Transcend TRT Cost: What You'll Actually Pay (Checked October 2026)
Transcend TRT cost starts with posted fees: $398 for labs and a visit, or $199 with accepted recent labs. One intake totals $448 if both charges apply; we found no complete monthly treatment price. Cash-pay shoppers must verify fulfillment and refund terms during a creditor-assignment process. Insurance or fertility needs may change the care route.
So the real monthly number stays hidden until someone quotes it to you. Below, we show you how to test that quote against programs that post starting prices, and which missing costs can change the result. We call it the Fair Quote Line.
One more thing changes the answer right now. Transcend Company, Inc. entered an assignment for the benefit of creditors in May 2026. A September 21 notice offers its brand assets for sale, with bids due October 9, 2026, at noon Eastern Time. Before paying for future treatment, confirm the legal entity taking your payment, who will deliver the care, and the written refund terms. Don't prepay months of treatment while those answers are missing.
Transcend TRT cost at a glance
Transcend's pricing can work for you if: you want a large first lab panel, you don't want a monthly membership, and you'll get the full treatment price, current fulfillment details, and refund terms in writing before you pay for treatment.
Look elsewhere first if: you need a firm full-cost quote before a paid evaluation, you want insurance to cover your care, you're trying to have kids soon, or you can't afford to lose a prepayment.
TRT Provider Guide is the independent decision resource for testosterone replacement therapy — helping U.S. adults understand how low testosterone is evaluated, compare online and local care models and providers, and choose the next step that fits their health needs, fertility plans, budget, state, and care preferences, with every material claim verified and dated.
This page is educational information, not medical advice. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment fits you. If you have chest pain or trouble breathing, call 911. Sudden swelling or pain in one leg needs prompt medical assessment.
This page covers Transcend Company, the online wellness platform at transcendcompany.com. It is not about Transcend Therapeutics, an unrelated drug developer. The medical discussion below concerns evaluation of low testosterone in adult men; other hormone-care needs require their own clinical assessment.

How much does Transcend TRT cost to get started?
Transcend lists $398 for a lab panel plus a clinician visit, or $199 for the visit alone if it accepts your labs from the last 60 days. One version of its intake form lists a $249 consult plus $199 bloodwork, which totals $448 if both charges apply. We found no complete ongoing treatment price on the starter page or the two intake versions.
We pulled the entry fees from Transcend's starter page and both intake versions and lined them up side by side. Here's the fee ledger.
The Transcend fee ledger
Both intake versions use the same form ID. One shows a $199 consult. The other shows $249. We saw both live during our check, and we can't tell you which one Transcend will charge. That's the first thing to confirm, in writing, before you pay.
What the $398 starter package includes
According to Transcend's starter page, the package includes:
- A lab panel of 60+ biomarkers
- A clinician review of your results
- A personalized treatment plan
- "Annual wellness visits"
- Ongoing access to your care team
The panel list on that page includes total and free testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH, the brain signal that tells the testes to make testosterone), estradiol, prostate-specific antigen (PSA, a prostate blood marker), a 21-part complete blood count, a 14-point metabolic panel, cholesterol, thyroid tests, vitamin D, and DHEA. Transcend says results usually take 7 to 10 business days.
That's a broad first panel. Hemoglobin and hematocrit matter before and during testosterone treatment; PSA testing depends on age, prostate-cancer risk and the clinician's monitoring plan. The AUA guideline recommends baseline PSA testing in men over 40 before treatment.
The $199 path if you already have labs
The starter page offers a $199 visit-only option for people with lab results less than 60 days old.
The intake form is less clear. It says bloodwork is "$199 (required for HRT/TRT or recent blood work of your own)." Read one way, you'd pay $199 for bloodwork even if you bring your own. Transcend's FAQ also says it "typically" orders its own panel and may need more tests after reviewing yours.
If you have recent labs, ask whether your total is $199, $249, $398, or $448 before you pay, and whether any extra tests cost more.
Two things on the starter page worth knowing
The $398 package carries a "Save $102!" badge. Transcend's own product data lists a comparison price of $550. That's a $152 difference, not $102. It's small, but it's math on a sales page.
The starter page also has a comparison table that checks the box for "Transparent Pricing." The entry fees are posted. The treatment price is not. Treat both the badge and the checkmark as marketing.
The right TRT provider is not the same for every person — it depends on whether low testosterone has been properly evaluated, your symptoms and health history, your fertility plans, your state, your insurance or cash-pay preference, your treatment-format preference, your budget, and whether online or in-person care is the better starting point. Some situations belong with primary care, urology, endocrinology, reproductive urology, or urgent or emergency care when the symptoms warrant it. Because a general answer cannot resolve those for you, use TRT Provider Guide's Find My TRT Path tool to map your situation to the right care route and the questions to ask before you pay.
The tool is educational and non-diagnostic. It does not decide medical eligibility or promise a prescription. Read our privacy policy before sharing information.
How much does the testosterone cost at Transcend?
We found no testosterone price on Transcend's checked public pages. Its intake form says treatment pricing "varies depending on qualification," so your cost depends on what a clinician prescribes, in what form, and which pharmacy fills it. Transcend's Terms name four pharmacies, and at least three are compounding pharmacies.
What sets your monthly price
Your testosterone bill will depend on:
- Your prescribed amount. The amount, concentration, package size, and pharmacy affect the quote. A clinician may change the prescription after follow-up labs.
- The treatment format. Injections, creams, and other forms are priced differently.
- The refill size. A vial that lasts two months isn't a monthly price. Ask how long each refill lasts.
- Add-on prescriptions. Some plans include other drugs. Each one should have its own price.
- Supplies and shipping. Syringes and delivery may be charged per refill.
The checked pages do not give a complete price or billing schedule for these items. Transcend's Terms also allow applicable taxes and shipping charges, so don't treat missing amounts as zero.
Compounded or FDA-approved? It matters
Transcend's Terms and Conditions (effective January 7, 2026) list four dispensing pharmacies: AnazaoHealth, Tailor Made Compounding, Vios Compounding, and Brooksville Rx. At least three of them are compounding pharmacies.
A compounded drug is mixed by a pharmacy for a patient. According to the FDA, compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA hasn't reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they're sold. The American Urological Association's guideline says commercially made testosterone should be prescribed rather than compounded testosterone when possible.
A pharmacy's name doesn't tell you what you'd get. Ask Transcend for the exact product, strength, and pharmacy before you pay. If you want a specific FDA-approved product, our guide to FDA-approved testosterone products lists them.
Testosterone is also a Schedule III controlled substance in the U.S. That means it needs a valid prescription from a licensed clinician, every time.
Here's the honest tradeoff
Transcend does not publish a complete testosterone price on the pages we checked. If seeing medication starting prices up front is your top priority, a program that posts them, like Hone Health or Male Excel, gives you more to compare. You still need a quote for the care actually proposed. We compare them in the next section.
But because Transcend says it skips the monthly membership, its $398 starting package goes into a 60+ biomarker first panel, including PSA, LH, estradiol, and a full blood count, with no recurring membership fee stacked on top. If a big first look at your health matters most to you, that's a real benefit. A bigger panel does not replace repeat diagnostic testing or confirm that current services will be delivered.

What will Transcend TRT cost in the first year?
Transcend's first-year cost is its starting fee plus every other required payment due in the same twelve-month period for prescriptions, supplies, shipping, tests, visits, and applicable taxes or fees. That complete number isn't public. The Fair Quote Line below shows how to compare a completed quote, followed by illustrations using two programs' advertised starting prices.
The Fair Quote Line
Here's the idea. If we know what another program costs for a full year, we can work backward. Subtract Transcend's starting fee, divide by 12, and you get the most Transcend's costs after that entry fee can average per month before it becomes the more expensive choice.
Fair Quote Line = (other program's complete year-one total − Transcend's starting fee) ÷ 12
Use the same window for each program: twelve months from the first required evaluation payment, including initial labs, ending just before its anniversary. Compare the actual required payments due in that window, not just a monthly headline. The figures below are starting-price illustrations; neither is a complete personal quote.
Our calculations use official pages checked October 7–8, 2026: Hone Plus, its TRT lab schedule, its cost article, and Male Excel's prices. Hone's Plus page lists $45 for at-lab confirmation; the linked lab schedule says $50. Confirm which applies.
Hone's illustration is $45 + $45 or $50 + (12 × $135) + (12 × $28). Its cost article advertises injections from $28 a month, but its current plan lists $28 per vial and its billing policy charges medication by shipment, separately from monthly membership. Twelve $28 charges are an assumption, not a verified year's supply.
Male Excel's illustration is $99 + (12 × $99) + (12 × $120), before shipping and other applicable charges. Its advertised monthly rate is a budget equivalent; ask for the actual payment dates and supply covered. The package also includes thyroid medication, so this is not a comparison of identical treatment. Neither illustration establishes every required payment during your first year.
What the line tells you:
- Under about $137 a month after a $398 entry fee: Transcend is below both illustrated annual bases, if that average includes every required non-entry payment. Actual quotes and care requirements still decide the comparison.
- Between about $138 and $194: Transcend falls above the Hone illustration and below Male Excel's base illustration. Prescription size, payment timing, and extra fees can change the result.
- Over about $194: these figures alone don't show which program is cheaper. Male Excel's unknown shipping and other applicable costs raise its line; get both complete quotes.
Your entry fee changes the line:
These are arithmetic comparisons, not a reason to pay before current care delivery is confirmed. Replace the illustrated comparator total with its complete written quote before treating the line as a buying decision.
Why the comparison isn't perfect
We want you to see the seams, not just the answer.
- Transcend advertises a 60+ biomarker first panel. Compare the actual test lists and whether repeat diagnostic testing is included.
- Hone's medication price depends on the prescription and refill. Its $28 starting figure is per vial on the current plan page. Larger supplies can cost more; don't read a shipment price as a monthly bill.
- Male Excel's medication price includes thyroid tablets. The injectable package used in this comparison includes them; that doesn't mean every patient needs thyroid treatment. It's a different treatment approach from testosterone alone.
- Hone and Male Excel include follow-up labs. Transcend hasn't said whether it does or what they cost.
The follow-up lab cost Transcend doesn't spell out
Testosterone treatment needs blood tests after you start. The Endocrine Society's guideline calls for checking testosterone and hematocrit (the share of your blood made of red blood cells) at 3 to 6 months, depending on the formulation, at 12 months, and yearly afterward. The first year of treatment generally includes follow-up draws. For this cost comparison, count the required lab charges due within the twelve-month window starting with your first evaluation payment. Our guide on how often to get bloodwork on TRT explains the schedule.
Hone and Male Excel say those labs are part of the membership. Transcend's site mentions "annual wellness visits" but doesn't say whether follow-up labs are included. Ask.
Check your own Transcend quote
Once Transcend gives you numbers, fill this in.
Your year-one cash cost = starting fee + all other required payments due in the window − confirmed credits not already deducted.
Your monthly average after the entry fee = (year-one cash cost − starting fee) ÷ 12.
Count bundled items once. Count a refill payment when it is due even if some of that supply lasts beyond the window; don't assume twelve monthly medication charges or six shipments. List optional purchases separately.
Compare that monthly average with a Fair Quote Line based on the other program's complete quote. Any line you left blank isn't free. It's a question you still need answered. A quote with missing required amounts or payment dates is incomplete. Our TRT cost calculator can help you compare full budgets across programs.
If you'd rather see medication starting prices before you pay
If the missing medication price is a dealbreaker, these two programs post starting prices. Prices come from each company's own pages, checked October 7–8, 2026; ask for the full cost of the care actually proposed, including any required testing and cancellation terms.
Male Excel — for advertised provider continuity, with labs built in
- What you pay: $99 to start (at-home lab test plus a provider consult, with free test-kit shipping both ways). Then $99 a month for membership. Injectable testosterone with thyroid starts at an advertised $120 a month, supplied for 60 days and billed every other month, plus shipping and handling.
- What the membership covers, per Male Excel: the same provider over time, check-ins every 60 days, unlimited messaging with its support team, unlimited e-visits with a medical provider, and blood testing every 6 months.
- Know this first: its illustrated annual base is higher than Hone's. Male Excel also says it treats "based on symptoms" rather than lab numbers alone. The Endocrine Society says symptoms alone don't diagnose low testosterone. Hone publishes an explicit confirmatory-testing pathway. Ask Male Excel which repeat tests it requires to confirm the diagnosis and whether their cost is included. Male Excel's pricing pages don't say whether its testosterone is compounded or FDA-approved, so ask.
- Skip it if: you're trying to conceive soon or you want insurance to pay.
Want one provider and labs every six months in one posted monthly fee? See Male Excel's current TRT pricing →
Hone Health — for a published confirmatory-test pathway before treatment
- What you pay: $45 for the first at-home test on Plus. At-lab confirmation is $45 on the plan page but $50 on its linked lab schedule; at-home confirmation is $80. Then $135 a month for Plus membership. Testosterone cypionate starts at $28 per vial on the plan page; Hone's cost article advertises supplies and delivery included.
- What the membership covers, per Hone: appointments with a licensed physician and follow-up testing.
- Know this first: vial size and refill timing affect the actual bill. Hone says it works with compounding pharmacies, so ask whether your product is compounded.
- Skip it if: you're trying to conceive soon or you want insurance to pay.

Is it safe to pay Transcend right now?
Transcend's store and intake form were live when we checked on October 7–8, 2026. That does not establish that current care or orders are being fulfilled. The creditor-assignment records make checking who will deliver what you buy essential.
What happened, in order
What "assignment for the benefit of creditors" means for your money
When a company can't pay its bills, it can hand its assets to an independent party called an assignee. The assignee sells them and uses the money to pay the people the company owes. It happens under state law, outside bankruptcy court.
In the signed agreement effective May 21, 2026, Transcend Company, Inc., a Michigan corporation, said it was "unable to pay its debts in full" and had decided to discontinue its business. The agreement also permits the assignee to operate the business when appropriate. We have not verified which current patient services are being fulfilled.
The October 9 bid deadline does not establish a buyer, closing date, or when an outcome will become public.
Transcend describes itself as a management platform. Its site says it doesn't provide medical or pharmacy services itself; licensed clinicians at independent medical groups do. That means your care, your records, and the business you pay can sit with different companies.
How to protect any payment
- Pay one step at a time. Don't prepay months of medication.
- Use a credit card. The FTC explains that charges for goods or services not delivered as agreed can be billing errors. To preserve the federal billing-error process, written notice must reach the issuer's billing-inquiries address within 60 days after it sent the first bill showing the error. Debit cards don't carry the same protection. A dispute does not guarantee recovery.
- Get every price and refund term in writing, by email, before you pay.
- Save a copy of the Terms page and the date you viewed it.
Already a Transcend patient?
Ask for an itemized invoice for your next refill. Confirm which medical group and pharmacy handle your prescription. Request a copy of your medical records now. Transcend's medical-group privacy notice lists privacy@transcendcompany.com for written records requests and says copies come within 30 days, or as the law requires. Ask the treating group about its current copy and transfer process and any permitted copying or mailing fee.
If you need to move your care, our guide on how to switch TRT providers walks through it. The receiving clinician will review your care and decide what evaluation or testing is needed, so plan before your supply runs low. Contact your treating clinician about any interruption or medication change.

What should you ask Transcend before you pay?
Ask for the evaluation charge before paying it, then an itemized treatment quote before authorizing treatment charges. These eight questions cover the main unresolved costs and delivery terms. Send them by email so the answers are in writing.
- Which consult fee applies to me: $199 or $249? Is my labs-plus-visit total $398 or $448?
- If I bring labs under 60 days old, will you accept them, which consult fee applies, and do I also pay $199 for bloodwork or other tests?
- What would the testosterone and any other required prescriptions cost per refill, how long does each refill last, when is payment due, and when must I request the next fill?
- What's the exact product: name, strength, form, and is it FDA-approved or compounded? Which pharmacy fills it?
- What do supplies, shipping, taxes, and any other required fees cost per refill?
- Which lab and collection method will I use, is repeat early-morning diagnostic testing required and included, and how many follow-up draws will I need in year one at what cost?
- What happens to my payment if the clinician doesn't prescribe anything, what minimum commitment or automatic charges apply, and what's your cancellation deadline and refund policy for consults, labs, and prescriptions?
- During the creditor assignment, which legal entity takes my payment, which medical group and licensed clinician can treat me in my state now, and which pharmacy will fill it? What follow-up visits, support contact, and response times are included?
Why bother with all eight? Because the bill can come as one big bundle. Reddit user u/VinnyB77 wrote, about two years before our check, that the stack Transcend proposed for him came to "over a grand for a 4 month supply." That's one person's older report, not today's price. We verified the comment, not the purchase or any relationship between the poster and Transcend. But it shows why you want every line priced separately, with the time each payment covers.
Does Transcend take insurance, HSA, or FSA?
Transcend doesn't accept insurance. It says it accepts HSA and FSA payments and can provide invoices and lab requisitions, but not procedure or diagnosis codes. Its telehealth consent also says patients must not submit these charges to private insurers or government health programs.
Can you get reimbursed?
Transcend's consent says you accept full financial responsibility and agree not to seek reimbursement from private insurance, Medicare, or other federal or state health programs for these services. An invoice is not permission to submit a claim under those terms.
HSA and FSA money is different. Tax rules still govern which expenses qualify; accepting the card does not make every item eligible. IRS Publication 502 explains medical expenses, and Publication 969 covers HSA and FSA rules. Ask for an itemized receipt for each charge, and check with your administrator before you pay with pre-tax money.
When insurance is the cheaper route
If you have insurance that covers testosterone treatment, an in-network doctor may cost much less. Ask your plan what it covers through primary care, urology, or endocrinology, including diagnostic labs, follow-up visits, covered testosterone products, and your total out-of-pocket cost.
Coverage and prior-approval rules depend on your plan; medical diagnosis still requires the clinician's assessment. If that's your path, start with our list of TRT providers that take insurance.
Want an insurance-first plan instead of cash pay? See which care route fits with Find My TRT Path →
What if you're not prescribed testosterone — can you get a refund?
We did not establish a complete, current refund schedule for the specific consult, lab, and prescription offers from the checked pages. Transcend's Terms contain limited order-error and case-by-case provisions, and its site says payment doesn't guarantee prescribing or dispensing. Ask which services remain payable if no medication is prescribed, and get the applicable terms before paying.
That's normal for medical evaluations. A clinician has to be free to say no. The problem is only when you don't know the rules before you pay.
Ask what's refundable at each stage:
Get the answers by email. Pay by credit card.
Already paid for something you never received?
The assignee publishes a separate patient refund-claim notice for undelivered products or unperformed services not already refunded. It lists Monday, December 28, 2026 as the patient claim deadline, but its footer is dated September 25, 2025. Confirm the applicable deadline and filing requirements with the assignee using the contact details in that notice; do not wait for a sale announcement.
The general creditor information lists a different deadline, August 29, 2026. These notices cover different claim instructions, so do not substitute one deadline for the other. Filing a claim does not guarantee payment. This process also does not establish the refund terms for a new purchase.
Why do other sites list different Transcend prices?
Some cost pages describe Transcend memberships that Transcend's own pages say don't exist. When another site's numbers conflict with Transcend's posted prices, use the current offer pages as the starting point and resolve any conflict in a written quote. We compared the claims below.
Prices change, and older pages don't always update. That's why every number on this page carries a check date.
Which path is cheapest for your situation?
Transcend can be the cheaper choice if its average monthly cost after the entry fee, calculated from a complete quote, falls below a Fair Quote Line built from comparable, complete costs. Current care delivery also has to be confirmed; for many readers, insurance, an unconfirmed diagnosis, or plans to have children change the answer more than price does. Find your row.
Don't see your situation here? Map your care route and questions with Find My TRT Path →
When should you skip cash-pay TRT and see a doctor first?
See a doctor first if low testosterone hasn't been properly confirmed, you're trying to conceive, or you have a complex health history. For adult men, the Endocrine Society says diagnosis needs symptoms or signs plus consistently low testosterone measured with accurate tests, including repeat early-morning, fasting testing. Symptoms alone don't diagnose low testosterone.
Diagnosis comes before price
In July 2026, the Endocrine Society restated its position. Low testosterone, called hypogonadism, should be diagnosed by a clinician using symptoms or signs plus consistently low results on at least two early-morning, fasting tests. It notes a common clinical threshold near 300 ng/dL, but no single number or quiz makes the diagnosis. It also says doctors should rule out other causes first, like weight or certain medications.
If that hasn't happened yet, read do you need two low testosterone tests for TRT? before you spend money on any program.
Fertility changes everything
Taking testosterone can lower or stop sperm production (spermatogenesis). If you want children now or in the next year or two, talk with a reproductive urologist or another fertility-aware clinician before starting. Nobody can promise how fertility will respond. Our guide to whether TRT affects fertility explains the options.
Other reasons to start in person
Start with primary care, urology, or endocrinology if you've had prostate or breast cancer, have elevated hematocrit, have untreated severe sleep apnea, or recently had a heart attack or stroke.
Which states and lab process does Transcend cover?
Transcend advertises nationwide service and says it serves within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Its starter page also advertises access to board-certified physicians. Those are provider statements; we did not verify an available clinician's identity, state license, specialty certification, or a specific pharmacy's license for your order.
Before paying for labs, ask who can treat you where you will be located during the visit, whether an in-person assessment is required, which lab and collection method your order uses, and whether repeat early-morning diagnostic testing is included. No complete current offer-specific answer to those questions was established in this check.
Online prescribing has a date on it
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Through December 31, 2026, the federal extension allows eligible DEA-registered clinicians to prescribe it through qualifying audio-video visits without a prior in-person evaluation, subject to its conditions. State laws and each clinician's license still apply. Nobody can promise what the rules will be in 2027. Read more in is online TRT legal?

Transcend TRT cost FAQ
The main unknown is the complete treatment bill, not the posted entry fee. These answers separate current public prices, provider statements, and unresolved care or payment terms.
How much does Transcend TRT cost per month?
We found no complete monthly TRT price on the checked public pages. Transcend says there's no membership fee, but the full prescription, supplies, shipping, testing, and visit costs remain unresolved. Ask when an itemized quote will be available, and get it before authorizing treatment charges.
How much is the Transcend starter package?
$398 for a lab panel plus a clinician visit, or $199 for the visit alone if Transcend accepts your labs from the last 60 days. One version of the intake form lists $249 plus $199, which totals $448 if both charges apply.
Is the $398 a one-time fee?
It's a one-time starting fee for labs and a visit. It doesn't include testosterone, and Transcend hasn't published what later labs or refills cost.
Does Transcend charge a monthly membership?
Its starter page says there are no recurring membership fees. That doesn't mean nothing repeats. Medication refills and follow-up labs usually do, so ask which charges come back.
Does Transcend take insurance?
No. Transcend says it accepts HSA and FSA payments, subject to expense eligibility, but its telehealth consent also says patients must not submit these charges to private insurers or government health programs.
What happens if I'm not prescribed testosterone?
Transcend says payment doesn't guarantee a prescription. The checked pages did not establish a complete refund schedule for the specific consult and lab offers, so get the terms in writing before you pay. Existing claims for undelivered products or services have separate published instructions.
Is Transcend's testosterone compounded?
Transcend doesn't say for any specific patient. At least three of the four pharmacies named in its Terms are compounding pharmacies, and compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved. Ask for the exact product before you pay.
Is Transcend cheaper than Hone Health or Male Excel?
It may be, but only complete quotes for comparable care can show that. From a $398 start, our advertised-price illustrations produce lines of $137.33–$137.75 against Hone and $194.08 before Male Excel's extra costs. Compare Transcend's average costs after its entry fee, and confirm current care delivery before paying.
Is Transcend going out of business?
The May 2026 assignment records a decision to discontinue Transcend Company, Inc.'s business, while permitting the assignee to operate it when appropriate. Its website remained accessible at our October 8 check. We have not verified which current services are being fulfilled or what will happen after the brand-assets bid deadline.
Will a buyer get my medical records?
The advertised brand-assets sale excludes all data, including protected health information, according to the notice. That does not establish every current records arrangement. Transcend's provider-change letter identifies RSV Medical as custodian of its records and says Transcend also maintains protected health information. Request a copy and current transfer instructions from the medical group that treated you.
Can I use my own lab results with Transcend?
Maybe. The starter page offers a $199 visit for labs under 60 days old, but Transcend's FAQ says it typically orders its own panel and may need more tests. Ask before you pay.
Can I get Transcend TRT in my state?
Transcend advertises nationwide service and says it serves within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. That statement does not confirm current appointment availability, an appropriately licensed clinician for your location, or availability of a specific prescription. Confirm those points, the lab process, and any in-person requirement before paying.
Is Transcend Company the same as Transcend Therapeutics?
No. Transcend Company is an online wellness platform. Transcend Therapeutics is an unrelated drug developer.
