Tlando Cost in 2026: What You'll Actually Pay (and How to Pay Less)

Tlando cost depends on how you pay. The maker advertises as little as $0 for eligible commercially insured patients or $150 through its cash program. GoodRx lists about $1,060 for 120 capsules at retail. The $150 offer does not state its quantity, and visits and labs need separate quotes.

This page is for you if: your clinician has prescribed Tlando or is talking about it, and you want to know what you'll really pay.

Start somewhere else if: you haven't been diagnosed yet, or you're trying to have kids soon. In either case, sort that out with a clinician first. A coupon can't tell you whether Tlando fits you. (See how to get TRT and TRT and fertility.)

Tlando cost by payment path, side by side

Tlando cost depends on whether insurance pays, assistance applies, and what the dispensing pharmacy quotes. The two maker programs have different rules, and neither advertised minimum is a guaranteed bill.

Find your row. Read the "catch" column before choosing a price path.

Those are the headline numbers. The pill bottle isn't the whole bill, though. Tlando's label calls for a set of blood tests before and during treatment, but it does not set one number of separately billed lab visits. We'll show what belongs in the full quote below, so the first number you hear isn't the one that surprises you.

How much does Tlando cost without insurance?

Without insurance, published Tlando references show about $1,060 at retail or $775–$885 with a discount for 120 capsules. Verity advertises as little as $150 through its TLANDO Preferred Pharmacy Network for eligible uninsured adults or those whose commercial plan doesn't cover Tlando, but does not state the quantity. That program ships through a participating pharmacy, outside insurance.

That's a big spread, but the offers don't all confirm the same quantity. Here's why the numbers don't match from site to site.

Why every price site shows a different number

Discount-card prices change often. They also vary by pharmacy and ZIP code. Here's what we found on October 21, 2026, including the quantity each source actually states:

Tlando cost table 2: Why every price site shows a different number
Source What it shows Quantity and limit Date
GoodRx $1,059.76 retail reference; $774.95 coupon reference in its dosage table 120 × 112.5 mg capsules; no local pharmacy quote returned Checked Oct. 21, 2026
Drugs.com price guide From $885.03 120 × 112.5 mg capsules; cash-price reference Checked Oct. 21, 2026
Verity Preferred Pharmacy Network As little as $150 Quantity and days supplied not stated Verity page, checked Oct. 21, 2026
Verity Copay Card (commercial insurance) As little as $0 Per monthly prescription; maximum benefit applies Verity page, checked Oct. 21, 2026

GoodRx's page also showed a different average retail figure, $1,057.39, in its description. We use its quantity-specific table for the math below. Its local-results panel did not return a pharmacy price, so neither figure is a verified checkout quote.

Treat these as starting points, not promises. The only price that counts is the one your pharmacy quotes for your prescription. Verity Pharmaceuticals took over U.S. sales in February 2024, according to Lipocine's SEC filing. If a Tlando price has no date on it, don't trust it.

The $150 program: what's the catch?

Here's the honest part. The $150 program runs outside your insurance and uses a participating pharmacy that ships to your home. If picking up at your corner drugstore matters most to you, ask that pharmacy about the copay card or a retail discount quote. If deductible credit matters, ask your plan how it treats the payment. The $150 headline does not settle the quantity, shipping charge, or final bill.

If that trade works for you, here's how the program works, in plain words.

Who can use it

  • Adults 18 or older with a valid Tlando prescription
  • U.S. residents with a U.S. shipping address
  • People with no insurance, or commercially insured people whose plan doesn't cover Tlando

Who can't

  • Anyone whose prescription is paid by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or another federal or state program
  • Any prescription reimbursed by insurance

How it works (3 steps)

  1. Get your Tlando prescription from your clinician.
  2. Your clinician's office sends it to a pharmacy in the TLANDO Preferred Pharmacy Network.
  3. The pharmacy mails Tlando to your home.

What the fine print means for you

Tlando cost table 3: The $150 program: what's the catch?
Fine print What it means in real life
"Additional shipping charges may apply" Ask what shipping costs before your first fill.
Not reimbursed by any insurance Ask your plan whether it gives deductible credit for the cash payment.
Can't be combined with other offers You can't stack a GoodRx coupon on top.
Purchases can't count toward Medicare Part D out-of-pocket totals These cash purchases cannot be submitted toward Part D true out-of-pocket costs (TrOOP). Medicare enrollment alone does not settle cash-program eligibility; ask the program.
Verity can change or end the offer without notice Confirm the current price and terms before each refill.

One more thing to ask. Verity's page says "as little as $150," but it doesn't say how many capsules that buys. The label lists a 120-capsule bottle, a 30-day quantity under the labeled regimen. When you call, ask the pharmacy: "Does $150 cover a full 120-capsule bottle, and what's my total with shipping?"

Which pharmacies are in the network? Verity lists 11: two national pharmacies, eight regional ones, and one in Puerto Rico. The national two are LifeLine Specialty Pharmacy, (833) 454-3354, and Sterling Specialty Pharmacy, (888) 618-4126. The full list is on Verity's site. The list itself doesn't promise that a given pharmacy has stock or ships to your state, so ask. Confirm that it can legally dispense to your state and give you a delivery date.

Does that sound like your situation? See the official TLANDO preferred pharmacy list and program terms → (Verity Pharmaceuticals' site. Not an affiliate link.)

How does the Tlando copay card work?

The TLANDO Copay Card is for eligible commercially insured patients. They may pay as little as $0 per monthly prescription, up to a maximum benefit whose dollar amount is not stated in the terms we checked. It can't be used for prescriptions reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, or other government healthcare programs.

It works like most brand-name copay cards:

  1. Download the card from Verity's site.
  2. Show it at a participating pharmacy along with your prescription.
  3. The pharmacy bills your insurance first, then bills the card for what's left.

The cap nobody mentions

The terms say "maximum benefits apply." Once you hit the cap, you pay whatever is left. The current terms and card we checked do not give that number. Call the copay-program help desk at 1-347-503-0497 and ask two things: "What's the most the card pays per fill, and per year?" Then ask your pharmacy what your bill will be after the cap. Don't assume your first $0 fill tells you what month eight will cost.

Waiting on insurance approval?

Verity says its TLANDO Support Program can help patients get started while coverage checks and prior-authorization appeals are pending. Ask your clinician's office to look into it when they send the prescription.

If the card stops covering you

If your plan drops Tlando, or you switch to an employer plan that doesn't cover it, you're now a "commercially insured, not covered" patient. That's the group the $150 program was built for. Ask a participating pharmacy to confirm your eligibility and complete price.

If your plan covers Tlando, download the official TLANDO copay card → (Verity Pharmaceuticals' site. Not an affiliate link.)

Before you go further

The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool as an educational starting point for exploring online TRT programs — and use the quote checklist below for the questions to ask before you pay. The tool does not confirm Tlando access, coverage, medical eligibility, or a prescription.

Does insurance cover Tlando?

Some commercial plans cover Tlando with prior authorization or requirements to try other testosterone products first. The published policies below show how those rules differ. Coverage is decided plan by plan, so the only reliable answer comes from your own plan's drug list or a phone call.

There are three rules to check. Here they are in plain words.

  • Prior authorization. Your clinician has to get the plan's approval before the plan will pay for it.
  • Step therapy. The plan wants proof you tried "preferred" products first, or a reason you can't use them.
  • Quantity limits. The plan caps how many capsules it pays for. Ask for your plan's current limit.

What real insurance policies say about Tlando

The name on your insurance card doesn't settle it. These published policies show how much the rules vary, sometimes inside the same insurer:

Tlando cost table 4: What real insurance policies say about Tlando
Insurer document What it says about Tlando
Cigna, policy IP0350 (effective June 15, 2026), Value / Advantage / Total Savings employer drug lists Asks for inadequate benefit or significant intolerance with two listed topical testosterone products first.
Same Cigna policy, Standard / Performance employer drug lists Asks instead about inadequate benefit or significant intolerance with Jatenzo (another oral brand).
UnitedHealthcare commercial exception document (effective Oct. 1, 2026) Lists trials of at least four weeks of Testim and generic AndroGel 1.62% pump, within its exception rules.
UnitedHealthcare testosterone medical-necessity policy (effective Feb. 1, 2026) Includes Tlando in clinical review and notes that some products may be excluded under certain benefits.
MedImpact standard-commercial guideline hosted by Kaiser Permanente Northwest (revised May 27, 2026; effective July 1, 2026) For the hypogonadism pathway, asks for a trial of or a contraindication to both intramuscular products (injected into a muscle): testosterone cypionate and testosterone enanthate. A contraindication is a medical reason a drug should not be used.

These are examples, not a national coverage map. Your plan documents decide your benefit.

Sources: Cigna IP0350, UnitedHealthcare exceptions, UnitedHealthcare medical necessity, and MedImpact's current guideline hosted by Kaiser (PDF pages 1675–1679).

There's a pattern worth knowing. Different plans prefer different "first try" products: topicals at some, injections at others, and Jatenzo on certain Cigna lists. So "Do you cover Tlando?" isn't enough. Ask "What do I have to try first, and what paperwork do you need?"

A plan's step-therapy rule is a paperwork rule, not medical advice. Don't start, stop, or switch medicine just to meet it. That's a conversation for your clinician.

What your prior authorization usually needs

Tlando's label says the diagnosis must be confirmed before starting. That means testosterone measured in the morning on at least two separate days, with both results below the normal range. Expect your plan to want those results. The Endocrine Society's guideline also calls for symptoms or signs that match, consistently low results from accurate tests, and repeat morning fasting testing, not just a number. A single low result, or a quiz, doesn't count. (Tlando label; Endocrine Society guideline.)

The February 2026 label we checked also notes that safety and effectiveness haven't been established for "age-related hypogonadism" (low testosterone from aging alone). It lists low testosterone caused by specific conditions of the testes, pituitary, or hypothalamus. In June 2026, FDA requested removal of the age-related limitation and other label changes, but the posted Tlando label we checked still carries that wording. Ask your clinician and insurer which current clinical and coverage criteria apply.

What should you do if insurance denies Tlando?

Get the denial reason in writing first. A missing form, a "try this first" rule, and a flat exclusion each need a different fix. If your commercial plan still won't cover Tlando after an exception request, you're in the group Verity's $150 program was built for.

Tlando cost table 5: What should you do if insurance denies Tlando?
Why it was denied What to do next
Missing paperwork or no prior authorization Ask your clinician's office which records the plan wants and when they'll send them.
Step therapy ("try X first") Ask which exact products the plan wants tried, and whether your history or a medical reason qualifies for an exception.
Tlando isn't on the drug list Ask the plan about its formulary exception process. Ask your clinician about covered alternatives.
Approved, but still expensive If you have commercial insurance, ask whether the copay card applies, then check your deductible and cost share.
A refill was suddenly rejected Ask whether the prior authorization expired, the plan changed, or a quantity rule kicked in.

While you wait, ask about the TLANDO Support Program. And if a refill you already rely on is at risk, call your prescriber right away. Don't stretch or skip doses on your own.

No one can promise an appeal will win, so we won't. What you can control is the paperwork you bring: the written denial, the plan's policy, your clinician's notes and lab results, and the pharmacy's claim explanation.

Tlando cost with Medicare or Medicaid

Medicare does not pay through Verity's copay card or cash program; both exclude government-reimbursed prescriptions. Your cost through insurance depends on your Part D plan or Medicare Advantage plan with drug coverage. In 2026, covered Part D drug costs are capped at $2,100 a year out of pocket.

The copay card serves eligible commercially insured patients. If you have Medicare and want to pay cash, the published cash-program terms do not settle your eligibility: ask the program directly. Any purchase under that cash program cannot be submitted toward Part D true out-of-pocket costs. (Copay terms; cash-program terms.)

How to check your Medicare plan

Look Tlando up in your plan's drug list (formulary), or use Medicare's Plan Finder. Note any flags for prior authorization, step therapy, or quantity limits. If Tlando isn't covered, Medicare drug plans have an exception process. Your prescriber can request one.

The $2,100 cap, and what it doesn't cover

For 2026, the most you'll pay out of pocket for covered Part D drugs is $2,100. That helps a lot if your plan covers Tlando. It doesn't cover spending on a drug outside your Part D benefit, premiums, doctor visits, or lab work. (CMS's 2026 Part D rules.)

Paying over time isn't paying less

The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan lets you spread covered drug costs across the year in monthly payments. It does not lower the price. It changes when you pay, not how much.

Medicaid, TRICARE, and VA

Coverage depends on your state program or plan. Ask about Tlando specifically, its approval rules, and which alternatives are covered. Verity's offers exclude prescriptions reimbursed by these programs.

Our take: For many Medicare patients, the useful question isn't "How do I get Tlando cheaper?" It's "Which testosterone product does my plan already cover well?" Ask your prescriber that directly.

What does the first year of Tlando really cost?

A full year of Tlando costs the medicine plus visits, tests, shipping, and any care-plan fees. If $150 buys a 30-day fill, 12 fills cost $1,800 before those extras; 12 fills at the published $774.95–$885.03 discount references cost $9,299.40–$10,620.36. Twelve 30-day fills cover 360 days.

The medicine: first-year math

Tlando cost table 6: The medicine: first-year math
Scenario 12 fills (360 days supplied) 13 fills (390 days supplied)
$150 per 30-day fill (if the pharmacy confirms $150 buys a full bottle) $1,800 $1,950
$774.95 GoodRx coupon price, unchanged all year $9,299.40 $10,074.35
$885.03 Drugs.com price, unchanged all year $10,620.36 $11,505.39
$1,059.76 GoodRx retail reference, unchanged all year $12,717.12 $13,776.88
Copay card or insurance Add the quoted out-of-pocket cost of each fill The copay, benefit cap, and number of fills determine the total

Why two columns? Twelve 30-day bottles cover 360 days. In a model that starts with no medicine on hand and buys only full 30-day fills, a 13th purchase covers day 361 onward; 25 days remain after a 365-day year. These figures don't include shipping, visits, or labs, and real prices can change at any refill.

Your complete first-year total: add the medicine you actually pay for, shipping, initial evaluation, diagnostic tests, follow-up tests and visits, and any membership or other required fees. Subtract anything already included in a package so you do not count it twice. Do not add a deductible again if it is already part of the quoted out-of-pocket charge.

The table is a medicine-cost model, not an all-in care quote. The quote checklist below captures the missing charges, and our TRT cost calculator can add your own figures.

The tests: Tlando's year-one monitoring map

This is where "cheap" plans quietly get expensive. We read Tlando's current posted prescribing information (revised February 2026) and mapped the main routine checks that can affect first-year costs:

Tlando cost table 7: The tests: Tlando's year-one monitoring map
When What the label calls for Why it matters to your wallet
Before starting Morning testosterone on two separate days, both low. Hematocrit (the share of your blood made of red blood cells). PSA (prostate-specific antigen, a prostate blood test). Prolactin (a pituitary hormone). Ask whether existing results can be used and how separate-morning testing is billed.
Weeks 3–4 A timed testosterone test; the clinician or lab should confirm the appointment timing Ask whether the test and your clinician's review are included.
Months 3–4 Prolactin re-check. Hematocrit about every 3 months in year one. Ask whether these checks can be combined.
About month 6 Hematocrit Ask which other planned tests can share the draw.
About month 9 Hematocrit Ask which other planned tests can share the draw.
About month 12 Hematocrit (then about every 6 months after year one) Ask which other planned tests can share the draw.
Ongoing Periodic testosterone and lipid (cholesterol) tests, blood pressure checks, and PSA during treatment Ask which checks are included in planned visits.

Our budgeting example: two diagnostic blood-draw days, one early follow-up draw, and four quarterly draw days add up to seven blood-draw days across evaluation and first-year follow-up. That assumes the other tests can share those draws; it is not a label-required minimum or a count of separately billed visits. Your clinician may use existing results, order more tests, or space them differently. Ask what each draw costs and which visits are included. (Label sections 2.3, 5.1, 5.3, 5.4, 5.12, and 5.15.)

The schedule isn't something to follow on your own. It's here so you can ask for a real quote.

The cost of "it didn't work"

Tlando uses a fixed regimen. At the weeks 3–4 check, your prescriber reviews a timed testosterone test to decide whether Tlando remains appropriate. In the 24-day study behind its approval, 80% of 95 men had a 24-hour average testosterone level in the study's normal range. It was a single-group study in which patients and researchers knew the treatment, and that result measured hormone levels, not symptom improvement. So most men in that study landed in range, but not all. Before you prepay for several months, ask what happens to your costs if the early review leads to a change in treatment. (Tlando label, sections 2.3 and 14.)

A fixed regimen does not promise fewer paid fills or a lower total bill. Ask about refill charges and the refund policy before paying ahead.

Blood pressure: why it can add visits

Tlando can raise blood pressure. In the label's 4-month monitoring study, average systolic pressure (the top number) went up 4.3 mmHg. The label says to check blood pressure periodically and doesn't recommend Tlando for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure. If yours needs new or adjusted medicine, count those visits too. (Tlando label, sections 5.4 and 6.1.)

Fertility: price this in first

Testosterone treatment, Tlando included, can lower sperm production. The label says reduced fertility happens in some men and the effect may be irreversible. If you want children soon, talk with a urologist or reproductive urologist before you pay for anything. (Tlando label, section 8.3; TRT and fertility.)

What to say to the pharmacy

"Please quote my exact Tlando prescription. How many capsules and how many days does that cover? What will I owe after insurance and any assistance? Is shipping extra? What could change the price at my next refill, and what happens when the copay card hits its limit?"

What to say to your clinician's office

"What evaluation, lab tests, and follow-up visits would I pay for separately in the first year? Which are included? Which lab do you use, and who can tell me my out-of-pocket cost?"

What to say to your insurance plan

"Is Tlando covered on my plan? Does it need prior authorization, a trial of another product first, a specific pharmacy, or a quantity limit? If it's denied, please send me the written reason."

Get the quote confirmed before the pharmacy fills or ships anything. Don't assume a dispensed controlled medicine can be returned for a refund.

Is Tlando worth the price compared with other testosterone options?

Tlando is worth pricing first if your clinician considers it suitable, you want an FDA-approved oral testosterone, and either maker offer fits. If neither offer fits, ask for quotes on other FDA-approved formats and the products your plan prefers. Another oral brand is not a stand-in for Tlando: its label says it can't be swapped for other oral testosterone undecanoate products.

FDA-approved testosterone products

Tlando cost table 9: FDA-approved testosterone products
Option FDA status Format What drives the cost
Tlando FDA-approved brand Oral capsule; fixed regimen Conditional copay and cash offers, or a separate pharmacy quote
Jatenzo, Kyzatrex (other oral brands) FDA-approved brands Oral capsules; product-specific regimens Each has its own maker programs and plan rules. Separate prescription, not interchangeable with Tlando.
Testosterone gels (brand or generic) FDA-approved Topical gel A "try first" product in some of the policies above
Testosterone injections (generic cypionate or enanthate) FDA-approved Shot Compare your actual quote; a required first step in the MedImpact example above

Sources: Tlando's label, Jatenzo's label, Kyzatrex's label, and the insurer policies above.

Compounded testosterone is a separate category

Tlando cost table 10: Compounded testosterone is a separate category
Option FDA status Format What drives the cost
Compounded testosterone Not FDA-approved Varies by pharmacy Program pricing. Not Tlando or an FDA-approved generic substitute.

FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.

Non-testosterone medicines aren't TRT

Clomiphene, enclomiphene, and hCG aren't testosterone and aren't Tlando. They work differently and aren't TRT. Clomiphene use for low testosterone in men is off-label (outside its FDA-approved use). Compounded enclomiphene products are not FDA-approved. Certain prescription hCG products are approved for selected cases of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in males, a disorder of the hormone signals to the testes. Don't treat them as a cheaper version. (Clomiphene label; FDA on compounded drugs; Pregnyl hCG label.)

Here's our editorial read, based on the facts above. If you're commercially insured and covered, or uninsured with access to the $150 program, start by getting that offer priced for your exact prescription. The benefit cap, quantity, shipping, and care fees still decide the total. If no verified offer fits, your plan won't cover Tlando, or you can't make mail-order work, that's the moment to ask your prescriber about formats your plan already covers.

Format choice isn't a price question alone. Compare oral testosterone vs. injections, or weigh online TRT vs. a local clinic.

If Tlando's price paths don't work for you, online TRT programs are a separate option with their own medications, labs, and pricing. Confirm the exact medication each program offers. See which online TRT program fits your situation and what it costs with TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool → It's an educational guide, not a diagnosis, and it doesn't confirm Tlando coverage or guarantee a prescription.

How we checked these Tlando prices

We checked Verity's current Tlando program pages, its current posted prescribing information, FDA approval records, two published price references, Medicare and CMS rules, and named insurer policies on October 21, 2026. That confirms what those sources publish. It doesn't confirm your personal pharmacy bill or your plan's decision.

This page follows our documented method, How We Review TRT Providers. The method keeps verified facts, maker-stated facts, and our own conclusions separate, and it adds up complete cost instead of repeating a teaser price.

What we actually verified (October 21, 2026)

Verified from primary sources: Tlando is an FDA-approved oral testosterone undecanoate, 112.5 mg capsules, supplied in 120-capsule bottles (NDC 74676-0112-2), labeled by Verity Pharmaceuticals, Schedule III. It uses a fixed regimen with clinician-directed monitoring. Pre-treatment testing on two separate mornings is required. The monitoring checks above come from the label, revised February 2026; the seven-draw example is our budgeting model, not a fixed label requirement. The blood-pressure boxed warning was removed from the label in July 2025; blood-pressure monitoring still applies. The 2026 Part D out-of-pocket cap is $2,100.

Verified in FDA records: no approved generic for Tlando 112.5 mg capsules was listed in the Orange Book, Drugs@FDA, or authorized-generics records we checked on October 21, 2026.

Verified as published by Verity (maker-stated): copay card "as little as $0" for eligible commercially insured patients, with maximum benefits applying; preferred-pharmacy offer "as little as $150"; eligibility rules and exclusions; the 11-pharmacy network list.

Verified as published price references: GoodRx's dosage table displayed $1,059.76 retail and $774.95 coupon references for 120 capsules; Drugs.com displayed from $885.03. GoodRx's local-results panel did not return a pharmacy quote.

Verified as published insurer policy: the Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and MedImpact standard-commercial requirements hosted by Kaiser Permanente Northwest in the table above.

Not confirmed (ask before you pay): the copay card's dollar cap; how many capsules the $150 offer covers and its shipping cost; whether a given network pharmacy serves your state; your plan's actual coverage and copay; your clinician's visit and lab charges; any care-plan commitment, cancellation, refund, or records-transfer terms.

What we did not do: buy Tlando, call pharmacies as a patient, or receive a clinical review of this page. The Verity links on this page are ordinary source links.

Published references show about $1,060 at retail or $775–$885 with a discount for 120 capsules. Verity advertises as little as $150 through its TLANDO Preferred Pharmacy Network for eligible patients, but does not state the quantity. The $150 option is mail-order and paid outside insurance.

Is there a Tlando coupon?

Yes. There are two maker offers: the copay card for eligible commercially insured patients, and the $150 preferred-pharmacy program for eligible uninsured or commercially insured patients without Tlando coverage. Pharmacy discount cards like GoodRx are a third option. Which one you can use depends on your insurance and the program's rules.

Does the copay card guarantee I'll pay $0?

No. "As little as $0" depends on your eligibility, how your plan processes the claim, and the card's maximum benefit. Ask the pharmacy what you'll owe after the card.

Can I use the Tlando copay card with Medicare?

Not for a prescription reimbursed by Medicare. The copay card is for eligible commercially insured patients and excludes government-reimbursed prescriptions. A Medicare-enrolled person considering the separate cash program must ask that program about eligibility; its purchases cannot count toward Part D true out-of-pocket costs.

Can I combine the $150 program with GoodRx or insurance?

No. The program cannot be combined with other offers and is not valid for prescriptions reimbursed by insurance.

Is there a generic Tlando?

No FDA-approved generic for Tlando 112.5 mg capsules was listed in the FDA records we checked on October 21, 2026. Jatenzo and Kyzatrex are separate brands, not generics. Tlando's label says it can't be swapped for other oral testosterone undecanoate products. (FDA Orange Book data; FDA authorized-generics list; Tlando label.)

How many capsules come in a month of Tlando?

The labeled bottle contains 120 capsules of 112.5 mg. That is a 30-day quantity under the labeled regimen. Confirm the quantity and days supplied on your prescription quote.

Are visits and blood tests included in the drug price?

The advertised medicine price does not establish a complete care package. Ask your clinician's office to itemize visits and labs, including anything a care plan already covers. The label specifies checks, not a fixed number of separately billed lab visits.

Will a cash payment count toward my deductible?

Ask your plan whether it gives deductible credit for the cash payment. The $150 program is paid outside insurance, and Verity's terms say its purchases cannot count toward Medicare Part D true out-of-pocket costs.

Does the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan make Tlando cheaper?

No. It spreads covered drug costs into monthly payments. It doesn't lower the price.

Can I get Tlando through telehealth?

A DEA-registered clinician may prescribe it after an appropriate evaluation. The current federal extension allows qualifying audio-video prescribing of controlled medicines without a previous in-person examination through December 31, 2026, subject to federal and state requirements. No online questionnaire guarantees a prescription, and a clinician may still require an in-person visit. (DEA's current extension.)

Do I need lab work before starting Tlando?

Yes. The label requires morning testosterone measured on at least two separate days, both below the normal range, before starting. The Endocrine Society also calls for symptoms or signs that fit, accurate testing, and repeat morning fasting results; a quiz or one low result does not establish the diagnosis.

Is Tlando still being sold?

Yes. Verity Pharmaceuticals has marketed Tlando in the U.S. since February 2024, and its current U.S. site lists access programs and participating pharmacies. That does not guarantee stock at your pharmacy. (Lipocine SEC filing; Get TLANDO.)

Will Tlando affect my fertility?

It can. Testosterone can lower sperm production, and the label says the effect may be irreversible in some men. If you're planning to have children, see a urologist or reproductive urologist first.

What if my price changes at refill?

Ask the pharmacy what changed: your plan, the copay card limit, the quantity, or the program terms. If the change could interrupt treatment you're already on, call your prescriber.

If a price on this page affects a decision you're about to make, confirm it with your pharmacy or plan that day. Chest pain, trouble breathing, or sudden weakness can be an emergency. Call 911. A newly painful, swollen leg needs urgent medical assessment. (CDC blood-clot guidance.) You can report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
