinician. See TRT and fertility.
- You're a drug-tested athlete or service member.
- The World Anti-Doping Agency lists clomiphene in section S4.2, prohibited at all times 35.
- USADA says a prescription alone doesn't make a substance OK to use in sport 36.
- The Department of Defense's Operation Supplement Safety lists enclomiphene and tells service members to talk with their military healthcare provider 37.
- First step: get that answer before you pay anyone.
- You have urgent symptoms.
- For chest pain, severe shortness of breath or sudden loss of vision, seek emergency care. For new vision changes, seek prompt medical evaluation. Don't wait for a subscription support reply.

Is enclomiphene cheaper than clomiphene or TRT?
There is no single winner on price. At Hone Health, compounded clomiphene is $38 a month and enclomiphene starts at $42, under the same membership. Price shouldn't decide between them. They're different drugs, and testosterone is a controlled substance that can lower sperm production.
- Clomiphene (Clomid) is FDA-approved for ovulation problems in women. Using it in men is off-label. It contains two isomers—forms of the same molecule—called enclomiphene and zuclomiphene 43. See best clomiphene providers.
- Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance 31. Federal telemedicine flexibilities currently run through December 31, 2026. They can allow DEA-registered practitioners to prescribe testosterone through qualifying audio-video visits without a prior in-person exam, subject to federal and state requirements; they do not guarantee access 33. Program prices can overlap with enclomiphene. See how much TRT costs and the cheapest online TRT clinics.
If you and your clinician choose testosterone, you can also see what Male Excel's TRT program costs.
Can insurance, HSA or FSA lower the price?
Don't count on insurance for enclomiphene. There's no FDA-approved enclomiphene product, and the programs we checked are cash-pay. HSA or FSA money may help: Blokes, Haven Health and Labcorp OnDemand accept it, and Maximus and Male Excel list eligibility. Hims' January 2026 guide says it doesn't accept HSA or FSA for enclomiphene.
| Option | HSA/FSA, as stated by the company |
|---|---|
| Blokes | Yes, through Flex 4 |
| Haven Health | Listed as FSA/HSA eligible 15 |
| Labcorp OnDemand | Accepted for lab tests 24 |
| Maximus | Listed as eligible 41 |
| Male Excel | Listed as eligible 21 |
| Hone Health | "May be" eligible, depending on your plan 42 |
| Hims | Not currently accepted for enclomiphene 13 |
| Strut, Total Diabetes Supply, OakMD, Bionomy, Taurus Meds, Nuform | Not stated on the pages we checked. Ask. |
Federal tax rules govern eligible expenses; a seller's HSA/FSA label alone does not settle eligibility. Check with your account administrator and keep receipts 40. Ask the company for an itemized receipt. If you use your own doctor, check whether your insurance covers the visits and labs, even when the medicine is cash-pay.

How do you pay the least for enclomiphene without cutting corners?
Compare the smallest paid evaluation step, the cost of prepaying, and whether your strength changes your price. These checks help control costs without skipping prescribed testing and follow-up. Medical supervision reduces avoidable risks; it does not make an unapproved drug risk-free.
- Pay for a test before a subscription. Hone ($45) and Taurus ($49) include a clinician's review. Labcorp OnDemand's test alone is $69.
- Don't prepay until you've had your first recheck, unless you're confident you'll stay. Use the break-even table above.
- At Maximus, compare the six-month subscription with the one-time offer. Six- and twelve-month subscriptions have the same monthly rate; the separate $99.99 one-time listing needs confirmation.
- Once your prescription is stable, look at 90-day fills. At Strut, they cost about 20% less than three 30-day refills.
- Bring recent labs if you have them. Ask whether the clinician accepts the date, method and all required markers; an upload alone does not settle eligibility.
- Don't pay for extras you didn't ask for. Tadalafil, supplements or anastrozole are separate medical decisions.
- Use pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars where they're accepted.
- Verify promo codes on the company's own site. Count a discount only after its eligibility, expiration and final charge are confirmed.

Before I pay, please confirm in writing:
- The exact medication, strength and every ingredient.
- Which pharmacy fills it, and that it's licensed for my state.
- What I pay today, and every charge and date for the next 12 months.
- Every membership or service fee, and how often it's billed.
- Which lab tests are included, which cost extra, and how many I'll need.
- Whether my price changes if my strength or schedule changes.
- What I owe if I cancel at month 3, and what's refundable.
- What happens to prepaid months if the medication can't be dispensed.
- Whether you can treat me and ship this exact prescription in my state, and whether a live or in-person visit costs extra.
- How to cancel medication and any separate membership, the notice deadline, and how to get written confirmation.
- How to obtain my lab results, visit notes and prescription history if I change clinicians.
The two answers that matter most: what you pay today, and what you're on the hook for if you stop at month 3.
How we ranked these prices
We checked published prices, kept strength and schedule differences visible, and calculated both term totals and early-exit examples. Unknown required costs remain separate, so we do not declare an all-in winner or rank medical quality. We didn't enroll with any company.
What counts toward the cost:
- required medication
- required membership or physician fees
- required lab tests
- start fees
- shipping, when it isn't free
- prepaid terms you can't get out of
What doesn't count:
- optional add-ons like ED medication
- expired promotions
- insurance reimbursement you might get
- discounts that need a code
Our calculation rules:
- State what each number buys: calendar months, days, capsules or whole prepaid terms.
- Four 90-day fills cover 360 days. For a strict 90-day cycle beginning on day 0, a fifth charge falls on day 360.
- A 12-week program covers 84 days. Five whole programs are needed to cover 365 days if no shorter refill exists; prorated value is shown separately.
- For unpriced tests, show the missing cost rather than insert a $207 "floor."
- Treat future refill prices as assumptions and distinguish price models from verified billing calendars.
- Never treat a commitment price as the month-to-month price.
- Keep blends separate from plain enclomiphene, and do not treat equal strengths as proof of equivalent treatment.
How we label what we found:
- Verified: checked against the company's page, a regulator or a guideline on the date shown
- Company-stated: what a company says about its own service, which we haven't independently tested
- Our calculation: math from published prices, not a personal quote
- Our judgment: a conclusion drawn from the facts above, not a medical score
Why there are no "it worked for me" quotes. Stories about how a medicine made someone feel can't tell you what it will cost you. They also can't tell you whether an unapproved compounded drug will work for you. We didn't find verifiable reports of what people actually paid, so we left testimonials out.

Cheapest enclomiphene provider FAQ
These are short answers to the price questions men ask most. Prices were checked September 17, 2026, and they change often, so confirm with the company before you pay.
What is the cheapest enclomiphene provider?
Total Diabetes Supply has the lowest published program rate in this comparison: $55 a month at 12.5 mg, billed $165 quarterly. You supply accepted recent labs. Strut and Blokes offer other low-rate structures, but unresolved testing, billing and dispensing details prevent a verified all-in winner.
What's the cheapest legal way to get enclomiphene?
Your own clinician plus an appropriate compounding pharmacy may cost less than a membership program. One pharmacy lists about $32–$43 per 30 capsules, but visits, labs, shipping, lawful availability and the prescribed schedule decide the complete cost.
Can I get enclomiphene without a subscription or contract?
Several sellers advertise monthly or pay-per-refill options, including Strut, Bionomy, Taurus Meds and Hone. Maximus lists a one-month subscription and a separate one-time offer. Cancellation deadlines and refund limits still apply; a one-month term is not the same as no contract.
Is Strut enclomiphene really $79 a month?
For 30-day refills, $79 is the 6.25 mg price; 12.5 mg costs $99 and 25 mg costs $119. The 90-day fills are $189, $237 and $285, so 12.5 mg also works out to $79 per 30 days on that longer fill. Test kits are $89 each.
Why does Hone say enclomiphene is only $42?
That's the medication price. You also need Hone's $135-a-month Plus membership, so the starting cost is about $177 a month, plus a $45 first test. The membership includes follow-up labs and physician visits.
Is Hims enclomiphene $99 a month?
Only on its 10-month plan, which is paid upfront ($990). Hims' 3-month plan is $199 a month, and the starting lab kit is $94.
Is it cheaper to prepay 6 or 12 months?
Only if the total for the treatment period actually costs less and the refund terms work for you. Maximus lists the same $99.99 monthly rate for six- and twelve-month subscriptions; it also advertises a separate $99.99 one-time offer that needs clarification.
Which cheap providers include lab tests?
Blokes, Taurus Meds and Hone Health say follow-up labs are in the monthly price. Strut kits are $89 each, OakMD bills labs separately, and Total Diabetes Supply needs your own recent results.
How much is the first test and clinical review?
$45 at Hone Health or $49 at Taurus Meds for a test and a clinician's review. A test alone is $69 at Labcorp OnDemand. None of these guarantees a prescription.
Is cheap enclomiphene from overseas or "research" sites safe?
Those sellers skip the U.S. prescription and licensed-pharmacy system. The FDA warns that unsafe online pharmacies can sell counterfeit or contaminated medicine.
Can I buy enclomiphene without a prescription?
Not from a legitimate U.S. pharmacy.
Is enclomiphene FDA-approved?
No. It's on FDA's "under evaluation" list for pharmacy compounding, which isn't an approval. An FDA ingredient code for enclomiphene doesn't mean approval either.
Does insurance cover enclomiphene?
Coverage depends on the plan. There's no FDA-approved enclomiphene product, and the programs compared here generally publish cash prices. Your insurance may still cover visits and labs if you go through your own doctor.
Is enclomiphene cheaper than TRT or clomiphene?
Program prices often overlap. At Hone, clomiphene is $38 a month and enclomiphene starts at $42. Your diagnosis and fertility plans should decide between them, not price.
Which cheap option includes an ED medication?
Strut and Maximus charge the same with tadalafil. Blokes offers $1 add-ons in listed states, and Total Diabetes Supply charges $10–$16 more per quarter. Adding a drug is a separate medical decision.
Are there enclomiphene coupon codes?
Verify codes on the company's own site and read the terms. No coupon discount is included in these calculations.
